Le personnel était incroyable ! Faisant le check-out avant 7h, ils nous ont préparé un sac avec notre petit déjeuner à prendre sur la route !!!

Dies war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Jahr, was eigentlich weitere Ausführungen erübrigt:-). Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr professionell und aufmerksam. Ruhiges Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon (keine Aussicht, dafür extrem ruhig und schattig). Unsere mitgebrachten "Gesundheitskopfkissen" wurden aus eigenem Antrieb zusätzlich überzogen. Extrem kundenfreundlich! Ausgesprochen reichhaltiges Frühstück, welches sowohl im Frühstücksraum als auch im Freien eingenommen werden kann. Parkplatz in hoteleigenem Vorhof. In Gehdistanz zum Strand und einer grossen Auswahl von guter Restaurants.

Aussentemperaturen unter 30 C :-).

Tutto! Personale super accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Sono riusciti ad accontentarci nel prolungare il nostro soggiorno di 2 notti. Colazione abbondante con molta varietà e qualità ottima.

La piscina un po’ piccolina, ma alla fine non l’abbiamo utilizzata molto. Prezzo un po’ alto per una settimana ma era alta stagione e siamo comunque vicini al mare

Die Lage ist super, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Promenade, Essenslokale sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in der Nähe. Kostenlos kann man sich ein Fahrrad ausleihen, mit diesem sind wir zum Markt gefahren. Frühstück ist vielseitig und sehr gut.

Beautiful hotel old art deco, old plantation style building. So comfy, so much choice for breakfast lovely pool area. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff so helpful and very nice.

L'hotel è piccolino, ma veramente ben curato ed organizzato. La camera piccola, ma dotata di tutti i confort. Super pulito. Lo staff molto disponibile, sempre sorridente e gentile. La spiaggia convenzionata si trova a pochi metri.

Nel bagno metterei almeno una mensola o un tavolino per poter appoggiare beauty case e prodotti vari. Ma purtroppo è un problema che riscontro in generale in tutti gli hotel.

We enjoyed our stay so so much! Our little family with 15 months child truly enjoyed the hospitality from absolutely every member of the Hotel team. We loved the style of villa, proximity to the beach, swimming pool which we could enjoy a lot too, wonderful breakfast, everything was perfect!

Lovely hotel. Very relaxed and family friendly. Staff were incredibly nice. Breakfast and lunch was excellent. Great location for beach and restaurants - plus easy access to Luca and Pisa.

A lovely old villa converted into a hotel. It is very cosy, laid back, and just a few minutes from the beach. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were so welcoming. Highly recommended.

Estrema disponibilità e gentilezza del personale; colazione molto buona con anche prodotti fatti in casa o a km zero. Camera molto bella.

Breakfast was very good, generally a good selection from fruit to yoghurts and compote to cereals and various breads, cheese, salami as well as biscuits and lots of Italian breakfast cakes. The ability to have a beer from the bar was greatly appreciated, especially as it was very hot to go out sometimes. The hotel was also close to the promenade (2 mins walk) where all of the restaurants and beach clubs were located. Last but by no means least, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, can't fault them at all.

The rooms were a little old and the beds were very firm. The pillows were in that space of being too thin for one pillow, but too thick for two. The pool is far smaller than appeared in the pictures, and not really for swimming (more for dipping). But I think the biggest issue was the car park, it was very small and getting out of it took at least 5-10 mins of careful reversing and several multi-point turns. We had a slightly bigger car, which made the job that much more difficult. As much as we enjoyed the location, the staff and the facilities, I think I would struggle to book the hotel again due to that car park.

Номера староваты. У нас была проблема с электрическим замком на двери Туалетная комната минимальная, нужно было пробираться между умывальником и открытой дверью. В душевой кабине закрыть и открыть дверь было крайне сложно

Nous avions réservé juste pour une étape de repos après la traversée depuis la Corse et avant de prendre la route du retour pour l'Alsace dès le lendemain (700 km !). Quel dommage, en effet l'hôtel est tellement agréable que nous aurions pu y séjourner plusieurs jours avec grand plaisir : belle situation, à proximité de la plage et des animations (restaurants, commerces, grande roue avec vue sur la ville et la mer...), personnel accueillant, architecture très plaisante, terrasse et piscine vraiment 'cosy', petit déjeuner excellent (copieux et de qualité !)... seul bémol, notre chambre était vraiment petite.

RAS, juste la chambre un peu petite pour un séjour de plus d'une nuit, mais le confort était malgré tout au RDV, d'autant que tout le reste était parfait !

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to support and advise us. They also took the liberty of communicating with us via WhatsApp to inform us about train and Taxi connections which was extremely helpful because Taxi and bus service was a bit tricky. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of different foods so something for everyone. The room was spacious and very clean however, the bathroom felt a bit dated and disappointing such as bad shower in bath tub. The pool was ok but positioned right next to the street and much smaller than it appears on the website photo however, the beach is literally 2mins away so my daughters only used the pool for cooling down in the late afternoon. Having said that the pool is ideal for younger children and is very safe.

La gentilezza e la professionalità di tutto lo staff sono state davvero straordinarie: sempre sorridenti e pronte ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta. La colazione è stata ricca e con prodotti ottimi. Pulizia della camera impeccabile. La struttura e la location sono perfette, anche per chi viaggia con un bambino piccolo come nel nostro caso, grazie alla vicinanza alle spiagge, ai ristoranti e alla passeggiata. Consiglierò sicuramente questo accogliente hotel a chiunque.Il mio più sincero ringraziamento per il fantastico soggiorno presso la vostra struttura, ritorneremo senz'altro.

Terrassen på rommet vårt var ubrukelig, men vi hadde kanskje det rimeligste rommet på hotellet.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Checkin verlief sehr erfreulich. Die Ausstattung und Interieur sind sehr ansprechend und angenehm. Der gastronomische Aussenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und angenehm temperiert. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, frisch und lecker. Die Lage zum Strand ist auch super. Es gab auch gleich einen Parkplatz und Fahrräder konnte man sich gratis ausleihen. Super!

Das Zimmer befand sich gleich am Treppenhaus, man hat jeden gehört, der sich dort befand bzw. durchgegangen ist.

The property was full of old world charm and had the added bonus of a lovely pool area. We enjoyed having breakfast and some light lunches on the patio. Located just steps from the main promenade, there was also a bus stop nearby, with buses taking you up and down the coast and even as far as Lucca. Bikes were also available for guests to explore further along the coast. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. They took the time to get to know their guests, which was much appreciated. We look forward to staying at the Hotel Europa in the future.

Bra läge, trevlig pool. Bra frukost med färsk frukt och bra kaffe. Glutenfria alternativ. Trevlig personal receptionen!

Dåligt tryck i duschen. Lyhört. Tråkigt med avgift för handduk när 4 stjärnor hotell.. Tänker går lösa med poolkort eller liknande istället för 1,50 euro per handduk…

Pyysimme 3h lisäaikaa ulos kirjautumiseen. Lisähinta olisi ollut 150€ mikä on todella törkeä hinta, varsinkin kun seuraavalle päivälle ei ollut varausta.

Colazione ricca, varia e curata. Stanze ampie e pulite. Piscina tranquilla con bar per un aperitivo. Vicinissimo ai lidi.

Loved the hotel. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The pool area was lovely. Breakfast selection was really good and we enjoyed lunches by the pool a number of times. Would definitely like to return.

Servizio biciclette, servizio parcheggio interno, la disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff e l'ottima colazione soprattutto di frutta fresca..sembra una banalità ma non lo è affatto, frutta fresca buona e varia!

il rapporto qualità prezzo è tremendo. Ho pagato quasi 250 euro per una notte , la piscina era piccolissima e affollata e fronte strada, la colazione anni 80. dalle foto l'hotel si presenta in modo notevolmente differente

Staff very friendly! Pool and hotel were very pretty, breakfast and lunch were both very tasty and staff were always very accommodating and pleasant. Two min walk to the beach and restaurants along the front, shops near by including a like local co op style shop. Room spacious and everything you could need. Loved our stay here for a few days rest and sun and when we were setting off very early Sunday they even packed us a breakfast to take with us! All sunbeds had umbrellas which could be adjusted to any angle and palm trees created lots of shaded areas which we liked seeing as it was during a heat wave

Not about the property but being British it was weird you couldn’t just access the beach - it was all beach clubs along the front you had to pay like €20-€50 for a day sunbed hire. Only 12 sunbeds so one time we went down to the pool and couldn’t get one and then the next day we just day a pool day and there was lots of couples coming to the pool area and never any sunbeds free

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, comfortable room, great location close to the beach, lovely pool and loungers. Breakfast had lots of options. Would highly recommend to my friends.

Något hårda sängar.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, der Service beim Frühstück uns abends an der Bar ist auch perfekt. Alle Frühstücksgetränke sind inbegriffen, das ist heutzutage auch nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Das Laden für E-Autos ist mit 0,35€ sehr gut, jedoch mit 2 kWh auch sehr, sehr langsam.

Die Straße ist stark befahren und dadurch ist ein entspanntes liegen am Pool und ruhiges schlafen in den Zimmern zur Straßenseite unmöglich. Uns persönlich hat die Art der Strandbewirtschaftung überhaupt nicht gefallen. Dort ist alles mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen zugebaut sodass es kaum freie Flächen mit Strand gibt.

This is a lovely, relaxed, comfortable, upmarket hotel. The staff from Reception to serving staff to Ron on the bar are all 5 star - charming helpful and friendly. There is a lovely outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast and lunch and drinks all day. The pool area is kept very well. Can't recommend enough. Ideal for couples. The hotel offers complimentary bicycles which are handy to cycle into Viareggio on (40 min walk) - all on the flat. The beach is across the road and is huge. Lovely golden sands, no pebbles or stones. Hundreds of beds and costs @ €35 per day for 2 beds and an umbrella. Some excellent restaurants close by and plenty of pizzerias. There is a bus stop outside the door.

La gentilezza e cortesia dello staff, sia quelli della notte che del giorno

La camera era di basso livello. Sembrava una camera di un hotel anni 80. La doccia a soffietto di plastica che non si chiudeva. Senza piatto doccia ma a pavimento. Il wc macchiato e di colori diversi tra porcellana e ciambella. Pavimento camera molto cupo e macchiato. Mancano prese energia elettrica ai comodini. La mattina presto rumori molto fastidiosi ripetuti e molto alti. Mi sono svegliato più volte! Una camera da 220 euro a notte dí questo livello è veramente allucinante!
