Hotel Le Due Fontane

Hotel was in a good location, easy walking to major sites. Property was easy to reach from the train station using Tram 2 to San Marco stop, then a short walk to the property. The property does not have a sign so it was difficult to recognize it. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but adequate.

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta per chi va a Firenze per esplorare la città e passa poco tempo in hotel. A piedi si possono raggiungere la stragrande maggioranza delle attrazioni. Lo staff è gentilissimo e professionale.Le stanze sono pulitissime.

Parto dal fatto che avendo solo bisogno del hotel come appoggio per dormire e lavarmi, visto che ero a Firenze per visitarla, l’importante per me è che la struttura fosse pulita e sicura., cosa che ho trovato in questo hotel.L’arredo e le condizioni della stanza sono datate e non ben tenute. La stanza e tutta la biancheria erano perfettamente pulite ma i mobili erano rovinati così come parti del bagno. Per quanto la colazione fosse inclusa lo fatta fuori tutti i giorni. Una mia scelta, ma la come sto notando sempre di più negli hotel italiani il caffè o il cappuccino non lo sanno più fare. Utilizzano queste macchinette che fanno diversi tipi di caffè e sono disgustosi. Anche la varietà del resto per la colazione non era delle migliori. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva e lo consiglio per la posizione e professionalità dello staff.

Goede locatie, Niet ver van de Duomo. Vriendelijk personeel, aan de receptie en zeker ook de koffieman. Mooie grote kamer. Ontbijt was in orde wel weinig afwisseling.

Colchão extremamente "desgastado" (afundado), o que comprometeu a qualidade do sono e também o ar condicionado muito barulhento (como eu não tenho problema com barulho, foi tranquilo, mas pode ser que quem é mais sensível a barulho tenha dificuldade)

Wspaniała lokalizacja w samym centrum, z pieszym dostępem do wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc we Florencji. Dojazd z lotniska pociągiem T2 prawie pod sam hotel. Pokoje ładne, przestronne. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Obsługa pomocna i życzliwa :)

Hotel jest historycznym pałacem, więc jego dźwiękoszczelność jest niska. Słychać wszystkie dźwięki z sąsiednich pokoi oraz z ulicy. Na placu przed hotelem często odbywają się imprezy do późna, więc zalecane są korki do uszu, jeśli ktoś chce się wyspać.

Værelset var fint, rummeligt og rent - og beliggenheden var suplim med flot udsigt over pladsen. Morgenbrødet var meget tørt, men det er vist en generel ting i Italien, hvis man ikke spiser kage til morgenmad. :) Ellers god kaffe og lækker juice.

At det begrænsede udvalg af brød var meget tørt.

Thre location is excellent. The breakfast was good. The staff at reception very freindl;y, especially Francesco. The gentleman in the dinning room who was responsible for making cooffee aslo deserve mentioning.

Çalışanlar, kesinlikle. Anneannemin doğum gününü kutlamak için otelde sürpriz ufak bir organizasyon yapabilmemde bana çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltıyı servis eden tüm garson ve çalışanlar çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Oda gayet temizdi. Çok nezih ve turistik yerlere yakın sayılabilecek bir mahallede, güvende hissettik. Yakinda market ve uygun fiyatlı restoranlar var. Klima düzgün çalışıyordu, haziran sonu sıcağında en önemli özellik buydu.

Kaldığımız ikinci gecede WiFi da sorun oldu, otel genelinde. İnternetsiz hareket etmek zordu ama muhtemelen bu sorun çözülmüştür. Yiyecek hazirlayabileceginiz mutfak gibi bir ünitesi olmadığını biliyorduk, uzun süreli kalışta her akşam ve öğle yemeğini dışarıda yemek zorunda olmak kötü olabilir ama bizim için sorun olmadı. Eski bir hotel, eşyaların yeni olmasını beklemeyin. Bidet bile çok eski tipti. Ama her şey kullanılır durumdaydı, herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Oda biraz küçük ama yeterli. Zaten odada çok vakit geçirmeyip vaktimizin çoğunu şehirde gezmek için harcadığımızdan ve 2 gece kaldığımızdan tam bir fiyat performanstı. Konum olarak tren istasyonundan valizlerle, hele de o sıcakta yürümek için fazla mesafedeydi, geliş ve gidişte ulaşım için taksi kullandık. Yatak çok rahat sayılmazdı ama idare ettik.

Outstanding location. Friendly staff. The hotel and room look a bit old, but they're clean and comfortable. My room was exceptionally large: in a newer hotel it would surely be repackaged as some kind of junior suite.

Rather pricey, but I suppose that's unavoidable in Florence. The breakfast room could have lovely views of the Piazza della SS. Annunziata if its windows weren't obstructed by shelving and worst of all an ATM.

Łazienka wymaga remontu . Okna są mało szczelne i w nocy słychać wszystko co dzieje się na zewnątrz i te hałasy bardzo przeszkadzają w odpoczynku.

Excellent emplacement à deux pas du Duomo. Très belle chambre, spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement agencée, avec une bonne climatisation. Malgré une rue un peu bruyante la nuit, l’insonorisation est excellente fenêtres fermées. Service de voiturier très pratique : la voiture est prise en charge devant l’hôtel et ramenée à l’heure souhaitée. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné.

La salle du petit-déjeuner est en revanche un peu froide et manque quelque peu de décoration pour créer une ambiance plus chaleureuse.

Bagno piccolo e obsoleto,il bidet senza miscelatore lo trovo anche poco igienico..si deve riempire per lavarsi o raccogliere l'acqua dal fondo,quindi con un contatto diretto.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. No necesitas el coche para nada. Recepción super atentos. Habitación y baños grandes. Mucho armario. Pasillos cómodos y espaciosos. Está muy limpio. El personal es muy agradable.

El almuerzo es escaso y no reponen con la velocidad que tendrían que hacerlo. En nuestro caso simplemente ni lo hicieron. Le falta mucho mantenimiento a la habitación, a las ventanas y sobretodo a la iluminación, nuestro baño no tenia luz, las bombillas estaban fundidas. Igualmente, si volviera lo volvería a contratar por la ubicación, personal, limpieza y dimensiones de la habitación.

Sehr gutes Frühstück (mit frischen Kaffeespezialitäten und O-Saft). Die Lage ist top - keine 10 Gehminuten vom Domplatz entfernt. In der verkehrsberuhigten Straße gibt es nette Läden und einige gute Restaurants, die nicht überlaufen sind. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war einwandfrei (gut regelbar und leistungsstark).

Es dürfte beim Frühstück an Obst gerne mal etwas anderes geben als Melone. Die Zimmer zur Straße raus sind recht laut und nichts für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf (die Fenster nicht schallisoliert). Das Zimmer zum Innenhof hin war jedoch sehr ruhig (wenn auch dunkel, da so gut wie kein Tageslicht hineinscheint).

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο, 5 λεπτά από τον Καθεδρικό Ναό, μπορείς να επισκεφτείς σχεδόν όλα τα αξιοθέατα με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και επιπλωμένο με γούστο, η θέα προς την πλατεία ονειρεμένη. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και η καθαριότητα εξαιρετική. Το aircondition και το wifi λειτουργούσαν χωρίς πρόβλημα, ενώ σημαντική ήταν και η ηχομόνωση που υπήρχε, καθότι το βράδυ μαζευόταν κόσμος στα σκαλοπάτια της πλατείας με συνέπεια να υπάρχει φασαρία. Το νόστιμο πρωινό ήταν "ιταλικού τύπου" με έμφαση σε διάφορα τυριά, αλλαντικά και γλυκά, εξαιρετικής ποιότητας.

Η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήθελε αρκετή πίεση για να κλείσει σωστά. Επίσης, εάν κατέβαινες για πρωινό το τελευταίο 40λεπτο η ποικιλία ήταν σημαντικά μειωμένη, καθότι δεν ανανέωναν όσα τρόφιμα είχαν ήδη τελειώσει. Τα παραπάνω ωστόσο δεν επηρέασαν την διαμονή μας... περάσαμε υπέροχα.

Beaucoup de travaux dans Florence. L'accès à l'hôtel en voiture est galère, les GPS sont perdus. Le coût lié au parking pour une nuit (30€)

Atención excelente. Habitación muy cómoda para 4 adultos. Desayuno bueno había buffet de repostería también de embutidos y diferentes panes así como fruta. La ubicación de lo mejor, a un paso del Duomo.

It was in a really good location at the center and close to most attractions .

Everything was ok , but I guess it was different from my imagination of a guest house . The owner and staff were really nice and eager to help very attentive.. A bit more touch of cleanliness would help the experience.

The hotel has an outstanding location in terms of proximity to main attractions/ museums. It is located on the nice square and you have everything right next door. It was a bit more difficult to get there by car though. There is a lot of reconstruction going on in Florence so driving there was a challenge. The valet service to park your car for 23 EUR/ night is convenient though, but it has his challenges too. The room was nice and comfy, everything clean. We cant complain at all. We enjoyed nice breakfast, with exciting selection of Italian cheeses. Overall, we were happy with the hotel and we would not hesitate choosing it again upon our return to Florence.

Lo que mas nos ha gustado ha sido la localizacion (próximo a todo sin el bullicio de los lugares mas concurridos y en una de las plazas incluidas en los free tour por su historia), trato del personal (excelente, amabilisimos todos pero especialmente el personal de recepción), limpieza (impecable y muy cuidada; un 10), la variedad y calidad del desayuno y la comodidad de las camas. Nos gustó todo!!! Cuando regrese, volveré a este hotel sin lugar a dudas.

Por decir algo, una de las habitaciones que teniamos daba a una calle con un edificio enfrente que parecian oficinas. Estuvimos con las cortinas echadas todo el tiempo. Hubiera venido bien tener también visillos para poder disfrutar de luz natural

O banheiro tinha um cheiro vindo do ralo mas que parava quando colocávamos a tampa
