Parkplatzsituation ist nicht ausreichend es gibt nur 5 Parkplätze und noch einer auf der Straße. Das Frühstück ist eher italienisch mit viel süßem, Rühr oder Spiegelei gibt es nicht.. Gut ist der Kaffee 👌

This was our third stay here. The area is full of good places to eat and drink and there is good access to the city centre and main attractions. We always view it as an oasis.

Nothing…well, maybe the shower head could do with a little bit more water pressure but can’t really complain on the 4th floor of an old old building.

Nice decoration. The breakfast is simple but good, and the cappuccino is delicious. The breakfast staff were really nice.

It’s far from the center and main attractions. You can get there by bus, but still needs to walk a bit.

Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Kleine Dusche und etwas beengtes Bad, aber am Ende kein Problem. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Alles war sauber.

Die Lage könnte besser sein. Für mich war es für eine Konferenz an der Uni perfekt, aber die Fahrt in die Stadt ist mit zwei Bussen etwas umständlich. Außerdem fühlte es sich im Dunkeln eher unsicher an.

El hotel y la habitaciones geniales. El baño bastante moderno para el estilo que tiene. Los recepcionista muy simpáticos y serviciales. La limpieza muy correcta. El desayuno variado.

La ubicación el centro a pie a esta a una hora en bus o uber unos 20 min pero lo peor es que la zona es mala con vagabundos de vuelta por la noche mejor un uber que te deje en la puerta

The room was nice and comfy and the breakfast were delicious.

The location was in a zone with lot of renovations so the buses to the center were sometimes late or not coming at all.

Estaba en un barrio que no nos hizo mucha gracia, el tranvía estaba en obras así que no pudimos aprovechar la buena comunicación que tenía el hotel gracias a él. El aire acondicionado era escaso y la limpieza también

The man who welcomed us at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was dripping water. That’s why we had to ask for a container to catch the water so it wouldn’t drip onto the tiles in the room.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und immer gut gelaunt. So habe ich mich als Alleinreisende sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Mein Fahrrad durfte ich im Hof sicher parken.

Das Bad war etwas beengt und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Nice older style hotel, was clean and tidy.

Was a very hot day, 38.C the day we arrived and the next day also. When we arrived the aircon remote was missing. We notified reception and they provided us with one. We hoped after coming back from dinner our room would be cooled, however the cooling function didn’t work and it blew warm air all night. Another couple in our group also had the same issue.

Nice staff and good facilities

Rather then what I didn’t like it’s more that it was a bit far and there were some issues with public transport.

De gratis parking bij het hotel is zeker een grote troef! De kamer beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van enkele dagen. De airco werkte aanvankelijk alleen op de middelste stand, maar dit werd snel opgelost doordat we een ventilator kregen.

Voor ons was de locatie geen probleem, maar houd er rekening mee dat je ongeveer 30 minuten moet wandelen om het centrum te bereiken. Zoals hierboven vermeld, kan de kamer zonder ventilator behoorlijk warm worden.

It is really a beautiful place to stay. The staff were very kind and gave us advice on how best to get into the city centre and what attractions to see. Tram line to the Colosseum is a 2 minute walk from the door of the hotel.

The location might not be ideal for some. We found it was in quite a rough area of Rome, the streets felt unsafe and the surrounding areas are dirty. The AC may need upgrading as it didn’t work the best.

Great service, a lift, clean and comfortable room with air conditioning, fantastic breakfast including a big range of gluten free options.

The area was not the pretty side of Rome but it was easy to get to all the main attractions by public transport

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable:( the location was not in the heart of Rome which is fine but not in a great area. Not much to do once you got back to the hotel.

Bardzo mily personel , mimo braku znajomosci jezyka udalo mi sie bardzo dobrze porozumiec , smaczne i urozmaicone sniadanie, duzy plus hotelu to cisza od samochodow , obok jest duzy market, do tramwaju nr 3 jest 1 minuta, mozna nim dojechac pod Coloseum i na Trastevere.

La posizione. È perfetta per chi come me deve andarci per lavoro e raggiungere il centro congressi Frentani. Poi la possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno della struttura, cosa rara x Roma.

In realtà nulla di particolare, la colazione può essere sicuramente migliorata in scelta e qualità, poco originale e molto industriale.

Le personnel est très accueillant, une mention spéciale pour le personnel du petit déjeuner qui est au petit soin. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits, l'emplacement proche du tram et des bus est appréciable. Il faut visiter le quartier de San Lorenzo, c'est un quartier animé où les boutiques souvenirs sont 2 fois moins chères qu'ailleurs, il y a aussi de très bon restaurant. Climatisation dans les chambres et petit frigo. Effectivement beaucoup de commentaires disent qu'il y a des tags dans la rue ce qui la rend malfammée, mais aller donc dans Rome, il y a des tags partout !! La rue est sur et nous n'avons jamais été dérangés ! Il y a un supermarché à côté de l'hôtel, très pratique

Le petit déjeuner ne change pas, il n'y a pas grand choix mais ça fait l'affaire pour 7€ par personne. La baignoire n'est vraiment pas grande.

The outside seating area was lovely, very clean and aesthetic. The staff were helpful, they were very attending to requests and one person helped us with recommendations for places to visit around the city. The room was as listed, nice and clean with good facilities. The hotel was close to the tram which was easy to take into the centre. It was sometimes late which can be unreliable when trying to stick to a time frame but still a good option for travel. It is next to a supermarket which is great.

The area in which the hotel is location was messy at times. We walked passed a few bins that were overflowing with rubbish. There was a lot of graffiti but that didn’t bother me.

We had a private terrace. The place was clean. The hotel in itself was very cute. We had a supermarket right next door which was very handy and lots of nice bars and restaurants in the area. It was very close to the colosseum. You can also get refunded for unused travel tickets. Although we didn’t have breakfast, we did find it very affordable for only 7 euros.

There was no kettle in the room and we couldn’t regulate the aircon which was also making a bit of noise. It was a bit small but that is excepted in big cities.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Im Innenhof kann man sehr gemütlich den Abend verbringen.

Es un lugar con todo para ser cómodo. Las habitaciones no son tan amplias pero es lo de menos con la atención tan buena y la comida del desayuno. Esto último, maravilloso. Todo en el desayuno era muy rico y fresco. La atención de Alessandro fue genial, excelente español nos ayudó mucho!! Además se pueden tomar cocteles ahí en el jardín que hay, y todo divino. Hermosa aura Romana.

La Ztl... purtroppo Roma ha il.problema dell' accesso alle auto. Ma la struttura alberghiera sa come risolvere la situazione. Ottimo personale

Location was decent, as there's a few supermarkets basically next door.

Extremely small room. Uncomfortable bed. AC that you CANNOT control (per the staff): room gets hot during the day and you feel cold at night. The night shift desk staff is weird and kind of rude. Very expensive for what it was. We were mislead. This is not a 3 star hotel, it's at best a motel and should be priced as such!

La struttura non si trova in una zona turistica però è servita molto bene. A pochi passi c'è il tram che porta in centro. La struttura pulita e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Noi ci siamo appoggiate alla struttura per andare al concerto di Ultimo.siamo arrivate dal concerto alle 5:20 e ci hanno accolto col sorriso nonostante l'orario. La colazione varia e accontenta tutti i gusti. Ottima struttura CONSIGLIATA

Hotel położony w spokojnej dzielnicy. Obok market spożywczy. Niedaleko przystanek tramwajowy. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone, codziennie sprzątane. Uroczy ogród ze stolikami na dziedzińcu hotelu. Śniadania wystarczające.

W naszym pokoju zapach wilgoci, ale dało się go znieść.

Zum Abschluss meiner vierwöchigen Pilgerreise von Lucca nach Rom habe ich die letzte Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Dieses Haus habe ich gewählt, weil mein Neffe in San Lorenzo wohnt und ich mit ihm Zeit verbringen wollte. Ich war überrascht von der Ruhe, mit der dieses Hotel mich in diesem doch lebhaften Stadtteil empfangen hat. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der Vorplatz vor dem Hotel mit den Bäumen und den Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber. Es war mit Möbeln ausgestattet, die royal / märchenhaft und ein bisschen aus der Zeit gefallen wirkten. Das Zimmer hatte aber auch einen modernen Fernseher. Ich hatte einen Ausblick nach hinten in den begrünten Hinterhof. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis wird ein schönes Frühstück in einem kleinen Frühstücksraum angeboten. Wenn Sie dieses Hotel gebucht haben und zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Termini kommen, nehmen Sie nicht den Weg, der Ihnen von Google vorgeschlagen wird, sondern gehen Sie an der anderen Seite des Bahnhofs und an der anderen Seite der Mauer entlang (Viale di Porta Tiburtina und dann Via di Porta Labicana). Dort habe ich mich entschieden sicherer gefühlt. Der Weg, den Google vorschlägt ist "dunkel" und dort "wohnen" viele Menschen auf der Straße.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the receptionists were helpful, the room was nicer than the photos - they were clean and modern. The room was on the small side but it was totally fine for us. The shower was really good. I enjoyed having a wardrobe to unpack into and the fridge was very helpful. The hotel is right next to a supermarket which we also found helpful. This hotel felt like an oasis in a city - with a really lovely garden and courtyard area to sit in. The breakfast for 7 Euro was one of the best things about the stay here - unlimited coffees, cappuccinos etc, boiled eggs, cheeses, hams/deli meats, pastries, cereals, juice - it really set us up well for a full day of sight seeing.

The location isn't great to be honest, there is quite a bit of graffiti and litter in this neighborhood. We didn't ever feel unsafe, but we also didn't get that feeling of exploring cute Roman streets like we felt in other areas. It also took about 20 - 30mins to get into the city using the tram.

No es la primera vez que voy. Me encanta este hotel como detenido en el tiempo. De buen gusto y cómodo. Desayuno suficiente. Cerca de Termini y bien conectado. Con un supermercado bueno justo en la esquina.

Gute Lage im Zentrum neben einem Supermarkt und guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Frühstück war eben falls lecker. Hotel Außenanlagen sieht hübsch aus. Personal war teilweise hilfreich.

Hotelschlüssel muss beim gehen immer abgegeben werden. Ebenso der Autoschlüssel. Beide Schlüssel werden ohne Prüfung einfach raus gegeben bei Nennung der Zimmernummer. (Kann natürlich sein, dass irgendwo die Kopien unserer Personalausweise hingen mit dem man es Geprüft hat. War einfach der Eindruck) Klimaanlage ist als Gast nicht steuerbar und auch das Personal kann laut eigener Aussage kein Einfluss nehmen. Da die Klimaanlage aber kaum Kühlleistung hatte wurde es zu zweit Abends sehr schnell warm im Zimmer. Mit Fenster offen haben wir besser geschlafen, da das einzige was die Klima gut konnte die Luft so stark zu trocknen, dass pro Person eine 1L Flasche pro Nacht geleert wurde. (Zum Glück war der Supermarkt um die Ecke) Dusche wirkte zwar renoviert, aber wenn man Duscht dringt das Wasser aus der Duschwanne. Personal sagte zwar man wolle es sich anschauen, wir haben aber jeden Tag nach dem Duschen das Bad trocken legen dürfen. Zum Abschluss: Das für uns negativste war die Ameisen Invasion, welche im Zimmer war. Sowohl Badezimmer als auch Schlafzimmer. Meine Verlobte hat über Nacht einen Ausschlag bekommen. Daher gehen wir davon aus, dass die auch sehr gut beißen können. Wir empfehlen Ceterizin.

Tesisin konumu ve sunduğu imkanlar çok iyiydi. Bahçesi harikaydı. Saklı bir cennet gibiydi. Kahvaltısı çok çok iyiydi. Yediğimiz herşey çok lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı, güler yüzlü samimi ve kendimizi güvende emniyette hissetmemiz için her an yardımcıydılar. Şampuan ve sabunları çok özeldi. Bahçedeki masalarda istersek otelden, istersek dışardan aldığımız yiyecek ve içeceklerle zaman geçirmek çok keyifliydi. Bu konuda da çalışanlar güleryüzle yardımcı oluyorlar.

Odamızdaki klima, benim ülkemdeki alıştığımız çalışma şeklinde değildi. Biraz daha soğuk olsaydı çok daha mutlu olabilirdim. Başka şikayet edebileceğim hiçbirşey yoktu otelde. Herşey güzeldi

The room was really nice, better than I expected, spacious (with the spacious bathroom), clean, neat. The look and feel of the whole place was extremely pleasant. I was searching for the place just near Roma Termini (around 7 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes walking) and the hotel met all my expectations.

The rooms are very classic Italian and old fashioned, but are very clean. The AC worked well, and the balcony we had was lovely. A bit further out of the city than initially realised as Rome doesn’t seem to be the most well-connected city, but not a problem really. In an area that felt less safe than the rest of Rome, but we had no problems and would stay again.
