Mycket fint rum med fantastiskt sköna sängar. Rent och fräsch, de städade ordentligt vare dag och extra trevligt att de kom en extra gång på eftermiddagen och frågade om vi behövde något/saknade något och gav samtidigt lite godis. Utmärkt frukost som var stor och innehöll allt man vill ha. Utbudet varierade lite från dag till dag vilket gör det extra kul om man stannar ett tag. Härligt SPA område som man fick nyttja gratis under vissa timmar varje dag. Lummigt och vackert poolområde med magisk utsikt över bergen. Våra tonårsbarn älskade hotellet. Vi rekommenderar starkt detta hotell!

Vi upplevde att kvaliteten på maten på kvällsrestaurangen inte var så hög. Vi åt där en gång och det blev inte mer än så. Sen var det en lite för lång promenad till sjön och till stadskärnan med alla restauranger, i alla fall under högsäsong. 15-20 min promenad kan bli lite jobbigt när det 30-35 grader varmt ute.

Nous n’avons pas été au bistrot de la piscine mais nous sommes allés au restaurant 2 fois en soirée ! La nourriture n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles Cuisine réchauffée ?? Je suis très conciliant mais cette cuisine est mauvaise D’autre part gros problème de réception à l’intérieur de l’hôtel pendant 2 jours

Unser Zimmer und dessen Lage war super. Das Frühstück war grandios und abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeden Morgen etwas Neues zu entdecken. Beide Pools haben uns sehr gut gefallen und wurden viel genutzt.

Leider verfügt das Hotel dieser Größe über viel zu wenig Parkplätze. Der Pool ist abends leider nicht beleuchtet.

Hotel położony kilometr od portu. To nie jest dużo. Do sklepów i restauracji albo dworca autobusowego bardzo blisko. W hotelu duża przestrzeń na spacery z psem, na kontemplacje gór które widać z pokoju. Śniadanie obfite i różnorodne. Warto tu być.

La possibilità di usufruire della spa per due ore con un accesso non esclusivo ma quasi. Ottima la varietà e la qualità della colazione. La possibilità di ricaricare la nostra auto elettrica direttamente nel parcheggio della struttura.

Non c'è nulla che non sia stato perfetto.

Hotellet ligger omgivet af meget smukke omgivelser med udsigt til høje bjerge. Det er tydeligt at en uddannet har indrettet haven og man føler nærmest man er i Asien. Der ligger ingen former for affald og der er flotte affaldbeholdere placeret rundt omkring m sortering af affald. Der er flotte møbler såvel ude som inde. Der er meget rent alle steder. Der er badeprodukter på værelserne og bodylotion.

Un'oasi di pace assoluta. Dal momento in cui si varca la soglia, ci si sente immediatamente avvolti da un'atmosfera di puro relax. I giardini sono semplicemente spettacolari, curati nei minimi dettagli e capaci di regalare una sensazione di totale distacco dal resto del mondo. Ovunque ci si sieda — che sia a bordo piscina o al ristorante — lo sguardo si perde in un panorama mozzafiato fatto solo di montagne e verde incontaminato. Un plauso speciale alla pulizia impeccabile e ai dettagli, come i deliziosi profumi dei saponi a disposizione. Il personale è di un'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Abbiamo apprezzato enormemente la flessibilità dimostrata il giorno della partenza: pur avendo fatto il check-out alle 11:00, ci hanno permesso di godere della struttura fino alle 18:00, mettendoci persino a disposizione la zona SPA per fare la doccia con asciugamani puliti prima di ripartire. Un servizio davvero impeccabile. Squisita e ricchissima la colazione a buffet, capace di soddisfare ogni desiderio. Siamo comunque rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza complessiva e torneremo sicuramente!

L'unico aspetto che riteniamo possa essere migliorato riguarda la ristorazione: il pranzo e la cena non è stato del tutto all'altezza delle nostre aspettative e del resto dell'offerta.

Bardzo komfortowy hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, wszystko co potrzeba - basen, brodzik, mini kluby. Piękny ogród, dużo bujnej roślinności, cień. Świetne śniadania w pięknej restauracji z tarasem. Dojście do centrum około kilometra, bardzo wygodne. Myślę, że wrócimy tam przy kolejnym pobycie w Rivie. Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania w 100%.

All the staff are Amazing and helpful , the hotel should be proud of the staff , Never seen like these staff specially the front desk ELESSIA 🌹, and Mariam . They were AMAZING. And we will not forget the breakfast restaurant staff, they were amazing too. Thanks to all staff. The owners of the hotel should honour all staff.

Unser Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen! Hier besteht Handlungsbedarf! Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal! Wir waren schon in sehr vielen Hotels aber sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt!

The breakfast is fantastic - loved the fresh juice bar- nice touch!! And all the pastries by Garda Foodie! We also stayed for the BBQ one night which was just fantastic and would highly recommend it! Really lovely hotel, so glad we came to stay!

Das Frühstück und der Garten waren gut. Der Pool war auch ok. Gut war, dass wir einen Buggy vom Hotel leihen konnten.

Direkt vor unserem Zimmer lag die Garageneinfahrt. Im Zimmer gab es nichts um Sachen zu trocknen und das Zimmer war immer kalt. Wir konnten zwar das Zimmer wechseln aber auch das neue Zimmer war total ungemütlich.

Les créneaux horaires privatisés pour la partie spa, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel de choix, le personnel discret et ultra professionnel ( mention spéciale à Bader au bar restaurant pour son humour et son sens du service client ), les espaces détentes extérieurs.

La chambre trop petite à mon goût pour 2 avec peu de rangement pour une semaine de vacance. Manque d’équipement de confort ( télé trop petite, salle de bain trop petite, pas de poubelle, insonorisation du couloir par rapport au chambre …) Le plus gros point noir reste le parking sous terrain avec un van, place trop petite et surtout manque de disponibilité.

Resort fantastico! Struttura grande, bellissima piscina con acqua alla temperatura perfetta e colazione davvero eccezionale, super abbondante e con tantissima scelta. A Ferragosto l’intrattenimento è stato fantastico, ci hanno fatto divertire senza mai annoiarci. Esperienza super, consigliatissimo!

perfect place for family vacation

The staff and management of the hotel are wonderful, Riva and Arco as well as Torbole are quite close and you can easily bike or walk. The breakfast is great and the facilities as well.

The old non-renovated rooms are not the best, I would recommend paying attention and choosing the new ones as the others can be small and dated. If you’re visiting in the summer, and have a room facing the sun it can get very hot.

Завтрак был отличный. Номер нормального размера. Порадовало что в туалете есть биде. Персонал внимательный. Удобно что есть парковка.

Персонал на рецепте,в ресторане подобран с большим вкусом:очень отзывчивый,профессиональный.В номере было чисто и уютно.Понравилось то что в номере был чайник и пакетики чая,жаль что не было кофе,но это уже мелочи.

Очень было неудобно,что электро розетки возле тумбочек не работали,работала только одна розетка.По субботам проводиться вечеринка барбекю.Очень хорошая идея.Было всё красиво и почти вкусно.Выступал дуэт:девочка певица и мальчик гитарист.Ну это начинающие музыканты.Это не уровень для такого отеля,неужели в Италии нельзя найти более профессиональных музыкантов.Кроме этого вечерами было скучновато.В лобби стоит рояль.Можно было пригласить пианистов на вечер.

Es war sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schön und für jeden war was dabei.

Fantastisk morgenmad! Man kan lave sin egen friskpressede juice, baristaen står klar med god, frisk kaffe, og deres crepe med pistaciecreme er virkelig god – det samme er omeletten. Værelset var fint, men ikke prangende. Personalet er superflinke, og der er rent og pænt overalt.

Vær opmærksom på, at hotellet er fyldt med larmende børn. Vil man have en stille og rolig dag ved poolen uden børn, er det IKKE hotellet, man skal booke. Har man derimod børn med, er det perfekt. Efter at have set billederne på Booking.com havde vi høje forventninger, som desværre ikke helt blev indfriet – vi havde forventet et mindre, hyggeligt hotel, men det er reelt et stort resort. Det er nok bare os, der ikke var opmærksomme på det ved bookingen.

Das Bad war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir bevorzugen eine moderne Duschkabine ohne in eine Badewanne steigen zu müssen. Gerade wenn es sehr heiß ist und man sich mehrmals am Tag abduschen möchte, ist es sehr unbequem und dauert wesentlich länger. Auch haben uns die kaputten Fliesen nicht sonderlich angesprochen. Das Mobilar und der Fußboden waren schon etwas abgewohnt.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. We also really enjoyed the beautiful pool and the amazing view. Highly recommended!

As a small suggestion, it would be great to update the bicycles available for guests. However, we really appreciate that they are provided free of charge for a few hours each day, which is a lovely and thoughtful service.

The breakfast was great - a wide selection of choices and available until 11:00. The exterior pool was nice with good water temperature. Despite the hotel being full, we always managed to find some free sunbeds and some shades. The garden is very spacious and it was fully green despite the terribly hot weather.

The hotel room was slightly weathered; it looked visibly more aged than the rest of the hotel. The staff made quite a big noise when cleaning the neighbouring rooms, which could be disturbing if it happened in the morning. While the hotel was generally very well equipped, they do not have a gym.

Nice hotel well located with large rooms. We enjoyed the Breakfast We appreciated the underground parking.

The fridge in the room was not fresh enough. The bathroom looks old-fashioned with no space to put our personnal belongings.

The rooms were very clean, great beds and well thought out. The swimming pool was one of the best hotel pools I’ve ever been to. The breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient with only a short walk into the old town. And above all, the staff was amazing!

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen parkähnlichen Garten und einen großen Poolbereich mit Poolbar. Frühstück, Abendessen im Restaurant sind toll von Auswahl, Qualität und Lage durch die tollen Aussenterassen mit Ausblick. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sind zwar groß aber sehr spartanisch und im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Duschkabine war sehr klein.

הגענו משפחה של 5,זוג הורים ו 3 ילדים בני 16,13,9 הזמנו 2 חדרים.לאחר הזמנה התקשרו לעדכן שהחדרים לא צמודים אבל ניתן להגיע ולקבל חדרים צמודים ללא תוספת. הגענו למלון,המנהל בשם לאונרדו לקח אותנו בעצמו והראה לנו את 2 האפשרויות,לבסוף החלטנו לקחת חדרים לא צמודים כי הילדים רצו להיות קרובים לבריכה ואנחנו ההורים רצינו את החדר באיזור הלובי. לאונרדו היה נהדר,נתן הסבר מצויין על כל האטרקציות של המלון,הציע שתיה קרה ועשה לנו סיור קטן במלון. החדרים היו מצויינים,הבריכה מעולה,המלון נקי ומסודר וכל צוות העובדים תמיד מחייך ושמחים לעזור בכל דבר. ארוחת בוקר מעולה,אוכל טעים וטרי,יש בר מסעדה בבריכה עם טאבון של פיצות עשיה במקום. יש מתחם ספא מפנק וללא עלות נוספת.לאחר החזרת החדרים איפשרו לנו להישאר במתחם ולהנות מהבריכה ודאגו לנו למקלחת בספא ולמגבות נקיות כדי להיות רעננים לפני הטיסה.אפילו ניסו להשאיר לנו את החדרים עד אחהצ ללא עלות,אך המלון היה מלא ולא היה ניתן. אנחנו משפחה שיוצאת להרבה חופשות ויודעת להעריך מלון ברמה גבוהה שנותן חווית שירות מעולה. כל הכבוד לצוות המלון ובעיקר ללאונרדו המנהל,נשמח לחזור גם בחופשה הבאה

We’ve just returned from a wonderful six-night stay at the Astoria Resort Hotel & Spa in Riva del Garda, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday in the beautiful north of Lake Garda. The hotel is in an ideal location, around a 10-minute walk from the lake itself, and was perfect for us. After spending our mornings exploring the local area and escaping the midday 35°C heat, it was lovely to return to the peaceful grounds and gardens and the outdoor swimming pool, where the children could swim and play. Breakfast every morning was excellent, with an excellent selection of hot and cold buffet options. A huge thank you goes to Daniella, who prepared fresh omelettes and crêpes every day with a warm smile. She always remembered my name, greeted me each morning, and made us feel so welcome despite the language barrier. Her kindness really stood out. Another special mention goes to Adelaide, who made the best oat milk latte macchiatos to start my day! She always found time for a friendly chat about our plans and genuinely cared about our stay. The fresh fruit and juice station was also exceptional. The reception team were consistently welcoming and helpful, but Nora deserves particular recognition. Every request was met with enthusiasm and a smile. She arranged restaurant reservations, organised the hotel's bike hire, and provided ferry timetables that helped us plan a fantastic day cycling and taking the ferry to Limone sul Garda. She also recommended some brilliant local attractions, including Cascata del Varone and Il Bastione, where the panoramic glass lift offers spectacular views over the northern end of Lake Garda. A useful tip for future guests: don't forget to ask reception for the complimentary Guest Card, which gives discounts on attractions including the Bastione lift and ferry journeys across the lake. Thank you also to Bader and Danillo at the bar and restaurant, who always did their best to accommodate us during our evening meals. We ate in the hotel several times; my husband particularly enjoyed the Saturday evening barbecue, and our children loved the spaghetti with ragù (although they did think it was a little too salty on our final evening). Our interconnecting family rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and balconies, and housekeeping kept them spotless throughout our stay. We also appreciated the support from reception when we had a small family issue during our holiday—they were incredibly understanding and helpful. The hotel has plenty to keep families entertained. We enjoyed the table tennis and table football, and I treated myself to a spa massage with the petite but incredibly strong Karin, who somehow managed to work every knot out of my shoulders. If I could suggest a couple of small improvements, it would be wonderful if complimentary bottled water was replenished daily rather than only on arrival, and we'd have loved to see a wider selection of fresh salads on the evening restaurant menu. Overall, Astoria Resort Hotel & Spa met our expectations. The facilities are great, the location is perfect, but what really makes this hotel special is its staff. Their genuine warmth, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile made our holiday memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to families visiting Riva del Garda.

Der Teppichboden im Flur (vor den Zimmern) könnte mal erneuert werden. Aber das ist wirklich der Einzige und echt kleine Kritikpunkt.

Pænt og rent hotel. Vi rejste med 2 hunde og de var velkomne alle steder undtagen ved poolen. Der er en lille park hvor man må gå med hundene ved selve hotellet. Rigtig lækker morgenmad med alt hvad man kunne tænke sig.

Henkilökunta epäonnistui kyllä. Tarjoilijaa sai odottaa ravintolan pöydässä puolituntia, ja lopulta menin itse hakemaan hänet. Leivät unohtui tuoda pöytään. Illallinen oli pettymys henkilökunnan unohtelujen sekä välinpitämättömyyden johdosta. Esim juomat tilattiin kolme kertaa ennen kuin ne saapuivat.

Ein super Hotel es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt hätte jetzt nicht sein müssen aber so war es. Frühstück war der Hammer man konnte sich jeden Morgen ein frisch gepressten Saft machen.

La struttura è recente e rispecchia le aspettative, colazione super sia dolce sia salata, personale gentile e presente , giardino stupendo.

Aria condizionata in camera non raffreddava bene, non volevamo fare polemiche ma si stava meglio nel corridoio

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful terrace. We particularly loved the garden and pool area, which were both well maintained and relaxing. The location is excellent, with the city center just a 15 min walk. Breakfast offered a great selection of options. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. We will definitely come back.

Honestly, it is hard to say what I did not like, as everything was perfect. Wi-Fi is poor, but we did not use the internet that much.

Such an amazing place... It had everything we needed. First of all - the room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The views from the terrace were incredible, it was such a pleasure to sit there in the evening. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, they were all so nice, I really want to emphasize their impact on our experience. The location is perfect - a 15-20 min walk to the lake, but there are also some good restaurants nearby. Underground parking is available, which is good in the heat. And finally - breakfast, the best one I've ever seen in the hotel. Everything was perfect: the coffee made to order, the best one I've had in Italy; fresh orange juice; juicer to make your own vegetable juices; fresh peeled and cut fruit; amazing meats and cheeses, pastries, bread, yoghurts; eggs / omelets made to order; surprises every time with something original to try. INCREDIBLE!

The hotel restaurant has only a sort of "tasting" menu for the evening; I would prefer to be able to just choose and order one dish.

Per il costo che ha e la categoria 4 stelle lusso, mi sarei aspettata delle camere più grandi e uno staff più preparato (c’erano alcuni ragazzi giovani, soprattutto nel servizio ristorazione, che non sapevano rispondere a domande basilari e non dimostravano molta pro attività.

Quality of the beds were very average. Only paper cups for tea, and no coffee in rooms. Drinking water in the fridge was never replaced after day 1.

Väldigt fina faciliteter. Känns som ett stort resort och de har personal och driver det som ett stort resort trots bara 112 rum. Personalen verkar trivas och Hotellchef/GM var runt på söndag morgonen och följde gästerna från frukost till reception och kollade poolområde innan gäster kom dit. Fin mentalitet som genomsyrade hotellet. Hundvänligt och stort poolområde.

Rummet är lite slitna. De är absolut ok men lite tråkiga och absolut inget speciellt. Liten promenad ner till byn tyvärr (10-15 min) men har man barn är det värt det. Lite ”gammal känsla” över poolområdet.

Am letzten Tag fiel die Stromversorgung im Zimmer aus (keine Klimaanlage trotz 35°C)! Bis zur Abreise (late check-out) wurde das Problem nicht behoben.

Das Frühstück war top! Super Auswahl, auch Glutenfrei, vegan, für jeden was dabei. Die allgemeine Anlage ist sehr schön, toll begrünt und abgeschirmt. Es ist nur ein paar min zu Fuß zum Zentrum, daher hat man es im Hotel schön ruhig.

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas veraltet, sie Duschwand ist bei der ersten Berührung engegengekommen 😅 Durch die Verbindungstür zwischen unseren und dem Nachbarzimmer war es leider sehr hellhörig.

Duschen war sehr kompliziert. In der engen Badewanne mit nur 60 cm Spritzschutz nicht gut. Eine normale Dusche wäre viel besser.

Our stay at Astoria Park Resort was one of the highlights of our family vacation in Italy. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, but I especially want to recognize Katarina and Nora. They went above and beyond to help our family, offering recommendations, answering questions, and helping us make the most of our time in Lake Garda. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel less like hotel guests and more like family. The resort itself is beautiful. The mountain views from our balcony were breathtaking, the facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and there was something for everyone. As parents traveling with children, we appreciated how well the resort balances relaxation for adults with activities and amenities for families. And the breakfast deserves its own paragraph. I travel frequently, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. The variety, quality, and presentation were exceptional. Every morning felt like a special occasion. What impressed us most was how comfortable and at home we felt throughout our stay. Astoria Park Resort truly became our home away from home. We are already talking about coming back, and I would recommend this resort without hesitation to anyone visiting Lake Garda. Thank you for helping create such wonderful family memories.

Upon check in, no one helped us with the luggage. In fact, the receptionist asked us to take the luggage trolly ourselves

Gorgeous resort with incredible amenities. Rooms were very clean and well-designed. Breakfast was amazing with nearly everything you could think of. The pool was beautiful and never crowded and the pool bar drinks were delicious. We enjoyed the lounge bar, too, but did not love our dinner there. We borrowed bikes one day, which was great. Can’t wait to return!

Unica nota negativa la proposta a cena che offre il long bar , menù con poche proposte e porzioni troppo scarse ma qualitativamente molto soddisfacenti, avevo voglia di mangiare un insalata ma non offrono alcun piatto di verdura peccato siamo dovuti uscire per cenare diversamente nonostante il tempo molto brutto in quella serata

Tolles Hotel, freundliches Personal, Fahrräder konnten ohne Probleme verstaut werden. Wellnessangebote sind preiswert und klasse, Massage war super!

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und qualitativ. Es gibt eine Barista Bar und eine Theke für Crepes und Eier, die vor den Augen frisch zubereitet werden. Der O-Saft war frisch gepresst, auch konnte man sich seine eigenen frischen Säfte zubereiten. Der Spa Bereich ist sauber uns sehr schön. Durch das reservieren (2 h Slots) ist der Spa Bereich nie überfüllt und man kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Für Verpflegung ist reichlich gesorgt. Auch konnte man sich für 4 h kostenfrei ein Fahrrad ausleihen um die tolle Umgebung zu entdecken. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernt. Lage und Service tip top.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, super nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr schöne Gartenanlage! Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Man fühlt sich richtig wohl!

Die Lage am Stadtrand: wenn man in die Altstadt und das Auto stehen lassen möchte, wird es etwas schwierig mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Wir haben die Haltestelle nicht gefunden, ein Busfahrer konnte auch nicht helfen. Und man könnte nur eine Station weit fahren. Wir sind dann komplett gelaufen, was aber nicht dramatisch war. Ansonsten ist die Lage in Ordnung! Die meisten Touren haben wir ohnehin mit dem Auto gestartet.
