Sehr freundliches Personal und Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Lage war perfekt.

Mein Zimmer war direkt neben dem Aufzug. Ich habe es immer gehört, wenn jemand mit dem Aufzug gefahren ist. Leider gab es nur ein Rührei.

The location of this hotel was fabulous - I would never stay in the Altstadt on the other side of the river having stayed on this side of the river. There were so many great, well priced restaurants close by, a supermarket, ice cream shops and shoe shops. Also within a 5 minute walk were the bus to the Untersbergbahn and Hellbrunn Palace, the bus to the train station, Mozart's Wohnhaus and the Mirabell Gardens, and maybe an 8 minute walk to a very good laundromat. Breakfast was also fabulous, including freshly cooked eggs to order.

By accident we chose a room without air conditioning - air conditioning would have been better :)

Non lo valuterei un 4 stelle. La camera è veramente bruttina. La reception non è aperta 24 ore come ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel di questa categoria. Il giorno che siamo arrivati c'era un ragazzo che non ha saputo nemmeno indicarci l'ufficio turistico in centro storico. Il garage non è comodo. La colazione è limitata, soprattutto se mangi salato. Essenzialmente l'unica cosa che stai pagando è la vicinanza a piedi al centro storico

Perfect location for 2 nights! Staff were very friendly! The breakfast was phenomenal!!!!

Location and character of hotel was great. Bedroom quiet and comfortable despite bar and restaurant beneath. Breakfast adequate but only cooked was eggs. Staff contact minimal.

Eher dunkles Zimmer Durchlüftung schwierig aufgrund eines Fensters direkt zu einer gegenüberliegenden Wand. Möbel, Decken und Wände in die Jahre gekommen, im Zimmer teilweise provovisorisch ausgebesster.

Location is excellent, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Not a major complaint but he breakfast was just ok.

Awesome location and easy walk to all shopping, sites of interest and great restaurants. Quiet location and friendly staff. They even presented us with their homemade sausages at departure. Breakfast was the classic with a few added treats. Overall a comfortable stay in a beautiful City!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the location is very good for accessing landmarks, the facilities did not miss out on any of my preferences.

I’d say there was nothing in particular I didn’t like, except the following: 2. The AC was working perfectly until it turned off on its own in the middle of the night, and I had to go and turn it back on. This happened on both nights I stayed there. Perhaps there was a setting I didn’t pay attention to. I’d recommend whoever wants AC to actually ask the reception on how it works to avoid this. 3. All of a sudden in the bathroom an AC unit (perhaps from another room) was starting to operate and there was a cold air blowing down from the edges of the ceiling. I don’t know what that was about. I didn’t inquire about any of the above with the staff, as neither bothered me much. 1. I named this number 1, because this was the only disappointing issue. The breakfast was very limited and very basic. Although the host was very accommodating and friendly.

Very comfortable rooms, the chocolates on the pillows were a thoughtful touch. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant served great quality food at good value. The location is perfect if you only have a few days in Salzburg.

O atendimento na receção e no restaurante onde jantamos, bem como ao pequeno-almoço. O hotel está muito bem localizado, conseguimos ir a pé para visitar a maioria das atrações da cidade histórica de Salzburgo. A decoração é clássica, mas perfeitamente enquadrado na própria cidade.

Die Lage war super.

Die Sauberkeit. Vor allem das Badezimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Es waren noch Haare von den vorherigen Gästen in der Dusche. Auch die Toilette war nicht richtig sauber geputzt.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, had all the amenities we would need. It was nice having included breakfast, which had a lot of selections.

Very warm welcome and help with luggage to room and kindly arranged an electric iron & board. Nicely furnished room with aircon & fridge. Enjoyed a comfortable and quiet nights sleep. The Breakfasts were generous and the fruit was much appreciated.

الموقع جميل وقريب منه كل شي وبشارع حيوي، اسكن فيه بلا تردد.

1- تنظيف الغرف برسوم تبدأ من 100 ريال تقريباً وقد تزود أو تنقص حسب عدد الغرف، أما اذا تبي يشيلون القمامة ويغيرون المناشف فلازم تكلمهم وهذي مجانيه. 2- بالنسبه لموقع الفندق السيارة توصل عنده من الساعه 7 صباحاً حتى 7 مساءً، وما بعد الوقت هذا ممنوع الدخول باستثناء الليموزين. 3- المواقف قريبه من الفندق مشي 5 دقايق وتكلفتها 22 يورو باليوم.

Hotellet ligger i et hus fra 1300-tallet med stejle klipper i baghaven. Det er meget hyggeligt og typisk østrigsk. Beliggenheden er helt i top tæt på de fleste særværdigheder og festspilområdet, der var relevant for mig.

Der er mange større og mindre trapper inde i huset, fordi det er så gammelt. Det er lidt af et problem, når man er 70+., men jeg vidste det i forvejen, da jeg har været her før.

L'hôtel est très bien situé , près du centre, pratique pour les promenades touristiques et les spectacles du festival. La chambre était spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Le parking publique, très proche, avait un tarif négocié intéressant avec l'hôtel.

Die zentrale Lage, die Ausstattung des Zimmers und der urige Stil des 700 Jahre alten Hauses und das freundliche Personal.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist recht überschaubar. Gab alles was nötig war, etwas Besonderes gab es jedoch nicht.

朝食の目玉焼きが美味しかった。 部屋にエアコンをつけてもらった（パナソニック製） 部屋の広さも十分。

המיקום רחוק היה מאולם הקונצרטים! החדר היה ללא wifi !!! גם כשהתלוננו טענו שהכל בסדר! האור ליד המיטה היה מקולקל וביקשתי שיתקנו ולא היגיעו לתקן ! הכלי מיטה היו מאד לא נעימים לא הסדין ולא השמיכות

הכניסה לא נעימה ! החדר לא נעים ! אי אפשר לפתוח וילונות כי יש מראה נוראי מהחלון . וכלי המיטה נוראים!

Das Parkhaus ist ein ganzes Stück entfernt vom Hotel. Kommt man nach 19 Uhr an, muss man das Gepäck bis zum Hotel tragen, da man nicht mehr in die Fußgängerzone fahren darf.

De locatie is uitstekend. Op loopafstand van de oude stad en de parkeergarage. Verwacht geen top-hotel maar dat is ook absoluut niet nodig voor een bezoek aan Salzburg voor een paar dagen. Dit hotel is een prima hotel met vooral een uitstekende ligging.

Et hotell vi har kommet tilbake til mange ganger, ligger flott til i forhold til gamlebyen. Hyggelig familiedrevet hotel.

Det har blitt litt for dyrt. En del av sjarmen har forsvunnet ved ombyggingen av resepsjonen. Tidligere et hyggelig oppholdssted for hotellets gjester, nå en avdelt bar med høy musikk.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer zu laut. Frühstücksraum sehr eng und warm 28 Grad keine Klimaanlage. Ebenso im Restaurant. Blick vom Zimmer auf einen sehr ungepflegten Hinterhof. Der Eingang in die Dusche zu eng. Dusche Note 6.

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr saubere ,komfortable Zimmer, wahnsinnig freundliches Personal,sehr hilfsbereit, Frühstück ausgiebig,einfach sehr empfehlenswert! Nächstes Jahr wieder.....

Die Lage ist super

Durch die Innenstadtlage ist es sehr laut, bei geschlossenen Fenstern gerade so erträglich. Wegen der warmen Temperaturen war das Zimmer trotz Ventilator extrem heiß- auch dann noch, als es draußen kühler war. Lüften wegen Lärms (Müllabfuhr 5.40 Uhr z.B., Samstag Partygänger bis 3 Uhr) kaum möglich. Es gäbe eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Tischen und Stühlen auf verschiedenen Ebenen (auch Schirmen) - leider schon etwas verwahrlost. Angeboten wird dort nichts- es gibt nur ein Schild im Aufzug, kein Hinweis an der Rezeption. Personal allgemein naja. Rezeption war bei Ankunft 15.00 Uhr nicht besetzt- Nachfrage im Restaurant pampig beantwortet, wir müssten eben warten. Frühstücken muss man im Hochsommer trotzdem drinnen- Ausweichen ins Restaurant möglich, weg vom heißen Gewölbe, das Frühstücksraum wäre, aber immer noch warm und ohne jeden Charme. Das Frühstück selbst ist ok. Abgepackte Marmelade, die nach Pappe schmeckt, hatte ich sehr lange nicht mehr; ein Saft (Multivitamin) aus dem Tetrapak (gäbe beim Discounter schon „frischere“), Butter einzeln verpackt und sehr weich (nicht kühl gelagert). Wurst und Käse wenig Auswahl, aber was es gab, war gut. Brotauswahl war gut. Müsli esse ich nicht, war aber wenig Auswahl (an Cerealien, nur Naturjoghurt, Obstsalat). Man lässt sich die Festspielzeit und die Lage mehr als fürstlich entlohnen…

Sehr schön, komfortabel, ruhig und gut gelegen.

Ein Nachteil der guten Lage an der Fußgängerzone ist, dass die bei Anlieferung des Gepäcks mit den Auto die Fussgängergasse durchfahren werden muss. Dabei muss man sehr achtsam sein muss.

Breakfast was amazing and staff terrific. Rooms are very small. We had a room without AC. NEVER book a non AC room in summer. It was so hot and the fan they gave us kept shutting off. This is an OLD hotel. Lots of character but very small and many steps. Very difficult and confusing parking.

Parking and even finding the hotel was hard. The rooms were very very small. DO NOT get a non AC room in summer. We literally barely slept. This is a very expensive hotels and the rooms and amenities did not match the price

Die Dame an der Rezeption war vorbildlich hilfreich- Frau Zoller glaube ich. Somit war vom Empfang weg die Stimmung höchst positiv.

Die Betten könnten ein Upgrade vertragen.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das klimatisierte Zimmer war Gold wert. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Unsere E-Bikes waren auf der Dachterrasse sicher versorgt.

Die Klimaanlage hat sehr stark geblasen und konnte nicht schwächer eingestellt werden. Der Weg zur Dachterrasse war sehr steil und mit den vielen Stufen sehr mühsam.

Lage, freundliches Personal

Mir haben das Hotel und das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen.

Es war während meines Aufenthaltes in Salzburg sehr heiß und mein Zimmer hatte nur einen Ventilator. Normalerweise brauche ich ohnehin keine Klimaanlage, aber bei bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur, wäre es gut gewesen.

一晚接近台幣一萬元的飯店，房間擺設真的是維持傳統老飯店而已，並不方便客人使用，再一次我們被迫準備生活用品，放在小包裡面，就算有電梯，也沒有用，因為出現樓中樓的階梯。最扯的是早餐，根本沒有什麼食物可以選擇，連炒蛋或水煮蛋都是點了才有，如果是山區的飯店還情有可原，但這裡是薩爾斯堡耶，也太離譜了

Kein Balkon, keine Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht auf den Innenhof war nicht schön.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber und gepflegt.

Nicht gerade preiswert, das mag an der Lage liegen bzw. an den zu der Zeit stattfindenden Festspielen; besonders negativ fand ich die vielen Stufen auf jeder Etage, die man trotz Fahrstuhl mit seinem Gepäck überwinden musste.

We loved our room for 3- It had a huge suite like space and a small side room and bathroom for our daughter. The location, bedding, and breakfast were excellent.

Like a lot of older buildings the elevator and stairs after a long day of sight seeing seemed extra and the elevator is not convenient but also is part of the charm. It would not be ideal for mobility challenged people.

The location was great, rooms were really nice, clean quiet and very comfortable. The whole place has a traditional style and beautiful decor. The breakfast and staff were exceptional.

I booked two rooms one for me and my wife and one rooms for my two sons, they gave us rooms numbers 308 and 307, Rooms Air condition were very very poor, rooms temperature were high and was very worm sweeting all night rooms Air condition were tripping all night for no good reasons, rooms views were horrible and not able to open the windows because off insects will enter the rooms, no space for two persons in this rooms, suitable for one person only, requested to extend my stay one hour extra was rejected, breakfast was very poor, I was wandering how was given 4 stars, I don’t give this hotel more than two stars, bad smell enter the rooms and the elevator smells bad all the times, too many steps to climbs up and down with the presents of elevator to reach the rooms, hard with the bags to reach the rooms, no help assistance offered. I don’t recommend this hotel to any one.

Fantastic location in a gorgeous historic building. The location is a little tricky to find if arriving in a car but reception was very helpful with directions when we called them.

Location was fantastic. A bit difficult with luggage getting there, no problem after. Great base camp for all things Salzburg as well as lakes district, etc. Request a room facing away from the street, which gets wonderfully alive till after dinner.

We misplaced a key during our stay .. owners charged our card a huge amount without our permission to replace the entire lock system as they didn’t have a spare key to cut from - that cost us a lot and ruined the stay - was very disappointing

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. 2 Sorten Käse, 3 Sorten Wurst und das wars. Eier konnte man auf Bestellung bekommen. Leider fehlt es auch in Österreich an Servicepersonal, dadurch war die Gastronomie an 3 Tagen geschlossen.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, hübsches altehrwürdiges Hotel, nettes Frühstück, frisch gemachte Frühstückseier.

Wir hatten ein Fenster zur Gasse hin und weil wir durch die Wärme das Fenster offen lassen mußten, war es die ganze Nacht durch extrem laut was empfindlich unseren Schlaf gestört hat.

Everything. The quirkiness, different levels, different shapes. The mood of the interior is spot on. Window view onto the pedestrian walkway, so lots of movement. Two minute walk down to the river and then across to the old town, although the hotel building is over 600 years old, apparently.

great location on a pedestrian street in the old town, the building dates from about 1380 but has all modern facilities including proper A/C, staff were friendly, breakfast exceptional, our rooms were very quiet with a hint of a view of Salzburg rooftops and landmarks

The rooms and showers are small by American standards, but it's a centrally located hotel in Europe so we were expecting that. A pipe burst the day of our arrival and one of our three rooms was affected, but the staff found us a suitable apartment nearby and helped us settle in. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
