Wie immer ein mega schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat alle Vorzüge, welche man für einen Urlaub zu zweit benötigt. Wichtig ist aber ein Zimmer mit Poolblick. Erstens wegen der tollen Aussicht und wegen der unglaublichen Ruhe. Keine Straße, kein Lärm. Das Essen ein Traum; lecker und abwechslungsreich. Gibt es etwas zu verbessern? Ja. Die Klimaanlage im Speisesaal dürfte gerne etwas dezenter laufen.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut – vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Leider war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht so gut. Obwohl das Zimmer gereinigt wurde, bestand unser Problem mit Ameisen weiterhin. Die Ameisen waren im gesamten Zimmer zu finden, unter anderem im Kleiderschrank, im Badezimmer und an der Decke / an den Wänden. Wir haben das Problem mehrfach angesprochen. Leider wurde uns kein Zimmerwechsel angeboten, sondern lediglich eine erneute Reinigung, die das Problem nicht gelöst hat. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht definitiv Nachbesserungsbedarf. Besonders schade war, dass trotz unserer Beschwerde keine weitere Lösung angeboten wurde.

Hôtel situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la rue principale et de la plage, très accessible en famille. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Logement rénové récemment (N°628) avec soin et en prime une vue sur la mer depuis le balcon ! Ménage assuré tous les jours si on le souhaite. Plats au restaurant variés le soir dans un environnement assez bruyant tout de même mais toujours nickel. Petit-déj assez similaire tous les jours mais très bien. Piscine extérieure de taille moyenne, très fonctionnelle et mini golf un peu vétuste. Cela reste très appréciable pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Transat en nombre et ombre suffisante.

La restauration est assez inégale et les desserts ne sont clairement pas leur point fort... Enfin l'établissement est beaucoup fréquenté par une clientèle allemande, cela ne me dérange pas du tout mais c'est à savoir. Le seul bémol en lien avec cette observation serait que le personnel vous répond en allemand même lorsque vous faites l'effort de parler trois mots en espagnol et sinon en anglais. Chers espagnols, soyez fiers de votre langue !

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es insgesamt sehr empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gepflegt und vor allem sauber. Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gegend rund um das Hotel ist wunderschön und auch der Strand ist wirklich toll und lädt zum Entspannen ein. 🌴☀️ Eine der größten Stärken ist für uns definitiv das Personal: Alle waren durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Wir haben uns nie unfreundlich behandelt oder „doof belehrt“ gefühlt. Stattdessen war das Personal immer zuvorkommend und hatte auch mal einen Spaß auf den Lippen. :D Auch das Frühstück und insbesondere das Abendessen waren fantastisch. Das Abendessen war jeden Tag unglaublich abwechslungsreich. In unseren 10 Tagen gab es wirklich jeden Tag etwas anderes, sodass es kulinarisch nie langweilig wurde. Auch die Möglichkeit, verschiedene TUI-Ausflüge direkt über das Hotel zu buchen, fanden wir sehr praktisch. Unser Fazit: Ein wirklich schönes, sauberes Hotel in einer tollen Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand, unglaublich freundlichem Personal und hervorragendem, abwechslungsreichem Essen. Wenn man bereit ist, zusätzlich etwas Geld für Getränke und andere Extras auszugeben, kann man hier definitiv einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Ein großer Nachteil sind allerdings die zusätzlichen Kosten. Natürlich ist uns bewusst, dass wir Halbpension gebucht haben und Getränke dabei nicht automatisch inklusive sind. Trotzdem entsteht gerade bei den Temperaturen auf Mallorca schnell das Gefühl, ständig etwas kaufen zu müssen. Beim Abendessen muss jedes Getränk extra bezahlt werden – beispielsweise kostet eine 330-ml-Flasche Cola bereits 3,30 €. Über mehrere Tage summiert sich das natürlich. Auch am Pool bzw. auf der Terrasse darf man keine eigenen Getränke mitnehmen. Wenn man also den ganzen Tag am Pool liegt und Durst bekommt, muss man entweder zurück ins Zimmer gehen oder ein Getränk kaufen. Ein Cocktail kostet beispielsweise etwa 10 €. Gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen wäre es unserer Meinung nach schön, wenn zumindest Wasser oder einige Getränke inklusive wären. Noch besser wäre natürlich ein All-Inclusive-Konzept. Des Weiteren ist es für Menschen die einen leichten Schlaf haben, (so war es bei mir) nicht möglich, länger als 8:45 Uhr zu schlafen da die Putzkräfte beim Zimmer putzen dauerhaft die Betten rum geschoben haben was sehr laut war da die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. So war es für mich fast unmöglich wieder einzuschlafen. Wichtig für zukünftige Gäste: Wenn ihr euch Handtücher ausleiht, kostet die Leihgebühr 10 € pro Handtuch. Bei einem Wechsel werden zusätzlich 1 € pro Handtuch berechnet. Den Beleg für die Handtücher unbedingt aufbewahren! Nur damit bekommt ihr die 10 € Leihgebühr am Ende zurück. Uns wurde das leider nicht erklärt und auch andere Gäste wussten davon offenbar nichts, sodass manche ihren Beleg bereits verloren hatten. Die von TUI angebotene Dracheninsel-Tour würden wir persönlich eher nicht empfehlen. Dort kommen ebenfalls sehr viele zusätzliche Kosten dazu. Ein Sangria kostet beispielsweise 15 €, und auch ein Erinnerungsfoto wird mit 10 € berechnet. Insgesamt hatten wir teilweise das Gefühl, dass bei der Tour immer wieder versucht wurde, zusätzliche Dinge zu verkaufen.

In general nice hotel, not too big, nice swimming pool and sunbeds😇Nice activities carried out by the hotel (eg wateraerobics😀, bingo, show, some activities for kids). Breakfast was good😇 Reception staff was friendly and helped us to get a taxi for 7 people and buy tickets in advance to Aqualand. Located nicely close to the beach!

Soundproof, you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and corridor. Room was not clean (under the bed big piles of dust, sheets had old dirt marks that dont come out when washing) room had little aints, water of a sink didnt go away properly, dinner choice varied by the day. Some days there was enough choice to eat, the others very limited to our taste.

Azt írtak van parkoló 35€ kaucióval, érkezéskor derült ki, hogy nincs is ilyen. Szomszédos utcákban lehet parkolni.

Minden tökéletes volt,finom ételek,hatalmas választékkal.Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű a szálloda. 5 perc alatt közelíthető több tengerparti partszakasz is.Sok beülős nagyon jó hangulatú hely van a közelben. Minden megtalálható amire szükség lehet,mindenben segítőkészek és barátságosak.

Egyetlen hátrány talán a szálláson hogy 18:00-kor a medence bezár,itt jó lenne még pár óra nyitvatartás.

Stort plus för städpersonalen och städningen, den trevliga poolmiljön. Reservera solstolar accepteras inte, mycket bra. Plus för en trevlig personal och varierad mat. Bra luftkonditionering. Kul med gratis pingis och dart.

Minus för aktiviteterna och underhållningen på hotellet. Det kunde förnyats och förbättrats. Lägenhetsrummen ligger i en byggnad helt fristående och en bit bort från huvudbyggnaden. Minigolfbanan var under all kritik. Stort minus för att viss information enbart står på tyska, tex att borden i restaurangen är reserverade. Alla på hotellet förutsätter att du är tysk. Kvällsquizet var på tyska så vi som inte pratar tyska kan inte vara med. Det är förnedrande och oproffsigt. Detta drar ner betyget minst ett par steg. Vi hade två rum i bokningen. Det ena rummets uteplats hade höga väggar runt om hela uteplatsen så man såg inte ens över väggen.

Наш номер був погано прибраний, вся підлога була у піску і за весь час нашого проживання пісок так і залишався у номері, у покоївок я не бачила пилососів, лише віники якими неможливо прибрати. Також при заселенні дозатор гелю для душу був порожній, а на склянках були сліди зубної пасти. Харчування також було не дуже. Овочі і фрукти були не свіжі. І багато страв реально несмачно приготовлені. Окремо хочу відзначити страви на грилі. Іноді готували справді смачні страви, наприклад червону рибу чи кальмарів. Однак їхньої кількості явно не вистачало на всіх гостей. Якщо прийти на вечерю трохи пізніше, ці страви вже закінчувалися, і їх більше не доготовлювали чи не поповнювали. На жаль, ці моменти вплинули на наше загальне враження від відпочинку.

En el primer dia el recepcionista de la noche no sabia español. Prácticamente el 95% era turista extranjero.

La comodidad de la entrada a las había, el buffet y la variedad de cosas que teníamos para elegir, la piscina y el bar que estaba en la zona de la piscina que podías comer tranquilamente mientras te relajabas. La amabilidad de el personal, es increíble, nos trataron genial y nos ayudaron en todo lo que le pedíamos y súper pero súper agradables, te tratan como si fueses conocidos y amigos, una experiencia que sin duda volvería a repetir

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Stadtzentrum, Strand oder Bushaltestelle für den Bus nach Palma war auch in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ruhige Lage, etwas oberhalb des Ortes. Schöne Poolanlage, die jeden morgen gereinigt wurde.

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

Zentrale Lage und fußläufig ist alles schnell erreichbar. Zum Boulevard und zum Strand sind es max. 5 Minuten. Das Hotel insgesamt, die Zimmer und auch die Poolarea sind sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen (wir hatten HP) bedient man sich am Buffet. Baulich bedingt kann es da schonmal eng werden. Das Essen ist gut und die Auswahl gab für jeden etwas her. Am Morgen reservierte Liegen werden von den Handtüchern befreit 👍.

Das Hotel ist größer (fast doppelt so groß) wie es auf den Bildern erscheint. Entsprechend viel los ist dann auch zu den Mahlzeiten. Zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes muss man sich für eine Zeit fürs Abendessen festlegen (es gibt 2 Zeiten). Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Die tägliche Reinigung der Poolarea beginnt morgens um kurz nach 7 Uhr mit einem Laubbläser (elektro) und wird dann mit Wasser aus dem Hochdruck-Kompressor fortgeführt. Wer nich bereits vom Sonnenlicht geweckt wurde, findet spätestens dann ein Ende seiner Träume. Tagsüber läuft dann leider ununterbrochen Musik aus den Lautsprechern. Wer also auf Ruhe setzt, sollte sich ggf. für ein Zimmer zur Straße entscheiden. Klingt komisch….

Nous étions en rdc bas donc la vue n’était pas à quoi on s’attendait. Les logements aux étages supérieurs etaient libres donc nous aurions préférer avoir une vue plus dégagée

Rioollucht in badkamer. Open klerenkasten. Staat erg rommeling. In studio waren de kamerstoelen doorgezakt en zat je op het hout. Betaald parkeren bij studio.

Mycket nöjd med boendet, en lägenhet, som var rymlig och fräsch. Breda och sköna sängar. Stort utbud av både frukost och middag, med mycket variation. Bra kökschef och bra serveringspersonal. Städningen var väldigt bra med trevliga städerskor. Vi planerar att återvända i september.

Receptionens personal, dom borde nog gå en charmkurs. Inte speciellt tillmötesgående. Ganska nonchalanta. Receptionen är ju trots allt ansiktet utåt. Jobbigt med trappor till matsalen, för dom lite rörelsehindrade.

Bon hôtel et surtout les repas étaient variés et bons matin et soir. Place de parc proposée par l'hôtel à 7€ / jour devant l'appart' hôtel. Places publiques payantes zone bleue à durée limitée à proximité de l'hôtel. Sinon il y a quelques places gratuites devant le bâtiment principal et un grand parking public à 250m. On a pu se garer gratuitement en tournant un peu. Piscine fraîche en cette saison, mais ne nous dérange pas.

Appartement à 4 mériterait 2 vrais lits et non un lit double + un canapé-lit. Attractions près de la piscine un peu abîmées (mini-golf).

Poolområdet. Härligt med en grön oas som gav både sol och skugga. Bra ordnat och välstädat. Kul med lite andra aktiviteter i Poolområdet än bara bad.

Dålig information då vi hyrde bil. Bilen skulle betalas kontant vilket inte kommunicerades. Borde ingå alkoholfri dryck till maten vid middag. Viss performance kändes väldigt stressad och försökte hjälpa tre olika sällskap samtidigt.

Old rooms with MANY ANTS ALL over - both inside the room (in the kitchen, in our beds and even in our suitcases) which heavily influenced the quality of our stay

Very friendly staff. Location was good only 5mins from main street. Good selection of food. Rooms cleaned every day. Evening entertainment was ok but over by 10pm.

There are 2 sittings for evening meal, 6.00 -7.30 and 7.30 -9pm. You must choose when you check in. It appears you can request a change. Also the dining room is very noisy but staff are great. We had ants in the apartment which was dealt with but they appeared again. Also the street outside is very busy from about 6.30am-midnight. Cleaning staff start around 7am so little chance of sleep in! This is predominately a German hotel and there was no English news channel on TV

Für Familien sind die Apartments ideal geeignet. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal ist im vorderen Teil recht laut und unruhig, aber im hinteren Teil durchaus akzeptabel. Der Poolbereich ist sauber und die Liegebereiche sehr abwechslungsreich mit Bäumen und Palmen die für Schatten sorgen. Die Zimmer sind modern und in gutem Zustand, an der Reinigung gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Service war nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir waren dort mit der gesamten Familie und auch die kleinen Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt und der Boulevard bietet für alle eine Menge Abwechslung. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal im Hotel und würden jederzeit wieder buchen, da auch das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist.

The pool area was very pleasant.

No views from apartment window other than very overgrown greenery, so close to the balcony it was claustrophobic overlooking a very busy road, many flies in room, smell of sewerage in apartment , very noisy in corridors outside room and above although staff kindly offered alternative room we simply couldn’t face moving, as we had the unfortunate experience of breakfast chaos and very poor coffee and boxed ‘fresh’ juice it was very disappointing then the evening buffet was atrocious, cooked by amateurs, I watched the ‘chef’ destroy perfectly good pieces of fresh tuna overcooking to a degree I’ve never seen in catering. So many burnt offerings of excessively deep fried food and ‘packet rice’ although salad looked ok. The turkey and chips were cold although I brought it to the server’s attention no apology was made neither was the food exchanged no one temperature checked the buffet at any stage. The final straw was the poolside lunch …consisted of undercooked burger served with almost raw bacon, we asked for it to be cooked more after the second time it was adequate however the fries were cold. The chicken wrap consisted of overcooked breaded chicken and poor quality salad. Most of the bar servers at the poolside bar favoured customers who were not English and the measures dispensed were not consistent, the music was not to our taste and our final disappointment was the need for guests to put their towels on the sun beds then leave for a good length of time not allowing anyone else to use them. I wouldn’t say it was 4 star . Sadly lacking charisma.

Lovely hotel, clean and bright, the beds are super comfortable, we had a room on the roadside, the noise didn’t bother us at all, but I’d book a poolside view, because the gardens are beautiful, the food was plentiful and there was a good variety of, is have liked more meat variety, it is very much catered for the vast German guests, as is the entertainment, which I found lacking

We loved this hotel, such a lovely atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful pool, fantastic room and great breakfast buffet in a perfect location for the town and beach. We would love to stay again.

We were not keen on people smoking, if there could be a an area of the hotel where people would not smoke on their balconies that would be brilliant. If there could be a non smoking rule around the pool that would be brilliant too.

The only real complaint I had was that the beach could have been cleaner, lots of cigarette buds and palm tree leaves and twigs, however the sea is beautiful.

Brekfast was good - as was location.

Sometimes it was hard to find a sunbed as there were so many people around the pool - but this was less of a problem by mid afternoon.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Außenanlage ist sehr hübsch angelegt und wir hatten immer eine freie Liege gefunden. Die Abendanimation ist unterhaltsam, jedoch die Lautsprecher schaffen die eingestellte Lautstärke nicht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und man hat zu jeder Mahlzeit einen freien Tisch gefunden.

Had 4 days there with my partner, the hotel staff are amazing, very friendly, and hard work. The hotel was really clean, and the room was spacious and modern. Breakfast and dinner were really good, enough variety. The pool area, the bar area, all very nice The location is excellent, it is close to everything. I will definitely recommend and visit again.

The thing that I really enjoy is no free beverages at the dinner. Even the glass of water. You need to buy it. My advice: have a look at the idea of renting linens for some price. People would definitely enjoy it:)

The rating for the room would be 10. Everything was clean, the room was spacious and modern. The bathroom as well. I did not give the maximum mark because of the food, where there would be room for better. It was good, but not diverse in meat. I would also have liked the possibility to eat outside

Und hat es in dem Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Man ist in drei Minuten an der belebten Einkaufsstraße. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut.
