All was good re location and overall re the room, but the bed was as hard as a rock. Great balcony, view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and to the restaurants and shopping.

L hôtel est un peu vieux et mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement. L ascenseur ancien peut s avérer parfois dangereux dans l rapidité de la fermeture des portes . Un service minimum du bar pour les clients en attente serait le bienvenu.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to so many places. The room was lovely! We were comfortable and our balcony was amazing. The staff is was friendly- so helpful and patient!!! Would totally recommend and we would be happy to return!!!

This was a wonderful hotel in an excellent location with a view over the sea. The service was impeccable and the breakfast very good. The room was spacious, with high ceilings, and furnished with great taste. On the walls were reproductions of the Impressionists, mainly in a light blue color palette.

Well the bed was zOK.

No luggage room. There were hoards of us sitting there with our luggage till our prebooked taxis finally turned up. My husband declared the breakfast the worst he had ever had in a hotel.

Location is close to the train station and downtown. Stores and restaurants are walking distance. Breakfast is good too….lots of variety. Staff also can arrange transportation to the port (minimal charge per person) which is very convenient too.

It was a comfortable spacious room that was in walkable distance from the train station. Ideal place to stay the night before joining a cruise. Front desk staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly and organised my transfer to the cruise ship for the following morning.

The bathroom could do with updating as some of the facilities were a little tired but it was comfortable enough for one night.

Property was a bit like stepping into a 1970s Italian film. The AC could’ve been stronger in the room and the lighting could’ve been better throughout the hotel.

This hotel is ideal for one night’s stay before a cruise being located just meters away from the train station and shuttle bus stop (6 euros) to the cruise terminal. The room was small but pretty and clean, with tea and coffee facilities, slippers provided and bidet in the bathroom. It was a side room and the road was a bit noisy as the window didn’t close properly. The AC worked well and was quiet making for a good night’s sleep especially as the bed was really comfortable. Reception were welcoming and breakfast was sufficient. It was a nice walk along the front and plenty of nice restaurants for an evening meal.

The hotel is a bit tired looking, you can tell it’s an older hotel, however ideal for one nights stay.

This is a lovely hotel close to the bus terminal for the cruise port, train station and restaurants. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for access to the docks to get on the cruise. Also lots of good restaurants and bars nearby so lots of choice which was needed as the bar didn't appear to be open in the hotel however it was a Sunday in fairness to them.

Just the bar to be open for one last nightcap !

La qualité globale de l hôtel ( propreté et confort) . La proximité de train et du bus navette pour les croisières qui passe à la porte . La vue mer des chambres ! Mais surtout la gentillesse du personnel de la réception qui nous a rassurés sur un doudou oublié ( un drame!) et nous la gardé jusqu' à notre retour!

L emplacement est idéal et les chambres très confortables. Face à la mer, tout près de la gare et un bus passe en bas pour les croisières, toutes les 20 ou 30 minutes. Mais surtout nous avons oublié un doudou et un petit sac à main dans les chambres et nous avons tout de suite été rassurés sur le fait qu'il nous suffirait à notre retour de les récupérer ! 🙏

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Location was fantastic for a quick overnight before heading to the Rome airport. Lots of restaurants to dine at along the Waterway.

I wish the hotels drink and snack services were available when we checked in. It would have been a little more convenient to have gone and had a drink there.

Look this definitely is not a five star hotel but the location to the cruise terminal and local restaurants is perfect. The building is very old and maybe could do with a good paint and updated furniture but otherwise no complaints

The people at the front desk were amazing with a solid grasp of English. We had been traveling for 14 hours, and they kept our bags for us and gave us suggestions on where to eat while we waited. They managed to get our rooms ready earlier than we expected They also kept our luggage the last day until we left for the cruise ship. The beds were comfortable and we had a great view of the water. The bathrooms we small but clean.

Die Lage direkt am Strand, fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum ist großartig. Motorrad konnten wir sicher im Hof abstellen. Sehr freundlicher Concierge am Abend mit sehr guten Tipps. Großes Zimmer komfortabel und schön eingerichtet.

Die Klimaanlage war kaum spürbar (es war sehr heiß). Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war Italien nicht würdig und dem Anspruch nicht angemessen. Beim Aus-Checken war die Concierge sehr ungeduldig und unhöflich. Insgesamt war die Übernachtung sehr teuer und mit vielen lauten amerikanischen Gästen.

Siden dette var vår bryllupsreise, og vi landet i Roma kl 11.20, spurte vi om det var mulig å få litt tidligere innsjekk. Svar: da må dere betale ekstra. Vi kommer derfor hverken til å bruke dette hotellet igjen, eller anbefale det til andre.

Staying at this property the night before our cruise departed was excellent. Perfect location, clean, great service and the room was everything we needed. They also had an excellent breakfast that was included in our rate.

Overall there was nothing we didn’t like.

The property is very tired and could do with being refurbished. The WiFi is very weak and we were unable to get online, which was not very good for business. The location was excellent less than 10 minutes from the station and 2 minutes to the promenade and the sea. Great variety of restaurants within walking distance and 10 minutes to the cruise ship terminal.

Poor WiFi connection, very small bathroom, mattress was very hard, overall aesthetics rundown.
