Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Location near Termini station is excellent. Room was basic, but consistent with price. Staff on front desk were good to deal with. Hotel felt secure and clean. The safe in my room was broken, which hardly mattered as it was completely portable. Front desk gave me a deposit box to store in their own safe, so problem resolved. Breakfast was a little underwhelming for a nation famous for its food. My shower cubicle could hardly have been any smaller and they won't win prizes for toiletries. Overall the hotel worked for me - clean, secure, great location

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026It was close to the train station and had lots of good restaurants around it. The staff were very nice. The night shift front desk guy went out of his way to accommodate us. We had a day trip planned and were leaving before breakfast started. He made us a care box so we could take food with us.
The mattresses were old and not very comfy.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Lokacija je glavna prednost hotela, budući da je na tri minute od glavnog željezničkog kolodvora i otprilike isto toliko do bazilike St. Maria Maggiore. Soba je bila čista, kao i posteljina i kupaona, međutim osjetio se miris dezinficijensa kojeg se luftanjem nismo uspjeli rješiti. Hotel ima tri zvjezdice, tako da imajte realna očekivanja. Doručak koji nam je bio uključen u cijenu je korektan, naći će se za svakoga ponešto. Osoblje na recepciji je vrlo ljubazno, a recepcija radi cijelu noć. Za prespavati i cijeli dan biti vani je hotel sasvim solidan za tu cijenu, s obzirom na ostale objekte bez doručka.
Jastuci su bili tvrdi i tanki. Miris dezinficijensa se dosta osjetio tijekom boravka. U sobi se vide tragovi korištenja, poput fleka na zidu, ogrebotina i slično. Brava od vrata sobe nije bila sasvim ispravna. Doručak bi mogao biti nešto raznovrsniji.

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, spielt für mich persönlich jedoch keine Rolle. Es gibt keine Kosmetiktücher oder einen Vergrößerungsspiegel. Der Aufzug rattert unterwegs...da fühlt man sich evtl etwas unwohl

En la aplicación de booking informa impuesto de 21 euros por la ciudad Pero al pagar en el hotel fue de 54 euros no es clara la información de los impuestos y es una suma bastante distante a la reportada por parte de la app de booking.

It was hot in the room when I got there, no air conditioning on. I couldn’t get it to cool off and had to have the front desk help. It cooled somewhat during the night but that made for an uncomfortable stay. When they call a taxi for you to the airport it’s 60 euros. The taxi is 55 euros and the hotel gets 5 euros…fyi

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Gostei muito da limpeza impecável de todo o espaço, que estava irrepreensível. O tamanho do quarto também me surpreendeu pela positiva, sendo bastante espaçoso e confortável. Além disso, importa destacar a equipa de funcionários, que foi sempre muito simpática, disponível e prestável durante toda a estadia.
O aspeto menos positivo foi a televisão do quarto, pois não era uma Smart TV, o que impossibilita o acesso a serviços como a Netflix. Por outro lado, embora existisse uma boa quantidade de canais normais, o sinal tinha vários problemas de conexão e a emissão estava constantemente a ir abaixo.

Μού άρεσε που φύλαξαν τις αποσκευές μου για να μην τις κουβαλάω ως την ώρα της πτήσης. Ήταν αρκετά καθαρό και το δωμάτιο και ολόκληρο το ξενοδοχείο. Το μενού για το πρωινό ήταν οκ (θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερες επιλογές)
Δε με βόλεψε το ντους που δεν είχε "τηλέφωνο".

za to kabina prysznicowa wąska tak pomyślałam sobie,że jak ktoś duży to cięzko się umyć nie wiem może akurat w moim pokoju 1 osobowym no i lodóweczki małej chociaż mi brakowało w tych 40 stopniowych upałach . Jest klimatyzacja. śniadanie było skromne ....w 1 "chlebaku" plasterki sera w 2gim jakaś konserwowa szynka no ale można sobie zrobić kanapki i się najeść...ekspresu nie ma tylko kawa w termosie ale też ciasto soki jogurt

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026A localização é excelente. Já havia ficado nessa mesma rua, e escolhi novamente por ser ao lado da Estação Roma Termini, e de muitos pontos turísticos, facilitando fazer o percurso a pé.
Meu quarto não foi satisfatório. O ar condicionado não funcionava e precisei pedir um ventilador na segunda noite. Colchão e travesseiro já gastos. Dormi muito mal. Não havia frigobar, então não pude deixar nada de alimentação fresca no quarto, como iogurte, frutas, que fazem parte do meu hábito alimentar. Para domas noites, deu para ficar, mas não reservaria para mais dias.

They forcefully made me pay €50 making up a story that there was a problem with my booking, arriving after midnight when I had a long day travelling and exhausted, they refused to give me the key unless I paid another $50! Unethical and unprofessional. They post a low price on booking.com to attract clients, then they play this toxic game to steal from people. I see on their google review page that they did play the same game with other travelers. I’m a solo female traveller I’m 45 years old and I travelled solo to much more rough countries and never been treated this way. I have complained to booking.com and did anything to get my hard earned money back, it took me a few weeks but I got it. DO NOT BOOK HERE, save your hard earned money and don’t let this unethical owner scam you.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Ubytování bylo v super lokalitě opravdu kousek od nádraží Termini. Pohodlná matrace a klimatizace nebyla nijak hlučná, přitom příjemně chladila. Personál na recepci vždycky usměvavý ať jsme přišli na hotel v jakoukoliv hodinu.
Malinký sprchový kout, nejsme nějak prostorově výrazní a i tak jsme měli problém se v něm otočit nebo ohnout. Snídaně byly každý den stejné, žádný extra výběr, žádná zelenina, dva dny po sobě akorát cherry rajčata. Ale Italové celkově snídaně moc neumí, takže s tím jsme tak nějak počítali.

La cama no era confortable. Colchón muy duro y malas almohadas. La habitación tenía poca iluminación y no había refrigerador ni pava eléctrica. Los elementos de higiene de mala calidad. Hacía muchísimo calor en Roma y si querías agua fresca la tenías que pagar.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026We stayed 3 night and the accom was great. We absolutely loved that man that was at the accom for the night shift, he was so lovely & deserves a pay rise for what he does.
Close to the main sight however can be a bit scary at night as it is quite close to a dodgy area

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Pomocni panowie na recepcji, było nam zimno w nocy, ponieważ klimatyzacja w lato wieje zimnem, a w zimę ciepłem. Nie ma standardowej klimatyzacji tylko wywiewy ze ścian. Panowie na recepcji dali mi dodatkowy koc, lecz byli oburzeni(?) zdziwieni(?) jak może mi być zimno. W hotelu czysto codziennie sprzątają panie
Wybraliśmy ten hotel że względu na cenę i ciepłą jajecznicę (lubimy zjeść śniadanie na ciepło). Co przyszliśmy to jajecznica była zimna i przez cały czas naszego śniadania nie była wymieniona na ciepłą, a przez 6 dni na stołach wszystko było monotonne bez zmiany wędliny/sera/ pomidora czy płatków śniadaniowych. Na piętrze jest 6-8 pokoi, ale jak lokatorzy wchodzili w nocy lub panie sprzątające rano to zdarzało się że nas budzili. A nawet zdążyło się że zostawiliśmy kartkę żeby nie sprzątać, a pani i tak weszła i posprzątała do tego na szybko, bo narzuta leżała na naszych ubraniach a w łazience nie były wymieniane zużyte kosmetyki czy plastikowe kubeczki.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Acomodação excelente, equipe muito atenciosa e simpática (principalmente o recepcionista da noite), café da manhã simples mas muito agradável, quartos com bom tamanho e próximo à estação Termini. Alguns podem achar o tamanho do box pequeno, mas o hotel segue a média do tamanho europeu. Atento que o elevador é antigo, então usei mais as escadas - cuidado com malas muito grandes ou pesadas. Ótimo custo-benefício, certamente pretendo retornar neste hotel!
Sem insatisfações, apenas elogios!

Se escucha mucho lo que pasa fuera de la habitación. Y algún huésped parecía estar peleando. Nada que fuera responsabilidad del hotel. Todo bien.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026My stay at the hotel was okay overall. The breakfast could have been better, and the room would have benefited from having more power sockets. Alex at reception was amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay.

La rue où se situe l hôtel Séjour seul avc ma fille le soir c est dangereux plusieurs sdf traîne la rue et s'en prenne au passant
