Unfortunately, the housekeeping and front desk service were very disappointing. When our room was cleaned in the morning, the toilet paper had already run out, but it was not replaced. The towels were not replaced either. At around 7:30 PM, we called reception and asked for toilet paper and were told that someone would bring it within 30 minutes. More than an hour later, nothing had arrived. When we were leaving the hotel, we spoke to the two staff members at the reception desk and were told that they had been busy and that there was no housekeeping staff available after 5 PM. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. Their response was impolite and rather confrontational, as if we were at fault for raising the issue. They did not apologize or make any real effort to resolve the problem, and they responded to us while remaining seated behind the desk throughout the conversation. For a hotel in this category, I found this attitude particularly unprofessional and disappointing. The explanation that there was no housekeeping staff after 5 PM also does not address the actual problem. Basic amenities such as toilet paper and fresh towels should have been checked and replenished when the room was cleaned that morning. Not replacing the towels is already disappointing for a hotel of this standard, but leaving a room without even basic necessities such as toilet paper and then failing to deliver it after being contacted is a significant service failure. This experience was a major negative point in our stay and seriously affected our impression of both the hotel’s housekeeping standards and the professionalism of its front desk service.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut. Strand und Altstadt ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Frühstück ist stark verbesserungsfähig. In Frankreich erwartet man das typische luftige Baguette und ebenso diese herrlich leichten Croissants. Beides wirkte wie selbst aufgebacken, schwerer Teig, nicht knusprig etc. Der Kaffee ist ebenfalls maximal mittelmäßig. Die gesamte Auswahl ist sehr mager. Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert! Unser Bett war ziemlich durchgelegen, die Zimmertür war unprofessionell mit einem Pinsel gestrichen worden. Eine Renovierung des Zimmers wäre angebracht.

The only three good things about this hotel are its location, the breakfast, and the fact that it has parking.

The hotel is very poorly maintained. The rooms look nothing like they do in the pictures. The hotel has no soundproofing at all, so you can hear absolutely every noise. There are carpets throughout the entire hotel, including in the rooms, and they are full of dust and smell very bad. There is an unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel.

What I loved the most was that they offer a shower service. Even after you check out and return your room key, you can still enjoy your day and come back to the hotel to take a shower in a perfectly clean and comfortable bathroom. It’s such a great option if you want to make the most of your day and have a flight in the evening or at night. Also, the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. That’s what I appreciated the most.

Since I had booked a premium room, I was expecting a beautiful room with a nice setting. However, our room was on the ground floor, in a very isolated area of the hotel, surrounded by housekeeping service areas.the windows faced directly onto the street, we could hear people talking as they walked past our windows at night. On top of that, the armchair and the carpet were not clean. The armchair was worn out and rough, the carpet looked dirty, and there were even stains on the armchairs. Everything felt very old and in need of renovation or replacement. Honestly, I really liked the staff and the location, but I did not like the room at all. In my opinion, the room was definitely not worth the price I paid.

Sbollature nell’intonaco del bagno. Pulizie frettolose una piccola saponetta per 3 gg di soggiorno. Abbiamo dovuto portare alla reception il dosatore del doccia schiuma vuoto c la ricarica.

Sono stato ospite di questa struttura con la mia famiglia per una settimana. Ci è stata assegnata una camera quadrupla al piano terra, con affaccio direttamente sulla strada. Purtroppo non era possibile tenere le finestre aperte, quindi siamo stati costretti a tenere sempre le tapparelle abbassate e a utilizzare la luce artificiale anche durante il giorno. Il mio letto era proprio accanto alla porta del bagno, dove il WC perdeva continuamente acqua, creando anche un certo fastidio soprattutto di notte . Inoltre, non c’erano spazi o supporti dove poter appendere gli asciugamani e i costumi bagnati per farli asciugare. Inoltre ho scelto questa struttura perché c’era scritto spiaggia privata a pagamento e mi era stato confermato al telefono , in realtà ci hanno dato dei voucher con uno sconto di 4€ presso uno stabilimento privato , raccomandandoci di recarci lì entro le 9 del mattino per riuscire a trovare i lettini, quando invece siamo riusciti a prenotare i lettini in un altro stabilimento per tutta la settimana. Nel complesso, questi disagi hanno reso il soggiorno poco piacevole. Considerando anche il prezzo della struttura, che non è affatto economico, personalmente non tornerei.

The garden outside was cute but small, & location is great but that's all.

We will not be coming back there, it's definitely not worth an 8 rating from booking, more like a 7. The room was small and old, there was a dead bug near the window, bathroom didn't have all the amenities, shampoo was already half used they didn't replenish it, AC was old and a bit loud, we also had a small window which led directly to an old dusty generator. It was way too expensive for what you get.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu viert. Es ist klein, aber es war sauber. Das Personal könnte teilweise motivierter sein. Als mein Haarföhn im Zimmer kaputt ging, hatte das Hotel keinen verfügbar außer in einem anderen Zimmer. Das sitz ok, aber ich hätte erwartet das der Föhn zumindest am nächsten Tag wieder funktioniert hätte, dies war leider nicht der Fall. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer roch etwas muffig, aber erfüllte ihren Zweck.

The rooms are very tired and in desperate need of a PIP. Doubt it has been renovated in the last 20 years. Make sure to not take a 4th floor room. We started in one that was smelly and cramped. Fortunately the property quickly changed and even upgraded our room which made our stay much more enjoyable

Odamız her gün toplandı ancak çarşaflar ve yastık kılıflarının 4 gün boyunca hiç değişmediğini farkettik, hepsini değişmesi için kendimiz çıkardık ve mecburen değiştirdiler. 2 yataklı aile odasında konaklamıştık. Yerler de konaklama boyunca hiç süpürülmedi biz 5 gece 6 gün kaldık. Sadece banyo temizlendi ve yeni havlu konuldu. Temizlik açısından pek memnun kalmadık. Kişisel bakım malzemeleri de yeterli değildi.

Lokasyon iyiydi yürüyerek birçok yere ulaşımı kolay. Bahçesi keyifli. Kapının önünde otopark için yer bulmak mümkün oluyor. Otoparka aracınızı koymanıza gerek yok.

Odalar çok küçük, banyoda hiçbir eşyayı koyacak yer yok. Odada kahve makinası yok. Personel ilk geldiğimizde kapıda hiç yardımcı olmadı tek başıma 2 büyük valizi merdivenlerden taşıdım. Bize otoparka araç koymamız gerektiği söylendi ancak yol kenarında da yer bulmak çok kolaydı yanlış bir yönlendirme olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése a szállodának, viszonylag közel van a tengerpart, és ugyanazon az utcán gyalog megközelíthető a vasútállomás. Mivel sokat mentünk vonattal, nekünk ez így nagyon kényelmes volt. A szállodában nagyon jó a reggeli, 7-11ig lehet enni, ami kényelmes; gyönyörű a kert, barátságos, kedves a személyzet. Kértünk napernyőt, tudtak adni. Az utcában van egy buszmegálló, azzal a busszal el lehet jutni a Messénáig és az óvárosig is, de egyébként minden nagyon közel van gyalog is.

Deluxe szobát foglaltam 7 éjszakára 2 főre, egy nagyon kicsi szobát kaptunk, kicsi ággyal. Ezt kifogásoltam először szóban, akkor nem kezelték a problémát, jeleztem írásban is, így kaptunk szobacserét a harmadik éjszakától, ami már jóval nagyobb volt, nagy ággyal, de nem deluxe szoba volt, és nem is volt csendes, így egy kicsit csalódottnak érzem magam. Sajnálom, mert ezt leszámítva mindennel meg lettünk volna elégedve.

Lovely friendly reception staff. The room was simple, clean and quiet. Great bed - I slept really well. Good breakfast and great coffee. The location is fantastic. Quiet but very close to the beach and surrounded by bakeries, shops, bars and restaurants. I was there for work but a local colleague took me all over Nice and we walked everywhere. Safe was too small for a laptop and replacement water was missed a couple of times but minor issues.

Location is great. 7 min walk from the beach and from the main city center square. Staff was pleasant and helpful when we asked for a room change since the first one we got was noisy and old. We got an upgrade, for which we're very thankful.

The pictures on booking are a bit misleading, the rooms seem much older. The first room we got (a premier room) was stuffy and old, next to the road with not soundproofing. We could hear passers by speaking, cars, essentually everything happening outside, and it was impossible to sleep. As well, the design is very poorly thought - toilet had no sink so to wash the hands you need need to pass to other side or the room to get to the bathroom. The sofa was dirty with stains and not inviting at all.

Very poor value for money. The room was not clean: dust on the floor, a strong sewage smell, and even flies. The chair had greasy stains, and the pillows and linens had an unpleasant odor. Access to power outlets was also very inconvenient, as they were hidden behind the bed and desk. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and not well maintained.

France, are you ok? Is this what you expect from your four-star hotels? Because nowhere else in the world does this place land in the same neighborhood as a four-star hotel. To be fair, there are a few brief positives. The location is good, and housekeeping did an okay job making up the rooms. The hotel successfully provided a crib as requested. The breakfast was decent, fresh, and offered a good variety, made truly positive by the hard-working staff running the service. The hotel also features a garden, a small bar, and has a coffee maker available in the afternoons—and that concludes the major amenities we were told about. There is a QR code to scan for an "e-concierge," but it is just a basic webpage listing standard local attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately, that is where the hospitality ends. Our family booked two rooms, and the severe issues we faced were consistently shared between both—this was not a case of a single, flukey bad room. Even basic inventory standard across the hotel is apparently a gamble, as one of our rooms was missing a coffee maker entirely. Upon arrival, there is no bell service to help with luggage. While most of the reception desk staff were nice and cordial, one receptionist was outright rude to my elderly family member during check-in, making for a horrible first impression. As a tip for future travelers: the parking structure and spots are extremely cramped. It is entirely unfeasible to use if you are driving anything other than a compact car, though in fairness, the hotel does not operate the garage. The physical state of the property is unacceptable. The rooms, paint, furniture, and fixtures are incredibly dated and borderline decrepit. Every single door squeaked loudly, and the bathroom door could not be shut completely unless you used your entire body weight to push or pull it. I am convinced this place either lacks a manager entirely, or the management team has not set foot in the guest rooms in years. There were flies in the hallways and the rooms, and many surfaces were visibly dusty. Worst of all, the bathrooms stink; when you turn on the faucet, the stench emanating from the sink is nauseating and absolutely horrid. We tried to partially mitigate this foul odor by cracking the window and leaving the bathroom light and fan running to continuously suck the air out. However, every time we returned to the room, housekeeping had turned off the fan and left the bathroom door wide open, blasting the stench back into the main living space. The room design also lacks basic common sense. A bright blue digital clock is attached directly to the bottom of the TV. It shines directly into your eyes while you are in bed and cannot be turned off. I eventually had to block it out entirely by taping a thick card over it just to sleep. In the short term, this hotel and its rooms desperately need a thorough, deep cleaning. In the long run, it requires major maintenance and a total renovation. Ultimately, if you value cleanliness and basic hygiene, this place is absolutely not for you. I would not recommend staying here at all. This property needs to be stripped of its current rating and officially reclassified as a 3 or 3.5-star max.
