Sødt personale, imødekommende. God mad i restauranten både morgenmad og aftensmad. Forskellige temaer i løbet af en uge. God underholdning, og gode værelser. Ligger fantastisk, tæt på strand og by.

Maden i poolbaren, var ikke god mad. Kedelig sandwich, uden det store fyld. Drinks og drikkevarer var gode. Solstole ved pool blev reserveret fra tidlig morgen, selvom der er regler om dette ikke må ske. Svært at få plads ved poolen, hvis man kommer klokken 9.

El buffet es variado, con platos muy ricos, estuvimos una semana y no nos cansamos de comer de buffet. El personal es muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones y las instalaciones del hotel son agradables. Los espectáculos nocturnos nos sorprendieron. Volveríamos sin duda.

This is our second visit. We enjoy everything about it - the facilities, the entertainment, the staff are fantastic, the location. The breakfast facilities and range, the pool bar. Can't fault it.

I think it would be better if the safe deposit boxes were free or possibly just pay a deposit and maybe some tea/coffee in the rooms.

Il personale anticipa rispetto orario chiusura le operazioni di ripristino piscina e sale pranzo / cena. Se la piscina chiude alle 20 non puoi iniziare alle 18 a togliere i lettini per allestire zona bar . Idem in sala se la cena termina alle 21.30 mentre si mangia non puoi pulire e igienizzare i tavoli vicini per la colazione

Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal mare. Camere moderne, pulite e ben curate. La colazione a buffet è varia e di qualità.

Le bevande sono escluse dalla mezza pensione (compresa l'acqua, che costa ben 3€ per mezzo litro) e in generale i prezzi per il bere sono un po' alti.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities, daily activities, and evening entertainment are excellent. My friend normally lives in Australia and was visiting Europe, and she absolutely loved the hotel. She said that if she ever comes back to Mallorca, this is the only hotel she would choose to stay at again! As for me, I have been coming to this hotel every summer for the past four years — sometimes even twice in the same summer — which probably says everything! It feels like coming back home every time. Highly recommended!

The property is immaculate and the variety of food is fantastic, however this is further exceeded by the hotel staff. The staff here cannot do enough to help and assist their guests. Even though we were checked out Miguel Ángel Máñez on the desk invited us to use the pool until our flight later in the evening. Not only this but Miguel and the hotel manager invited us to that days ‘white party’ where we had complimentary food and drinks with live music. This hotel and its staff pride themselves on ensuring their guests are fully catered for and nothing is too much too ask. For a family of five we never had one single bad experience and were more than fully catered for. We will certainly be returning. Lee C

The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of different foods and drinks available! We were offered some cava upon check in and the staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions about seeing the 2026 total solar eclipse and traveling around the island.

We only stayed for two nights to see the eclipse!

Ayant choisi un hôtel assez cher spécialement avec SPA, je suis déçu par le sauna payant et l'odeur de javel (piscine intérieure), pas de jacuzzi...

empezaré por decir que pienso repetir estancia. El personal es encantador y no solamente con los huéspedes sino entre ellos, parece que hay buen ambiente de trabajo. La clientela es muy tranquila, como no hay niños, es muy relajante, la piscina fabulosa, la comida muy rica y variada. La habitación es cierto que puede ser un tanto antigua pero a mí los muebles me dan igual, la cama era magnífica para dormir.

Pues teniendo en cuenta que es un 4* y no un 5* tampoco puedes exigir cosas a las que no tienes derecho. Por decir algo, los zumos no son naturales y sobre todo, solamente funcionaba uno de los dos ascensores, que es molesto pero es algo transitorio.

große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl am Frühstücks- und Abendbuffett, Personal durchwegs sehr freundlich und immer ruhig und gelassen, der Poolbereich ist eine tolle, ruhige Oase inmitten der Stadt, der Innenpool war mit seinen 26 Grad eine willkommene Abkühlung an diesen heissen Tagen

Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sehr sauber! Das einzig Störende war, dass einer der beiden Aufzüge nie funktionierte und schlussendlich abgeschalten wurde. 1 Aufzug für über 150 Zimmer ist nicht ausreichend, daher wurden die (bis zu 11) Stockwerke sehr oft zu Fuß zurückgelegt...

Aufzüge leider katastrophal. An 5 von 6 Tagen funktionierte einer der beiden Aufzüge nicht und so wartete man teilweise über 10 Minuten. Das Abendprogramm war leider etwas arg laut. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch in Ordnung

Schönes Zimmer, tolle Aussicht, prima Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber. Erholsame Pool-Anlage mit genügend Liegen. Abwechslungsreiches Unterhaltungsprogramm mit teil’s erstaunlich guten Show’s. Gute Animation, Yoga, Stretching, Aqua-Gym, Bogenschiessen, Bingo, usw.

Ganz einzelne Gäste, die sich nicht so benehmen, wie es sich gehört, in so einer schönen Unterkunft. Aber die gibt es halt leider überall…

Incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you from check-in to check-out. The reception areas all smelled amazing as well. We paid extra for the sea view and it did not disappoint. Excellent room, soft towels and linens, huge bed. We received an arrival gift of cava, a tote bag and little wooden phone holder which was a lovely extra touch. Breakfast was fantastic, beautifully presented, loads of options, freshly made omelettes and smoothies. We decided to join for dinner on one of the nights and enjoyed lots of different salads, paella, and the bbq station for jumbo shell on prawns, chicken kebabs, razor clams, grilled calamari. Cocktails were also very well made and presented. Excellent location, few mins walk to several beaches, loads of restuarants, shops, bars. We will be back next year for sure! If you’re looking for a relaxed, easy holiday experience then this hotel is perfect for you. The hotel is quiet but friendly, with just enough activities and entertainment to keep you busy without constant requests for you to join in. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional, the hotel is clean and comfortable with very comfortable beds…something that I’m fussy about! I loved the food here, there’s a plentiful selection at both breakfast and the evening meal and it’s all well cooked and delicious. There are NO sun bed wars in this hotel, which is a definite plus, sun beds were readily available at whatever time of day you come to the pool. The hotel is in a great location, five minutes from the beach, bars and shops and ten minutes walk from the pier that all of the boat trips set off from. Also ten minutes from a little evening funfair. So, plenty to do within an easy (and mainly flat) walk so it would suit people who are not especially active or mobile. As a solo traveller I had an absolutely brilliant time because it’s friendly but in a relaxed way. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Well where do I start this was our second holiday at this hotel . And I must say it is the most welcoming place with fantastic staff all friendly all the way from the manager down . We were greeted with a glass of bubbles on arrival . Then given an early room . The reception staff are fantastic and friendly especially Luca who seems to go out of his way to make your day better . We were given a gift in our room one day and when we asked was told because we like to treat our guests . And when we left was given a bottle of wine to take home . And a special thank you to the animation team who work so hard even during the heatwave and were all fantastic and friendly and a last thank you to Nesto and his bar staff who at night make sure nobody is without a drink we will be back again . The only down side is the hotel needs a makeover as looking a bit rundown outside and needs an upgrade on the rooms but apart from that was a fantastic holiday and see you all very soon

Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, sans doute le meilleur accueil que j’ai reçu de toute ma vie. Tout est pensé pour que l’on passe un séjour inoubliable : le petit-déjeuner, le buffet, le bar et l’ambiance générale. Je repars avec des souvenirs merveilleux, je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et je reviendrai sans aucun doute l’année prochaine ☀️

The Valentin Reina Paguera is perfectly located with a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in Paguera. The reception area is spacious and immaculately presented. Staff are professional and friendly. Our room overlooked the pool with a fantastic sea view. The bedroom furniture was a little dated but the room and bathroom were kept absolutely spotless. The food choice was excellent and the restaurant was inviting, modern and spacious.

This was my 3rd stay and as usual the service was impeccable, staff always on hand and very attentive, food - great selection, plenty of choice and options, no issues with sunbeds always plenty free. Lovely little touches like Cava on arrival and in rooms. We always have a lovely relaxing time at the Velentin Reina, the close proximity to the boulevard and beach make it so easy to explore the surrounding area.

I'm being incredibly picky but this time we stayed in a twin pool view room (1st 4 floors) and it is loud until 11-30 - 12pm at night due to the fantastic entertainment - If you are earlier to bed you will struggle to sleep. As I said I'm being very picky as we thoroughly enjoyed the evenings entertainment options but noticed some older guests who left early evening

My sister and I enjoyed a 4 night stay. The room was comfortable and clean with good aircon. There was a kettle with 2 cups but no coffee, tea or milk. Being an adult only hotel, poolside was peaceful and calm. Perfect for reading and chatting. There’s also a poolside bar where you can purchase icecream, coffee, drinks and a good selection of reasonably priced lunches. Location is good with just a 5 min walk to the shops and the seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful and service was good. They tend to have different entertainment each night which goes on to around 11:30 and we found being on the first floor it was very loud. We had a late pick up on the final day but the hotel let you stay on site to use the facilities which also include showers, towels and a locked luggage area which was very handy. Overall it was very good value for money and we’d happily return next year.

The property was absolutely amazing so clean. Stuff couldn’t do enough for you location was two minute walk to the beach. Second time we have stayed here better than some Hiltons that we have stayed in. Absolutely fantastic hotel can’t think of anything negative to say about it.

Staying in this hotel was a real pleasure. Everything was at the highest level - from the reception and professionalism of the staff, to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, to the varied and high-quality food. The atmosphere is pleasant, and every detail shows how much attention is paid to the guests. This is a hotel that deserves the highest rating and we would recommend it to everyone without hesitation. We look forward to coming again.

Majority of staff very nice apart from some very obvious bullying by senior entertainment staff towards younger staff. Some corridors looking very tired and worn. Pool area too small for all of the guests, end up being shoulder to shoulder. Food very good but should have water available free, had to shop for it. Entertainment in the evenings was good and a couple of times great, very varied. Balcony was overlooked by guests in the adjacent hotel so didn’t use it, felt very uncomfortable with no privacy. Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel overall.

Excellent hotel. Easy walk to all amenities.Quiet resort with lots of shops and restaurants. Food was excellent and very good choice provided. Entertainment daily and Stanley( one of the entertainment facilitators was also smiling and enthusiastic). Pool was lovely and one of the main advantages was there was subtle music playing and just people enjoying the water without floatation devices.

Excellent hotel. If older decor doesn’t bother you but professional service, added touches, in house entertainment and a quiet atmosphere does then this is the hotel for you. If leaving late shower and luggage storage available. Short walk to the beach and shops. Food selection and quality very good.

Hotel itself is nice, if a little bit dated, decor and rooms are somewhat due for a refurbishment. However space in the room is fine, storage ample, bathroom nice, beds are comfortable, aircon works well. Hotel staff are very friendly and efficient, pool area is nice and they do actually follow through on their rule of not “reserving” sun-beds. We observed staff leaving warning notices on beds and then removing towels after a set amount of time. There are lots of lovely places to eat and drink a short walk away. We went for a girlie trip away, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. This hotel was perfect for that.

Le peu de personnes qui parlaient français, même à la réception, aucune personne ne parle français. Et les drapeaux qu’il y a à l’arrivée sur le haut de la porte, il y a 7 drapeaux étranger mais aucun drapeau français.

Centrally located this 4 star hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast and dinner were varied, offered good nutrition and was fantastic quality. All the staff from groundsmen to cleaners, reception to restaurant/bar staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The best all round hotel I've ever stayed at!

3rd visit to this hotel and we love it! Spotlessly clean, Friendly helpful staff, wonderful views and close to the beach. The pool is so big and deep a bit cold but great pool area bar with food and ice creams. The very best thing about this hotel is the food...They have the best Chefs with themed nights Italian was our favourite! Buffet style but not your average buffet its 5* and breakfasts are amazing too! Dont eat out eat here..

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Das Hotel selber ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, nicht desto trotz, es war alles sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und behilflich.

Das Essen war nicht immer auf unserer Geschmack, oft nicht optimal gewürzt und auch kalt. Aber bei so vielen Menschen ist Buffet-Essen oft so . Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig und das Hotel selber ist zu groß ( da hätte ich bei der Buchung besser aufpassen sollen). Für die Hotelgröße ist das Grundstück viel zu klein.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the reception staff that helped me when my phone charger stopped working - this act of kindness was the highlight of my stay. I also needed a doctor while I was there and this was very easy to source from the info in the hotel

Clientele was a bit old. Kettle and Cuban the room but no coffee. No water station to refill water bottles.

Every need catered for from the moment you walk in.We would like to thank the complete reception staff for all there help in arranging our transport to a family wedding we were attending in Majorca and for all other help they gave to us "A big thank you". The room we had was fantastic a double seaview and again "Thank you for the high standards of service you gave us".On the catering side the food was amazing so much choice we had half board and enjoyed every meal,and finally to all the guys behind the bars totally faultless,so many thank you's to every member of the hotel staff as it's you that make this hotel such a "Special place" and we can't wait to return.Nick&Karen
