Ho alloggiato in questo hotel 4 notti , la stanza abbastanza grande, letto comodissimo e doccia grande . La mia stanza affacciava sulla piscina dell'hotel molto carina ! Colazione eccellente, c'era di tutto dal dolce al salato e lo show cookin con pancake caldi . Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate e complessivamente lo reputo un ottimo hotel vicino al centro di paguera e alla spiaggia . Un ringraziamento particolare a Fiore , la ragazza della reception italo spagnola che oltre ad indicarmi dove poter cenare la sera del mio arrivo mi ha fornito informazioni sulle spiagge più belle

Ich hatte nicht angegeben, das wir keine Stufe gehen können. Trotz später Stunde konnten wir noch das Zimmer tauschen. Und ja es war dann ein kleineres Zimmer, aber für uns hat es den Kurztrip perfekt gemacht.

El hotel nos ha encantado en general! :) Tiene la paz, tranquilidad y trato maravilloso que nos hacen sentir tan especialmente bien en nuestras vacaciones! Aquí mencionamos a algunos de los trabajadores porque son maravillosos! La recepcionista rubia es un amor y se preocupa porque estés bien desde que llegas hasta que te vas! Luego del equipo de camareros Sonia es un amor! Cada día tiene una sonrisa enorme que hace que tu desayuno o cena sean más maravillosos. Carmen es un amor también! La otra camarera rubia igual! Y el chico que tiene un tatuaje en la cabeza… (perdón por no haberme quedado con todos los nombres) pero de verdad que sois todos más que maravillosos! :) El desayuno es buenísimo, hay de absolutamente todo… pero las cenas han sido nuestro descubrimiento! Son cenas a la carta y cada día la cambian y tienen mucha calidad! Volveríamos sin dudar! Gracias a todos los que lo hacéis tan bonito! :)

La “jefa” incomoda a los trabajadores y a la gente que empatizamos, ya que además no pueden hacerlo mejor, puso a limpiar mesas al vigilante de la piscina, no es su trabajo, aunque no haya nadie y queda mal por culpa de ella

Beautiful, modern hotel, which is perfectly located (not far from beach and shops). Nice terrace with outside shower. Best A/C we’ve ever had. We would really recommend this hotel!

Some members of the staff could have been a bit friendlier. One woman at the reception was kind of cold and didn’t make us feel very welcome, but the others were pretty nice and helpful!

Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable y me ayudaron en todo. Me hicieron unas recomendaciones que me gustaron mucho (restaurantes y locales para tomar algo).

Por poner una pega… hay que mejorar la carcelería del rte. Además del nombre del plato y los ingredientes, hay que poner los alergenos (obligatorio por ley). Aún así, el personal me ayudó con esto (tengo alergia alimentaria).

Das Zimmer ein Zweibettzimmer aber als Einzelzimmer gebucht war klein. Waschbecken im Zimmer.

The location was great of the Main Street and very quiet, but only a 5- 10 min walk to the shops restaurant and beach. A great happy Atmosphere with all the staff which were always smiling and happy to help. The rooms are great not massive but enough and we're very comfortable. All around the hotel was very clean quite impressive how good it was always smelling fresh. We would definitely visit again it was value for money.

We visited this hotel at the end of a cruise. And what a beautiful hotel it is. Done to a high standard lovely modern clean rooms. In a great location close to shops bar and beach. But far enough away to be quiet too. A lovely pool area with a good choice of lunchtime food. Staff were very organised and helpful always there when u need to be served or looked after. Evening meals were outstanding the food served outside near the pool. If you ever need a break away to be spoiled and looked after this is your place.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very helpful staff. Sun trap of a pool area. Brilliant buffet breakfast and lunch or dinner. Food was excellent. Great location too. About 100m from the busy area with shops and restaurants. If you hire a car as we did, free parking was available just up from the hotel. Only downside is that there is only one lift which unfortunately broke down on the day we left and we were on the 4th floor. Great spot to explore the local area from too. Recommend a visit to Andratx and Port Andratx

We had a lovely stay in BQ Paguera. The hotel was clean and well located, just a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was lovely. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Nice touches like water and coffee replaced in room each morning. There was also the option to borrow a parasol for the beach which was so appreciated during the heatwave! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel, the BEST staff, especially Pilar, Sonia, Raul and Sebastian. What a great location, only 200m from the beach and shops and very easy to walk around. Our room had a big balcony with sunbeds, brilliant! We loved the buffet breakfasts and were delighted with the evening meal with fine dining served by the pool. It honestly rivalled food we’ve had on Cunard and Celebrity cruises.

Lovely hotel, perfectly situated for the town and beach. Staff were lovely and friendly and the hotel and room was immaculate. We stayed in room 402 with the balcony looking onto the trees and was lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was good and you could get omelettes or pancakes/eggs made to order. Small pool but had no problem getting a sunbed. A lovely stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel again if I was in the area.

We stayed at the hotel last year and liked it so much we went back July this year.We were greeted by Pilar who we met last year. She always has a smile and nothing is too much trouble. We had a lovely room with a large balcony and 2 padded sunloungers. It was brilliant. We went half board this year and were delighted. We had a 3 course meal each night served outside by the pool. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. We were surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine for choosing the hotel again. The hotel is clean and modern but what makes it so good are the brilliant staff. So kind and helpful. Sonia, Carmen, Sebastian,Raul and Nicholas are just the names I remember but everyone was great. No ‘weakest link’. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also it is situated near the beach and bars and shops. We are definitely going back,hopefully in September.

Just spent four nights here with my 16 year old son and can’t rate it highly enough. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, with great air conditioning! The pool area was gorgeous and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very chilled vibe and it was mostly couples staying there. There was a bit of noise in the evenings from the neighbouring more lively hotel, but it didn’t bother us. The hotel is perfectly positioned, set back from the main road of shops and restaurants, but only a five minute walk to the beach. Easy access to Palma on the bus, and we also used the airport bus for the return journey - taxi from the airport was €60.

Really lovely hotel. Very clean and modern. Not huge which was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Food excellent with lovely breakfast and delicious choices at poolside. Pool perfect for keeping cool. Highlight was location 2 minutes from Main Street with shops, bars and restaurants and beautiful beach. Will certainly be returning.

Close to beach, restaurants, bars. Laid back vibe. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, both in reception area and in the pool bar and breakfast room (Sandra especially was so pleasant). Everything was perfect, no negative comments at all.

Wir bekamen zunächst ein Zimmer in der Lobi Etage ohne Klimaanlage, woraufhin wir in ein anderes Zimmer nebenan wechseln durften. Leider war auch dieses Zimmer sehr hellhörig und stark durch den Lärm von der Rezeption belastet. Jedes Telefongespräch und jede Unterhaltung im Flur waren so laut zu hören, als fänden sie direkt in unserem Zimmer statt. Zudem funktionierte der Getränkekühlschrank nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin versuchte uns zunächst zu erklären, dass er erst mit der Zeit kühlen würde. Nach einem Tag reklamierte ich dies nachdrücklicher und verlangte kalte Getränke für diesen angeblichen „Spezialkühlschrank“, der laut Aussage der Rezeptionistin angeblich nur bereits gekühlte Getränke auf Temperatur halten könne. Daraufhin erschien schließlich ein Techniker mit einem funktionierenden Ersatzkühlschrank.

Great hotel. Staff really good especially Sandra who really did brighten up your day. The room was compact but more than adequate. Beds are good and ours overlooked the forest so the balcony was shaded which meant you could sit out without melting. Breakfast was good and we sampled lunch which was also very good. Prices were very reasonable. The pool area is compact but with the roof terrace there was not a problem finding somewhere to relax. We will definitely return

A perfect gem. The staff, the facilities, the location and food were perfect. A wonderful calm environment, no sun bed scramble and a beautifully kept little pool. All staff from front of house, restaurant and bar, domestic were so very friendly and helpful. There were little surprising extras, pool and beach towels, coffee pods for Nespresso in room, all lovely touches. Hotel located close to the sea front and numerous bars with varied cuisines. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing hotel, staff are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone the area is perfect calm and relaxed area but still has things going on. Really nice vibes loads of shops close to the beaches lovely walks around plenty of delicious food places around we researched an authentic Spanish tapas and it was incredible it was called Casa en rique just a five min walk from the hotel. People around the area are super friendly and happy. The full ten days was amazing I’ll be sad to go but had the best holiday ever thanks to BQ Peguera thank you to all the staff there you’ve been the best.xx

The bed was rather hard for my liking I had backache each morning but was okay once I got moving the pillows were very lumpy so this tells me they are old so maybe think about changing them this is the square pillows the long ones are fine but again too hard for me.

Hotellet bredvid störde genom hög musik (barnmusik) och barnskrik. Ville ha ett lugnt hotell utan barn, men tyvärr blev det inte så pga hotellet bredvid. Ville gymma tidigt en morgon 6.30. Fick ett surt bemötande av receptionisten och han hänvisade till hotellets tider som visade att gymmet öppnar 8.30. Dåligt att inte kunna va lite service inriktad och låta mig få gymma iaf. Sängarna var väldigt hårda.

Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung. Gestört hat, dass warme Getränke seperat serviert wurden und ich 2x übersehen wurde. Ich bevorzuge einen Autmaten, an dem ich mich selbst bedienen kann. Nähe zum Strand. Generell ist das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen.

Fehlender Warmgetränkeautomat. Am ersten Tag war das Zimmer nicht komplett sauber. Es lagen einige Fremdhaare herum.

Lovely staff and great location

What a fabulous hotel. Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The rooms too were lovely, if a little small. My friend and I had our own rooms so space was no problem for us, but it might be an issue for two sharing so would recommend a suite for a couple. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice including prosecco if you wanted it! The pool area is small but was never too busy and the cabana day beds were a treat! Location is spot on as you are just set back from the main road so it is quiet, but it is only a few minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and fabulous beach. I would 100% stay here again.

Our stay at BQ Paguera has been abdolutely fabulous. The staff cannot do enough for you and every whim is catered for. The food is amazing too. It is not a buffet for the evening meal which is what we've been used to but the menu each evening is varied and the quality of the food and the presentation is supreme. The chef is clearly very talented. There is never any issues with getting a sunbed either round the pool or on the roof terrace. We have had a really wonderful holiday and are very sad to leave. I was also presented with a bottle of champagne for my birthday even though neither myself or my daughter mentioned it to anyone. Again another illustration of their customer care. Thank you very much for a wonderful week

Second visit to the BQ hotel in Paguera and hope to make many more. My husband and I stayed for a week at the Hotel and loved every minute. The hotel is so conveniently situated - just 5 minutes walk to the main Boulevard, with shops, bars and restaurants and the lovely sandy Beach. The Hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. The food is excellent and could not fault it. The rooms are also spotlessly clean and well equipped with coffee machine, toiletries, dressing gown and slippers. Clean towels in bathroom every day and beach towels available whenever needed. Pool area great and always managed to get a sun bed. Again, pool area spotlessly clean and well maintained. Drinks and food served by the staff were excellent - compliments to the Chef !! What really truly makes this Hotel is the Staff. Pula and the girls at Reception always available to help when needed, Sebastian, Sandra, Felicite and others serving in the Bar with the food and drinks always with a smile which is very welcoming. I will definitely be returning to this Hotel without any doubt at all ! Big thank you to all staff for welcoming us - it means a lot !

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Lage sehr gut, höchstens 5 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet. ich hatte ihn ein Zimmer an der Seite gewechselt, dort war es schön ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne.

Die Zimmer zum Pool, die komischerweise teurer waren, fand ich für mich zu laut vom Nachbar Hotel. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat, war, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher stark nach Waschmittel gerochen haben. Ich finde, das sollte in einem Hotel nicht sein.

I loved how it was a chilled, boutique hotel. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were very modern and clean. As a solo traveller I definitely come back here. Oh and the food was amazing!!!

This hotel is small but perfectly formed. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was low key and very relaxing, this really suited us as we don't like noisy environments or "entertainment". Breakfast was excellent and is served until 11am, no dreaded self service coffee machines, the staff serve hot drinks to order and there is a wide choice of both food and drinks. Rooms are well appointed with fantastic power showers, air conditioning worked really well, only slight negative was that the standard rooms are compact but this was not an issue for us. Overall a lovely hotel set just a short walk back from the main boulevard and beach.

Vom Empfang bis zum Frühstück und des Zimmers waren wir sehr zufrieden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir am Empfang umfangreich über die Leistungen des Hotels informiert und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Selbst am Abreisetag stand und ein Raum zur Aufbewahrung unseres Gepäck kostenlos zu Verfügung. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen.

Der Meerblick war durch die anderen Gebäude etwas eingeschränkt, aber das war wirklich nichts, was uns groß gestört hat.

This hotel was impeccable. I made a last minute booking and was very apprehensive as I was a solo and traveller but from the moment I arrived at the hotel reception I realised that I had nothing to be concerned about. The entrance itself is bright, clean and relaxing. The ladies on the reception desk are warm, caring and friendly. The room was perfect and I had a lovely street/sea view with a large balcony. I’d said at the time of booking that I was concerned about the size of the room, and they had considerately given me a room on the third floor and it was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to have a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and tea coffee and water available. The room was modern and clean. The gym, steam room and sauna exceeded my expectations. There is a rooftop lounge area which at the time wasn’t used much and so it felt like it had another area of the hotel to myself where I was able to relax and enjoy the views. The whole atmosphere was calm and very relaxing. At breakfast there was plenty of choice and the dinner was a three course meal and the menu was varied. I explained that I had a food allergy and the waitress made sure to explain which menu items would be suitable for me. Throughout the time I was there, I felt safe and relaxed and I would recommend the hotel. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the main street where all the shops, bars and restaurants are located and about a 7 minute walk to the beach.

From the moment I arrived, this was honestly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for complete relaxation, peaceful surroundings, and genuinely chilled vibes, this is absolutely the place to be. What really made the stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredible — warm, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. I could list names, but honestly it would end up being the entire team because every person I met couldn’t do enough for me throughout my stay. I travelled solo, and one of the biggest things for me was feeling safe and comfortable. From the hotel itself to the entire resort, I felt extremely safe, relaxed, and completely at ease the whole time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave. 10/10 experience and I would not hesitate for a second to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a stress-free, relaxing getaway.

Its a nice modern and very clean hotel and the staff are lovely but a few things just didn't do it for me. First of all the rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in and the wash hand basin is in the bedroom area so that added to the awkwardness when getting ready etc. It was difficult to store 2 cases away and we stubbed out toes a few times! The location is indeed quiet but if you get a room overlooking the street it can be noisy in the mornings with bin and delivery lorries and of course the scooters. From what I could see however these rooms got the sun for the longest period with some of the pool view rooms loosing sun around mid-day I had requested a high floor in advance but got allocated floor 2 and the 2 rooms below us (4 male cyclists) could be quite loud when drinking on their balcony. Free water and coffee were provided each day and the breakfast was great

The hotel is lovely and very near the beach front. All the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay and I felt very well looked after. Bar area and pool area very pleasant. Excellent dinners, lighter meals available for lunch.

Modernes und gepflegtes Boutique Hotel mit schönem Zimmer 250 m vom Strand weg. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Tolles Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl und wechselnden Speisen. Freundliches Personal. Schöner Pool.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und bieten für 2 Personen wenig Stauraum im Schrank. Regale sind einige vorhanden. Aussicht vom Zimmer bzw. Balkon bei höherer Zimmerkategorie nicht nur auf Pool, sondern auch auf Speisesaal vom Nachbarhotel. Poolbereich ist zwar schön und modern, aber wie in einem Innenhof platziert. Größtes Minus aber war, dass das Frühstück im Keller/Untergeschoss ohne Sicht nach draußen eingenommen werden muss, dabei gibt es im EG einen schönen hellen und modernen Bar- und Restaurantbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien am Pool. Schade, dass dieser nicht mit dem Frühstückrsraum verbunden ist oder als dieser ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. Auf der tollen und aussichtsreichen Dachterrasse fehlt definitiv ein kleiner Pool, anstatt Kunstrasenfläche am Rand noch schöner würde das diesen Bereich erheblich aufwerten!!!

We had such a wonderful 3 nights stay on the 4th October. The hotel is spotless, the staff so friendly and helpful. It is in a brilliant location, 2 minutes walk to the main street with shops, restaurants,bars and the beach. The rooms are small but immaculate, well equipped, coffee machine with pods replenished daily, 2 small bottles of water everyday, fridge, free safe, pool towels, air con, excellent shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool when we stayed. We stayed half board, could not fault the food, it was really nice, never felt the need to eat out. Breakfast was faultless, the food was always hot. The bar area was very relaxing, prices were very good. As was the lunch time menu for food. Would definitely recommend. When we were there it was very much German dominated but that wasn't a problem to us. We will definitely be back sometime next year without a doubt.

Spent a week, B and B, at BQ Paguera, 08/10 to 15/10/2025. Great location, quiet although only a few hundred meters from the main street, (where you can catch a bus to Palma, Santa Ponsa etc), and the beach. Very friendly atmosphere, all the staff we spoke to, from receptionist, bar staff, cleaners, waitresses etc, were very professional, pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Hotel was bright and spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could want, breads, toast, rolls, cheeses, meats, fruit, fruit juices plus hot options of fried/scrambled eggs, bacon, omelette, sausage etc. Rooms were very comfortable and had a fridge, tea and coffee, kettle, safe, tv, great shower. Bar prices were very reasonable too. We were glad we chose this Hotel for our week in Paguera. As we were B and B we ate out in the evenings and found some very nice restaurants in Paguera.

We had a wonderful time here, the hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. But it was the staff who made it truly special. They were all lovely, friendly and helpful, everyone was so kind. The bedrooms were modern and bright, the bar and lounge areas contemporary and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of choice with a chef on hand for freshly made omelettes etc. The pool area was very nice, plenty of sunbeds available there and on the roof terrace. We hope to return next year.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes & sehr stylisches Hotel. Zimmer war sehr schön groß und chick inkl großzügigem Balkon, Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr nah zum Boulevard ca 200 m? & auch zum Strand. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Frühstück muß man im Keller einnehmen was man nun def. nicht möchte. Abendessen wird jedoch im EG sprich am Pool eingenommen. Man darf jedoch das Frühstück nicht nach oben mitnehmen zum Tageslicht / am Pool - wie es viele versucht haben. Man wird wieder in den Keller geschickt. Diese Frühstückslocation ist für uns ein absolutes no-go, denn im Urlaub möchte man frische Luft und die Sonne genießen und kein Frühstück im Keller einnehmen. Schade , denn es ist sonst ein tolles Hotel. Nur aus dem Kellergrund werden wir daher leider nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic food. Friendly and helpful staff. If I have to give a negative - not sure I would have liked the fact that there was no door on the bathroom if I had been sharing with someone. And my balcony was a bit behind things as I was in a corner room. But all very clean and nice to have both a kettle and a coffee maker.
