Розташування чудове: 4 хвилини до залізничного вокзалу, поряд центральна вулиця з різними магазинами. Зупинка трамваю теж недалеко. Постіль була чистою і в принципі кімната теж чиста. Приємний персонал. Якщо плануєте в готелі тільки спати, варіант хороший.

Інтернет - дуже поганий і часто зникав зовсім, користувалася роумінгом. Будівля стара, звукоізоляція погана (проживала на 4 поверсі, зверху, як розумію, звичайні квартири). Над моїм номером 42 була чутна життєдіяльність мабуть старого чоловіка. Старий ремонт, подекуди треба підремонтувати, покрасити. Туалет дуже маленький, якщо сидіти на унітазі, коліна будуть в коридорі 😁. Душ також маленький, людям з вагою 70+ кг буде тіснувато. З вулиці також багато шуму всю нічь, бо центральне розташування готелю дає як плюс, так і мінус. Щоб заснути треба було закрити вікна, але все одно чутно. Кондиціонер треба почистити, спробувала включити, з кондиціонеру пішов поганий запах.

The hotel was in a central location quite close to a train station and about 15 mins from the tram to the airport. It was clean and quite comfortable. The shower room was quite big but the tray was very low and despite shower curtains water leaked all over the floor. The shower itself was a hand held one and a overhead and had a decent flow.

It was a bit odd that the toilet tissue roll was directly above the toilet which meant you had to twist right behind to get it. It was a shame there was no kettle and cups etc in the room. I gather this might be normal for France but I did miss being able to make my morning cuppa before getting up and dressed, and had to go out for one.

Ottima posizione in zona centrale, staff molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Ottima anche la pulizia delle camere.

La nota negativa di questo soggiorno è stata la porta del bagno; nonostante il bagno fosse nuovo e ristrutturato da poco, la porta del bagno non si chiudeva. Era una porta scorrevole che non si poteva bloccare in nessun modo. Peccato perchè per il resto la camera era perfetta. Migliorerei inoltre il wifi, che non funzionava e la colazione, abbastanza povera in base al prezzo pagato.

A acomodação é exatamente como nas fotos! O quarto é bem espaçoso, sempre com toalhas limpas, roupas de cama limpas e todos os dias limpavam o quarto e trocavam as toalhas! O recepcionista muito solícito, simpático e pronto a nos ajudar. A localização é excelente!! Fica próximo da estação de trem, avenida principal com lojas, bares e perto de tudo!

Lo único positivo si estas de paso pocos días en niza, a dos cuadras de la estación para ir a recorrer los demas lugares y a media cuadra de la avenida principal para ir bajando a la playa

La recepcionista claudia, era el doble de cruela de vile, muy mala onda, cara de culo, cero comprensiva y muy mala voluntad, le hablas y te responde mal o con cara de orto, no volvería con esa atención, uno paga y llega cansado quiere un buen trato de la recepción

Fonctionnel pour un court séjour à Nice Proximité avec l’avenue Jean médecin

A comfy central hotel, close to transport (trains and trams) and a 15 minute walk to the seafront; 20 mins to the Old City. Nice is very accessibly on foot. The room was small, but well air-conditioned, it suited us perfectly as a base to explore the city and rest. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great, lovely cafe beside the hotel for breakfast! Very close to the train station, shops and tram to the old town! Very clean and quiet!

The air conditioning needs to be upgraded as it didn’t cool down the room much! We asked for an electric fan but didn’t get one!

Gostei muito do hotel, boa relação qualidade/preço. Toalhas limpas e cama confortavel. Casa de banho limpa perto de transportes e restaurantes, numa zona de muito comércio.

Não gostei da posição do toalheiro para secar toalhas á saida da casa de banho magoei-me varias vezes. As camas os lençois não eram presos dava para ver que não eram profissionais mas sempre limpos e toalhas limpas.

L’emplacement le confort et la climatisation.

L’agent à l’accueil n’était vraiment pas agréable. Il a essayé de nous refaire payer notre nuit alors que l’on avait déjà réglé sur booking. Ce n’est pas grave au premier abord cela peut arriver. Mais il a insisté malgré notre contestation et les preuves apportées. Après s’être rendu compte de son tort il ne s’est même pas excusé et était tout aussi désagréable. Une erreur arrive ce n’est pas grave, c’est le manque de professionnalisme dans la gestion de l’erreur qui est critiquable ici.

En definitiva NADA me gustó. Habitación pequeña y sin nevera y armario sin puertas. Desayuno con poca variedad. Olor a humedad. Baño pequeño con mampara super reducida que no me podía mover. el recepcionista una cara de pasar de todo que no era normal, ni pidió disculpas ni algún detalle por no ofrecer lo que queríamos.. vamos un auténtico desastre todo. La mayoría de lo cliente se aguantaban y nosotros no nos hemos aguantado. No recomiendo este hotel así sea el único que existan en NIZA

Desayuno NEFASTO. En las imágenes que aporto se pueden ver que hay un poco de queso, mantequilla con algo de pan, unos croissant, y algo de yogurt y leche y poca fruta. NAda en el desayuno de Huevos revueltos, bacón, salchichas, embutidos, como pavo, jamón, salchichón. algo mas de variedad, frutos secos...... y no porque costase poco la habitación, que costo la friolera de 300€ por noche. La recepción no intentaba solucionar nada. Le pedí una habitación con tres camas desde el 22 de junio y viajé a mediados de agosto y no me dieron tres camas individuales. Tuve que llamar a mi agencia y entonces fue cuando al día siguiente me ofrecieron una habitación con tres camas individuales. Si no llego a llamar a la agencia me aguanto con la cama doble y una individual. Todo un PASOTISMO con los clientes. Además de ser un hotel que está viejo, que necesita su reforma

NO ME GUSTO NADA. Y NO LO RECOMIENDO. La vista de la habitación era horrible hacia edificios de puros desperdicios . El edifico del hotel es muy viejo . El ascensor solo cabe una persona . El baño es mínimo.

No me gustó nada. Las fotos engañan . Quería un hotel sencillo tipo boutique, pero este es fatal !!!!

In cinque notti di permanenza non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, trovate già macchiate con capelli e peli. Capelli, peli e macchie anche sulla moquette e sulle tende polverose. Porta del bagno assente, si doveva scorrere una lastra di legno senza maniglia che restava mezza aperta. Zero privacy. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava (passava da una a zero tacche), il WC scaricava male. La risposta dello staff? “Eh dovremmo chiedere a un tecnico”.

Výborná poloha, blízko centrum i nádraží. Příjemná obsluha, možnost uschování zavazadel. Čisto.

Výhled do vnitrobloku byl opravdu hrozný. Pokoj jsme měli malý pro 3 osoby, nedostačující, tak max na 2 noci a jen přespat. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o *** byl dostačující. Jen poměr cena výkon - byla vysoká.

While in bed, I noticed marks on my stomach that kept increasing day by day. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites, but they weren't. I couldn't tell whether they were bug bites or something else. It has been over a month since I returned to my country, and I still have 5 marks on my stomach.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut südlich vom Bahnhof in einem Multiqulti Quartier. Das Parkieren auf der Strasse ist preisgünstig, wenn man die dazu passende App herunter lädt. Ein schöner 10 min. Spaziergang und schon ist man am Strand.

Preis-Leistung und die Lage waren top. Wir würden wieder kommen

Rauhallinen sijainti, mutta lähellä raitiovaunu, bussi ja juna-asemaa. Huonekohtainen viilennys oli tarpeen ja se toimi. Useita kauppoja ja ravintoloita ihan lähellä.

Aamiainen oli perus eurooppalainen. Kasviksia kuten kurkku, tomaatti ja salaatti ei ollut tarjottavana. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

L'accueil, la propreté et le nettoyage irréprochable et bien sûr l'emplacement ement. Climatisation au top que l'on peut régler dans chaque chambre.

La habitación era muy amplia y la atención del personal excelente.

Our room was clean, staff at reception were nice and friendly 🙂 (we were able to drop off our bags before check-in and leave bags after check-out). Check in process is quick. Nice guest waiting area near reception with charging sockets and toilet around the corner.

Wi-fi signal was very weak and barely working in our room (only works well next to reception). It didn’t feel like a 3 star hotel (decor, room design and basic facilities, something i would expect in 1 or 2 star hotel but not 3 star hotel).

Per quanto lo staff si impegni a pulire le stanze, è impossibile ignorare l'odore di calzini sporchi emanato dalla moquette datata. Unica soluzione sarebbe sostituire o meglio eliminare la moquette.

The room is not big, but it is comfortable, clean, and the location is very good.

The bathroom door is sliding and doesn't close tightly, so you can hear everything, which is inconvenient. The Wi-Fi is very weak, sometimes there was no signal at all.

Everything was very clean, they had amazing AC , the staff was super friendly

Il pavimento sotto la moquette presentava buchi e in camera c'era uno strano odore di chiuso

Enda bra med det här lilla slitna hotellet är att den ligger perfekt centralt. 50m från huvudgatan. Mellan tågstationen Nice-Vile 5min promenad och strandpromenaden ca. 15min rask promenad. Och endast 5-7min promenad till Jean Medecin spårvagnsstation som tar dig från flygplatsen på bara ca.20min. Alla dessa tre ställen/platser på samma raka sträcka upp och ner mellan Nice-Ville och ner mot Det var tyst hela natten.

Kan INTE vara ett 3-stjärnigt hotell! strandpromenaden. Hotellet är slitet hissen slutade att fungera en gång och rummen är slitna också. Hårda sängar. Små badrum. Inget kylskåp. Utsikt mot en smutsig och skräpig innergård. Bra vattentryck i duschen och stora badlakan. Men toalettpappershållaren sitter på väggen bakom ryggen, så det gäller att vara vig eller planera sitt toabesök bra.

Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel.

Petit déjeuner trop simple, pas assez fourni et pas de meilleure qualité. Prix du petit déjeuner trop élevé par rapport à la prestation. Je conseille de ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel. Il y ades boulangeries et des cafés juste à côté.

Black out perde , sabah erken uyanmamak icin harika ancak gün icinde perdeyi kapattıgımızda gün ışığı hiç içeri girmediği için hep içimiz karardı. Perde açık oldugunda ise hemen karşı bina sizin odanızı görüyor. Odada rahat dolaşmak benim için mümkün degildi. Camlarda tül perde de olsa iyi olurdu. Bir de 3 yıldız otel icin minibar iyi olurdu 🙏🏻

Excellent location, Very close to the train station which was useful as we were catching the train to Paris after F1. We arrived on an early morning flight. Although the check-in time was 3 p.m. on arrival, the gentleman at the reception said we could check-in and they'll get the room ready in a few minutes. We found this to be very useful as we were up from 4 a.m. that morning to catch the flight to Nice. There was a breakfast room next door, although we didn't have breakfast, we were able to get hot water to make tea. Location was very handy to get anywhere, lots of places nearby to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay.

Tutto....hotel molto misero..la camera affacciava su un interno cortile dove si vedeva un capannone con tetti in amianto ( che è ormai vietato per legge perché nocivissimo)e tutto in disordine...in più ascensore fuori servizio o mal funzionante con accesso a un massimo di 2 persone...moquette ovunque anche in camera non di aspetto pulito...bagno piccolissimo con rubinetti movibili non fissati bene e spazio tra box doccia e wc ridottissimo adatto per persone esili in quanto lo spazio è pochissimo e il wc anche esso si muoveva..insomma ci siamo accontentati solo perché pernottavamo una solo notte...da non consigliare....

The location is close to the train station.

There was a strong musty smell in the room, which became even more unbearable when I turned on the air conditioner. The unpleasant odor was so severe that I had no option but to turn off the air conditioner entirely during my stay, making the room uncomfortable, especially given the weather. What was most unacceptable was that the Wi-Fi signal was almost non-existent. We complained to the hotel front desk three times about this issue, but there was still no improvement or solution provided.

Só tenho coisas boas a dizer sobre a minha estadia no hotel. Super bem localizado, fica a 5 minutos a pé da estação de comboios, o que é muito importante quando se pretende conhecer toda a Riviera Francesa numa viagem. Os funcionários são bastante simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável.
