Lage war sehr gut, Parkmöglichkeiten sind schlicht eine Zumutung. Leider eher schlecht als gut.

es wirklich nur die Lage und die Tatsache, dass keine Alternative zur verfügung stand. Bad ist sehr eng, Badzimmer wurde längere Zeit nicht richtig geputzt (Schimmel bei der Dusche, wenn die Dusche geschlossen wird), Personal für CHF 300.00 absolut unpersönlich, nicht wirklich ein freudiger Empfang, Frühstück mässig.

It was really central and in an excellent location in the centre of Nice

Rooms were slightly old fashioned and basic but it was really clean and served our purposes well

Very comfortable beds. Room was OK for two people. Brilliant location to get around Nice either walking, taking trams, buses or trains. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The little lift was a delight and the guest upstairs lounge with an additional toilet was great for a couple of friends in the one room. The place was very clean and nicely kept.

There was a bit of building work going on outside our window but not so bad that it affected our time in the room. The bathroom had no fan so got steamed up with a shower which made it very wet and steamy for a second person to have their shower. Walls are very thin so we could hear clearly people next door.

The hotel is located near the train station. The entrance is from a very busy street. The view from the other side is of a house under construction, so nothing nice to look at. The staff are nice and helpful, nothing is a problem for them. The rooms are nice, big enough, the bathroom is small to uncomfortable. The breakfast is sufficient, has a selection and is completely enough for a few days. I recommend it, it is a nice hotel with an old historical elevator.

The rooms are basic as is also the breakfast with not a lot of choice. The location however is excellent at walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais and the city center such as place de Massena, the main shopping streets and the promenade du paillon with water fountains. There are some supermarkets in the neighbourhood and restaurants. The hotel is easy accessible from the international airport via the trams Line 2. Cheap tickets (Euro 1.70 for one ride) can be bought at the station Grand Arenas which is after at Terminal 1. The tram ride from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 and to Grand Arenas is free. The Travel Card named La Carte which one gets for 2 euro's when paying for the very first single ride ticket is rechargeable for next trips. The hotel is easily accessible from station Durandy: a 5 minute walk

Great location! And kind staff!

Did not live up to expectations regarding pictures and descriptions. The hole house is tilted and all the floors are un-leveled. You can’t walk straight and it felt like you were gonna roll out of your bed!

Ummehtunut haju huoneessa, valmiiksi likainen pyyhe. Kylpyhuoneessa hometta, suihku ei kuivunut käynnin jälkeen, pyyhkeet eivät myöskään kuivuneet moneen päivään. Kokolattiamatto, joka likainen ja jossa hiuksia.

De locatie was perfect, het bed lag ook prima en de airco werkte goed.

De ventilatie was niet zo goed, het was de laatste nacht erg vochtig op onze kamer en de badkamer stonk best snel naar rioollucht. De kamers zijn niet heel geluiddicht, wij hebben wel kunnen slapen maar je hoort wel alles.

Gostei especialmente da localização do hotel, da simpatia dos funcionários e do contraste entre a fachada tradicional, tipicamente niçarda, e o interior renovado. Apreciei também os pequenos presentes de boas-vindas: bebidas gratuitas, rebuçados, batatas fritas e um saquinho de lavanda.

Nagyon jó helyen volt. Tiszta, a személyzet rendkívül segítőkész és kedves volt! A törölközőt kérés nélkül kicserélték, pedig csak két éjszakára mentünk. Kijelentkezés után még vigyáztak a csomagunkra, ami nagy segítség volt, mivel csak délután indult a repülő, nem kellett magunkkal cipelni.

A páraelszívó nem működött, kevés volt az akasztó, így nem száradtak a vizes ruhák, törölközők. Vékonyak a falak, így a folyósóról, szomszédból is nagyon behallatszott a beszélgetés.

Their elevator has been out of order for a long time and we were staying on the 3rd floor. They should inform guests in advance that the hotel has no elevator.

Size of bedroom was great.

Lift broken. Bed sheets weren’t cleaned everyday, Itching after sleeping in the bed. We booked a double bed room however this was just 2 x single placed together and therefore the beds would keep separating. View was a construction site, very loud to sleep, we could hear everything. The walls were very thin, we could hear everything next door.

L'hôtel est très très bien situé sans que ce soit trop bruyant dans la rue. C'est un hôtel classique (avec les prix de la côte d'Azur) qui fait très bien le travail pour un court séjour à Nice. Pas de prises de têtes, juste une chambre propre confortable au centre ville avec les équipements qu'il faut.

Le bâtiment est assez vieux et aucun travail d'isolation n'a été fait, donc on entend TOUT ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir... L'hôtel pourrait commencer en mettant de nouveaux joints sur les portes par exemple. Sinon tout était bien.

I had a really pleasant stay at this spot, it was just for one night however I had a lovely time. I was facing a construction site, however the noise from here was only noticeable from check in until 6pm, after which I heard nothing. My room was clean and spacious (201) - I must have been lucky! I would stay again, but only in this room as I did see other reviews regarding poor room condition, musty smells and night time noise which I did not experience at all.

Beliggenheten er super. De som jobber der er hyggelige. Det er litt slitt, men rent.

Jeg likte ikke at de holdt på med stor rehabilitering. Bankingen begynte klokka 08.00 om morgenen. En time senere voldsomme maskiner og trykkluftbor. Dette holdt på fram til 17.00/18.00. Jeg skjønner at de må arbeide, men jeg mener de burde ha informert om dette eller i det minste redusert prisen.

El hotel es hermoso. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas: tiene aire, frigo bar, una mesa grande y pava eléctrica. El baño es amplio y tiene mucho espacio para dejar tus cosas. El hotel cuenta con ascensor, nos gustó mucho. El desayuno era completo y muy rico. El personal muy amable y servicial, pudimos hablar con ellos sobre el medio de transporte, el tranvía, que te lleva al aeropuerto de Niza. Experiencia que volvería a repetir.

Noise. It could be so easily rectified in the rooms facing the main road. Double glazing does not work. Changed rooms three times. It was a challenge to get in & out of the shower in my last room. The toilet & the shower base were built next to each other. If I had not been careful I would have broken a bone. Or my head. It is dangerous beyond description. Attitude of the staff was less than hospitable. Barbara, nor Michael (patronising & dismissive) should be working in hospitality. The gentleman on reception (I did not get his name) whom I spoke to in the evening due to the noise of the guest opposite me, hung up the phone whilst I was still talking. He simply did not care. He was uninterested. No consistent water temperature when in the shower; in all three rooms. The water scolded me. Then when I adjusted the temperature (by turning the tap) freezing cold water came out of the shower head.

Top locatie. Voor Nice een mooie prijs -kwaliteit verhouding. Prachtige nostalgische lift.

Uitzicht op binnen plaats viel tegen, tijdens ons verblijf was het een grote bouwput.

Suite au défaut de l’hôtel helvétique où nous nous sommes rendus pour que la réception nous indique que notre réservation ne pouvait être honorée. L’hôtel le Seize nous a finalement accueillis à une heure tardive et a honoré la réservation additionnelle que nous avons dû faire dans l’urgence . Un grand merci à la réception

Je n’ai pas aimé, certains personnes du personnels, pas à l’écoute du client, pas professionnel, je dirais même arrogante. Je n’ai pas sentie que j’ai été traiter de manière convenable.

Amplasarea hotelului a fost aproape de Promenada si de multe alte repere turistice. Curatenia fost facuta zilnic , responsabil . Camera a avut suficient spatiu , aerul conditioonat a fost functional . Am gasit in minibar doua sticle de apa. Micul dejun a fost ok.

Ar fi trebuit sa scrie pe site ca in fata camerelor superior , care ar fi trebuit sa aiba vedere intr o curte interioara, era de fapt un santier . Zgomotul a fost infernal . Norocul nostru a fost ca sambata si duminica nu s a lucrat . Politica hotelului este sa ofere doua plicuri de cafea pentru expresorul din camera in prima zi , apoi , doar ness.

En enkel frukost i en trång matsal. Fick fel uppgifter om parkering av vår bil vilket orsakade irritationen enkelt hotel i centrum , helt ok för en natt.

Ett bygge pågick i fastigheten bredvid.Världens oväsen, tidig morgon. Varför inte meddela oss kunder. De hade lagt in öronproppar på rummet= de var fullt medvetna om bekymmret. Urdålig Wifi. Tristate frukost jag varit med- ååå jag är van resenär. Jag hade bett om ett tystare rum- fick det i ett hörn, det var vänligt men vette ut mot gatan. Hålla på gatan tidig morgon- folk på väg hem från krogen. Prisvärt javisst- men jag lägger gärna mer slant å få det mer nice.

Loved the location here! Tons of restaurants nearby, 6 minutes from Jean Médecin metro, and 10 minutes from the Promenade/Beach and Old Town. I’d recommend for solo travelers 100%

The pillows were the flattest pillows I’ve slept on in my life. Definitely should be replaced.

The hotel is in a great location close to the main shopping area Avenue Jean Médecin and a short and pleasant stroll across the park to the old town and ports.

The construction site next to my room so a little during daytime working hours, but it can’t be helped it’s called progress.

Très bien situé et accés facile avec le tram depuis l'aéroport. A cinq minutes de l'arrêt Jean Médecin. Très propre. Très bonne literie. Très bon service. Batiment ancien avec un ascenseur d'époque qui ajoute au charme.

Petite salle de bains. Cuvette des toilettes difficile d'accès. Peu d'espace de rangement et porte d'armoire cassée. Prix Booking significativement plus élevé que le prix en passant directement par l'hôtel. Nous étions habitués à ce que ce soit plus ou moins équivalent et n'avons pas vérifié. Pas la faute de l'hôtel mais celle de Booking; du coup, le rapport qualité/prix s'en trouve affecté ainsi que l'impression générale.

Excellent location close to everything and a good view to the street below plus window in room provided ventilation.

The toilet in our room was very close to the shower and cramped so we mostly just used it sitting sideways. Not a deal breaker for us. We liked everything else.

Отель находится в центре города. Все в пешей доступности (пляжи, английская набережная, рестораны, магазины,старый город, рынок... ) Номер чистый, уборка каждый день, есть кондиционер. Персонал приветливый и вежливый. Есть завтраки. Спасибо я прекрасно проявила время.

Единственным минусом была стройка за окном. Так как мы постоянно гуляли, то она нас почти не беспокоила,но мне кажется, что о таких вещах нужно предупреждать заранее.
