I would not reccomend this hotel to anymore in my life.

Unfortunately, my experience with the night receptionist, whose name I understood to be Igor, completely overshadowed my stay in Venice and my love for this city :(His manner toward me was aggressive and disrespectful, and the situation escalated to the point where I felt deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. He attempted to keep my identification document and refused to allow my sister to enter briefly to help me collect my luggage. I ultimately felt that I had no choice but to leave the hotel at approximately 1:30 a.m. No guest should be made to feel intimidated or unwelcome, especially during the night in a foreign city. I expected professionalism, courtesy and basic respect, but sadly experienced the opposite.

Everything was excellent. The access to everything was great, the place was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Tutto perfetto, dalla gentilezza del personale, alla camera ampia, nuova ma con stile, silenziosa. La posizione è ottima a 3 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco. Colazione nella norma.

Ubicació excelent! Davant parada Tronchetto de San Zacaría, ideal per portar la maleta i tocant la plaça Sant Marco. Habitació quadruple espaiosa. Esmorzar excelent (a un local-restaurant adjacent a l’hotel). Sens dubte, per repetir hotel!

Lokacija izvrsna, sve se može pješke obići. Soba prekrasna i čista. Osoblje drago i pričaju engleski što je vrlo bitno za strane turiste. Imate mogućnost ostavit prtljagu prije i poslje prijave i odjave što je super kako bi ste lakše razgledavali grad.

Palačinke na doručku su bile malo čudnog okusa.

Une expérience particulière, puisque nous étions au départ dans une chambre avec un bruit assez gênant et récurrent. Nous l’avons signalé, et avons immédiatement été surclassées, dans une magnifique chambre, spacieuse, lumineuse et parfaitement décorée.

Climatisation en panne, frigo qui fuit, chambre toute petite et très sombre alors que nous avons séjourné 5 nuits, nous pensions pouvoir bénéficier d'une chambre correcte pour cette durée là. Petit-déjeuner très médiocre et de mauvaise qualité. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité.

estuvimos en una habitación mi marido, hija y yo, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mas o menos, no lograba enfriar bien. el desayuno, cumple, es sencillo. el espacio de la habitación es reducido, pero se entiende que estas en Venecia y la mayoría de los hospedajes son asi.

el baño es muy pequeño. y el frigobar no funcionaba.

El hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son cómodas. La habitación cómoda. Se agradece que tenga aire condicionado y frigobar en la habitación, sobretodo en verano. El desayuno bastante bueno. El personal en general muy amable. Se agradece también que hayamos podido dejar nuestras maletas ahí luego del check out.

Si tuviese que mencionar algo, el shower-ducha es pequeño, lo que hace un poco incómoda la ducha porque no tiene nisiquiera una repisa para poder dejar shampoo-acondicionador. No sé si será así en todas las habitaciones o sólo la nuestra.

The location is wonderful; if you want to stay very close to all the main tourist attractions, this hotel is the best option. Mr. Francesco at the reception is an excellent professional—always very polite, helpful, and kind. The breakfast offers a good variety, and all the staff members are always very kind.

Room is very basic & small, no room to put luggage anywhere , room smells quite musty /mold .

We stayed in the newer part of the building and the room was beautiful. The bathroom was fantastic. Air con was a dream and so powerful. Room so big for a family of 3. We would definitely book again if and when we go back to Venice.

The breakfast was very disappointing, It was not part of our booking (I thought it was) We paid 15 euro per person, (45 in total) if you are a big eater then its a good deal. But for us it was very expensive for a bowl of cornflakes, 2 jam and toast, 2 coffees and 1 mini pancake. The bakery which was around corner following morning. 2 coffees, 4 pastries 18 euro.

For price, continental breakfast should be included. In room refrigerator for drinks was not cool enough. Bathroom appliances need upgrade.

Çok kötü...Odadaki sivrisinekler sabaha kadar oğlumda ısırılamadık yer bırakmamıştı.Yüzü,bacakları ve kulağı şişti.Prize takılan tabletlerden olması gerekirdi ya da giriş yapmadan önce ilaçlanabilirdi. Yastıkları söylemiyorum bile.Otele sadece yatmaya geldik ama uyuyamadık.Yastıkların içine taş koymuşlar sanırım sert ve yüksekti.Yatağa yastıksız yattık.

La localisation dans Venise est parfaite: à deux pas du pont du Rialto et de la place San Marco. Le quartier est animé et sympathique. Décoration de la chambre agréable avec un joli petit bureau fleuri. Personnel qui parle parfaitement français.

Le matelas et les oreillers (dont un était déchiré) étaient inconfortables et durs. Chambre sombre qui donnait sur une petite place. Chambre vétuste. C’est bien le désuet mais la c’est trop vieillot. Rénovation à faire dans la salle d’eau. Petit déjeuner qui fait le minimum: produits industriels.

Este alojamiento es perfecto para tu estancia en Roma, imposible que sea mas centrico, tienes a menos de 5 minutos Rialto y san marco a 5-6 minutos asi que insuperable. En la zona tienes muchos sitios para comer y tiendas. La habitacion era muy comoda y el personal super simpatico, hablaban nuestro idioma y nos ayudaron en todo lo posible. Como un extra te dejan dejar las maletas alli antes de entrar a la habitacion y al salir. Me ha encantado la estancia en este hotel, lo recomiendo

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Canaletto. The location is perfect, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection to choose from. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

What a beautiful hotel! The room was perfect and gorgeous, the staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great! Location was walking distance to Rialto and St. Mark's, so it was easy to get to by vaporetto or walk to many great locations nearby.

Mi a plăcut camera, curățenia care se făcea zilnic. Personalul amabil.

Prețurile de la mic dejun, comparativ cu oferata care era foarte săracă și se repeta ZILNIC.

We found the hotel to be VERY clean. Although it's older, definitely cleaner than a Marriott we stayed in Paris. Some of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard, nothing very special. Lots of choices with eggs, bacon, sausage, croissants, other baked goods, yogurt, cereal, etc. We'd just come from Paris so we had the French eggs there and disappointed with the eggs we had here. LOVED the fresh coffee drinks you can order at the bar.

Rooms were VERY small. We stayed in a triple and we could barely walk around. And the bathroom was tiny with no counter or very little counter space. However, our biggest issue was the AC. You had to take a cold shower to find any type of relief from the heat and humidity. You're supposed to turn in your key and keycard which keeps the electricity in your room on. We took the key off the keycard else the room would take a look time to cool. Even then, the room was still VERY warm.

They didn't provide tissue, soap, sandle nothing.

Location was excellent, and breakfast was superb, but on 2 of our 4 mornings we had to leave before 7.30 and so missed breakfast. Some token breakfast available earlier for people leaving early for trips/airport would have been great. Having a concierge open all hours was a huge help and comfort.

Bałagan przy śniadaniu, nieposprzatane stoliki, bardzo słaba jakość produktów i brak dobrej kawy z ekspresu przy śniadaniu, we Włoszech - Wenecji, dla mnie to ogromnie negatywne zaskoczenie.

Didn’t impact the overall stay, but staff could’ve been a bit friendlier.

The room was big and comfortable. It was clean and had a great view out of our window. You could see the gondolas passing by out of your window. The place was perfect, it was very close to Rialto bridge and San Marco.

The room’s mini bar was not working and our drinks were not cold.

They asked us to leave the key of the room , and when we refused they shouted on us , very very rude , don’t book with them

The location was a major plus—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable Everything was within walking distance, with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps from the hotel, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.

The only downside was that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and couldn't be adjusted by guests, so during the Venice heatwave, the room wasn't as cool as we would have liked.

I had a frustrating experience regarding airport transportation at this hotel. When I asked for options to get to Marco Polo Airport, the staff booked a private water taxi without ever disclosing the price. It was only the next morning that I discovered the cost was €190—far above the typical market rate. When I expressed that I did not want to proceed with this booking, the staff refused to cancel, claiming they had already paid on my behalf, even though we had not yet left the hotel. Furthermore, the staff misled us by insisting that a private water taxi was the 'only' way to reach the airport, effectively pushing a high-cost service. However, after I challenged this, they suddenly suggested we take a regular boat/bus, contradicting their earlier claim that no other options existed. I felt pressured into a service I did not agree to and misled about my travel alternatives. I would caution future guests to be very careful when asking the hotel to arrange transportation

A 5 min de la place Saint Marc. Hôtel style vénitien, demande peut être un rafraichissement mais nous n'avons pas de point de comparaison pour juger efficacement. Petit déjeuner très copieux pour seulement 15€. Bien moins cher que dans un café local où nous avons payé 25€ pour un jus d'orange, un café et un cappuccino...

Amazing location, friendly staff. Rooms were cool, shower was hot and strong. Very accommodating to our requests. Offered luggage storage after checkout. Great for families. Very quiet at night. Excellent value.

Some stairs required for luggage, and some walking with luggage will be required. (About 5 minutes from Rialto). Beds could be softer.

Frühstück ist eher mager. Laut, da die Servicekräfte fast im Frühstücksraum die Teller für die Spülmaschine säubern. Hoher Lärmpegel.

This is a beautiful hotel with very classic style. Beautiful walls, marble bath, and Marino glass chandeliers. Delicious breakfast. The staff was so helpful.

Many steps to get there and had to walk up one set of stairs to get to elevator.
