Ottima posizione in pieno centro! Staff cortese. Buona colazione(forse).

La reception chiusa tra le 22:30 e le 7:30 in un hotel a quattro stelle non è un buon servizio. La reception chiusa non permette poi di accedere nella hall dell'hotel e quindi non permette di potersi intrattenere lì. Inoltre la colazione viene servita dalle 7.30 in poi. Sarebbe meglio anticiparla (almeno dalle ore 7:00). In un hotel a quattro stelle non è bello che il coperchio del wc sia rotto o che nel bagno della hall (cui si può accedere solo chiedendo le chiavi in reception) manchino salviette per le mani e carta igienica.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war perfekt für einen abendlichen Stadtbummel, zum Flughafen am nächsten Morgen wenige Minuten Fahrzeit. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite.

Das Badezimmer muss dringend renoviert werden, die Handtuchhaken fallen von der Wand, die Duschkabine ist aus den 70igern, die Klobrille war zwei Nummern kleiner als das Porzellan, Abstellmöglichkeiten für Kosmetikartikel nicht existent. Das Frühstücksbüffet war leider unterdurchschnittlich. Erschwerend ist, dass man die einzelnen Zutaten mit Plastikdeckeln abdeckt, die nirgends abgelegt werden können, so dass es ein heillosen Geklapper gab, sobald sich jemand bedienet. Zum Glück übertönt von zwei Fernsehern und gleichzeitig laufender Kaufhausmusik. Das Mobiliar in der Suite war bestimmt mal schön. Jetzt sind billige Baumwollhussen über ehemals weiße Ledersessel gespannt und alles etwas abgenutzt.

The staff were so helpful in accomodating our needs as cyclists.The breakfasts were well presented meeting all the needs and tastes of various nations.The location was central, close to trains and reasonably close to the airport

The air conditioner was not consistent in cooling .It often turned itself off at night .Fortunately the door opened up the outside to allow cooler air .

Très bien situé, en plein cœur d’Olbia, stationnement inclus, à pied de tout.

Si vous voyagez avec beaucoup de bagages, ma chambre était petite donc peut-être prévoir une chambre plus grande. Il est possible d’en prendre des plus grandes l’hôtel offre différentes grandeurs de chambre. Les portes de la douche étaient brisées. Et la salle de bain avait besoin d’un peu de réparation. Au déjeuner, les croissants qui sont extrêmement délicieux sont mis au compte goutte, ce qui fait que quand on est plusieurs, il faut attendre pour déjeuner.

Affiché 4 étoiles mais je dirais un bon 2 étoiles, pas plus.. chambre terrible, sans volet, avec frigo bruyant et cuvette des toilettes de travers, le tout dans un goût des années 90

Sehr gutes Hotel, direkt im Zentrum. Viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und sehr gute Eisdielen sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gut. Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel in jedem Fall wieder buchen.

Hotel was right around the corner for shopping, site seeing, close to train or bus station also places to eat.

Coffee was delicious but needs to be more available so the server does not have to make so many trips to the kitchen.

Sehr zentrales Lage, freundliches Personal, Hotelparkplatz direkt um die Ecke. Gepflegte Räume, gutes Frühstück.

La mango de la ducha estaba roto y salpicaba mucha agua,las puertas de la ducha ( mampara ) no cerraban bien,la pileta no desaguaba bien,las toallas estaban rotas,el desayuno escaso ( no había variedad ) y el comedor pequeño e incómodo

Fabulous location . Rooms comfortable, spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We paid for 4 star hotel and our rooms were in an apartment building next door. Old, smelled of mold, poor facilities. Had to open windows for smell and mosquitos came in. Ac split unit in room VERY loud with no settings for intensity. On or off only! Tragic. One of the most ecpensive hotels in Olbia but did not even qualify for motel. I will contact booking for refund. First time i give negative review.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were great. The room was cool at quiet.

As I was travelling for work, a desk would have been helpful. A toilet roll holder would have been nice and the shower door needed repairing but these are minor details.

A recepção fecha às 22:00, não fomos avisadas e tivemos dificuldade para entrar. Instalações antigas.

Midden in het centrum! Fijn hotel alle faciliteiten op orde. Kregen zelfs een upgrade van onze kamer. Privé parkeren is op loopafstand te bereiken.

Moesten om 7 uur uitchecken alleen dat kan pas vanaf 7,30 u

Flexibilität

Sehr gute Lage, Ruhig und sauber, Mitarbeiter angenehm freundlich, trotz der Lage ruhig und man kann locker ausschlafen alles , wirklich alles perfekt fußläufig zu erreichen Für ein Hotel mitten in der Stadt mit einem italienischen 4 Sterne Standard war alles ok. Das kann man nicht mit Deutschland vergleichen. Insgesamt war somit alles ok und hat gut gepasst.

In dieser Woche gab es nichts zu klagen

Nachts sehr laut, da zentrale Lage. Keinerlei Abstell- und Aufhängmöglichkeiten im Bad. Klimaanlage wird nur von der Rezeption gesteuert!

Chambre très confortable et bien décorée. Un bon accueil à notre arrivée et ce qui est rare souvent en Sardaigne, en français.

Juste un petit déjeuner qui n’était pas en rapport de la qualité de l’Hotel.

Reception staff were excellent- so helpful and kind when I had lost my mobile. Very good hotel in great situation with a panoramic view of the town and very central. Comfy bed and lovely breakfast and staff. But no confirmation from Bookings??? What happened

Minor - the toilet paper too far to reach from where the toilet is.

The place was super well located, very comfortable and staff were very helpful. We also appreciated that they had gluten- free options at breakfast

If you do the check-out before 7:30 you have to go do it at a different hotel, but it is very close and the staff there were also very kind and we had our breakfast there.

Friendly staff

You notice that the hotel is a bit out of date for example one has to close the shutters for the shower really carefully, they are that old and fragile they can just tumble out. But instead of fixing this one has to make a 50 Euro deposit in case something breaks. Hotel is quite noisy.

All the staffI met here were wonderful. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is good, not too far from the train station and in the heart of the old town. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Lots for choices and very nice coffee.

The WiFi was challenging to say the least. The shower screen was just hanging on.

The hotel is conveniently located right on a popular square with a great sunset view, near to many restaurants and the waterfront. Because it is in a pedestrian zone, the parking was a 4-5 minute walk away on narrow cobblestone streets. The bed was ok. We had an issue with the a/c settings that they addressed right away however it was never clear what temperature the room was however we were able to open the balcony doors and window to cool the room prior to sleeping. Breakfast had a somewhat good choice with custom coffees, however some popular items went fast.

La Posizione dell’hotel è centrale in Olbia e molto vicina ai traghetti per Civitavecchia.

La stanza assegnata era “dotata “ di ben 3 scaldabagni a muro in bella vista nel piccolo locale antibagno adibiti a servire altre stanze sullo stesso piano ( dichiarato di recente ristrutturazione ). Il parcheggio auto, benché gratuito, è situato a poca distanza dall’hotel ma è incustodito fino a tarda ora creando così un forte disagio ai clienti che arrivando in orari in cui la zona è ZTL devono forzatamente lasciare tutti i bagagli di settimane di vacanza dentro l’auto , non essendo previsto alcun servizio di facchinaggio dal parcheggio fino all’hotel. Sempre in parcheggio la mia auto ha subito un piccolo urto da un altro mezzo non identificato il cui proprietario non è stato individuato dalla telecamera di sorveglianza, nonostante le assicurazioni date dal Direttore dell’hotel. Infine, in camera era presente una larva di blatta sul pavimento vicino alla finestra , cosa , questa, che denota qualche carenza nel servizio di pulizia.

When you enter the lobby you are first struck by the moldy smell, which is also present in the stairwell and the escalator. The room was ok, spacious and reasonably clean. The bed and cushions rather uncomfortable. During our stay my car was broken into (parked in the hotel parking which is supervised)- after a lengthy talk with the manger, who was reasonably understanding, no agreement was reached (the hotel denied liability and proposed a lawsuit). The biggest factor why we booked this hotel was the location with guarded parking - BEWARE !

The hotel seems to once have been of high class but there haven't been any investments made in decades to keep it at high standards. The room smelled old. The AC didn't work properly. It turned off after a while and even while running it didn't really cool down the room. Furthermore there were multiple lights on the wall that couldn't be turned off, which were very bright at night.

Nice hotel in the heart of Olbia, spacious room with a balcony to enjoy a drink of an evening and listen to the buzz of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful in recommending sights to see and restaurants to visit. Breakfast is small but good!

Great property and location. Unfortunately our air con was not working and it was quite hot. Customer service was great--it was 10pm and they couldn’t fix it or move us but they brought up a fan but, being in the center of town, it was very loud outside until after midnight. We slept just a couple hours. Parking was excellent—would otherwise be difficult to park in the city without that dedicated lot.

Kaution von 100€ Pro Zimmer finde ich etwas komisch, da wir das Zimmer ja schon im Vorfeld bezahlt hatten
