Morgenmad ok,brød dog lidt undet standart. Fik efter udtjent gratis opbevaring af kuffert,så alt i alt godt.

I did not like the location. I didn’t feel very safe and a guy that was staying at the hotel was robbed right outside the front door and nothing was done to stop it. It’s unfortunate for the hotel that the area isn’t safer.

Breakfast was good but only one thing i didnt’like that was same every day,boiled eggs only not other options of eggs , no tomato or olives.

Toilet won't flush easily. Poor bathroom drainage - so water would always stay on the floor, after shower. We were denied a pressing iron upon arrival. Asked for 2 separate beds but got a double bed instead.

El edificio es viejo, la zona es termini de sabe que no es de lo más agradable, pero si necesitas tomar un tren al otro día es conveniente hospedarse en esa zona . La zona de desayuno es muy chica. El Precio me pareció muy elevado, entiendo que Roma es caro.

Rahatsız etmeyin seçmeme rağmen odaya 2 günde de girilip temizlik yapılmıştı rahatsız edici bir durum. Konum olarak çok iyi metroya otobüslere istasyonlara 3-5dk yürüme mesafesinde.

O principal ponto negativo foi a localização, especialmente à noite, quando a região fica deserta e com pouca segurança. Há muitos moradores em situação de rua e relatos de consumo de drogas e roubos, o que gera uma sensação de insegurança.

Como é perto da estação a zona envolvente pode não ser bem frequentada. De resto tudo ok.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026A good place to stay for a couple of nights to see Rome. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions of Rome. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was quite modest, but sufficient. Several restaurants around the hotel. The elevator had a problem stopping halfway and to get to the desired floor you had to press the button for the desired floor again :)
The area is not suitable for late night walks.

El baño tenía unas humedades increíbles, daba algo de grima ducharse. La cama de “matrimonio” son dos camas pequeñas unidas, muy cutre!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Дуже зручне розташування, щоб швидко добратися з ЖД вокзалу до готелю і также швидко дійти до вокзалу, щоб поїхати. Всі кімнати і дизайн помешкань дуже гарно виглядають на фото в інтернеті в класичному стилі, але на цьому переваги готелю закінчуюються, на превеликий жаль.
В готелі великі проблеми з електропроводкою. Як тільки ми приїхали, одразу поставили на зарядку мобільний телефон і кабель згорів, були іскри і дим. Менеджер на ресепшн порекомендував мені купити зарядний кабель навпроти в магазині, і нова зарядка стала також швидко нагріватися і іскрити, пішов буквально дим, ми побоялися заряджати гаджети в готелі після цього, а менеджер після рекомендації купити кабель в магазині навпроти, сказав, що в них з електропроводкою все гаразд, це в нас неоригінальні зарядки були! Я вимогала електрика з обладнанням для перевірки електро розеток, але він прийшов без обладнання і потім сказав що все справно працює, стряхнувші обуглені згорівші фрагменти контактів на підлогу...після цього ми заряджали свої гаджети тільки в кафе і ресторанах Рима, щоб не ризикувати життям. Також, я просила змінити нам кімнату, але отримала відмову. Мені прийшлося дзвонити в службу підтримки Booking з програмою максимум - змінити нам готель, або з програмою мінімум - допомогти поміняти нам кімнату, і тільки з їх допомогою нам надали інший номер для проживання, трохи кращий за попередній. В першому номері старий нечищений унітаз, а в другому - раковина з тріщинами, і в обох старі обідрані шпалери, старі скрипучі меблі, пил на плафонах світильників, немає шумоізоляції ніякої, виспатися і відпочити просто нереально від звуків в корідорі і за стінами, тому спали в навушниках. Сніданок скудний: чищені відварні яйця, черствий хліб, нутела, масло, джеми, круасани і солодкі пирогі, два вида сира, один вид салями, один вид шинки, два солодких напої, вода, йогурт, несмачна кава в апараті, який наливає воду на половину маленької чашки. Краще просити зробити каву на барі. Овочів немає взагалі, з фруктів - одна памаранчева диня. Персонал громко розмовляє між собою в маленькій обідній залі під час прийому їжи, це дуже дратує. Зупинитися в цьому готелі було моєю великою помилкою і я б не рекомендувала його для проживання. Готель треба прибрати з платформи Booking.

La calidad del hotel en todos los aspectos es muy baja, no recomiendo para nada pagar el desayuno, nosotras acabamos desayunado fuera todos los días. La habitación (518) tenía fugas de agua en el aire acondicionado y en el baño, no las arreglaron en todas las noches que estuve allí (6 noches). Cada día tenía que gastar las toallas de la habitación en cubrir el suelo y parte de la cama para poder dormir. No se me ofreció/aceptó el cambio de habitación hasta la última noche y las condiciones para hacerlo eran que ellos me mobieran todas mis pertenencias durante el día porque esa habitación se la tenían que dar a otro huésped que entraba ese mismo día, aún sabiendo que los deperfectos no permitían el uso de dicha habitación.

Tehát az utolsó nap reggeli nem járt... Koszos arertekaranyba nagyon nem hozta azt amit kellett volna szoba botrány fürdő megintcsak. Akkor kétszer akartak behajtani rajtunk az idegenforgalmi adót amikor jöttünk kifizettük ma meg kérte a reggeli emberke is. Az étel ugyan az volt azt hiszem hanyagolom az isteni foglalást

Friegan las habitaciones todas las mañanas y el personal súper agradable. Nosotros fuimos con un niño de 2 años y medio y hemos estado super contentos
El alojamiento en si esta muy centrico. La estacion de termini esta a dos minutos andando. Ojo, que sea centrico no significa que sea el mejor barrio. Como zona de roma deja bastante que desear. Menos mal que el hotel es una maravilla.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very close to the metro and Roma Termini station, and within easy reach of many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was very convenient for getting around Rome and exploring the city.
Unfortunately, I found the hotel itself quite gloomy and dark, and it did not have a welcoming or comfortable atmosphere. I also did not feel very comfortable with the surrounding area, especially at night, as there can sometimes be disturbances and unrest. Another major downside for me was that the hotel closes its doors at 11 PM, which means guests cannot freely leave or return after that time. For me, this was a significant inconvenience, especially in a city like Rome where you may want to go out and enjoy the evening.

Valytoja ne pilnai atlieka savo pareigas. Antru kartu gyvenant viešbutyje ant grindų prie lango radom tuščių saldainių popieriukų. Dar nepatiko, kad išsiregistruojant tarp 10/11h, kai ji tvarko kambarius. Ji atidaro savo aukšte lifto duris, kad niekas negalėtų naudotis liftu. Kas suteikė nepatogumą neštis daug lagaminų iš 3/5 aukšto ypač vaikui. 5 aukšte, kai kuriuose kambariuose garsiai veikia kondicionierius. 2 aukšte duše atsiklijavusios plytelės - kurios bet kada gali iškristi.

In the booking.com confirmation email, it says that card payment is acceptable in the hotel but when I arrived, the receptionist said that only cash is acceptable for paying the city tax which was a headache

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Die Lage Nähe Bahnhof und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist super. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Das Wasser läuft sehr langsam ab, sowohl in der Dusche als auch im Waschbecken. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns über Tomaten gefreut.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026La habitación para pasar 2/3 noches está bien. El baño pequeño pero suficiente. El hombre de la recepción que estaba por el día muy majo y amigable. La ubicación no está mal pero como tienes que andar tanto (ya que estás de turismo) recomiendo algo mucho más céntrico.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026El personal era muy agradable. El señor de la recepción era muy simpático. El desayuno no estaba mal, para nuestro gusto había de todo.
Es un hotel con instalaciones muy antiguas. La primera noche cuando nos fuimos a dormir retiramos la sábana y habían pelos y suciedad, daba la sensación de que las sábanas no las limpiaban. También nos encontramos una telaraña en la esquina de la ducha que al día siguiente comentamos al servicio de limpieza pero no la llegaron a quitar. La zona en la que estaba ubicada el hotel no es de las mejores, nos causaba un poco de inseguridad.
