L`Albergo si trova poco distante dal centro di desenzano. La stanza aveva un balconcino con vista lago, bello per rilassarsi la sera. Stanze climatizzate, abbastanza spaziose e pulite. Per starci un paio di giorni l'ideale. Personale molto cordiale.

Non c'è stato niente di cui lamentarsi.

Super Lage. Zimmer mit Balkon mit Aussicht auf den See. Zentral gelegen. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal.

Das Frühstück war okay, Rührei für mein Geschmack zu flüssig. Kaffee für Italien nicht besonders. Cappuccino war gut. Die Terrasse sieht auf den Bildern schöner aus als sie ist.

Super freundliche Rezeption, wunderbare Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See und Liegestühlen. Man kann einen Drink von unten in der Bar mit auf's Dach nehmen.

Direkt am See- die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten.

Al primo piano molte stanze sono raggiungibili solo attraverso corridoi con scalini, ,non segnalati al momento della prenotazione. Non comodissime per famiglie con passeggini.

Phantastische Lage - direkte Blick auf den Gardasee vom Balkon aus - hätte fast geweint !!! Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück - immer sehr netttes und hilfsbereites Personal - so soll es sein! Eine Phantastische Dachterasse mit SuperBlick auf den Gardasee und auch Desanzano selbst!

Das Einzige und wirklich allereinzige was ich bemängeln könnte -ist die Klimaaußenheit auf dem Balkon, die ist zum Einem im Dauerbetrieb und zum Anderen auch laut - lt. Hotelmanager nicht abstellbar. In den DoppelZimmern (ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon) stehen die Dinger auf jeder Etage und versorgen wohl alles Räume der jeweiligen Frontseite mit Frischluft/Klima, man sieht das 4 Schläuche rausgehen, von daher wohl auch nicht für ein einzelnes ZImmer abstellbar. Schade weil ein Zimmer mit Balkon natürlich mehr kostet. Drinnen hört man rein gar nix, die Fenster sind toll isoliert! aber wenn man abends draussen sitzen möchte mit nem Vino und den GardaSeeBlick geniessen will, dann stört zu einem das Dauerrauschen der Klimaanlage und zum Anderen die heisse Abluft, soll heissen bei draussen 30Grad ists auf dem Balkon durch die warme Abluft der Klimaanlage nur noch wärmer :-( Eigentlich könne man sich somit das Geld für den Balkon sparen - siehe Dachterasse!!!

Location was amazing. Nice breakfast selection. Gentleman that works behind the bar in the evening is very pleasant. Most reception staff are nice and helpful.

Advised a receptionist one morning that the hairdryer was not working properly. We had our own, so was not an issue for us to share, but we just wanted to let them know. Unfortunately, our comments were not met with much grace and instead we were almost accused of lying, and treated like we were stupid, not a good look for any hotel. We paid extra for a view of the lake. The view was stunning! However, the room was not. Nicely decorated, but bathroom was very small and outdated with cracked shower. One small mirror in bathroom, no mirrors in bedroom area. Room was extremely small, and space for 2 people is extremely limited.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage direkt am See. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem.

Bedauerlicherweise wurde das Frühstücksbüfett erst wieder aufgefüllt als wir uns von den "Resten" einigermaßen "satt" gegessen hatten. Käse, Eier, Brötchen waren bei uns leider nicht verfügbar. Das aufgefüllte Buffet machte aber einen guten Eindruck.

Besonders gut war natürlich die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Es war sehr gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen aber auch mit dem Auto kann man hier wunderbar anreisen, am Hotels selbst gibt es zwar keine Möglichkeit zu parken aber anhalten um das Auto zu entladen ist trotzdem möglich. Das Hotel hat mit einem bewachten Parkhaus eine Abmachung, dieses ist nicht soweit weg vom hotel und auch gut zu erreichen, preislich ist es auch in Ordnung. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und war jederzeit super hilfsbereit und hat einem keinen Wunsch ausgeschlagen. Zudem hat es bei Fragen immer sehr gut unterstützt und war stets bemüht alles zur Zufriedenheit hinzubekommen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und man hatte eine gute Auswahl an allen Dingen die man morgens möchte. Auf Anfrage bereitet das hotel auch Brotzeitboxen vor falls man Unternehmung machen möchte die außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten liegen. Der Strand ist Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt hier aber nur Strände mit steinen und auch das Wasser ist voll damit, Schuhe fürs Wasser sind wärmstens zu empfehlen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist hier auch um die Ecke wo man seine Vorräte gut auffüllen kann. Das Restaurant/Bar direkt neben dem Hotel kann ich fürs Essen empfehlen aber nicht für sein unfreundliches Personal. Vom Hotel entfernt gibt es aber reichlich Essens und Trink Möglichkeiten. Was auch positiv hervorzuheben ist, daß man in wenigen Minuten bei einem Fährensteg ist von wo man so ziemlich überall hin kann von Desenzano aus. Eine einfache Fahrt nach Limone zb kostet stand jetzt 21€ p.P. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen und man bekommt für sein Geld einen wunderbaren Ort um sich zu erholen mit schöner Aussicht vom Balkon, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und einem quasi rund um sorglos Paket.

An dem Hotel haben wir nichts auszusetzen.

The staff, breakfast and the comfort of the bed were exceptional. The roof terrace had a view to die for and a welcoming shower in the heat. Everything else was great.

Die Epfangsdame Diana hat uns so freundlich empfangen, da konnte der Aufenthalt nur gut werden. Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, kleine Badestelle über die Straße ist vollkommen ausreichend aber 3 Minuten entfernt ist auch richtiger Badestrand. Frühstück perfekt. Mit warmen Speisen, frischem Obst und Gemüse, Cerialien und Toppings. Dachterrasse bietet tollen Ausblick, zum Sonnen oder unter der Sonnensegel lesen vollkommen ausreichend. Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Möbel sind älter aber es hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Das Bett und Kissen richtig bequem.

Die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon ist schon wenig laut. Die Zimmer hellhörig. Stufe zu Balkon ziemlich hoch, beim reingehen gefährlich. Und Stufe ins Bad hat immer wieder für Stolpern gesorgt. Und trotzdem würden wir hier wieder sehr gerne übernachten

Beautiful hotel, located perfectly in Desenzano. The hotel is right on the lakefront with views of the lake, beach and town. It was clean, the rooms were spacious and staff were exceptionally friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Lake Garda was literally just across the road. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. There was also a sunbed area on top of the roof. For breakfast there was a wide variety of things to choose. Our deal also gave us a balcony and a lake view which was lovely.

The property was perfectly located. We had a room with a balcony overlooking Lake Garda. It was close to the ferry terminal and lots of lovely restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Super friendly person at the reception

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, including booking our taxi for our departure. Breakfast was amazing, with so much choice. 1 of us is coeliac and was catered for very well. The location was superb- beautiful views from the roof terrace and at breakfast and so easy to get around Desenzano as well as catching the ferry across the lake. The complimentary toiletries were lovely too.

Jest problem z parkowaniem .Jeżeli masz szczęście to można zaparkować na dużym bezpłatnym parkingu ,jeżeli masz pecha płacisz 15 euro za dzień (Pani na recepcji wszystko nam wytłumaczyła 😁). Jest też problem z zaparkowaniem przed hotelem żeby wyciągnąć bagaż ,bo jest tylko jedno miejsce - masz pecha i ktoś cię uprzedził to krążysz bo wszędzie są zakazy zatrzymywania się. Ale wszystko da się zrobić ,nie piszę tego żeby Was zniechęcić tylko żeby Was uprzedzić ,że może coś takiego być. Miejsce jest fantastyczne a wszędzie w takich miejscach przy promenadach jest zakaz parkowania i trzeba się z tym zmierzyć.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wer keine moderne Hotelkette mit gleicher Ausstattung erwartet, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Hotel mit Charme in bester Lage!! Die Klimaanlage war super. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption!! Sehr freundlich, offen und engagiert. Aber auch alle anderen MitarbeiterInnen, egal in welchem Bereich waren toll. Wir hatten Zimmer ohne Balkon im hinteren Bereich. Schön ruhig und wir haben die Sicht auf den schönen See immer von der Terasse unten oder oben genossen. In den See selbst kann man in 1 Minute laufen. Das Frühstück war lecker, der Service hier sehr gut. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen!!

Es war alles in Ordnung.

We loved everything about this place- the location is central yet quiet: across the street from the lake for great views, Desanzino beach is steps away (bring beach shoes- it’s a pebble/rocky beach), the huge Tuesday street market is outside the door, and just down the block are all the cafes and restaurants in the central Desanzano district. The staff were all kind and helpful (thank you Asia!) from reserving an early taxi to the train station to packing up a breakfast to go bag since we left earlier than breakfast was served. Talking about the breakfast- what a wonderful spread! Served in a lovely well-lit space looking out at the lake. Great place overall.

The room itself was completely disappointing - small, smelled slightly of mildew, there was hair in the toilet upon arrival. It was not what we were expecting.

Very friendly staff and always smiling. Valentina welcomed us back and recognised us as soon as we came through the door. Lovely location, excellent breakfast with great choice and very friendly staff in the breakfast room. Room with view of the lake is a must as it’s great sitting on balcony watching the world go by before you go out. Nice drinks in the bar, comfortable bed and aircon although it wasn’t quite cold enough for us.

The property is close to the lake as well as shops and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent and the space allows for eating inside or outside on the patio overlooking the lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Frokosten var middelmådig. Lite fersk juice, lite grønnsaker og det kunne med fordel vært mer frukt.

Personal ist in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Mara, die unseren Morgen mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft versüßt hat. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Fin beliggenhet, god frokost, hyggelig å kunne spise ute

Vi hadde to rom under oppholdet, og opplevelsen var ganske ulik avhengig av hvilket rom man fikk. Det ene rommet var nyoppusset og fint. Det andre var et tremannsrom i økonomiklasse, som lå langt unna – trolig i en annen bygning – med flere trapper og lange korridorer å gå gjennom. Dette gjør det utfordrende for både eldre og barn, noe å være obs på om du vurderer dette hotellet/rommet. I tillegg fungerte airconditionen på tremannsrommet dårlig og slo seg av og til av om natten. Vi opplevde også noen hygieneutfordringer: det var maur på begge rommene, men klart verst på tremannsrommet, hvor vi i tillegg fant to levende kakerlakker. .

Struttura accogliente, pulita e in una posizione strategica fronte lago per poter raggiungere subito la spiaggia e i negozi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Mara, una donna meravigliosa e super disponibile. Consiglio questa struttura e noi sicuramente ci torneremo!

Fantastic location right on the lake. We could eat breakfast, which was extremely good, with a relaxing view of the lake. A 5 minute flat walk into town for a restaurant meal, gelateria or spritz by the v pretty harbor. V clean room, comfortable bed and thankfully great air con. Very pleasantly surprised by Desenzano- no tourist hordes, long expansive lakeside promenade, some v good restaurants and a v chill, peaceful town.

Kadullepäin olevista huoneista /parvekkeilta on hienot näkymät suoraan järvelle! Tästä syystä valitsin tämän, ja hotelli oli toki tuttu jo aikaisemmilta vuosilta. Huoneiden siistijä oli hyvin ystävällinen, ja hän kysyi aina aamulla minut nähdessään voiko mennä siivoamaan huoneen sillä välin, kun olimme aamupalalla. Aamupala on hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut man kann fußläufig in die Stadt gehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Super lokalizacja i miła obsługa.

Utrolig god service og usedvanlig hyggelig personalet. Rommene var rene og beliggenheten var sentral. Deilig tak terrasse med god plass - veldig fint å sitte på kvelden og spise take-away og se på solnedgangen.

Rommene og hotellet er litt daterte, men det var forventet ut fra bilder og pris. Grei valuta for pengene.
