Innergården där frukosten serverades var full med duvor och personalen var långsamma med att plocka undan och fylla på frukostbuffén.

Gården hade kunnat vara fantastisk men nu var det ganska opersonligt med plastgräs, duvor och stängda dörrar in till foajén och motsvarade inte bilderna på booking.

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer war schön und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, Frühstück sehr gut und die Lage des Hotels perfekt.

We reserved a room for the night when long delays caused us rebook an international flight. We arrived travel weary, and the staff upgraded us to a room with a garden view. We loved sitting on our little balcony looking at the beautiful garden and the architecture of surrounding buildings. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The decor is a little average, but the beauty of the building facade and the garden makes up for it.

It’s quite far back from the main strip. The staff were fine. The buffet breakfast was bland. The room was small and outdated

We had a pleasant 2 night stay. We wanted somewhere clean and in a good location and that is what we got. Our twin room was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate, although staff were slow to the clear up dirty plates and cups on neighbouring tables. Supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, the train station and beach are all within walking distance. Hotel Villa Victoria was a good base to visit all of the tourist hot spots. I could easily stay here again.

The hotel is lovely, with a beautiful and charming garden terrace. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The area is quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated.

The rooms are very small and can feel quite cramped. The hotel is also around a 9-minute walk from the beach, so the location may not be ideal if you want to stay right by the sea.

Good , clean hotel with large, well appointed rooms. Really nice breakfast that can be taken in their immaculate garden. 5 min walk to the English promenade. Many dining options around. They do have a connection with a good beach club that the hotel can book for you. Overall solid option for your stay in beautiful Nice.

Le jardin pour prendre le petit déjeuner était très agréable. Le calme du quartier est particulièrement appréciable. Le partenariat avec Bocca Mar est une option appréciable pour fluidifier la réservation. La propreté est enfin à souligner.

Nous avons été surpris de régler la note au moment du check-in. Il peut être plus judicieux de faire régler la note lors du check-out pour prendre en compte la totalité des consommations.

The property is beautiful and well located. The bedroom was quite comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. They also offer water and croissants at the reception. The garden is beautiful and there are many places to just sit and enjoy it.

The bathroom could be better. The shower is the typical European shower that is joined with the bathtub so it is not that good. We had an issue with the toilet. There are not many places to park in the property so you need to reserve or pak at a nearby parking connected to the hotel and you have to leave the parking aound the time of the check out. That is something important to have in mind if you plan to check out but spend the day in Nice before going somewhere else.

Kind and accommodating staff. Clean. We had a king bed with twin bed room for us and our child, which was perfect. Great location. This was just a stopover for us before flying out of Nice, but it felt like much more. Easy drive to the airport from here.

Breakfast service wasn't great - self service breakfast but bacon was never available. They only cooked enough for 2 people at a time, and it was a 20 minute wait for the next portion! Otherwise, it was lovely.

We had a nice stay at this hotel in Nice. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel has a partnership with a nearby private beach, and the reception team was extremely helpful in arranging our beach reservation and recommending great restaurants for dinner. We were especially touched by the thoughtful surprise they prepared for my daughter's birthday. They decorated our room with beautiful balloons and provided complimentary treats, making her day truly special. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. The hotel also has a lovely garden, which is a peaceful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room was newly renovated and comfortable. The only area that could be improved is the carpet, which would benefit from being replaced. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I truly believe it had it all. The employees were all so nice & helpful from the moment I booked. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach. They breakfast was great. I loved that they had a connection to a beach club so I was able to enjoy a few days on the beach. Everything was just wonderful, no complaints at all!

The location of the hotel, the warmth of the staff that made our express experience in Nice very unique with their suggestions, the private garden, the historic building, the quality of the breakfast and the bath products. Upon arrival, we were greeted and assisted with a partial check-in. Once the female concierge collected our passports, the entire energy of our conversations and level of hospitality shifted. Traveling from the US on our honeymoon, we were hopeful for (not expecting) a warm welcome into a new city, but rather received a dismissive and passive demeanor. While in the lobby, we “waited for our room to be ready”, the hotel continued with their regularities, one of which included routine sewage removal outside of the main entrance. The sound and smell drafting into the lobby was horrific. At 14:05, we finished our check-in. My husband loaded the dolly with luggage, after no assistance was offered, and rode up to our room. I waited for the elevator to return (out of sight of the female concierge). While waiting, snickering and cackling began, until I stepped into their view where conversations quickly diverted awkwardly. Low and behold, the snickering correlated with our room assignment. We had been awarded a room on the first floor directly above the sewage access port, equipped with flies and open windows. For the price of our suite, I was severely disappointed by the hospitality and overall care for clients. The following morning, she transformed and decided to be kind and helpful, with management staff present. If looking to book a hotel in this region, I would recommend removing this option from your list. Additional reviews will be left on other websites.

Quiet and beautiful room overlooking the garden. Spacious enough for three people with suitcases. Amazing breakfast in the garden and friendly and helpful staff. Great location - everything within walking distance.

The location is fairly close to the train station and beaches. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our Superior Double room was on the 2nd floor facing the garden and was fairly quiet. The breakfast was available in the garden and was ok. Unfortunately, pigeons were flying around constantly disturbing the guests.

This is definitely not a 4star hotel, totally overpriced. The photographs on the hotel's website are misleading. The atmosphere in the hallways is dark and sombre with depressing commercial carpeting that continues into the rooms. The single small elevator is used by guests as well as housekeeping. The furniture in our room was cheap and the wardrobe was covered with heavy drapes The bathroom was poor and the shower was leaking onto the floor.

The breakfast and back garden were nice. Most of the staff was quite good.

The room was awful and not worthy of 4 stars, or even 3. Old gray dirty carpet was not to standard. Room Smelled badly upon arrival. Tiny closet size and musty! bathroom with clear water damage because of the wonky shower. A room with 3 beds needs a larger bath for sure. I asked for another room, but the only option felt like that of a hostel…small and dark and bad vinyl plank flooring (properties should not renovate to this material, it always feels cheap). We chose to keep wi does open for fresh air. Lobby needs an upgrade. This is another case where photos were taken years ago but do not represent the current condition of the property.

The location was excellent and it was a beautiful building. The garden was a lovely place to have breakfast or a late evening drink. The parking was also really useful.

Beautiful, older building with loads of character. The lobby was very inviting. Outside in the back we enjoyed a lovely patio and yard for breakfast. We would have loved to have made a glass of wine work later in the day, but our schedule did not allow. Walkable to everything! Be sure to secure chairs at the beach club, which is less than a 10 minute walk.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på Hotell Villa Victoria. Det vi likte spesielt godt var den koselige hagen som ga en rolig og avslappende atmosfære. Frokosten var enkel, men veldig god, og det var ekstra fint med fersk juice om morgenen og varmt brød med lokale oster. Personalet var utrolig hyggelige, vennlige og svært hjelpsomme gjennom hele oppholdet, noe som gjorde opplevelsen enda bedre. Beliggenheten er også praktisk – togstasjonen ligger bare rundt 10 minutter unna til fots, og nærmeste trikkeholdeplass er cirka 400 meter fra hotellet. Alt i alt et komfortabelt og hyggelig sted som vi gjerne anbefaler videre

Ich konnte bereits um 9:00 Uhr einchecken, obwohl bei der Buchung ein frühester CheckIn für 14:00 Uhr angegeben war. Für den frühen CheckIn sind keine Extrakosten berechnet worden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und extrem dunkel. Insgesamt wirklich sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank stand alleine auf dem Boden. Insgesamt war das Zimmer, insbesondere in Hinblick auf den hohen Preis sehr enttäuschend.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Garten ein Traum

Mycket vänlig personal. Läget var bra, beach cluben likaså. Tyst trots rum mot gatan. Trots slitet rum var det mycket välstädat.

Bilderna gav sken av något helt annat än det intryck vi fick på plats. Rummet var slitet och inredningen inte alls så exklusiv eller tilltalande som bilderna var. Bilderna visar ljusa, rymliga rum med färgglad inredning. Vårt dubbelrum deluxe hade inget solljus alls och all inredning gick i grått. Billiga möbler (sänggavel i plast), avskavda dörrar, slitage på badrumsmöbler. Bilderna på rummen är starkt bearbetade. Korridoren till rummen känns som den uppdaterts på 90-talet. Att Frankrike har en annan syn på standard är vi helt medvetna om men nuförtiden har så många prisvärda hotellkedjor uppdaterat sin stil med mer lifestyle-känsla att man förväntar sig betydligt mer för 340€ per natt utan frukost. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet pga. de kommentarer vi läst här men det finns ett underbart litet café 200m bort som serverar yppig frukost och brunch.
