Me gusto que esta dividido en dos partes,la parte de familias con nenes y la parte de adultos,con sus respectivas picinas y todos los camareros muy atentos y super majos!!

El trato del personal. Teníamos contratado media pensión y un acierto. La comida buenísima y de calidad, muchas opciones y variedad. Hicieron dos noches temáticas durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches, una de comida mexicana y otra de carne y pescado a la brasa. La limpieza muy correcta y el personal muy amable. Gran cantidad de piscinas, 3 de solo adultos, muchos espacios donde relajarse; tumbonas, hamacas, balancines, camas tipo balinesas…

La planificación de las actividades del hotel a veces no se cumplió. En la web aparecía la ubicación de algunos espectáculos mal puesta.

El personal es muy amable, están pendientes de que tengas todo lo que necesites, te informan de todo y son muy serviciales. La comida es bastante variada y tenían muchas opciones, las cenas tenían una temática distinta cada día (italiana, japonesa, Carne a la parrilla…) y los desayunos contaban con cocina en directo siempre, al igual que las cenas. Las piscinas las limpiaban todos los dias y tenían muchas zonas tanto exteriores como en el propio comedor separando familias de solo adultos. Cuentan con un restaurante a la carta aparte y con un food truck, bar de la piscina…

Puede que los horarios sobretodo de la cena no estén muy adaptados a españoles ya que la mayoría de sus huéspedes eran alemanes. Cuando llegamos habia algunas toallas que parecían no limpias del todo, aunque se veía que sí que estaban lavadas, pero tenían manchas lo cual nos resultó un poco desagradable. Las piscinas cierran a las 6 la de adultos y a las 7 la grande normal, pero se debe a que necesitan ese tiempo para asegurar su limpieza ya que las limpian todos los dias. La ubicación del hotel está perfecta si buscas descanso, si lo que buscas es recorrer la isla, todos los lugares te quedan a una hora en coche y por lo demás encontrar aparcamiento suele ser bastante fácil.

Gostei de tudo, muito confortável camas limpas, vista do quarto bonita e quarto acessível.

Sumiu meu power bank que deixei no quarto na pia do banheiro. Sei que deveria ter colocado no cofre mais mesmo assim não deveriam ter pego. Também achei a área das crianças extremamente suja e os brinquedos da parte fechada das crianças estavam todos quebrados, minha filha de 2 anos foi escorregar no escorregador e ele simplesmente desmontou. A entrada diz que tem que tirar os sapatos mais você tira e sai de lá com o pé preto de tanta sujeira. Uma mulher entrou com um carrinho lá dentro pois tinha dificuldades de andar pra ver o neto brincar mais acho que deveria ser proibido porque ela quase atropelou as crianças, sem falar que além dela suja mais ainda o local ainda passou por cima dos brinquedos. E por último o tapetinho do chão estava todo rasgado, as crianças facilmente tropeçavam nele. Estava tudo incrível o hotel recepção as pessoas os quartos só essa parte que deveriam dar um pouco mais de atenção.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren im Apartmentbereich des Hotels untergebracht. Leider entsprachen die auf Booking.com gezeigten Fotos nicht der Realität. Die Einrichtung wirkte teilweise deutlich veraltet und stellenweise heruntergekommen. Teilweise löste sich bereits die Verkleidung der Wände. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und die Wanne innen teilweise rostig. Besonders störend war die allgemeine Lüftungsanlage: Ab etwa 7 Uhr morgens begann sie so laut zu brummen, dass an ein Weiterschlafen nicht mehr zu denken war. Auch das Frühstück hat uns enttäuscht. Aus unserer Sicht war die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen und Getränke eher minderwertig. DmBeispielsweise hatte der sogenannte Orangensaft für uns eher den Eindruck bzw. Geschmack von stark verdünnter Fanta als von Orangensaft. Der Kaffee war ein "besserer" Löskaffee. Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls dem, was man bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel und einem Preis von 190 € pro Nacht erwarten würde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns daher leider enttäuschend.

L’accueil de la réception superbe, le personnel de l’hôtel. L’emplacement pas loin du tout de la plage et à 25 min de l’aéroport, à 20 min de Palma. Centre commercial PortoPi très agréable pas très loin en voiture. Le buffet était différent tous les jours et nourriture fraîche et vraiment goûteuse. Également un buffet pour les enfants. Plusieurs piscines à l’hôtel, l’animation le soir, le parc d’enfants, les facilités.

Le nettoyage du sol de la chambre est très négligé.

Ļoti pozitīvs un laipns personāls. Skaista teritorija. Daudzveidīgs un garšīgs ēdiens. Vairāki baseini. Laba animācija. Ja negrib braukt ekskursijās, tad var labi atpūsties arī viesnīcā. Ļoti laba viesnīca ģimenēm ar maziem bērniem, tie tur tiešām bija ļoti daudz. Tuvu autobusa pietura. Apmēram desmit minūšu gājiens līdz ļoti skaistai smilšu pludmalei ar kristāldzidru ūdeni.

Varbūt puspansijā varētu iekļaut arī sulas dzērienus un kafiju vakariņās, jo tie ir paredzēti tikai brokastīs. Ne īpaši ērti ierīkota izlietne ar krānu vai nu izlietne par tālu, vai krāns par īsu, nevarēja neko izskalot, lai apkārt nenoškiestu. Uz drēbju pakaramiem nebija ērti pa kārt kādu kleitu, jo tā karājās priekšā atvilktnēm. Bet tie ir tādi sīkumi.

Die Außenanlage war weitläufig. Es gab nicht das Gefühl die hohe Anzahl der Gäste als störend zu empfinden.

Das Hotel ist doch sehr abseits. Was ich wirklich zu bemängeln habe ist die Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks. Da habe ich in 3 Sterne Hotels auf Mallorca schon eine bessere Auswahl gehabt. Die Bodenbeläge auf den Fluren zu den Zimmern sind stark renovierungsbedürftig.

I liked the pool and it was very child friendly, the hotel main areas was nice and the food was good!

Our apartment was old and more like a 3* hotel room at the back of the hotel- needed modernising and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable to sleep on. My young children and my husband and I all had a vomiting bug and it seemed to be spreading throughout the hotel. Staff were unhelpful when my baby vomited on the floor and I was trying to clean up. He also vomited on a couch in the bar and I was handed a cloth to clean it myself!

The staff was nice.

The room was in poor condition and did not meet our expectations. It was not properly cleaned, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. The ventilation was very poor, which made the room feel uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also unreliable and only worked intermittently. The walls were dirty, and the furniture was extremely old and worn, making the entire room feel outdated and neglected. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the room need significant improvement.

Muitos espaços de lazer e piscinas para todos os gostos.

Alimentação em meia pensão sem bebidas incluídas, apenas inclui água. Retiram logo os alimentos ainda antes do horário de fecho do pequeno almoço e jantar. Quarto muito pequeno, com bacia lavatório distante de sanita. Ar condicionado no Hall de entrada/recepção inexistente. Só se tem direito a toalhas de piscina uma única vez, durante a estadia, inclusive para se substituir, necessário pagar.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great family stay at Valentin Grand Park We had a really enjoyable stay at Valentin Grand Park and would definitely recommend it, especially for families. The location is around a 10-minute walk from the beach. Paguera itself may not be everyone’s favourite, but Magaluf is only about a 10-minute drive away and has a really nice beach, so there are plenty of options nearby. The pools are great, and the entertainment for kids was excellent. Every evening there was a proper production/show, which was a fantastic touch and kept the kids entertained. The service was very good overall, although it can depend on which staff members are working that day. A special shout-out to Raul and Kaya, who were by far the best waiters we had during our stay—friendly, attentive and always making sure everything was right. Our room had a fantastic view, although I imagine this depends on which room you book. It was clean throughout our stay, and the cleaning ladies were lovely and very friendly. We had half board, and the food was honestly outstanding. There was a really good choice and the quality was consistently excellent. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Valentin Grand Park. We would definitely consider coming back.

Parking could be better organised- there is a free car park nearby but not all the time easy to find a place to park

Auch als kinderloses Paar konnte man in Ruhe die Poolanlagen geniessen, da es drei Pools nur im Erwachsenen Bereich gab. Auch beim Frühstück / Abendessen, gab es zwei Bereiche - einen Familien- und einen Erwachsenen-Bereich. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und war für uns total okay. Die Gegend ist sehr sauber und auch Abends konnte man sich gut beschäftigen.

Das Personal insbesondere im Buffet-Restaurant ist sehr unaufmerksam und nicht gerade freundlich. Wir wurden teilweise sehr spät oder überhaupt nicht gefragt, ob wir weitere Getränke bestellen möchten. Es gibt versteckte Kosten, beispielsweise muss man für den Safe im Zimmer extra bezahlen, wie auch für den Austausch der Handtücher - war für uns jetzt weniger problematisch, aber man sollte es im Vorfeld wissen.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en ook het buffet tijdens het diner bood volop keuze. De zwembaden waren heerlijk en er was voor ieder wat wils, zowel voor gezinnen met kinderen als voor wie liever wat meer rust zoekt. Wat we ook erg prettig vonden, was dat er totaal geen sprake was van het ‘handdoekje leggen’. We hadden een probleem met ons bed op de eerste dag en dit werd meteen opgelost toen we het meldde. Ook de locatie is echt een pluspunt. Op loopafstand ligt de gezellige boulevard met diverse restaurantjes en (souvenir)winkeltjes. Kortom, een heerlijk verblijf op een fijne locatie met vriendelijk en enthousiast personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

Bad...bad...bad...The room was verry dirty and moldy.We complaint to the reception and they changed it but same issue...The furniture was outdated and broken.Tv wasnt working so we were told that we had to wait till secon day to be fixed..No coffee station in the room.Coffee vanding machine from fst floor didnt work. When we changed the hotel all our clothes had strong smell of dump. The hotel staff were not helpfull and arogant. Breakfast and dinner poor quality and if you wish to order a drink ...you have to wait for ages to can place the order...and when finaly it s placed ...the order never comes.Stove didnt work,Bathtub ditry and rusty.The elevetor didnt work

El desayuno era muy variado y abundante. El personal muy amable en todo momento, especialmente los chicos de recepcion. La temperatura de las piscinas estaban perfectas y la ubicacion en la ciudad es espectacular, cerca de todo.

No me gusto que las camas eran individuales y segun nos dijeron no tenian camas matrimoniales. Esto nos llamo un poco la atencion, ya que seria lo mas normal. Otra cosa a la que tuvimos que ponerle ingenio fue al frigobar, que demoraba dias en enfriar.

Os funcionários do hotel eram simpáticos e prestáveis.

Alugámos um aparthotel que estava em péssimo estado e com cheiro a esgoto. Só quando fizemos a reclamação na recepção é que nos trocaram para um quarto de hotel pequeno onde ficámos a dormir os 4 durante as 8 noites. Ficámos sem acesso a cozinha e varanda e acabámos os 4 todos juntos e sem privacidade e condições. Muito longe do que esperávamos e pelo valor pago.

There are some positive aspects, especially the swimming pools and breakfast selection, but unfortunately they were not enough to compensate for the negatives.

Disappointing and seriously overpriced for a three-star hotel. Charging guests extra just to use the lockers already available inside the rooms is unacceptable in my opinion: €3 per night, plus a €5 deposit that is only returned after check-out. For the price charged by this hotel, something this basic should definitely be included. The hotel may look attractive at first glance, but the overall experience does not live up to the appearance or the price. The bathroom had visible mold around the silicone seals, which raises obvious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Both elevators also made unpleasant and worrying noises every time we used them, which certainly did not inspire confidence. Overall, I found the hotel overrated, overpriced and poor value for money. It looks much better than the actual experience it provides. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

The property itself was a very nice, clean safe place to be with plenty of amenities on site for everyone and all age groups. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much hassle for them, very impressed.

The property sits atop a hill, which when coming back from the Beach, shops or restaurants makes pushing two pushchairs somewhat of a challenge!

- brak wody w pokojach, tylko w dzień zameldowania dostałyśmy jedną butelkę wody na 3 osoby i nie można było wziąć wody w butelce z baru, więc trzeba było brać napoje w plastikowych kubkach albo kupić samemu w markecie - W niektórych miejscach ręczniki miały jakieś plamy - Niewygodna sofa do spania - Opcja all inclusive ale jedzenie w snack barze było już płatne - Przy rezerwacji restauracji Ala carte nikt nie poinformował nas, że trzeba mieć wykupiony pobyt all inclusive na conajmniej tydzień przez co zrezygnowałyśmy z jedzenia w tej restauracji bo byśmy musiały zapłacić od osoby około 15-20 euro za wybrane danie - mała łazienka i bez zamykanych drzwi co sprawiało dyskomfort - Monotonne jedzenie i mały wybór a w ostatni dzień jedna osoba dostała zatrucie - Pokój widać że jest już trochę do odnowienia a szczególnie umywalka w łazience, która miała ubytki i plamy

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gibt viele Pools und viel Animation und Erlebnisse für Kinder. Das Essen war gut mit großer Auswahl. Zum Meer läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, das ist okay. Am Ende unseres Urlaubs haben wir leider Magen-Darm bekommen, wir wissen nicht wovon. Für Familien mit Kindern kann ich das Hotel empfehlen

Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Wenn ich aufgestanden bin, musste ich immer über die Füße meines Mannes laufen, so eng war es. Sowohl die Toilette als auch die Dusche haben nur eine Glastür - man kann abschließen aber man hat null Privatsphäre. Der ganze Dampf aus der Dusche zieht direkt ins Zimmer. Und für den kleinen Safe für Schmuck und Geld muss man 3 Euro pro Tag extra bezahlen. Das finde ich unverschämt, das sollte inklusive sein.

The apartment was the perfect size for our family of four. It was also clean, had the amenities we needed and while it was set away from the main hotel complex, that did not bother us. Our children particularly enjoyed the choice of swimming pools (7), and having a pool and bar next to our apartment was helpful. We only stayed B&B, so cannot vouch for the other food options, but breakfast was great. We also enjoyed an a la carte evening meal at the hotel's Italian bistro. The bar service at the family pool was excellent and the choice of drinks was great. Cocktails were of a high standard and we noticed that they were all available as all-inclusive options. Away from the hotel, the resort was nice and relaxed, had a couple of great beaches and plenty of excellent bars and restaurants to choose from. It felt safe to walk around at night, not rowdy at all, and the kids loved checking out the souvenir shops on the main boulevard. Transfer wise, it was about a 30-minute taxi ride. We took advantage of the courtesy transfer To our hotel via Booking.com, which was easy to organise through the app. The hotel offered a special rate of 63 euros for the transfer home, which felt expensive. But it was more than 20 euros cheaper than the best priced Uber.

Nothing bad to say about our experience, we would book the hotel again through the app. We only went for five nights so it would be interesting to see how the price compares to other hotels and resorts for 7 to 10 days.

mir hat gefallen, dass die Unterkunft nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch stilvoll sehr elegant ausgestattet ist.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt modernisiert und die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass sich das Animationsteam wirklich sehr viel Mühe gibt – die Animation war wirklich ganz zauberhaft und engagiert. Allerdings gibt es auch einige Punkte, die mir leider überhaupt nicht gefallen haben. Der Kinderbereich ist teilweise sehr heruntergerockt und müsste dringend erneuert bzw. renoviert werden. Die Zimmer sind zwar modern, aber für meinen Geschmack viel zu klein. Besonders enttäuschend fand ich die Organisation bei den Essenszeiten. Durch die Trennung in Erwachsenen- und Kinderbereich wird man ständig hin- und hergeschickt bzw. herumkommandiert. Das System ist meiner Meinung nach sehr unpraktisch und sorgt eher für Stress als für Erholung. Ich habe versucht, dies an der Rezeption zu erklären, hatte aber leider das Gefühl, dass dort aufgrund des sehr jungen Personals wenig Verständnis dafür vorhanden war, wie umständlich die Situation gerade für Familien mit Kindern ist. Sehr unangenehm war auch eine Situation beim Abendessen, bei der mir von einem Mitarbeiter unterstellt wurde, ich hätte ein zweites Getränk bestellt und nicht bezahlt. Dabei handelte es sich die ganze Zeit um mein erstes Getränk. Dass anschließend sogar noch an der Flasche überprüft wurde, ob das Getränk noch gekühlt sei, empfand ich als äußerst unangemessen und ehrlich gesagt als lächerlich. So etwas möchte man sich im Urlaub wirklich nicht geben. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen fand ich für eine einwöchige Reise viel zu eintönig. Von der erwarteten Hochwertigkeit der Speisen konnte ich leider nicht viel feststellen. Insgesamt sehr schade.Es gibt durchaus positive Aspekte, insbesondere die moderne Gestaltung und das engagierte Animationsteam, aber bei Organisation, Gastronomie und dem Zustand des Kinderbereichs besteht meiner Meinung nach noch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Me decepcionó bastante al principio ya que las fotos no tienen nada q ver con lo q te encuentras. El buffet no está a la altura, es repetitivo y pensado solo para turismo extranjero. El personal no es demasiado agradable, sobretodo la señora encargada del comedor, una maleducada. Si vas a cenar a las 20.30 te encuentras que ya están recogiendo y a veces ya no queda de algo porque claro, abren a las 18, hora de cenar de los extranjeros. No está mal en general, pero no está a la altura de la categoria de estrellas que tienen. Te esperas muchísimo más.

Lots to do for the kids, in particular the splash pop and slides, this kept them entertained for hours. The rooms were very clean and modern. Also, the Staff were extremely friendly and nothing seemed to much. Only 5-10 min walk to the beach front where there’s a load of really nice restaurants and bar. No major complaints with the food. Lots to choose from at Breakfast and dinner.

Air con (in golden room) was really poor, which made it hard to sleep at night, also the safe was broken, meaning we had to hide money and passports. During busy meal times, we found on a couple of occasions that we were walking around the restaurant for up to 10 minutes looking for somewhere to sit, which was frustrating with two young children. This lead to a lack of table service for servicing drinks, as there was no real process in place once eventually seated. The best thing would be to seat everyone first and then take drink orders at the time, rather than let families flood into the restaurant with no available tables. Finally, we were on the top floor and had to use the elevator most of the time. There were two out of the main lobby/reception which were incredibly slow and possibly the smallest I’ve ever been in! You’d struggle to fit more than 4 people in. Some families had to take two lifts to get up, if they had buggies or luggage etc.

Top du top. Propre, buffets fournis et variés, personnel très agréable. Juste les transats réservés avec les serviettes posées le matin devrait être libéré par le personnel et surprenant qu il n y ait aucune entrée sécurisée, du trottoir on peut se rendre sur les différentes piscine, et au restaurant aucun contrôle non plus de chambre.

À cause des transats réserves par serviette du matin , nous n avons pas pu profiter du bassin principal. Dommage

Proximité de la plage, des bus, très bon buffet, bonne literie, un personnel très disponible et poli Hôtel très bien équipée pour les familles, très bonnes structures, animations pour les enfants

L’espace dédié au familles dans le restaurant assez limité Dommage que les équipes laissent les clients réquisitionné les transats en y déposant leur serviette à l’aube et pendant des heures sans les utiliser.

J'ai apprécié la qualité et la variété des repas et j'ai apprécié principalement la gentillesse et serviabilité de tout le personnel de l'établissement

je regrette légèrement que la langue française ne soit pas maitrisée meme un petit peu par le pesonnel.

Tutto, è un posto straordinario, magico. A partire dal primo approccio alla reception con Andrea e proseguendo con tutto il personale e team animazione. La brigata di cucina guidata da chef Italiano. Avevamo un appartamento vista mare, un paesaggio e una vista strepitosa. Già ci voglio ritornare!

Nessuna nota stonata addirittura la colazione disponibile, per i prodotti secchi, per chi parte all'alba. Complimenti alla direzione e ai proprietari.

Pour le prix je n’ai pas trouvé correct les points suivants : Pas droit à eau fraîche en demi pension réservé au all inclusive Lit Bali autour de la piscine payant Ouverture piscine 10-18h qd on part en excursion à la journée on apprécie de pouvoir aller dans la piscine malheureusement elles sont fermées

Ottima posizione, vicina al centro cittadino e alla spiaggia di Palmira; gli spazi sono ampi. La colazione, così come anche la cena, sono a buffet, molto ricco ma improntato più su una clientela straniera (molto fritto...) e il cibo non è di ottima qualità. Tuttavia passabile. La struttura offre molti servizi (tutti a pagamento) e ci sono 5 piscine (di cui una con gli scivoli ad acqua per bambini fino a 10 anni). Le piscine sono ben pulite

Gli spazi della hall/reception, del family bar e le scale sono da decisamente da rinnovare. Le camere sono un po' così così (appena entri c'è il lavandino!) e alcune non hanno proprio il balcone. I bambini devono dormire sul divano letto. Non c'è una vera e propria separazione tra camera e bagno (c'è una tenda o un separè) e scordatevi il bidet. La pulizia è buona, tuttavia qualche volta (3 gg su 10 gg) la stanza non ci è stata proprio rifatta (letti, cestini, asciugamani... nulla)

Excelente hotel. Especial x familias con niños. Habitaciones insonorizadas. No se escucha nada de lo que sucede afuera. El desayuno y la cena espectaculares. Muy cómodo y bien ubicado.

Que no tenga bidet pero es típico en España

Le personnel est incroyable, toujours souriant, de bonnes humeurs … et d’une gentillesse envers les enfants exceptionnelle. Le buffet est varié, que ce soit le petit déjeuner, ou bien celui du soir. Les équipements pour les enfants sont très bien que ce soit la piscine, les animations ou les jeux.

Wunderschöne, renovierte & grosszügige Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Buffet am Abend sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker, Personal sehr zuvorkommend, in Fussnähe zu Strand, Restaurant, Läden. Toll, dass es auch ruhigere Bereiche oder ‚Adult only‘ gibt.

Snackbar am unteren Pool hat noch ‚Luft nach oben‘.

Unser Zimmer mit direktem Pool-Zugang war richtig schön. Man muss einfach im Erwachsenenbereich ein Zimmer reservieren.

Wenn man unter der Dusche ist, läuft das Wasser ins ganze Zimmer. Vielleicht sollte man die Dichtungen mal überprüfen.

L'environnement est top. Le personnel est super. L'hôtel est très propre. Proche des commerces et de la plage.

Chambre sans balcon et rien pour étendre les serviettes. Les personnes "reservent" des transats en posant leur serviettes alors qu'ils ne sont pas à la piscine. Restaurant assez bruyant.

The pool closes very early around 6 and the sun sets at 9pm so if you want to swim without sun burns it is not possible All tv is in german which is quite confusing Lots of families and kids so not the best location for young couples No amenities at all

Zona exterior muy amplia, buffet razonablemente bueno, personal agradable e instalaciones algo antiguas pero aceptables para un hotel de esta categoría y una estancia de 6 días razonablemente agradable

Ubicación algo alejada de las playas más bonitas de Mallorca, sofá cama incómodo para dormir 2 niños. Pero sin duda lo que menos me gustó de todo son los HORARIOS, tanto el de la piscina (únicamente de 10 a 18h.) como sobre todo el de la cena (a las 21h. retiraban la mayor parte del buffet), pues te condiciona mucho las visitas de tarde a zonas de playas/compras/paseo. Los horarios están puestos pensando en el turismo extranjero, no español.
