Wir waren im Turmhaus untergebracht. Das Bad hat eine gute Größe. Auch der Service- Transfer vom Flughafen war gut organisiert.

Nachmittags hatten wir eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Leider hatte der!Kellner wenig Zeit, wir haben sehr lange auf unseren Eiscafé gewartet. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir ihn dann ausgegeben bekommen haben.

La proximité avec les commerces, restaurants et la plage.

Nous avons été "surclassés" dans un appartement du bâtiment secondaire de l'hôtel mais la chambre était vétuste, avec des fourmis dans la salle de bain et la chambre. La piscine principale et le jardin sont vraiment plus petits qu'ils n'y paraissent sur les photos de l'hôtel, et la piscine secondaire était beaucoup moins bien entretenue. La deuxième nuit (sur 2) nous avons été réveillés par le personnel de ménage à 7h30 qui a probablement fait racler toutes les chaises de l'appartement du dessus une à une... En conclusion, surtout très déçus du rapport qualité-prix par rapport à ce que nous connaissions sur l'île.

Personal muy amable y simpático. Habitación amplia. Está muy cerca de la playa y la zona de ocio pero no cerca como para que el ruido moleste.

El horario de las cenas está adaptado para extranjeros, de 18:30 a 21h y limita bastante el tener que estar tan pronto al coger media pensión. El spa tiene 4 cosas y 3 no funcionan... El horario de la piscina también es muy temprano, es hasta las 18h aunque dejan alguna hora más si hace calor.

El personal, este sitio tiene un equipo muy amable y siempre disponible, top El desayuno muy bien.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, las camas incómodas (no permiten el descanso), yo elegí este establecimiento por el "spa"... falto de mantenimiento, vetusto...., el hotel ostenta 4 estrellas pero para mí gusto dentro del conjunto no está a la altura de esta categoría. Esperemos que aprovechen el equipo humano que les integra.

Struttura molto pulita, maître, camerieri e cuoca della colazione veramente gentili e solari. Posizione comodissima, a tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicina alla fermata dell’autobus (bus che collega direttamente Paguera all’aeroporto).

The pool was nice and deep. The spa and gym was accessible. The staff and cleaners are friendly. Close to the beach.

The breakfast is okay but got bored of having the same verity of fruits and pastries.

The pool and the music at night provided a fantastic opportunity to relax. The food at the buffet was varied and tasty. The breakfast was wonderful.

Breakfast and dinner was a Bufet, very good selection of choices . Lots of option. Pool was warm, pool towels were provided and you could chang them every 2 days. The other restaurant on site, where youy couha have your lunch, had reasonable selection and good coffee. 5 minutes from nearest beach and shops.

The aircon in our room was not cold enoug for us. It was 36 degrees when we were there. The coffee in the breakfast room was not very nice.

A really good hotel with an excellent location and very friendly service. The breakfast was really rich and the rooms were clean. I was especially happy to have a proper Finnish sauna where you could throw water on the heater as it should be.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es war vielfältig und hatte auch täglich wechselnde Angebote. Besonderes Lob gilt dem Personal - alle waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit!°

Die Lage mitten im Ort hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Der Blick vom Balkon war trostlos.

Everything was fantastic. Also it's within a good walking distance from the beach.

Parking can be a hassle if their parking space isn't available, and it gets filled up quickly. The municipal parking outside also has limited space and you have to be extra careful regarding where and when is it possible to park.

El trato tan amable del personal del Hotel El Buffet muy bueno y variado

El personal sin lugar a dudas. Desde la amabilidad del director al personal de recepción y como no… mi Paqui, Belen, Salva, Víctor, y resto del equipo del comedor que son fabulosos. Hemos repetido por 2° año consecutivo y el verano próximo volveremos. Nuestra hija de 4 años está encantada con ellos, en un ambiente muy familiar y nos hacen sentir como en casa. En pocos hoteles por el mundo nos hemos sentido así de bien.

Solo un detalle: El agua de la ducha del apartamento a pesar de ser un baño de lujo y recien reformado, no tiene término medio y sale helada o quemando y poco caudal.

Es hat uns eigentlich alles sehr gut gefallen. Wenn es überhaupt eine Kleinigkeit gibt, dann war es die Badezimmertür, die leider nicht richtig geschlossen hat

Bruit côté rue et bruit le matin dans les couloirs par le service ménage. Salle de bain très petite par contre Un peu déçue car finalement il n'y avait qu'une piscine extérieure nous nous attendions à plus d'espace extérieur, l'enceinte de l'hôtel est assez petite.

El personal lo pone súper fácil y quiere ayudar siempre en todo. Viajamos con un niño de 3 años y fueron súper amables en todo momento.

El alojamiento es perfecto y la playa Palmira también. La zona de Peguera es muy turística y es algo a tener en cuenta. Del hotel lo único que podría decir es que había carteles únicamente en alemán que no podíamos entender pero nunca supuso un problema el idioma en nuestra estancia porque todo el personal habla español.

La proximité avec la plage, la piscine et le petit dej.

Nous sommes arrivées le jour de la finale de la coupe du monde, le match était pourtant terminé, cependant, nous avons dérangé la personne à l’accueil ce soir là. Nous avons été reçu avec des soupir. Nous ne parlons pas espagnol et nous avons compris que cela n’était pas bien vu par cette personne. Très dommage d’avoir ce ressenti dès le début du séjour. Les reste du personnel était très aimable et souriant.

Das Essen ist sehr hervorzuheben, alles war frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut sei es Frühstück, Mittag an der Poolbar oder das Abendbuffet, die Auswahl war immer ausreichend und geschmackvoll angerichtet. Das Hotel ist generell schon in die Jahre gekommen grade Poolbereich und Zimmer, der SPA Bereich ist jedoch sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Das Personal an der Rezeption und abends im Restaurant waren sehr nett und bemüht. Ingesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abstrichen.

Leider ist das Personal mittags an der Poolbar nicht so bemüht gewesen, es waren obwohl nicht viel los war an den Tischen immer enorme Wartezeiten, einen mittag hat es über 2 Stunden gedauert bis wir unsere Getränke Essens aufnahme und Speisen erhalten haben, haben mehrfach nach gefragt ob wir bestellen können und wieder kam lange keiner, leider waren die Kellner dort auch nicht sehr freundlich was sehr schade ist da der Rest sehr bemüht war.

Infelizmente não gostei dos preços das bebidas ao jantar! Poderiam colocar os sumos do pequeno almoço, pois já pagamos taxas de impostos!

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. We hired a kettle from town and bought a couple of mugs and milk. We had already brought supplies with us.

La cercanía a la playa, que disponga de parking, el buffet de desayuno muy bien, la simpatía del personal. La cocina estaba muy completa con todo lo necesario, y una botella de agua grande de cortesía.

Tiene carencias para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Entiendo que es antiguo y no puede ser todo perfecto. El baño es lo único que está reformado, las puertas aún son de aglomerado, en el baño no hay espejito extensible para poder maquillarse, el secador de pelo es de los antiguos, en los amenities sólo hay un jabon de manos y un bote rellenable de gel/champú. Ni gorrito de ducha, ni peine, ni palillos de algodón, que es lo normal encontrar en 4 estrellas. El camino a los apartamentos a través del jardin de la piscina está completamente a oscuras, deben poner luz ahí.

Glasdörr med stora glipor in till badrummet, det kunde vi inte läsa oss till i förväg. Det drar tyvärr ner vårt betyg.

Pokoje ładne, wygodne, łazienka również, komfortowy balkon do każdego pokoju. Śniadania dobre, każdy może wybrać coś dla siebie. Sympatyczne i pomocne panie sprzątające pokoje.

Małe zastrzeżenia do drzwi łazienkowych szklane ze szparami, nie zapewniające prywatności użytkownikowi. Na śniadaniu przedpotopowe dzbanki plastikowe do soków, niewygodne do nalewania, załoga hotelu zwracająca się do wszystkich w języku niemieckim, brak na terenie hotelu automatu z wodą lub ciepłymi napojami, dostępne w innych już 3 gwiazdkowych hotelach, czystość wody w basenie - spa nie zachęcała do korzystania.

Very close to the beach and the strip. Staff was super friendly. Food was plenty and delicious.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenlagen ist sehr harmonisch gestaltet, dee Pool, die Liegen, alles prima. Es ist sehr angenehm für den Pool bzw. Strand extra Handtücher zu bekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und immer frisch. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Im Zimmer könnte zusätzlich ein Papierkorb aufgestellt werden.

Lovely indoor pool, comfortable room and nice staff. Great breakfast and most dinners were excellent. They waited for us with a delicious cold supper when we arrived after midnight.

It's very much centred on German tourists. We wanted to practice our Spanish but everyone insisted to speak to us in German

Rundum sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Schöne ruhige Gartenanlage mit Pool. Auch das Spa ist ansprechend und erholsam. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, viel frisches Obst und Gemüse. Fleisch und Fisch am Abend wird frisch zubereitet. Gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten auch für Vegetarier (Veganer). Kurze Wege zum Strand und in den Ort.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort, eine Kneipe in der gleichen Straße macht viel abends Lärm. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist kaum möglich. Leider kann man weder morgens draußen frühstücken, noch abends draußen essen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand und in die Geschäfte/Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Soviel hab ich morgens noch nie gegessen. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Es hapert stark an Parkplätze.

Lovely hotel very clean. The staff were so helpful and pleasantly smiling most of the time. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is superb with a huge variety of food and local specialities to try. The bedrooms have lovely decor superb beds and pillows. Very comfortable indeed. Good night sleep on these. Very quiet hotel so good for sleeping at night. Good shower. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were there. And Alfonso the night receptionist gave her a bottle of local liqueur as a gift and a card which I thought was lovely. And a special thank you to Matilda the receptionist who sent my passport and bag to the airport quickly when I requested it. Thank you so much Matilda for doing this. You are brilliant and I'm forever grateful 🙏😊 A lovely hotel in a lovely location.

The location of the hotel was good. The staff were lovely to deal with as well. The food was mediocre and thats where the nice things end.

However the facilities is where we got let down For the price we paid, accomodation was pretty basic and basic room facilities. Their big selling point is having spa facilities but these were pretty much non existent and in need of a serious upgrade. The sauna was pretty in shambles and didn't even heat up in the slightest. We raised this with staff members but nothing was done whilst on our stay of several days. There was a clear division between your average low paying customers and your premium paying customer in the level of service being offered. I'd mentioned the fact we were there to celebrate a special occasion but nothing was offered or even mentioned. So don't think I'll be staying with these folks again. I've seen much nicer and better accomodation facilities in the same area and more likely to go there. The beds themselves were rock hard and were roll away beds instead of proper bed stands.

Loved the Apartment rooms, very spacious and with a small kitchenette was very helpful with the baby, Bar setup is really great at the hotel. Excellent location. Just get down and supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are at walkable distance. The hotel staff were very friendly. They were so nice to our baby and really made her so comfortable throughout the stay.

The Indoor pool was not heated. As we were with a baby of 11 months we expected the pool to be heated. Our baby was a bit uncomfortable initially with the water temperature but later she got accustomed to it and enjoyed as well.

Das Apartment war sehr altmodisch eingerichtet. Es liegt genau gegenüber von einer Bar, die sogar in der Nebensaison jede Nacht laut Party macht. Mit kleinen Kindern wirklich katastrophal.

Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut .

Die Zimmer sind klein und das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig von den oberen unteren und seitlichen Räumen / Toiletten/ Duschen…..👎🏻👎🏻 . Jede Bewegung ist zu vernehmen bzw. Man wird in der Nacht geweckt.

Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit nettem Garten und freundlichen Personal

Das Meerblick-Zimmer kann man such wirklich sparen. Tatsächlich blickten wir auf die Baustelle gegenüber. Das Meer war kaum zu sehen. Ich empfehle, solange es ruhig ist, die Seite zum Garten. Achtung: Kinder dürfen nur bis 14 Uhr in den Wellnessbereich. Da es draußen zum Baden zu kalt war, konnten meine Kinder daher gar nicht baden. Das war ärgerlich.

Teilweise etwas veraltet

Die Lage (Nähe zum Strand), das supernette Personal, die Wellness Einrichtungen, gutes Essen. Es gibt eigentlich wenig zu meckern.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon etwas veraltet, Teppichböden auf den Fluren.

wir haben zu zweit sehr gut und erholsam geschlafen, Frühstück und Abendessen war super lecker und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Blick zum Pool. das Unterhaltungsprogramm hat uns tanzen lassen. wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Spa und Fitnessbereich ist eine schöne Annehmlichkeit.

Das Nilo & Spa liegt einfach Super, schnell am Strand, Reestaurant, Einkaufsläden , Perfekte Lage .

Für uns hat alles gepasst gibt nichts zu Reklamieren.

The staff apart from the reception staff were excellent, the reception staff were mixed, some were much more pleasant than others. The room was lovely with a great view, the pool areas and dining room were very pleasant.

Some of the reception staff were not very pleasant or friendly, the air conditioning in the bedroom was warm and the showers in the sauna could not be turned to cold. Other than that we were happy

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Turm, 4. Etage. Klein aber fein mit tollem Ausblick. Werde ich im nächsten Urlaub direkt nachfragen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einfach alles da was man möchte in sehr guter Qualität.

Da gibt es nichts was nicht gefallen könnte.

One square from the beach. We were accommodated in an apartment in a house block across the street. Pool areas are very nice with sun beds etc. Breakfast is varied and well served but busy.

Spa area is rather simple but comfy. Parking spot at 5euro per day with shade. Narrow entry and exit.
