Our bed wasn’t very comfortable, and we could also hear noise from the corridor.

Die Lage und der Rooftop mit dem Swimmingpool und der Aussicht sind außergewöhnlich. Die Lage in der Nähe zu Palma (2 Euro mit dem Bus) und zum Flughafen (4,50 Euro mit dem Bus) und dem gleichzeitigen Strandurlaub sind absolut vorteilhaft. Die Partymeile ist weit genug weg, um ungestört zu sein. Wer möchte ist aber in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 3 Minuten mit dem Bus dort.

Das Badezimmer ist zwar sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fugen sind verfärbt, die Armaturen kaputt - der Wasserhahn musste erst fest betätigt werden, bis das Wasser aufhört zu fließen.

Дуже вдячні за сервіс: нас заселили раніше часу за 20 євро, включивши у вартість сніданок. Також великим плюсом була можливість користуватися басейном, душем та кімнатою для багажу вже після check-out. Переваги: Номер із прямим видом на море, чистий, із гарним кондиціонером і холодильником. Щоденне прибирання, заміна білизни та рушників. Сучасний дизайн, SkyBar, басейн. Зручна локація поруч із супермаркетом та автобусною зупинкою. Недоліки: Повільний ліфт, який періодично ламався. Інколи на білизні чи рушниках траплялися плями. Слабка шумоізоляція (чути коридор і сусідів).

Breakfast was good. Location is near beach and near bus station. Airport and palma city only few kilometars away. You dont need taxi. You can go everywhere with bus.

You have only one bottle of water when you come and thats it.

Das Frühstück war besser als das Abendessen. Die Dachterrasse hatte ein schönes Design. Bushaltestelle Schnellbus 3€ nach Palma direkt dahinter. Aquarium fußläufig. Direkter Strandzugang.

Lärm überall: Im Restaurant lautestes Scheppern und alles hallig, Dachterrasse viel zu laute Musik, unten am Pool/ Außenterrasse ebenso. Billigstes Mobiliar im Restaurant. Türenschlagen. Man denkt, es kommt jemand ins Zimmer, wenn die Nachbartüre geöffnet wird. Nachts Bumbum-Musik von irgendwo. Man fühlt sich als Störfaktor. Beispiel: Punkt 10.30 Uhr werden die Vorhänge im Restaurant zugezogen. Unser erstes Zimmer roch nach Abfluss. Wir bekamen ein anderes. Das roch ok, aber der Ablauf des Waschbeckens funktionierte nicht richtig. Frage nach etwas späterem Checkout wurde sofort abgewiesen von junger, kleiner Spanierien. Manchmal würden 15 Minuten auch schon was bringen. Man hat ein Gefühl, dass Macht über die Kunden hier ein gutes Gefühl für die MA ist. Beim Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel hat diese Dame auch sofort abgelehnt. Beim Kollegen null Problem. ??? Die Dame sollte mal überlegen, ihre Gäste wie Freunde zu behandeln. Nicht wie Opfer! Anderes Beispiel: 9.30 klopft es an der Türe und wir fühlen uns gestört und geweckt: Housekeeping!! ??? Ich vermute einen Deal mit der Frühstückscrew, damit alle pünktlich aus dem Frühstücksraum raus sind. À propos: Das Restaurant hat nur einen Innenbereich. Bettdecken liegen im Schrank und wirken nicht so sauber. Es gibt nur ein Tuch. Wenn die Hoteliers keinen Billigtourismus wollen, dürfen sie ihre Kunden auch nicht wie Billigtouristen behandeln! Das Publikum ist extrem gemischt (dt., russisch, türkisch, alt, jung...) und ich würde mal sagen, dass maximal die Billigtouristen wiederkommen. Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise unangenehm. PS: Einen Fuß haben wir in keinen der Pools gesetzt. Das Wasser war nicht sehr klar. PS: Der Aufzug rechts macht ein Geräusch, als wäre er mit einer Telefonleitung verbunden. Bisschen komisch. PS: Ihre Koffer können sie selbst in einem Räumchen abstellen - völlig unbeaufsichtigt und für jedermann zugänglich. Null Sterne!!!

Location was great, very close to the airport and next to a beautiful beach and the pool was nice too with outside bathrooms etc. The view from the balcony was excellent and the beach here was so beautiful. They let you use the facilities on the last day if you want. Small washing line on the balcony was useful (but doesn’t fit towels) Breakfast buffet was varied and big and had lots of local specialties Good parking opposite the hotel Most of the staff were super friendly (some not!)

We were told they only change the beach towels on certain days and when we arrived there were no towels available so we were not able to have beach/pool towels on arrival for swimming. And they don’t seem to change them much anyway. We booked a room for 3 people but they basically gave us a small double room and squeezed in an additional bed inside so there was no space for 3 people to move around at all. It was unfair for the space to be so cramped. Underneath the additional bed it was quite dirty with lots of dust and hairs etc so it had not been cleaned for a long time. The bathrooms all have frosted glass so you can see silhouettes of others in the toilet at times. There were also some gaps in the glass so it did not provide the privacy expected from a usual toilet/bathroom. But at times it was just adequate if you are familiar with the people are you are sharing the room with. The staff were all lovely and welcoming except for one who was very rude, curt and unfriendly on the last day in the morning. The young lady was in a bad mood and then after told us we had an outstanding bill which we didn’t, and when we challenged it she then admitted it was a mistake but did not apologise.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations, bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beach , bik rental, aquarium and more just steps away from hotel, in the hotel itself the staff were all great the breakfast and dinner had lotss to choose from and all delicious. the pools were nice and the sky bar at night was just magical.

only 1 downer was that pool opens at 10 but by 9.30 am all sunbeds had towels on them and no one went around to tell anyone to remove them, an example i saw was a couple putting towels at 9.30am leaving the hotel and returned to the pool and there towels at 3pm, during which time no one could use these sunbeds, so i would say just abit more organization with sunbeds or possibly adding more especially in peek season. still this did not put us off we will be back

Oceňuji ideální místo - hned u pláže, hned u zastávky busu (letiště, Palma), hned u výletního vláčku. U hotelu hned supermarket, bary, restaurace. Ale při tom klid. Snídaně fantastické, vše nač si vzpomenete. Personál milý. Fitness trochu mále, ale byl jsem tam vždy sám. Bazén dostatečně velký a co se mi líbilo - skutečně dodržování pravidel zabírání lehátek ručníky. Když dal ráno někdo ručník na lehátko, personál mu je odebral a uschoval u sebe. Nebyl tak problém najít si volné lehátko.

Trochu mě mrzí, že jsme dostali pokoj pro vozíčkáře. Sociální zařízení tak bylo jiné, ne běžné. Ale zas na druhou stranu je pěkné, že má hotel i takto vybavený pokoj.

Nem tetszett, hogy a takarítás után is kosz es homok volt a szobában. Iszonyatos csatornaszag volt a szobában, majd kaptunk egy másik szobát, ahol szintén csatornaszag volt. Mivel nem akartunk többször átköltözni, nem szóltunk meg amúgy az egész szállodában lehetett érezni azt a büdös csatornaszagot. Ár-érték arányban meg a nyújtott szolgáltatásért nagyon sokat fizettünk.... Nem ajánlanám senkinek.

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht, bekamen jedoch nur zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, was sehr unbequem war. Zudem war das Balkonglas schmutzig. Besonders negativ ist uns jedoch das unhöfliche Personal aufgefallen: Uns wurde grundlos unterstellt, wir hätten im Zimmer herumgeklopft. Obwohl behauptet wurde, es gäbe Kameraaufnahmen als Beweis, wollte man uns diese auf Nachfrage nicht zeigen. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Gästen ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Nice hotel on the beach close to airport and city. Unfortunately, towels on the sunbeds from early morning. Increase the number of sunbeds or remove "reservations"

Not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Everything must be paid extra and acces to some pools is not allowed unless you have a premium something. Very small room. Not allowed to smoke on balcony. Mold in the bathroom. Cracks. The minifreezer did not work properly. I booked sea view and paid extra. At the hotel i got sea view with pool view and i had to pay again extra 30e per day to get the actual sea view. Cleaning was done extremely poorly. One of the small face towels was dirty. Way too expensive for the quality and service they offer and definitely not the quality of a 4 star hotel

I have forgotten my Victoria s Secret pyjamas under the pillow, which were a very dear gift I have gotten a few years prior. I have called the reception and asked them kindly if they have found any, but they didnt. Mind you, that was the only place i could have forgotten them and they must have found them since they also changed the sheets during our stay.

Hotel relativ groß, nur 2 kleine Aufzüge , keine Klimaanlage drinnen; Im Zimmer ging die Tür zu Badezimmer sehr schwer auf und blieb nach Bedarf nicht offen.

We had an amazing stay at HM Tropical! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a fantastic location right by the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing, with stunning views of the sea. A special thank you to Alex and Maria, who made our stay even more fantastic with their kindness and excellent service. They were always happy to help us with everything we needed, from arranging a car or boat rental to providing useful information and recommendations during our stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help really made a difference and made us feel very welcome. The whole team was wonderful, and we truly appreciated all their help. We would definitely recommend HM Tropical and would happily come back again!

Two small lifts for such a big hotel is not enough, but good for excersise walking up and down :-)

A well-located hotel with a standout beach and pool, friendly staff, and clean facilities, but with some room for improvement when it comes to dining, drink prices, and room size for a family of three. Location Located right on the beachfront, about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Carretera de L'Arenal, where the hotel sits, has plenty of shops and restaurants (you may want to walk to Can Pastilla or East of the hotel if you look for good options), and there's a supermarket right across from the main entrance with the essentials (sunscreen, drinks, etc.). A great base for anyone who doesn't want to rely on a car. Reception and check-in/check-out Quick, hassle-free process. Young staff, friendly and helpful. Pool/beach towels are exchanged for free three times a week, though they're a bit small. Room The mattresses are comfortable and the pillows medium-fill, the furniture is well kept, and every room has a sea view (front or side). Air conditioning worked well even during a week of intense heat and humidity, and the mini fridge cools effectively (capacity for around 20 x 0.5L bottles). The main drawback is space: to accommodate 2 adults and a teenager, an extra single bed is added to a room already fitted with two single beds, leaving little room to move around. Soundproofing between rooms and the corridor is also poor, and the blackout curtains aren't effective, letting light through the fabric. Pool The pool furniture is well maintained, and lifeguard supervision was constant, helpful, and friendly. On the other hand, there's a clear abuse of sunbed reserving from the usual selfish guests with towels/objects left before 10am — a practice that's explicitly banned but not enforced by the hotel. Access between the pool and the beach is unrestricted, with no key-card control from the room, which could also be improved. Beach A huge stretch of sand that handles crowds well, even on busy days. Cleaning is done daily, though some plastic and cigarette butts left behind by inconsiderate Neanderthals still turn up. The water is warm with little swell, though not as clear and transparent as on the north side of the island. Access to the beach from the hotel pool is direct, about 30 metres away. Breakfast Average continental buffet, varied in the essentials — cold cuts, hot dishes, and fruit. One drawback: the juice machine only serves from concentrate, a shame given the region's strong local orange production. Snack bar / pool bar / food truck Pleasant, tasty food (pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, sharing plates), with good Estrella Galicia beer. Prices, however, are a bit steep. Restaurant (dinner) The space is generous, allowing guests to move around and serve themselves without bumping into each other, and themed dinners add some variety to the buffet. On the downside, there's no à la carte option, and drink prices are out of line. Food quality and preparation are middling — even the regional dishes at themed dinners aren't faithful to the original recipe — and the range of ice creams and desserts is limited, with no regional sweets on offer. Opening hours, though, are quite generous. Sky bar The weak point of the stay: excessive drink prices for the quality on offer, a lack of ingredient stock that limited choices, and a bartender who didn't know how to make an Hendrick's and didn't even have the right glass for gin. Elevators Insufficient for the number of guests, small, and not air-conditioned. General cleanliness A strong point: all areas, indoor and outdoor, were consistently clean and tidy, with efficient housekeeping and maintenance teams. Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily. Extra facilities WiFi is free and worked without interruption even with the hotel nearly full, with good network coverage. There's outdoor parking exclusive to guests (public parking nearby tends to be full). The gym wasn't tested during this stay. There's no evening entertainment after dinner — understandable given the hotel's focus on peace and quiet for guests, but some live music until 11pm on select days could boost guest engagement (and drink sales for the hotel). Conclusion and recommendation HM Tropical delivers well on the l essentials of a family beach holiday: excellent location, quality pool and beach, exemplary cleanliness, and attentive staff. The main areas for improvement are sunbed management, room sizing for 3 people, the value for money of paid extras (snack bar and sky bar), and the average quality of the dinner buffet. Recommended for families looking mainly for beach, pool, and tranquillity, some island tours (Palma, Valdemossa, Sóller, SA Calobra, Playa Mayor, Formentor...) with moderate expectations regarding food. For those who place high value on the dining experience or need to accommodate 3 people with more space, it's worth confirming the room type in advance or looking for other options.

Super beliggenhet i forhold til våre ønsker. God atmosfære. Rommet vi fikk hadde en fantastisk utsikt rett mot stranden og sjøen. Vidunderlig vakkert. Veldig bra frokostbuffet. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Bassenget var bra. Velstelt uteområde. Herlig takterrasse. Kun 8 min med taxi fra flyplassen. Kan virkelig anbefales - så fremt aircondition anlegget får en oppgradering.

Rengjøring av rommet kunne ha vært noe bedre enkelte dager. Det luktet kloakk av airconditionanlegget, som for øvrig virket svært dårlig. Vi meldte fra til resepsjonen en gang hvor det bedret seg for en dag - før lukten kom tilbake. Vi bodde i 5. etg og hadde også maur på rommet. Dette ble tatt tak i og de forsvant. Ved det flotte bassenget var det for få solsenger og de ble ofte reservert med håndklær tidlig om morgenen. Det er ikke noe for oss. Vi brukte heller den nydelige stranden og betalte 30 euro for parasoll og to solsenger per dag.

Veľmi pekný, útulný hotel. Obsluha nápomocná ako s objednaním taxíku, prenájmom auta. Poloha vynikajúca, celkom kľudné miesto, more super . Raňajky a večere veľmi dobré.

Občas bol problém s výťahom, hlavne pri check-in by mal fungovať ako má.

Hotel miał doskonałą lokalizację, przy pięknej plaży, promenadzie z dużą ilością restauracji , 20 min spacerem od portu. Do tego 10 min jazdy od lotniska. O dziwo , nie było słychać lądujących i startujących samolotów. Śniadania wyśmienite, strefa basenowa rewelacyjna, do tego kameralny basen na dachu hotelu. Zdecydowanie polecam !

Jedyny minus to zajmowanie leżaków przy basenie ręcznikami od 8 rano, gdzie przez pół dnia nikt z nich nie korzystał.

Excellent location, nice people, cosy beds, greatly air conditioning and amazing pool

Hotel je pekný a čistý, so všetkým sme boli spokojní. Lokácia je naozaj blízko pri mori, more aj pláž boli čisté. Personál nápomocný. Veľký výber čerstvého jedla na raňajky aj na večeru. Páčili sa nám aj tematicky ladené večere (japonská, mallorská, mexická, španielska). Jedlo je chutné, vždy sa dá pekne vybrať niečo nové, ale zároveň je vždy v ponuke aj pizza, hranolčeky, bagety. Izba bola čistá, upratovaná riadne a chyžné boli tiež ochotné. Je fajn, že na izbe je kávovar na kapsule /aj ich dopĺňajú/ aj rýchlovarná kanvica. V kúpelni je šampón aj sprchovací gel. Na balkóne sa dá posedieť, na každom je aj vysúvací sušiak na plavky. Viacero možností, kde si môžete posedieť, v pohodlných gaučoch, pri bazéne alebo v Sky bare. Bazén je tiež dobrý, je aj dostatočne hlboký a čistý. Oddelený je detský bazén. Vyskúšali sme aj masáže a posilňovňu, tiež spokojnosť.

Had a lovely time at HM tropical hotel Palma I don't understand the bad reviews they are getting. The staff were all lovely the food was good the area and close to the airport was perfect. I was there with 2 friends from 25th June for 1 week from Scotland flying with Tui from Inverness. We would definitely return to this hotel again we loved it.

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooftop pool and bar, with gorgeous views, room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and partial sea view. The room could be improved by making the bathroom more private as it had a glass wall and door. But this didn't stop us enjoying the hotel or our holiday. Hotel has a great location, walkable to the beach and restaurants and shops nearby.

Staff do not like British tourists and it really shows. This was the general feel in the surrounding area too. Rooftop pool dirty and cloudy. One staff member helpful, Stephanie and she did try to make amends for the rest of the staff. This stay did not leave a good feeling at all, most staff could not speak English or pretended they couldnt

This is not a 4-star hotel. No room service. Buffet only restaurant (which is not made clear on the hotel's web site). Bathroom privacy in the rooms is non-existent - a glass wall and door separate the bathroom from the main room and there are gaps around the door that allow sight, sound and smell to pass. The furniture in our lateral view room did not fit the room and partially blocked access to the balcony. The hotel would struggle to attain a 2-star status in most European destinations, of which I have visited many. Do not stay at this hotel.

Had a lovely experience here for a girls trip, the staff were friendly and super helpful! The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the sea. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, and we had a great time relaxing by the sky bar/ pool- which is also a great spot to watch the sunset. A perfect spot to enjoy the pool and beach, with a 10 minute taxi into the centre to shop and find the perfect lunch spots to people watch. Would definitely return!

Great hotel, right on beach, very good value for money, food is good I would not say the best selection but it's good, hotel is very clean , staff are really nice and I think if you package it up it's a lovley hotel and value for money the atmosphere is really good also I would come vack

Malo prostoru na obleceni. S pristylkou se v pokoji nedalo hnout. Kola by mel hotel poskytovat hostům zadarmo a kdyz uz za to chteji platit, nelibilo se mi, ze je musite vratit do 20 hod.

Just got home from a week at this hotel to celebrate 60th birthdays. There was no entertainment in the evenings although the write up promised a DJ on the roof bar terrace 3 nights a week during the high season - the only daytime entertainment was a saxophone player on one afternoon for 3 hours. Some of the staff were quite rude; however Stephanie went above and beyond to deal with any issues that occurred. The local area and Palma town does not appear to enjoy holiday makers (especially the English) and we experienced some very rude and dismissive service.

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and tidy, new, renovated. Alex welcomed us at the reception, he was excellent to us. The pool on the roof is wonderful, next to it there is a bar in boho style, a view of the whole of Palma and the sea. Above all, I want to praise the food, 100 out of 100

The only thing that needs to be fixed is the internet, which is very bad, and to add more sunbeds by the pool, because there aren't any available until 9am.

Absolutely beautiful hotel staff are great food is very good , great location just 8 minutes from the airport ,special mention for Stephanie the bar manager the best customer service ive come across and the fact she is also English helps a lot as some staff have a little trouble understanding she is a great asset and member of staff to this hotel . Very nice hotel. Amazing views of the beach. Service was great but had a problem with AC . It was stuck on the lowest setting. Engineer came to fix it but nothing he did worked. Was on our last couple of days so not too bad.

Lovely hotel, smells amazing in the lobbie, great staff very friendly and helpful, fantastic location. Would stay again.

Good location close to the beach. Mostly friendly staff and quick and polite responce to inquiries. Good and consistent quality on food served on breakfast and dinner. As espected compared to what we paid. Good standard on cleaning in public areas, but could have been better in the room.

Great hotel with excellent service and facilities. Close to beach and restaurants. Very tiny room (for family of 3 too small). No privacy in bathroom as only glasswall seperates it from bedroom which might not everyone appriciates.

Everything is perfect at this hotel and resort. It's peaceful, clean, fabulous pools, very comfortable beds. The beach is immaculate and the sea was warm. Loads of restaurants, bars and we felt very welcomed everywhere.

Great hotel with amazing staff who looked after us at all times cannot praise them enough Very clean and tidy at all times we did not experience any noise issues A few silly issues sunbed problem as with many hotels although there did seem space to put a few more in to save the life guard the issues if at times towels were removed but only sometimes which seems unfair appreciate a difficult thing to monitor Bali beds were very reasonable option which we used each day to save us from this situation but not an option everyone would want On arrival we asked about dj on the rooftop we were told Fri and sat perfect went to the top Fri no dj so when we went bk down we asked at reception which they explained not until July which was fair enough only to find out Sunday morning they had a dj on Saturday night A lot of people were sad there was not some music around the pool again appreciate not everyone likes music but just back ground music and it seemed everyone when we were there loved the Sunday session These issues first hotel I have stayed at that water is not replenished although to be fair free water the front of the hotel Silly issues just things that are the finishing touches

Sehr angenehmes Check-In. Tolle Rooftopbar, sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem schnell im Trubel. Schönes Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Kaffee/Capuccino aus dem Automaten, Rührei aus dem Beutel. Sonst alles frisch. Draussen im freien hat es nur 7 Tische, die waren sehr begehrt. Wenn mann Glück hatte, konnte man draussen sitzen. Allerdings wurden die Tische sehr schlecht abgeräumt. Wenn also ein Tisch frei wurde, musste man erst mal von den Vorgängern abräumen. Platz würde zur Verfügung stehen für mehrere zusätzliche Tische, warum werden nicht mehr aufgestellt? Bedarf wäre offensichtlich da.

Hôtel rénové personnel sympathique le vrai plus proximité de la mer hôtel en front de mer petit déjeuner excellent et diversifié et le moins les transats. Dans beaucoup d’hôtel il est interdit de poser sa serviette pour réserver le transat ! Cela ne m’a pas gêné en juillet et août cela doit être compliqué pour utiliser un transat. Je recommande cet hôtel et si je reviens à Mallorque je reviendrais avec plaisir à

Nice clean hotel. Smal rooms and not all with oceanview from the balcony. The oool area was nice and clean. The snacksbar offered lunch that was ok but the service was extremly slow. We has to wait one hour for our Food after ordering. The breakfast was excellent.

Doručak je bio fenomenalan, odličan izbor hrane koji je premašio sva očekivanja. Izuzetna higijena u hotelu. Ljubazno i predusretljivo osoblje. Preko hotela smo koristili uslugu rent a car i iskustvo je fenomenalno (odlična cena, iz agencije dodju po gosta i vrate ga prilikom potpisivanja ugovora u agenciji, preuzimanja i vracanja kola). Hotel se nalazi na mirnom mestu, na samoj plazi. More je na tom delu cisto i toplo. Hotel je na odličnoj udaljenosti u odnosu na grad Palmu, ispred hotela se nalazi autobuska stanica od koje se za 15 minuta stiže autobusom do grada. Moja porodica i ja ćemo se svakako vratiti u ovaj hotel😊

Stayed at HM Tropical for 4 nights with my wife. The hotel and rooms were spotless and breakfast was fantastic.Staff were really helpful and friendly. Ideally located for the airport and Palma just a short bus ride away. Would highly recommend

The hotel is excellent, on top location, midle of Playa de Palma with very pleasent surrounding, beautiful beach and nice and long promenade. Rooms are clean and all the employees are very helpful. Value for money is very high above the normal scale.

Mooi uitzicht (vanaf kamer aan zijkant) op de zee. De bedden waren uitstekend. Schoon en hygiënisch hotel. Genoeg keuze bij ontbijt- en dinerbuffet. Vriendelijk hotelpersoneel. We sloten bijna elke avond af in de rooftopbar op het hotel (8e verdieping) met mooi uitzicht over zee en de wijk. Op het strand voor het hotel zijn ligbedden en parasol te huur tot 18:30 uur voor 10,00 per stuk.

Kamers zijn licht gehorig, maar dit ligt ook aan gasten die hier rekening mee moeten houden. Uiteindelijk viel de overlast mee. Hoewel het dinnerbuffet altijd voldoende was, was het eten na verloop van de dinnertijd (regulier van 18:30-21:30) soms al een beetje lauwwarm. Ook bij dit hotel leggen veel gasten al vroeg hun handdoeken op de ligstoelen rond het zwembad (open van 10:00-19:00) zonder hier meteen gebruik van te maken. Hierdoor was er vanaf ca. 10:00 uur geen ligstoel meer vrij. Volgens de receptie was de procedure vervolgens de life guard te vragen om een beschikbare ligstoel die hij/zij dan na 15 minuten wachten ging vrijmaken.

Small room, with bathroom with glass wall but vithout forced ventilation. Great position . Supermarkets around the hotel. Very short trip time till Palma with bus. Great promenada. Great beach.

The hotel is in a good location, safe and quiet at night. It's walking distance to the beach and the city bus station. Easy to get a taxi to go somewhere. The pool is spacious. The staff were friendly. The things we don't like are the room itself. It's smaller than expected, there is not enough space to put the luggage. The breakfast is boring, it's the same meal they serve every day. It's better to eat in nearby restaurants. The worst part is the Wi-Fi. I always get disconnected, very slow. You don't get enough signal if you're in the pool.

Me encantó la ubicación en la playa de La Palma. Restaurantes, tiendas, farmacia, etc. alrededor. Todo estaba siempre muy limpio. El personal es atento. El rooftop con su piscina y sus vistas a la playa y la ciudad, está genial.

El buffet me decepcionó. Para un cuatro estrellas esperaba una oferta gastronómica más cuidada, con más opciones saludables. Los postres resultaron también poco variados y muy poco atractivos. Tampoco me gustó que siempre había cola esperando los 2 ascensores los cuales no se dan abasto para tantas habitaciones.

The hotel was nice. Close to the beach. Excellent facilities for bikes. The bike garage was brilliant. Safe to keep bikes, maintenance tools on hand, water to fill your bottle. Bikes to hire although we did use the bike rental down the road. Our only problem was there was no coffee in the bedroom. Just tea bags. No milk for your drinks either. The bathroom has a glass door and wall. Not very private when you are on the toilet. Balcony and room kept clean every day. The food was a good choice but the bacon was let down by no real English bacon. Omelettes made as a big one not individual. The show cooking wasn’t great. It was warmed up in front of you or already done so it was dry and Luke warm. We noticed that a lot of people have bed and breakfast and eat out in the evenings. Handy to the airport as only 30 minutes to get there. Best thing about the hotel was the bike facilities . Amazing to watch the aeroplanes on the beach. Great bike paths around this area

Glassdør til bad, lite privat når man ikke reiser med noen man er veldig nær med.

I loved everything about my stay and I wish I had booked Tropical as my primary hotel for my whole stay in Palma. This place made me fall in love with the island. The art in the lobby is lovely and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff, they were so helpful and kind. It's wonderfully located and my room was amazing! I am also really glad I booked with the breakfast and dinner included because the food was brilliant. It's conveniently situated to the beach (obviously) but also a few mins walk from the aquarium, close to shops and other facilities

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Der Tresor stand ohne Zusatzgebühren zur Verfügung.

Das Hotelzimmer waren eher klein und hatte kaum Ablagemöglichkeit (Kleiderschrank) und im Bad konnten die Tücher nicht vernünftig aufgehängt werden (Platzproblem). Für 2 Personen 4-5 Tage knapp genügend, für längerer Aufenthalt eher mühsam.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem schönen Strand. Zudem steht ein großer Pool zur Verfügung. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Bewirtung waren hervorragend. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr große Auswahl und war auch geschmacklich sehr gut. Neben dem freundlichen Personal ist sicherlich die Dachterrasse mit Bar, gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, Pool und super Ausblick ein Highlight des Hotels.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. We had a room with a view direct to beach, very nice. Very good breakfast buffet, a lot of choices. Food excellent.

Hotel con vista piacevole, letti molto comodi dotato di tutti i confort. La disponibilità in reception nell'organizzare trasferimenti, noleggio auto e taxi.

Purtroppo il bagno della camera mi ha lasciata un po' perplessa, apprezzo il fatto che sia stato strutturato anche per persone con disabilità però la doccia presentava un piccolo problema, avendo la tenda e magari uno scarico poco libero, l'acqua usciva fin fuori la porta della stanza. Oltretutto la finestra affacciava su altri balconi dell'hotel, non garantendo una completa privacy.

No Entertainment at this hotel for those of us who could not go too far from the hotel. Older guest like us might find that having no grab handles in the shower challenging. Mainly German clientele .

Beautiful hotel . Lovely location with less than 1 minute walk into sea so was perfect to go between sea, pool and rooftop all day long . spotlessly clean . Really hard working and friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool was fabulous , v quiet and stunning views - we loved it ! breakfast had everything you could possibly want . Bus into palma 2 mins walk which was so easy to make trip into palma . transfer to airport less than 10mins . Overall a great choice of hotel and defo would stay here again .
