Non siamo stati con la nostra cagnolina. Purtroppo non so chi non ha pulito le deiezioni del proprio cane fatte nel giardino. Ma non è colpa della struttura ma di ospiti incivili!

Hotellet bar preg av veldig dårlig vedlikehold. Luktet mugg og fukt. Vi så tydelige vann lekkasjer rundt vinduene. Så anbefaler eierne å investere i oppussing og vedlikeholde. Var jo et nydelig bygg med flott hage.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Hotel Flora splnil naše očakávanie - blízkosť centra, bezproblémové parkovanie a pohodlie. Izba aj celkovo priestory hotela boli krásne a mali dušu aj atmosféru. Hotelový personál bol naozaj veľmi milý a priateľský.
Prekvapila nás veľkosť izby (bola menšia), dosť vyležané matrace, len plastové poháre na izbe, a slabší výber na raňajkách.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Emplacement idéal pour prendre le train pour visiter Rome. Très belle maison, même l'annexe, proche du centre de Frascati à pied. Possibilité de garer la voiture : très appréciable là-bas !
Les toilettes évacuaient mal, manque de pression. Personnel peu serviable. J'ai eu vraiment l'impression de déranger quand j'ai voulu récupérer mon bloc de glace pour protéger mes médicaments de la chaleur en voiture.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Gute Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums. Wir hatten für 4 Tage ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Schön angelegter Park. Das Hotel ist teils modernisiert, teils in älterem Zustand. Wir nutzten Frascati, um unkompliziert mit der Bahn nach Rom zu fahren. Abends konnten wir wieder die sehr gute Küche in Frascati genießen.

De faciliteiten zijn aan vernieuwing toe. De airco deed het niet maar werd gelukkig gerepareerd. De koelkast zag er oud en vies uit, ook de badkamer was erg oud met gebreken waardoor het niet erg hygiënisch was. Ook ons kluisje deed het helaas niet.

Das Bad war grindig. Bei der Dusche ein grindiger Plastikvorhang. Alle Ablagen gerade noch fixiert, alles hat gewackelt und man kann Angst haben dass es runter fällt.

Det luktade mögel på rummet. Solterrassen var stängd sen 2 år tillbaka,inga solstolar, dålig frukost. Personalen verkade uttråkade. Skulle ej rekommendera detta hotell, känner oss lurade.

Nach bemängeln der Klimaanlage und Zustand des Badezimmers (Toilettenspülung defekt, Mülleimer defekt, Duschkabine ließ sich nicht richtig schließen) erhielten wir ein Upgrade eine Etage höher (3) und dieses Zimmer war viel besser.
Sämtliche Hunde und Halter die morgens, mittags und abends auf dem Innenhof unterwegs waren.

Hotel is very outdated. A/C is impossible to regulate. Lots of plumbing issues. Black mold near the ceiling in the bathroom. Stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It was pretty good. Not any more. Looks like they didn't invest in keep up a dime during last 10 years. This is definitely not a 4* hotel anymore.

The furniture of the rooms is quite old. There is a tiny TV set and during my stay the shower did not work at all and I had no possibility to have a shower. The hotel was fully booked and did not offer me any solution (nor a price reduction). Too expensive to not be able to even have a shower.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Not a 4 star hotel!!! Not a good value for money. The fridge didn't work, took them 2 days to replace it. Good views over Frascati. No selection of teas, one packet of coffee for 3 days. Why booking.com includes it in its offer?
The fridge didn't work. Had to wait for 2 days out of 3 for replacement. The bathroom looked tired. Very poor toiletries all wrapped in plastic- bad for the environment. Bad value for money. I regret my choice to stay there. Wouldn't recommend it.

Il bagno dovrebbe essere ritinteggiato La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata. La bombola di ossigeno della mamma che doveva trovarsi jn camera al ns arrivo ci e' stato chiesto se volevamo portarla in camera noi...direi che questo e' stato uno scivolone del ragazzo alla reception... Tornero' per la posizione rispetto al posto dove devo recarmi per torocino.

Avevamo richiesto esplicitamente una culla, ma ci è stata assegnata una camera al secondo piano senza ascensore, situazione molto scomoda con un bambino piccolo. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare stanza ci è stato risposto con un secco “no”. Una volta entrati in camera, inoltre, abbiamo constatato che il frigorifero non funzionava e solo per questo motivo ci è stata cambiata la stanza, sempre sullo stesso piano. La seconda camera, però, era più piccola della precedente, non particolarmente pulita e con un bagno piuttosto datato.

Restaurants abound nearby, but facilities are limited at the hotel and the rooftop bar was unavailable.
