Das Hotel ist toll. Tolle Zimmer, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Super Ausstattung mit Pool, täglichen Aktivitäten, Privatstrand. Sehr, sehr umfassende Auswahl beim Frühstück. Mega Ausblick von der Terrasse. Fußläufig nach Cefalù. Super Kommunikation mit der Bikestation - sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Such a beautiful small hotel, with great food, friendly staff and a lovely private beach. Walking distance to the town but far enough away to relax and enjoy the natural beauty. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Gostei bastante da acomodação. O hotel aparentemente foi reformado e renovado, com móveis novos e um ambiente muito agradável. O quarto é amplo, confortável e a sacada de frente para o mar faz toda a diferença. Conseguimos aproveitar bastante e, no geral, a estrutura é ótima para quem busca descansar e relaxar.

Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência muito desagradável com um dos garçons logo no primeiro dia. Chegamos para almoçar faltando cerca de 10 a 15 minutos para o encerramento do almoço e a própria equipe permitiu que nos sentássemos. Ainda nem havíamos recebido o menu quando esse garçom se aproximou de maneira extremamente rude, falando alto e praticamente gritando conosco que faltavam apenas 10 minutos para o almoço acabar. Em seguida, outro garçom, muito mais gentil, trouxe o menu, fizemos nossos pedidos rapidamente e, às 14h30, horário em que o almoço encerrava, já estávamos comendo. Ou seja, não houve qualquer problema em relação ao horário que justificasse a forma como fomos tratadas. Naquela mesma noite, infelizmente, tivemos novamente problemas com o mesmo garçom. Estávamos viajando somente entre mulheres e nos chamou muito a atenção a diferença na maneira como ele se dirigia a nós em comparação com mesas onde havia homens. Em determinado momento, chegou a gritar conosco no meio do restaurante, diante de outros hóspedes, causando um constrangimento enorme. Todos olharam para a nossa mesa e minha irmã ficou tão abalada que chegou a chorar. Foi uma situação que realmente quase comprometeu nossa viagem. Faço questão, porém, de deixar claro que essa experiência não representa o restante da equipe. Depois disso, fomos muito bem atendidas por todos, especialmente pelo Ângelo, pelo gerente e por outros funcionários cujos nomes infelizmente não recordo. Foram gentis, atenciosos e fizeram com que nossa experiência no hotel terminasse de forma muito mais positiva. A viagem valeu a pena e tivemos bons momentos, mas a postura específica desse garçom deixou muito a desejar e acredito que seja algo que a administração deveria observar.

Beautiful hotel and although 160 steps down to the beach, it was worth it.

It’s a trade-off. We loved being in a private location, however, the town of Cefula was only accessible to us by the five minute, €15 taxi ride every night for dinner and back. We walked it once back-and-forth during the day. It was fine, but not wanting to do that to go out at night for dinner.

The view was absolutely stunning, it was extremely beautiful and quiet. My bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the private patio garden. It was very peaceful

כל נושא השירות טעון שיפור , שהינו בחוף הים משום מה המציל החליט ופנה בתקיפות לבעלי שישב באחת המיטות בעלי ענה שהוא אורח במלון ועל מנת שהמציל יאמין הראה לו את הכרטיס חדר ,אין בעיה לשאול האם אנחנו מהמלון אבל יש דרך ואותו מציל פנה בתקיפות ודיבר לא יפה ,כנ"ל לגבי המסעדה הזמנו פסטות ודג טונה הפסטות הגיעו סיימנו לאכול אותם והמתנו 40דקות לדג הטונה ואף מלצר לא התייחס אלינו למרות שניסינו שקראנו להם ,ארוחת בוקר תערכו לעצמכם את השולחן

Perfect hotel , clean spacious , amazing breakfast , great amenities

AC was amazing it kept our room more than comfortable. Our Ocean view was spectacular, and the breakfast was the best we had during our travels in Italy and that says a lot being that we stayed in 7 different hotels starting with Venice, Rome, Sorrento, Capri, Taormina and San Vito Lo Capo. The pool was a plus and the kids loved the beach. Don't forget your water shoes the beach does have rocks.

I wish the elevator was a bit larger so that we wouldn't have to make multiple trips to bring down the luggage but that's better than carrying them down the stairs.

La chambre est de taille correcte avec l' option individuelle clim ou ventilateur au plafond. C'est calme. La vue est exceptionnelle et l'accès est facile à la mer par des escaliers aménagés ; Descendre une centaine de marche. Un Bar et snack . Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité ; On a dîner les 3 soirs : bon rapport qualité prix et la vue est splendide . Dispose d'une piscine de 25 m ,d'un terrain de tennis et d'une salle de sport : on n' y est pas allé... Le grand parking.

On regrette l'absence d'un étendoir sur le balcon pour les serviettes et maillots de bains. Nécessite des petits travaux : refaire les joints de douche au propre , changer le miroir qui a vieilli. Surveiller les travaux : le porte serviette n'est pas droit... Bref ce n'est rien par rapport à l'endroit

The buffet breakfast has everything you could possibly need. The view and private beach/cove are the highlight and are absolutely extraordinary! Town is only a 5 minute drive or walkable if you choose! A bottle of champagne was hand delivered to our room as they knew it was our honeymoon which was such a nice, personable touch! 10/10!

The beach was very pretty and enjoyable! The view from our room left something to be desired, since we were on the first floor, facing the private road and the hotel's garden.

Staff were very cold and perfunctory overall. Shockingly so. Certain restaurant staff in particular were highly unwelcoming and intransigent - quite cruel and dismissive, even. It's not really a "boutique hotel" but more a mass tourist kind of place. The diffidence - so uncharacteristic of Sicily - spoilt the stay. After all, you are pretty much trapped there once all paid up in advance and without affordable access to transport

The experience was very comfortable, and the staff were truly outstanding—always friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is located at a beatiful location with an outstanding beach. The room was comfortable. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The most memorable (besides the wonderful location) were the joyful yoga classes.

Cefalu center was hard to reach by walking. Wifi connection was weak. .

В мене був номер для однієї людини. Досить комфортно, зручно та чисто. На столику стояв чайник, але розетки поруч не було(

This is a “ C” grade hotel. Staff is great. Pool and beach B+, rooms are a “D”. Place needs a MAJOR makeover. Dated and looks, feels original. Bathroom is a joke. No closets? No place to put your luggage. The whole place is DATED ! 1980 original or maybe older.

La spiaggia è splendida, comoda e attrezzata. La colazione, ricca e completa con prodotti freschi. Lo staff è gentile e pronto a cercare soluzioni per te. Il centro storico di Cefalù si raggiunge a piedi in una ventina di minuti, la sera la strada da percorrere non è bellissima se si viaggia da soli ma ci sono dei taxi a 15 euro fino all'una di notte che sono molto comodi. È stato davvero un bellissimo soggiorno!!

Colazione superlativa, accesso al mare molto bello con postazioni idonee al numero degli ospiti. Camera molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort

Il personale della reception è molto freddo e poco preparato a consigliare gli ospiti, probabilmente perché abituato a confrontarsi perlopiù con una clientela straniera. Per noi italiani manca totalmente di empatia.

The scenery is excellent and the private beach is super. The facilities in the hotel are also wonderful. Breakfast was excellent.

However for this price and star rating the staff really let it down. Hospitality and kindness is what makes a stay. This hotel lacks this. The front of house staff and the restaurant staff. Maybe because I was traveling alone they didn't think I was important like other customers but really I felt a little lost and didn't feel welcome. The hotel dinner is actually basic enough and lacks something special for a beautiful place. There is potential here but the staff need to get to a higher standard. I am not making a complaint but feel I need to give honest feedback.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super Lage, großartiges Frühstück und nettes Personal. Besonders gut hat uns die Plantagentour und die Yoga Session gefallen.

Ascensore molto piccolo, passeggino per passare va praticamente incastrato. Per scendere al ristorante non ci sono scivoli né ascensore. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dal ristorante.

Jättefint hotell som överträffade förväntningarna mot de bilder vi sett. Otroligt vackert beläget och fint exteriört 10/10. God frukost, middag och drinkar i hotellets restaurang. Rummen skulle piffas upp lite. Nedanför hotellet ligger en privat strand där man kan bada från badstege. Även den är hur fin som helst. Toppen för snorkling och sup.

Inredningen i hotellrummen hade behövts uppdateras lite för att matcha priset.

La décoration !!! Horrible !!! Que ce soit dans la chambre : des rayures noires et blanches avec un tableau de Coco Chanel et des lampes rouges !! Rien ne va avec rien !!! Et le hall d’accueil… des suspensions étranges au plafond, des plaids en fausse fourrure … il suffirait de tout enlever : sobre … Autre point à améliorer : l’ascenseur petit et vétuste …

Las vistas desde el hotel son, sin duda, su gran atractivo. La ubicación y el paisaje son realmente espectaculares y hacen que la estancia tenga un encanto especial. Sin embargo, el resto de la experiencia no está a la misma altura. El hotel acusa claramente el paso del tiempo y necesitaría una renovación importante de sus instalaciones. En nuestro caso, la habitación cuádruple resultó especialmente decepcionante, con un nivel de confort muy inferior al esperado. Teniendo en cuenta el precio, la relación calidad-precio nos pareció poco equilibrada. En definitiva, un lugar al que merece la pena venir por sus extraordinarias vistas, pero donde el alojamiento, en nuestra opinión, no justifica el coste de la estancia.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel!!! Super Strand, super Meer, Liegestühle, Dusche, WC und eine tolle Strandbar mit Trinken und Essen und ein Dankeschön an Giuseppe und Pasquale die für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gesorgt haben Poolanlage auch sehr schön und ebenfalls mit einer Poolbar, Liegestühle, Hängematten, Dusche, WC, Billardtisch, Ping Pong Tisch Fitnessraum nicht so gross, aber mit guten Geräten, Klima, Handtücher und Wasser Frühstück, wie Abendessen auf der tollen Terrasse mit bezaubernder Sicht auf das Meer war auch top Zimmer waren auch komfortabel und sauber Hotelpersonal immer aufgestellt und sympatisch, wir haben einige tolle Menschen kennengelernt

Leider wird am Abend im Hotel, für wenig Unterhaltung gesorgt, also ziemlich tote Hose Schade eigentlich mit so einer tollen Terrasse und Poolanlage Der Abstieg, wie Aufstieg zum Meer nicht so ideal für Familien mit Kinderwagen, sind doch noch ein paar Stufen Zu Fuss nach Cefalù, mit dieser Hitze dann für uns doch noch zu weit, daher mit Bus oder Taxi gefahren, Taxi für 5 min Fahrt 15 Euro pro Fahrt ( preislich halt nicht top)

The private beach and facilities are incredible. Worth visiting for that alone, and I would highly recommend staying there if in Cefalu. Breakfast was also great!

After ten exciting but exhausting days spent exploring beautiful towns, monuments, and museums, we decided to relax for four days in Cefalù. Hotel Kalura was the perfect place to recharge. The private beach is absolutely amazing, offering crystal-clear water and a peaceful atmosphere. The entire staff was caring, professional, and always made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Angelo from the bar and restaurant. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and always greets guests with a warm smile. His friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

The access to the sea and beautiful snorkeling right out the back of the hotel. I really appreciated the pillow menu which allows you to choose the right pillow for your needs. They have great amenities including ping pong, gym, pool, hammocks etc. The staff in the restaurant were very professional and wonderful. A very nice breakfast with real coffee made at the bar instead of a silly machine. Everyone works very hard!

Would be nice to have more warm options at the bar lunch areas. For instance, Margherita pizza and also protein shakes.

Everything you need was available there, private beach made all the difference as public beach was very busy when we went into visit the town. The hotel is close to restaurants outside the hotel and also the town centre. Staff were very helpful as we needed assistance with booking transfers to airports which they handled directly and was stress free. Lovely food in the restaurant with spectacular views. One of our favourite hotels we have stayed.

This is a wonderful hotel. My wife and keep dreaming about when we can go back. I used the pool every morning for some lengths but most people head straight for the sea which is clear, warm and calm and is difficult to get out of. The restaurant is very good, breakfast was a fine spread with the spremuta machine a highlight. The service is excellent and the facilities are well-maintained. We have been frequent visitors to Italy for over 30 years and this was a real highlight.

Nice hotel in beautiful spot. Fine swimmingpool and seawater. The only thing is that bedlinnen and beachtowels will only be changed when you ask it. Otherwise it could be changed every three days or around that period.

Das Einzelzimmer war ein Anbau am Hotel. Mit kleinen Sitzplatz. Grosszügige Anlage mit privatem Strandteil.

Preis für Einzelzimmer eher obere Grenze.

L'hôtel est magnifiquement situé, surplombant la plage. Côté jardin / grande piscine, tennis, billard, ping-pong, babyfoot... tout pour s'amuser en famille. Accès facile par un large escalier à la petite plage en contrebas. La plage est très bien aménagée et l'accès à l'eau facilité par une petite échelle. Le petit bar est bien pratique pour prendre un sandwich et une boisson. La vue sur la mer depuis le balcon de la chambre est exceptionnelle.

Le prix de la chambre est un peu élevé.

Había que caminar al pueblo, nosotros teníamos auto por lo que no fue problema.

Plusieurs chambres ont été refaites depuis notre séjour dans cet hôtel il y a une an. Notre chambre était simplement géniale. Les équipements comme la salle de bain parfaite, la climatisation, le confort de la literie.... La salle de restauration refaite. Bien plus fonctionnelle et plus qualitative. Le mobilier a été changé et très harmonieux, coloré juste ce qu'il faut. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Plage privée juste au top.

Dommage que le jus d'orange ne soit pas à la hauteur du reste qui est juste génial. Donc juste ce petit bémol.

I was travelling alone in Sicily and stayed here for 2 nights. It was absolute heaven. Firstly, the staff are so friendly, welcoming and kind. Everyone was helpful. The bar/restaurant staff were particularly lovely - as a solo female traveller dining alone, they made me feel at ease. Pierro, the scuba person, was sooo sweet. When I rented a snorkel and fins, he told me about all the fish I might see. The facilities are beautiful - especially the pool and the gym, which has excellent equipment. The restaurant was lovely, and the menu was amazing. The food was delicious. Everything felt reasonably priced (but I am from London!). I stayed in 'Ficus'. My room was cosy, clean and nicely decorated. I had an amazing time. I didn't want to leave!

The beach toilets could do with an upgrade. Absolutely nothing else bad to say at all.

This hotel is absolutely lovely, the location, the beautiful sea view and even the pool. I hope to come back soon.

The steps could be difficult for older people or young kids.
