Hotel Annabella Roof Terrace

The view 👍

Mold in the stairs and poor breakfast!

Staff gentilissimo, colazione ottima

Location, cleaned and staff

It was a well presented hotel and the room was also. It was a "family" room which has all five of us in the same room, which was absolutley fine for the three days we were there. It was quiet and secure and felt safe. The rooftop terrace was lovely and a great addition to the hotel.

Blisko dworca kolejowego, blisko centrum, super śniadania i miły personel.

Lokalizacja i taras na dachu :)

Ciężko było wejść z wózkiem dziecięcym

Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Great hotel in an excellent location right next to the train station. Despite being so central, it was quiet and the area felt very safe. The walk to the Duomo was short and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony and excellent air conditioning. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight—you can order drinks there and it's the perfect place to relax in the evening. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options to choose from. We would happily stay here again!

Room was small. Breakfast was wonderful. Location was good. Location close to train station.

Lobby access was on the 2nd floor.

Rien

The location was close to the station and to the shops/market. The property had an elevator making it easy to access with suitcases. There are mini supermarkets close by. The view from the terrace was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing

The breakfast is World class and deserves 10 out of 10 alone.

Her şeyiyle mükemmeldi

Atendimento excelente!

Tudo ótimo

The property was well located close to the station, attractions, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast food selection was vast and delicious. The rooftop was gorgeous and an amazing addition to the hotel.

The room was a little small for 4 people to stay in and the balcony was not as large as indicated on the booking.

La cortesia dello staff. Bravi tutti! Top!

Breakfast, room, staff were great. Good location close to train. A/C was working very well and kept the room very cool given the heat wave outside.

Shower is small but that is standard for EU.

Absolutamente todo fantástico

Nada

The staff was very accommodating, friendly helped carry our luggage up to Our room.

The room was small for 3 people with luggage.

Friendly service. Convenient location. Rooftop seating area.

Breakfast arrangements rather cramped at times.

Posizione ottima, staff accogliente, colazione ricca e variegata.

Clean, comfortable, fabulous breakfast and especially super friendly staff

The hotel was close to the train station.

The bathroom and shower were not very usable. The shower didn't drain, so taking a shower was very difficult.

Great location

WiFi didn’t work in our room

It was clean, secure and had really lovelly staff. The breakfast was delicious as well and had a good variety. I loved the airconditioning as well, essential in summer nights in Florence.

My room was closed to reception area , so I could hear whenever people would come in, come back. During night you could hear people from the roof, even with windows closed or hear when they were using the shower or clean the rooms. If you are not prone to insomnia and can ignore a bit of noise, it is a perfect.

Traditional

I liked the centralized location to the city center and train station. Everything was within a 10 minute walk.

The shower was very small.

Pulizia da migliorare

Convenient location. Workers pleasant. Rooms clean and bright. Staff kept room organized. Front desk friendly and helpful. Lively but quaint. Elevator is cool. Rooftop was nice. Breakfast was good.

If room is on the street side, a little noisy if the window is open but nothing too bad just quick bikes passing by

Very nice breakfast, lots of options even gluten-free. Also the roof terrace is beautiful with all the flowers! And the view is stunning...

Poor sound isolation - we heard our neighbours' dogs every time somebody opened the door, people walking upstairs...

Location was excellent, very clean, staff were super friendly, breakfast was lovely, roof top was fantastic!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was centrally located. Breakfast was very good.

Equipe gentil.

This is a very good hotel, conveniently located just a few blocks from the train station. We arrived by train and were able to check in almost immediately, which was very comfortable. The historic city center is only about one and a half blocks away, yet the street where the hotel is located is quiet, with no tourist crowds or noise. The hotel is very clean, the staff is excellent, and we truly liked everything about our stay. We absolutely recommend this place. We would also like to especially highlight the rooftop terrace, it was simply wonderful, with a beautiful view. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening if you feel tired of cafés and restaurants.

Staff was very helpful and kind!

Location was perfect, close to everything

Friendly staff if you want to leave your bags. Awesome roof terrace. The old school elevator was questionable at first but turned out ok.

Room not sound proof.

Personale molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile

Location was great, right by the station, round the corner from restaurants and shops, not to far from any of the tourist spots. All facilities and staff were wonderful. Great breakfast
