Colazione buona

I liked how close it was to the beach and the center, the staff was extremely friendly and available to help. The breakfast was insanely good and had savoury and sweet options. They also let us shower in the spa after checkout as our train wasn’t until 5pm so we were able to spend the day at the beach and come back and wash up

The shower was a bit dirty. But other than that was fairly clean.

Location and breakfast

Room very small

Staff most helpful,cleanliness, good breakfast

Parking in basement charged an extra 25 e/nigjt

The room was recently renovated and felt fresh and clean. It was also very spacious. We stayed in a suite as we were traveling as a family. We had plenty of room and both the bed and sofa beds were very comfortable. Then air conditioning was also incredibly efficient and the room was overall very quiet

Nice hotel and close to all main attractions.

a bit over priced..

Hall

Velice pěkné ubytování a snídaně plně odpovídající 4-em hvězdičkám.

The breakfast was diverse, the rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and professional. However, the thing that stood out for me, and was a pleasant surprise was the hotel's restaurant. The dinner was on par with the best restaurants in the area. The menu changes daily and offers 2,3 options per course, with each dish being well-prepared.

As for the disadvantages, the mattresses could be better. Additionally, there is no place to hang towels in the bathroom. This would be an easy and cheap fix for the hotel to implement.

Ładny, czysty pokój i łazienka Wydajna klimatyzacja Super lokalizacja Uprzejmy personel

Pulizia

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jolanda. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location that made getting around the area very easy. The rooms were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. We particularly appreciated the attentive service throughout our stay, everything went smoothly and we felt very well taken care of.

Convenient location in Santa Margherita. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

Given the heat, a pool would have been welcome. Alternatively an arrangement with a nearby hotel to use their pool/beach would be useful.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and their restaurant recommendations were much appreciated. The valet parking was also a great convenience. Our room was the perfect size, very quiet, and comfortable bed. We especially loved the new bathroom. The AC was excellent and definitely a must given the heat during our stay! Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely return!

The shower was on the smaller side.

Hotel elegante in posizione centrale a Santa. Colazione ricca e variegata. Ottimi prodotti bagno, stanze belle e spaziose, letti comodi. Consigliato

I have been a client for more than 15 years. The quality is always impeccable. The service—perfect. Stands the test of time. I highly recommend it.

Hotel molto accogliente e confortevole in posizione centralissima. Pulizia ottima, personale disponibile e colazione inclusa molto buona.

Adoramos. A equipe muito gentil e eficiente. Destaco o Roberto!

Tutto fantastico, personale molto gentile, posizione comoda e grande ospitalità.

Location was excellent, generally clean and breakfast was lovely.

Front desk staff very rude, condescending and very unhelpful. Upon asking for laundry services the man on the front desk looked very confused and seemed personally offended we asked for a service clearly offered on the hotel website. He then claimed he didn’t know how much it costed when asked (despite there being a laundry price list hidden in the safe of our room he could have pointed us to), they however had no issue finding the price list when it was time to pay. They had said the laundry would take 24 hours but it took over 48 and again staff were very rude and unhelpful when asking where it was offering no solution except “ I don’t know”. They then demanded the city tax to be paid in cash when this was never mentioned to us before getting very rude and angry when we said we had no cash on us and reluctantly taking card. Some places you stay the staff can’t do enough for you, this place was the opposite; they couldn’t do anything and acted like they were doing you a favour. Such a shame as all other staff inc cleaners and breakfast staff were excellent really helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was nice. But front desk staff massively let it down for us.

Lovely hotel close to everything in SML Very comfortable beds

Our room was very small but that’s ok we chose the cheapest room

The location and staff were amazing. It was an easy walk to the waterfront

Hotel molto carino, in posizione centrale. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione buona.

Posizione ottima Colazione fantastica Materasso e cuscini comodissimi.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. Staff at reception have been very helpful, especially Irena

When we arrived for breakfast, there were no pancakes—the kids love them—but they brought some after we’d eaten. We would have been happy to wait :)

Posizione favolosa e staff gentilissimo

Great location.

Room could have been a bit tidier. Walls cleaned etc

Excellent breakfast, the food was perfect and the terrace made it truly an amazing experience to relax and unwind before we started our day. The room was clean, with great amenities.

The bed was a little too hard.

Location, atmosphere, amenities, cleanliness and friendly & helpful staff

Location

Hermoso hotel. Excelente relación calidad precio. Muy fresco , muy bien ubicado, muy buen desayuno

Nada

Posizione ottima, colazione super ampia, camera dotata di ogni comfort, letto comodo , bagno spazioso

Amabilidad, limpieza,buen desayuno

Me gustó todo

The room was spacious, and clean. The bathroom was quite modern and spotless. The location is at the heart of the city, close to everything and the shore. The staff, all of them, were lovely and helpful.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t soundproof enough, you can hear the people in the hallway or the next door room sometimes, but it wasn’t much of a problem for us.

Super Recomendable! El hotel y las habitaciones son preciosas . El desayuno es increíble Todo un 100
