The location- very close to Policlinico metro station (line B) just one metro station away from Termini railway station.A spacious room and spacious bathroom. 24 hour reception, smooth an easy process of check-in and check-out. Very fast and timely online communication with the hotel staff before our arrival. Organized pick-up from the airport in the middle of the night. A rooftop terrace restaurant (extremely delicious pizza). A comfortable bed. A large terrace in our room. All facilities that one might need in a hotel room. A very good breakfast starting early in the morning at 7:00 am. Practically I liked everything about Best Western Plus Globus Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone traveling on business or leisure.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist ruhig, gleichzeitig hat man eine gute Anbindung zum Bahnhof Termini, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert unterwegs ist. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Essen dort war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer gelungenen Kombination aus ruhiger Lage, guter Verkehrsanbindung und angenehmem Service. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Zimmer hätten etwas größer sein können, für unsere Zwecke waren sie jedoch ausreichend. Leider war das WLAN im Zimmer sehr schlecht bis teilweise gar nicht vorhanden, was die Reiseplanung etwas erschwert hat. Beim Frühstück waren häufig relativ viele Gäste gleichzeitig anwesend. Dadurch kam es insbesondere an der Kaffeemaschine zu Wartezeiten. Eine zweite Kaffeemaschine wäre hier sicherlich sinnvoll.

La habitación era muy buena: la cama, amplia y cómoda; el baño, fantástico. El aire acondicionado me salvó. La ubicación era perfecta para mi objetivo, ya que estaba cerca de la universidad a la que iba, pero no tan cerca como para llegar a la zona turística. De todas maneras, el metro está a 10-15 minutos a pie, lo que facilita el traslado. Sentí que la zona era muy segura de noche.

El desayuno era abundante y variado, pero la comida que se servía no era particularmente deliciosa. No es un gran problema, pero estando en Roma, hay más expectativa.

We had an overall positive stay at the Best Western Plus Globus Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive. The only significant issue arose at check-in. For our family of two adults and three children, the written information received through the booking platform led me to understand that the quadruple-room arrangement could be retained if suitable, while a quintuple room was available as an optional upgrade. At arrival, the occupancy arrangement was explained differently, creating unnecessary stress and confusion at the very start of our stay. What ultimately made the difference was Ms. Adriana. She listened carefully, understood the situation, clarified the issue, and handled it with exceptional professionalism, patience, courtesy, and a genuine focus on finding a solution. Her intervention was exemplary and deserves particular recognition. My only recommendation to the hotel is straightforward: ensure that reservation communications and check-in information are completely consistent and unambiguous. This would prevent an otherwise avoidable situation. Apart from that initial issue, we were very pleased with our stay. Excellent breakfast, professional staff, and outstanding guest service from Ms. Adriana. She turned a difficult arrival into a positive overall experience.

Bardzo duży pokój, fajny balkon, niezła lokalizacja. W sam raz na spokojny pobyt w Rzymie.

Trochę głośno działająca klimatyzacja. Niestety przy tej temperaturze nie można było jej wyłączyć, bo od razu robiło się w pokoju gorąco. Mimo to naprawdę fajne miejsce.

Wir hatten zu Viert ein großzügiges Familienzimmer mit zwei Bädern. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Sauberkeit prinzipiell in Ordnung. An ein paar Stellen war es etwas staubig. Bitte beachten: Aufgrund des Feiertags war die Parkgarage geschlossen. Parken vor dem Hotel. Leider wurde unsere Autoscheibe eingeschlagen. Unbedingt in Parkgarage parken.

​Péssima experiência ​Me hospedei por 4 diárias no Best Western em Roma e tive uma experiência extremamente decepcionante e revoltante. ​No único dia em que solicitei a arrumação do quarto, ao retornar no final do dia, tive a triste surpresa de constatar o sumiço de uma sacola grande cheia de compras de mercado (incluindo chocolates, biscoitos, Nutella e outros itens). ​Fui imediatamente à recepção para fazer a reclamação sobre o ocorrido. No dia seguinte, devolveram apenas alguns dos itens dentro de uma bolsa totalmente diferente da original, sem dar explicações plausíveis ou resolver a situação por completo. ​A sensação de insegurança de ter seus pertences mexidos e levados de dentro do próprio quarto em um hotel de uma rede conhecida é inaceitável. O atendimento para resolver o problema deixou muito a desejar. Não recomendo a hospedagem.

La struttura è sporca, le camere sono a sorte, ovvero prenoti una King Superior e rischi di trovarti su una scena dell’orrore: muri sporchi, mobili marci e sporchi, pavimento pieno di macchie e aria condizionata non funzionante. Prenoti una camera standard, sono piccole al minimo di movimento per due persone, anche qui le stanze non ristrutturate non hanno neppure una presa elettrica vicino al comodino. La struttura non è assolutamente da Vest Western. Sconsigliatissimo

Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, με καθημερινή καθαριότητα και μεγάλα, άνετα κρεβάτια. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ γευστικό· δεν είχε τεράστια ποικιλία, αλλά ήταν επαρκές, φρέσκο και προσεγμένο. Πολύ καλός ήταν επίσης ο καφές στο πρωινό, με επιλογές όπως cappuccino και latte, ενώ το προσωπικό που τον ετοίμαζε ήταν ευγενέστατο! Η τοποθεσία είναι σχετικά κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό και ακόμη πιο κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου & τραμ, οπότε μπορείς να φτάσεις στο κέντρο περίπου σε 30 λεπτά. Σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Στα αρνητικά, δεν καταφέραμε να συνδεθούμε στο Wi-Fi ούτε μία φορά, καθώς δεν εμφανιζόταν καν το δίκτυο. Επίσης, επειδή το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται κοντά στο νοσοκομείο Policlinico, ακούγονται αρκετά συχνά σειρήνες ασθενοφόρων, τόσο κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας όσο και τη νύχτα. Θα θεωρούσα επίσης πολύ χρήσιμο να υπάρχει στο δωμάτιο μια μικρή καφετιέρα τύπου Nespresso. Ειδικά αφού μιλάμε για Ιταλία, θα ήταν ωραίο να μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει έναν-δύο espresso στο δωμάτιο! Η περιοχή γενικά δεν είναι κακή, καθώς υπάρχουν πανεπιστήμια και αρκετή κίνηση, όμως δεν θα τη χαρακτήριζα ιδιαίτερα όμορφη ή ξεχωριστή.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a bus (310) opposite that take you to the station and we got tickets for the hop on hop off bus. The area is a student area but not very busy with a couple of cafes. It was a quiet hotel dispute being near to a hospital. We checked in late as our flight was delayed so it was about midnight. Staff weren’t chatty and to the point. Not much was explained I.e where breakfast was etc and we just found this ourselves in the morning. There is no bar to get a drink but there is one outside on the right as you come down the steps. Nice cocktails! We ate at the roof top restaurant - the food was good but not a lot of choice. The air con wasn’t great and it was so hot when we stayed so could have done with a better AC. Didn’t really see any staff and when we checked out it was agin to the point and not particularly friendly. I would recommend as a base for visiting Rome.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue with our check-in on June 26th and to request a refund of €250. My family of four had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. Prior to our arrival, we explicitly arranged and confirmed via the platform that we would be checking in early on June 26th at 4:00 AM. This request was formally approved by your hotel, and the total amount for our stay was fully prepaid. However, upon our arrival at the reception at 4:00 AM, the receptionist informed us that early check-in was not included and claimed our booking should have started on June 25th. He demanded an additional payment of €250, stating that if we did not pay, we would have to wait until the standard check-in time at 2:00 PM (14:00). I presented the official confirmation and proof of full payment from Booking.com, but the employee insisted on the extra charge. As I was traveling with young children and could not leave them waiting for ten hours after a long journey, I was forced to pay the €250. This charge contradicts our prior agreement and your written confirmation. Therefore, I kindly request that you review this incident and arrange a full refund of the €250 to my card as soon as possible. I have attached the Booking.com confirmation chat and the receipt for the extra €250 for your reference. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.
