Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels every day, and breakfast was excellent. What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff — warm, friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Their exceptional service made us feel truly welcome. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Super zentrale Lage. Mitten im Leben. Der offensichtlich beste Eisladen von Venedig gleich neben an. Sehr gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück, Allerdings im Angebot keine Abwechslung.

La ubicación es ideal, el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno y completo. La habitación un poco pequeña pero relación calidad-precio merece la pena, además tenía aire acondicionado y el baño recién reformado.

El tamaño de la habitación, pero estuve muy cómoda y era acogedora.

המלון נמצא ברחוב מרכזי, עם המון חנויות וצמוד לגלידריה מצויינת :)). מלון קטן ושקט מאוד. הצוות מדהים! גם בחדר האוכל כל העובדים מאוד נחמדים ובקבלה, כולם פשוט נהדרים! עוזרים בכל פנייה ושאלה, בעלי המון סבלנות ונכונות לסייע.

La posizione ottima per vicinanza alle nostre mete e per tranquillità . Lo staff molto cortese ed efficiente , ci ha accolto con un succo di frutta fresco al nostro arrivo. Le camere piccole ma con tutti comfort. Ottima la colazione con un ' ampia scelta dolce e salata . Per le mie visite a Venezia terrò sicuramente presente questo hotel .

Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, but I was quite disappointed with the room. Very small and single bed, I didn't remember it from the pictures. Location is ok, but a 30min walk from the train station.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in Venezia, nahe am Markus Platz, mit sehr vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung, und die berühmte Eisdiele "La Boutique Del Gelato" direkt im Haus. Das Frühstück was reichhaltig und gut, das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Badezimmer sauber und die Dusche komfortabel.

Localização excelente! Estava perto de tudo o que queria ver. O pequeno almoço também era bom. Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Foi uma boa experiência. Deixaram me deixar a mala de forma gratuita também, no último dia.

Hervorragende Lage, super Früstück, sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, eher kleine, aber hübsche Zimmer.

Unsere Freunde hatten ein Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße hin, das war sehr laut, besonders weil sich direkt unter dem Fenster fast bis Mitternacht immer eine lange Schlange vor einem Eissalon bildet.

Die Lage ist extrem gut und zentral.. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Habe mein Aufladekabel vergessen und durfte problemlos in der Rezeption aufladen.

Climatisation très bruyante

L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité de San Marco et de Rialto. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec la diversité surprenante des produits. D’ailleurs j’ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel qui était particulièrement attentif et aimable. En outre, même si ma chambre était petite, la salle de bain était très belle et confortable!

Le climatiseur était vieux, bruyant et si froid que j’ai dû l’éteindre, puisque je suis tombée malade. Mais dès que j’ai ouvert la fenêtre, j’étais attaquée par les moustiques, ce qui n’est pas vraiment la responsabilité de l’hôtel :)

Cannot fault this place. Staff excellent, location excellent right in the heart short stroll to rialto bridge and saint de marco, water taxi rank and ferry 2 mins away. Outstanding value for money. Rooms were generous, tidy and comfortable. Right next door to the best gelato in Venezia. I truly loved this hotel, my favourite for our entire trip.

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, zwischen Rialto und San Marco. Kleines Haus mit familiärer Atmosphäre in enger Bebauung, wenn man kein Zimmer zur lauten Straße hat, muss man sich mitceinem Blick auf eine Wand ggü zufrieden geben. Sauber gepflegte Einrichtung mit sehr guter, leiser Klimaanlage. Starke Dusche, gutes Bett. Sorgfältiges Housekeeping. Familiäres, liebevoll zusammen gestelltes Frühstücksbuffet. Einige deutsche TV-Sender.

Mein Einzelzimmer war etwa 6 qm groß, das angrenzende Bad etwa 2 qm, etwa so groß wie eine Schiffskabine. Dadurch hat die Klimaanlage es aber geschafft, von außen 37 Grad auf angenehme 24 Grad herunter zu kühlen. Das Management hat nach einer Nacht ein größeres Zimmer angeboten..

Antrą kartą apsistojame šiame viešbutyje. Puiki vieta, jaukus viešbutis, labai mieli šilti darbuotojai, švara ir tvarka. Patogios lovos ir pagalvės, kas dieną keičiama patalynė ir rankšluosčiai. Nors gatvelė judri ir triukšminga, kamabryje tylu, jokio triukšmo nesigirdi. Pusryčiai įvairūs, viskas labai šviežia ir skanu. Mielai kitą kartą vėl grįžtume į šį viešbutį.

Super hilfreiches und freundliches Personal. Gute Lage im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt

Ein traditionelles Hotel im besten Sinne des Wortes. Eine ständig besetzte Rezeption mit freundlichem Empfang, übersichtlich groß, scheinbar familiengeführt und das ganze mitten in Venedig, nur wenige Meter von Rialto und Markusplatz entfernt. Zwei Punkte verdienen eigentlich mehr als 10 von 10 Punkten. Da ist das durchgehend freundliche Personal, alle grüßen ständig, sind hilfsbereit, gehen auf Sonderwünsche ein. In dieser umfangreichen Form habe ich das noch nie erlebt. Punkt zwei ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, welches im Vergleich anderer Unterkünfte in Venedig unschlagbar ist. Ich hoffe beim nächsten Venedigbesuch hier wieder ein Zimmer zu bekommen.

Die Abreise - wäre gerne länger geblieben.

Location and staff were excellent, included breakfast was very good (fruits, yogurts, machine juices, cold cuts, cheeses, boiled eggs or omelette, a few other things too.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, it didn’t make any difference to me, but the hotel does not have an elevator so if you have a mobility difficulty, this may not be for you. Also, my room was minuscule, maybe they have different ones, but the single room was tiny, no view.

Emplacement top ! Au cœur de la ville, proche des principaux lieux d’intérêts. Un glacier réputé au pied de l’hôtel et de nombreux petits restaurants et boutiques tout autour. L’accueil très chaleureux, agréable avec plein de petits conseils pour visiter la ville. Très gentil merci.

Chambre un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. On entend tous les aller et venir dans le couloir. Petit déjeuner assez basique.

Everything was lovely! The staff were exceptional!

Our experience is, of course, just our personal opinion, but there were many things we genuinely loved about this hotel. The reception staff were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us excellent recommendations—not only for sightseeing, but also for buying authentic souvenirs. Their advice was genuinely valuable and made our stay much more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised when they welcomed us with complimentary drinks as soon as we arrived. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the Rialto vaporetto stop, and most of Venice's main attractions are within about a 15-minute walk. It made exploring the city very convenient. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of fresh food and drinks, and everything was refilled quickly throughout breakfast. We were very impressed with both the quality and the selection. The room was very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The room was cleaned daily and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bad war frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse äußerst umfangreich.

Einzelzimmer in Venedig sind klein. Dieses war schon sehr winzig. Aber es gab alles was man braucht.

הצוות חמוד מאוד ועם נכונות להדריך ולעזור. החדר אחלה, קטן כמו ברוב ונציה אבל בסדר גמור והמזגן היה סבבה (בחום הלוהט של ונציה באוגוסט זה קריטי). ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ועשירה.

המיקום הוא נהדר אם אתם מגיעים בטיסת יום ויש גישה לbus boat של תחנת Rialto. בלילה המאוחר, אין גישה לשם וזה הופך את המסע למלון לסיוט (להיגרר עם מזוודות בגשרים והמדרגות של ונציה זה לא פשוט). כנ"ל לגבי טיסה חזרה. אין מעלית במלון וחבל שלא ציינו את זה. היינו בקומה שנייה שהיא אחלה ליום יום אבל עם המזוודות זה לא פשוט ובבוקר האחרון שלנו יצאנו מאוד מוקדם ולא היה מי שיסייע לנו לרדת עם המזוודות.

Es wurde dem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Balkon entsprochen. Frühstück war hervorragend. Sehr zentral gelegen, auch nicht weit zu den Stationen Nove und Zattere um auf die Nachbarinseln zu kommen.

Es war sehr schöne Zeit in Venedig, das Hotel liegt wirklich mitten in der Stadt, der gesamte Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, mein Koffer war ohne eine Bitte sofort ins Zimmer gebracht. Und ein Glas Erfrischungsgetränk kam sofort, es war sehr angenehm, weil an dem Tag war wirklich sehr, sehr heiß. Alles im ganzen super Aufenthalt in Venedig. Dankeschön.

Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde olmasının dezavantajı aşırı bir ses var. Odalar konforsuz ve küçük ,sıcak su ve çay almak için lobbye inmeniz gerekli çünkü odada yok, yatak eski ve rahatsız edici ,klima aşırı sesli, böcek sinek herneyse 3 gün boyunca elimi kolumu mahvettiler, kahvaltı ortalama , asansör yok. Puana aldanıp tercih ettim siz aynı hatayı yapmayın

The staff was so friendly and happy to assist with any needs/ questions. The room was beautiful with an old Victorian feel. The shower pressure was amazing and so was the AC

There isn’t an elevator but that didn’t bother me as the staff brought up our bags. However, could be an issue for anyone handicap

Room did not look like it did in the photo advertising it was lots smaller and we had to climb over our cases to get to the bathroom - there was not space to open a suitcase except on the bed. - we were given one of the two smaller double rooms on each floor - I could see this on the fire exit map.
