Beds were so so uncomfortable. You could feel the spring in the mattress and very hard. It’s was a long night.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, pulito e ben organizzato, colazione di qualità, bella atmosfera. Si passa dalla strada del centro (negozi, ristorantini e bar) all'Hotel, entrando in una bolla silenziosa e accogliente. Dalla mia camera, che dava sul retro, non ho sentito alcun rumore

The location is perfect, it truly is central, in the heart of everything, restaurants shopping etc. There is a grocery store walking distance. The bus stop is also close by very cheap and easy to use to get around. You can get by without a car but there are free parking lots nearby if you decide to rent a vehicle. The staff were truly the best, so friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Although the area is busy and vibrant at night with music and people the hotel itself was quiet and the sound from outside can barely be heard plus does not go late. The room was a good size considering being a European hotel. It was nice having breakfast included, and also a coffee machine that was available all day.

Great location and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Το πρωινό ήταν το ίδιο καθημερινά με λίγες επιλογές. Μετά το απόγευμα δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό. Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής δεν είναι αναλογική.

Muy caro para el estado de las instalaciones. Desayuno correcto. Si vas en coche el acceso es difícil ya que se encuentra en una zona peatonal. Tienes que dejar el coche lejos y acceder a pie con el equipaje

Hotel extremante bem localizado, funcionários muito atenciosos, Alessio da recepção sempre cordial e muito educado, café da manhã muito bom com boas opções tanto doce quanto salgadas. Por se localizar no ponto forte da avenida principal, imaginei que o barulho a noite fosse incomodar na hora de dormir, ainda mais por ter a janela virada para rua, mas a vedação da janela segurou bem o barulho e não houve incômodo algum. Visitei todas as praia da região de ônibus saído do hotel, coisa de 5 minutos de caminhada até o ponto de ônibus, também foi fácil chegar do aeroporto, questão de 20 minutos de ônibus e 5 de caminhada.

Great location and staff! The restaurant associated with the hotel was the best in the area. Completely underrated, we ate there 3 times and it was always amazing. The staff were so helpful. Room is comfortable. We booked a smaller room, but it met all our needs.

This hotel is a scam. Stay away. If you are looking for a place to sleep and rest, stay away. There is a restaurant right under your window, with live concerts every night. VERY loud. And the hotel is silent about it. There is no noise protection, meaning - you will NOT sleep until they decide to stop the music, around 2 am. There is no one at reception from 9 PM, and there is an "emergency number" only, which will never answer your messages. This happened to us. also IMPORTANT if you have a car to park. The nearest parking available is 10 minutes walk away. and that is IF you can find parking in the high season, as we spent a lot of time every evening battling for parking. You will have to carry your luggage to the hotel through cobble streets, so be aware. Went to talk to the Hotel when we manage to find someone at reception, regarding the loud noise. The hotel response was - well this is Olbia in high season, it is loud here. Offered us to change room for the last night only, that was 48 hours after I had contacted the emergency number with no response. The hotel representative said sorry I saw the message but didnt respond. Additionally, despite booking.com stating you should not pay anything directly to the property, they WILL charge you extra taxes when you get there. Even more suspect is the fact that even after we had already paid out additional "fees" by credit card, they called us to say we had not paid and were charging us again for the same.

Receptionist gentilissimo, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort . La colazione buona non troppo ricca ma c' era tutto il necessario per soddisfare sia gli amanti della colazione dolce che di quella salata.

La sala colazione un po' piccola. Non può contenere tutti gli ospiti.

Le personnel, dédicace à Alessio qui a été extrêmement gentil et professionnel. L'emplacement est top, nous donnions sur la rue principale. Petit déjeuner parfait !

Il faisait froid dans notre chambre et dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Impossible de régler la température dans notre chambre mais il faisait tout de même très bon !

The location was fantastic

It was an old building that the hotel was in. I feel it was reflected in the location. You’re not gonna find a modern hotel in the centre of Olbia. Older hotel slightly rundown but very clean and I would recommend it.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in Zentrum. Ideal um die Stadt zu erkundigen. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber.

Leider konnten wir das Frühstück nicht geniessen, weil wir am Morgen früh abreisen mussten und es trotz Nachfrage keine Möglichkeit gab, ein Frühstück zum mitnehmen zu erhalten.

在奥尔比亚我们开始遇上了高温，所以酒店每天免费提供带气的和不带气的瓶装水，喝完了可以再补充，这是我们一路下来唯一的一家酒店。除此之外，每日清洁也很努力。在此也特别感谢办理入住那天前台当班的年轻小伙。他热心开朗，善解人意，尽可能地用英语与我们交流。

酒店位于老城里面，去火车站和巴士站需要走一小段路。平日多走几步反而是好，但大热天还是蛮考验人的。

Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta. Pyszne śniadania i spory wybór. Bardzo sprawna klimatyzacja , dyskretna obsługa. Czyściutko i przyjaźnie.

Trudno oczekiwać w tej lokalizacji i biorąc pod uwagę fakt że był to pokój jednoosobowy ale pokój mógłby być dosłownie odrobinę większy nie zmienia to faktu że było mi wygodnie i było wszystko czego mi było trzeba biorąc pod uwagę że nie przyjechałem tam siedzieć w pokoju zbyt długo w ciągu dnia :)

Am plătit pentru o cameră triplă pentru 3 adulți și ne -au dat una dublă cu un fotoliu extensibil mult mai mică. Micul dejun slab. Restaurantul la demisol. Recepționerul foarte necomunicativ, nu cunoștea ce fel de camere are hotelul, se scuz tot timpul ca este angajat de o lună.Un hotel care nu este de 4 stele. iar scorul de pe Booking nu este real. Maxim 7.5.

Schönes kleines Hotel direkt in Mitten von Olbia. Tolle Lage für Restaurants, Bars, etc. Zimmer war ordentlich ausgestattet und sauber. Frühstück war klein aber sehr gut. Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren von der Stadt Olbia leider nicht ganz so begeistert. Hotel war aber wirklich toll.

Tosi tilava huoneisto keskellä Olbiaa. Aamupalaa sopivasti tarjolla. Oltiin erittäin tyytyväisiä tähän majoitukseen.

Beautiful hotel room overlooking the buzzing main street area and Alan at reception couldn't have been more helpful and the cocktails and food in the hotel owned restaurant were delicious I would highly recommend this lovely hotel breakfast was also really nice

The location was good, fully in the city center. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and always ready to answer our questions.

In the evening found a cockroach in my room. In the weekends it might be hard to sleep as outside in the restaurant there were people singing and playing music (if your windows are on that side).

The price of the hotel does not match what you get!!! The breakfast is beyond criticism, half of the things in the toilet were broken, the water would not run. The only good thing is the location of the hotel because it is in the center. I would never stay there again!

Prime location! Right above our favourite street in Olbia. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was minimal but this wouldn't stop me staying at this hotel again.
