The location is ideal near the old town in Nice. Close to the beach, main square and market. Good for exploring.

The hotel is a little dated but is clean and adequate.

Winziges Zimmer, muss dringend renoviert werden.

Nous sommes arrivés à Nice pour l'Ironman 70.3 World Championship, j'avais donc beaucoup de bagages et mon vélo. L'hôtel était très bien situé pour ce type d'événement. Le personnel de la réception a été très agréable et m'a aidé avec toutes mes demandes. Le petit-déjeuner offrait beaucoup de choix et était servi pendant 3 heures, alors que la plupart des hôtels ne le proposent que pendant 2 heures. La propreté des chambres est impeccable. En conclusion, ma mère et moi recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % pour un séjour fantastique à Nice.

Wat mij het meest beviel aan dit hotel, was de manier waarop wij werden behandeld: altijd met respect, vriendelijkheid en oprechte behulpzaamheid. We wilden graag nog één nacht blijven, maar helaas was het hotel volledig volgeboekt. Toch heeft de medewerker ons niet zomaar laten gaan. Hij nam de moeite om contact op te nemen met andere hotels die bij hun team horen en hielp ons zoeken naar een andere verblijfplaats. Dankzij zijn inzet is het uiteindelijk gelukt. Wij zijn ontzettend dankbaar voor deze geweldige service en gastvrijheid. Dit is precies hoe je gasten een welkom en bijzonder gevoel geeft.

A hotel in a very central location. The hotel was fresh and had a good breakfast buffet, as well as helpful and friendly staff.

Сменяха чаршафите всеки ден, беше хладно в стаята. Персонала бяха много любезни!

Гледахме в комини и аспирация, чуваше се страшно много от съседните стаи. Накрая платихме 140 евро с обяснение, че са за закуска и туристическа такса за града, но не ни беше обяснено кое колко струва и не ни дадоха бележка с описание. Само бележка от POS терминала. Закуската е доста оскъдна, помещението не е климатизирано и е много горещо. Каната с вода беше винаги празна на закуска. Първия ден сякаш беше заредено, докато последния свършваше всичко, което е изядено предния ден без да се възстановява. Трябва да си сварите яйцата сами. Определено закуската не си заслужава парите и жегата.

Morgenmaden er ikke prisen værd, der findes i stedet super mange hyggelige morgenmadscaféer helt tæt på Vær også opmærksom på, at hotellet sælger strandstole med håndklæde, men det er til Blue Beach, der ligger et godt stykke fra hotellet, og det giver ikke rabat

Perfekt läge för att uppleva Nice. Centralt mitt i centrum. Precis bredvid shoppinggatan och kort promenat till Old Town. All personal var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var stort och sängen var skön. Fint städat varje dag med nya lakan och handdukar. Frukosten hade det mesta man behöver. Lugn gata så vi hörde ingen trafik som störde. Promenadavstånd till havet för bad och tåget för utflykter.

Väggarnas färg i rum och hotell var tråkigt beige. Det gör upplevelsen lite mörk och blek även om inredningen var fin. Jag önskar att de målat alla väggar vita istället. Saknar krokar i rum och badrun att hänga handukar och badkläder på. Tunna dörrar och lite lyhört men vi hade inga problem av det utan sov gott. Frukosten saknar färska grönsaler och även om brödet gick att äta så kändes det some bake-up och inte färsk baguette. Utsikten inåt gården var inte så kul men vi var inte mycket på rummet så det spelade ingen roll.

Die Lage

Sehr alte nicht schöne Zimmer nicht wie auf den Fotos. Schimmel im Bad, harte Kopfkissen, nur ein einziges Leintuch, als „King size“ Bett bekommt man ein 1,60m Bett, für 408€ mit Genius 3 Rabatt für zwei Nächte viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt! Aber leider so oft in südlichen Ländern. Einzig die Lage ist hervor zu heben die ist sehr gut aber das es leider auch schon mit den positiven Sachen. Meine Meinung ist wenn man das Zimmer ausschließlich zum schlafen nützt ist es ok nicht gut oder schlecht einfach ok. Falls man sich am Nachmittag ein wenig auf sein Zimmer zurückziehen möchte würde ich mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Izuzetno fino osoblje, na raspolaganju i sa zeljom da pomognu. Posebno smo odusevljeni Katarinom!

La ubicación es muy buena y el personal muy atento.

Comprobé que admitían perros: vi en recepción un perro muy grande, donde no hay espacio suficiente ni para un grupo de personas. Les pregunté y no piden ni cartilla de vacunaciones, ni póliza de seguro ni peso ni certificado reciente de no estar pasando por alguna enfermedad.

La ubicación es buena, a unas pocas calles para ir a la bahía

Baños independientes, luz del baño parpadeando, secador de pelo nefasto, televisión pequeña y sin Internet, ascensor unitario, el aire de la habitación va mal, toallas pequeñas, no había shampoo solo había gel de manos, el cabezal de la ducha era débil al soltar agua y por último la manivela para regular la temperatura era defectuosa, básicamente salía agua muy fría y al girar un poco para que saliera caliente, salía el agua hirviendo.

The location of the property is very good. It's in the heart of the Massena square. There are loads of restaurants, fast food, cafès and shops. It's near train stations, trams and buses. It's a walking distance to the beaches as well. The staff are very friendly too.

The property seems to be quite old. The lift is a bit small, only 3 people will fit in. The room is spacious but the airconditioning can't cool the whole room. The fridge is rusty on the edges. There is a balcony but you can access through the bathroom and the exhaust of the airconditioner is crowding it. And, we had trouble sleeping at night coz we could hear the footsteps from the floor above and it's quite loud.

Bra läge nära centrum i Nice och nära gamla staden och fräscht rum. Trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Tydligen ska de renovera hotellet så det blir väl ännu bättre då.

Lite trång hiss med den fungerade.

The location is great, and it is near to laundry store, market,.... The staff are really helpful. When I forgot my phone at the hotel, they still kept my phone for me. The hotel is safe and very clean. The facilities are new and modern. This is the first time I left my reviews like this. Definitely recommended!

Staff cordiale, la camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. Per fortuna non era presente la moquette.

Die Lage ist sehr gut - man ist schnell in der Altstadt und auch der Strand ist nicht weit weg - ca. 10 min Gehzeit. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit einem Doppelbett und einer Ausziehcouch - für 3 Erwachsene war der Platz ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut - es war angenehm kühl im Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht - es war ausgezeichnet - es gab von Schinken, Käse, Eier, Gemüse, Nutella, Pfannkuchen, Kuchen, Cerealien, Obst, Baguette, Kaffee etc. alles, um gestärkt den Tag zu starten. Bei der Ankunft konnten wir bis zum Check in die Koffer im Hotel aufbewahren und auch beim Check out konnten wir das Gepäck dort abstellen, bis wir abreisten. Bei der Ankunft erhielt jeder von uns eine kleine Flasche Wasser, was wir sehr aufmerksam fanden (bei der Hitze!). Weiters gibt es im Foyer einen kostenlosen Wasserspender, wobei das Wasser aufgrund der darin enthaltenen Zitronen sehr erfrischend ist.

Very good breakfast, but tiny breakfast room. Perfect location not far from square Massena and Beau Rivage beach. Cute little balcony.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation, our room was literally falling apart. On the other hand I do hope they keep the charming staircase as it is.

Дуже приємний готель! Привітний, уважний і доброзичливий персонал завжди готовий допомогти. Зупиняюся тут уже не вперше, і щоразу залишаюся задоволена. Чудове розташування — усе необхідне знаходиться поруч, до моря 7хв, що робить перебування ще комфортнішим.

Location. 10 min walk from the promenade, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. if you dont plan on driving this is the perfect spot. Staff at the reception was very polite and helpful.

the room was very old, probably not renovated for years. there was a putrid smell of cigarettes and probably mold. the doors would get stuck, the fridge didnt work, the TV didnt work, the shower was so tiny that even i (5'5 and 110 lbs) barely fit. the walls are paper thin, we could hear all our noisy neighbors even though we asked for a quiet room. the hotel needs a major upgrade, it was ridiculously overpriced for what it was.

La limpieza de la habitación no era total: había mucho polvo acumulado en parte superior del ropero y colillas en la parte exterior de la ventana del cuarto baño . Se nos acabaron los pañuelos de papel y no los repusieron. La tele anticuada: no tenía YouTube o Netflix ni tampoco canales españoles. El desayuno caro en una habitación diminuta. Había poca luz en el cuarto de baño.

Personalet var veldig hyggelig og profesjonell spesielt Marius Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt men i rolig område og det er gå avstand til butikker, strand, trikk og tog .Vi kommer gjerne tilbake til. Das Zimmer zum Hinterhof war in keinster Weise sein Geld wert -über den lüftungsanlagen-die Klimaanlage war sehr sehr alt - nur zum schlafen geeignet

Tolle Lage in der Innenstadt und sehr bemühtes Personal.

Ein Teil der Zimmer waren sehr muffig und feucht. Sie Klimaanlage war total verschmutzt - eine Virenschleuder.

Zeer goed gelegen en bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg lekker ontbijt en voor de prijs ruime kamer. Zeer gemakkelijker regeling met een parkeergarage in de buurt.

Er wordt gevraagd om je sleutel altijd aan de balie achter te laten maar toen we zeiden dat we dat liever niet deden, was dat geen enkel probleem. Dus ook dat viel mee. Misschien wat zachte bedden maar dat is voor iedereen anders natuurlijk.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, minden könnyen elérhető. Kedves a személyzet. Tisztaság, kávéfőző, teafőző, érkezéskor kis ajándék.

Hiányzott a szúnyogháló. Éjszaka küzdöttünk a szúnyogokkal, pedig nem is nyitogattuk az ablakot.

The hotel is in a great location to enjoy Nice, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet.

Due to the nature of Nice’s architecture, it can be a little cramped getting in and out of the lobby when it’s busy, but that’s just the nature of staying in the city with dense urban construction.

Ich habe sehr spontan in dem Hotel für eine Nacht eingecket. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das ist besonders hervorgetreten. Sowohl die Ausstattung und Gestaltung waren sehr gut. Besonders ist das außerordentlich nette und freundliche Team aufgefallen, was den Aufenthalt für mich sehr aufgewertet hat.

Hotel położony w ścisłym centrum oraz niewielkiej odległości od plaży. Lata świetności ma za sobą jednak starania personelu sprawiają, że pobyt należy uznać za udany. Pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne, minus za widok z okna na podwórko. Duży plus za realizację pakietu dodatkowych usług, czym zostalismy miło przywitani.

Por el precio hubiera sido bueno tener una piscina hacia mucho calor en Niza. Entiendo igual que es un tema de mercado, los otros hoteles eran aun mas caros.

Good location. Nice staff. Room cleaned daily. Room was a good size.

Smelled like sewage in the hallway and the water pressure on the shower head was not great. Tried the breakfast first morning and it’s not worth the 14 euro. Eggs and pancakes were cold, it’s in a small room, not a true buffet breakfast. If you’re good with a coffee and croissant you can get that far less than 4 euro anywhere else.
