This lovely hotel is right by the lake, the staff are wonderful, and the breakfast is simply fantastic - with homemade cakes and all different types of cheeses and hams and bread!

The person on the desk at night is not always there.

Встретил очень молчаливый мужчина, не очень дружелюбной показалась встреча. Про завтраки ничего не сказали, только потом поняла, что он вроде был включен в стоимость, но я об этом забыла, так как была уставшая, а никто не сказал во сколько он и тд. Вид из окна на стену, чужие окна и припаркованные машины. До супермаркета нужно было прилично пройтись

The location was perfect with a beach right outside and only a short walk to restaurants and bars. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. We were a little disappointed that we didn’t have a view of the lake.

We honestly don’t understand how this is only a three-star hotel – in our opinion, it absolutely deserves five stars! The service was outstanding from beginning to end. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and always happy to help with absolutely everything we needed, including helping us with the parking. The breakfast was amazing and incredibly generous, and made every morning feel special. Everything was done with so much care and attention. But above all, it was the wonderful staff and exceptional service that made our stay so memorable. We felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. A truly wonderful hotel with five-star service. They absolutely deserve five stars! We would happily come back and highly recommend it. ❤️

Чисто, удобное расположение, рядом с пляжем, можно с животными, очень отзывчивый и добрый персонал, великолепные завтраки, интересная продукция, рядом лодочная станция можно добрать до соседнего города там можно посетить спа- терма комплекс.

Die Lage sowohl zum Kies-Strand (Badeschuhe machen den Unterschied!) als auch zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen, der Blick aus dem Zimmer zum Gardasee. Gute Klimaanlage, die man auch leise stellen konnte. Auch die Bar unten an der Rezeption ist zu empfehlen. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen!

Morgens wurde man durch die Gespräche des Reinigungspersonals auf dem Flur geweckt.

Der Standort war super – sehr zentral und direkt am Strand. Das Küchenpersonal war besonders freundlich, und das Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Personen. Das Zimmer war allerdings nicht einmal für zwei Personen geeignet. Es war sehr klein. Auch in der Dusche konnte man sich kaum bewegen. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr, sehr hellhörig. Manchmal hörte man mitten in der Nacht Leute, die durch den Flur gingen, Türen öffneten oder schlossen – eigentlich hörte man jede Bewegung.

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, közvetlenül a parti sétányon, pár perces sétára a városközponttól. Jól karbantartott, jó állapotú hotel, kedves személyzettel. A reggeli is teljesen rendben volt, jó választékkal. Az ágy kényelmes volt, a klíma is tiszta és modern volt.

A felső szomszéd minden lépte, beszélgetése nagyon hallható volt, de szerencsére korán lefeküdtek. A zuhanyban az én szobámban csak fix fali zuhanyfej volt, ami nem a legpraktikusabb. De ezek nem vészes dolgok és más szobákra nem is biztos, hogy érvényesek, összességében jó hely volt nagyon!

Hotel 3 * ale ja bym dała spokojnie 4*, świetna lokalizacja - na przeciwko jeziora, blisko promenady i plaży. Darmowy parking, przemiła obsługa i bardzo dobre śniadania- ogromny wybór i wszystko świeże i pyszne. Może wystrój nie jest nowoczesny ale ma to swój włoski klimat. Polecam i myślę że tam kiedyś wrócę

Das Hotel punktet mit seiner perfekten Lage – sehr zentral, aber trotzdem wunderbar ruhig. Zum Kiesstrand muss man fast nur einmal die Straße überqueren. Das gesamte Team ist außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam.

Bei der Zimmerwahl muss man vorsichtig sein. Die vorderen Zimmer haben einen tollen Ausblick, leider gibt es auch Zimmer mit „keinem Ausblick“. Wenn man „nur“ zum Schlafen ins Zimmer kommt kann einem das egal sein.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Single room was a decent size with everything I need. The breakfast was a highlight - they have everything! Location also fantastic.

Vue sur le lac magnifique, il y a un parking pour se garre juste à côté et surtout le petit déjeuner !! Le personnel est très agréable.

The hotel is located directly on the lake and you can swim nearby. It's close to the old harbor where there is a very nice atmosphere in the evening. I booked a single room and found it very nice, especially as single rooms are often not very nice. Breakfast was very good too - thank you!

L'emplacement est idéal pour balader sans utiliser la voiture. Le parking est appréciable. L'amabilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon.

La chambre est trop petite pour 3 avec vue sur un mur d'un immeuble. Le fait de payer 2euros une petite bouteille d eau qui était dans le frigo. Le prix de la chambre est vraiment trop cher par rapport aux prestations. Les produits de toilette en format miniature.

Парковка очень маленькая, открытая. А номер просто малюсенький. Нам с мужем пришлось соблюдать принцип реверсного движения для того, чтобы кто-нибудь один смог бы подойти к шкафу.

Very clean and comfortable. People at the reception and in the breakfast room were extremely nice and helpful. Great location in front of the lake, few minutes walk to the beach and less than 10min. walk to city centre. Great breakfast buffet.

A lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. A family room was a good size and cleaned daily. A very comprehensive breakfast with options for all dietary needs. Location is excellent. Walk out of the doors and the lake and beach are on front of you. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Arrivare alle 21 ed essere accolti dai bellissimi sorrisi delle ragazze alla reception, e dalla loro gentilezza, vale il soggiorno. Purtroppo ho pernottato all'Hotel Europa soltanto una notte, ma ci tornerò. Camera spaziosissima vista lago, colazione abbondante e molto varia, e personale gentilissimo anche in sala. Davvero una bellissima scoperta, avvenuta per caso, ma che ripeterò!

Good price for value. It is a bit old and the sound insulation is not the best. But beds are comfortable, air conditioning works very well and the location is superb. The staff is very helpful and breakfast is on the 4 stars level. To review: the 4 person bedroom with lake view deserves a refreshment, it is a bit dated

Service, freundlich und hilfsbereit,. Lage einfach super.

Das Hotel „ Europa“ befindet sich unmittelbar am Gardasee. Wenn man morgens frühstückt, schaut man auf das glitzernde Wasser des Sees und freut sich bereits auf den Tag. Auch der Weg in die Altstadt und an die Hafenmole, wo man Tickets für Schiffsfahrten kaufen kann, ist nicht weit. Wenn man mit dem Zug und großem Gepäck anreist, würde ich eher eine Taxifahrt zum Hotel empfehlen, als zu Fuß zu gehen. Ich habe selbst hatte bei meiner Ankunft Letzteres getan und weiß wovon ich rede. Bei meiner Abreise entschied ich mich für ein Taxi, da die Straßen zum Bahnhof ziemlich steil nach oben führen, was bei Wärme und entsprechendem Gepäck nicht unanstrengend sei kann. Zu meinem Zimmer gehörte ein kleiner Balkon, was ich als sehr schön empfand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich, üppig und schmackhaft und das Personal verdient unbedingt ein Lob für seine Freundlichkeit.

Lovely staff at this property who made me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location is great and the breakfast is nice.

The WiFi in my room 116 was quite bad.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Location on LungoLago, picked this hotel because close to the Desenzanino home of a friend. Room perfect size for one person overnight.

Outside appearance very bland. Could be spruced up a bit more with flowers or paint - something to make it look more inviting from the front.
