Reviewed Aug 31, 2026C'est un hôtel que nous connaissons bien et qui est toujours aussi agréable et confortable. La literie est parfaite. Son emplacement est exceptionnel au cœur du cœur de Nantes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent. Le personnel est attentif, disponible et souriant. Un excellent séjour.

Er was geen wc-papier houder in onze kamer.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Nous avons tout aimé, le personnel est professionel et attentif, la chambre est grande, le lit tres confortable. Belle salle de bain avec toilettes separés. Jolie décoration dans l'ensemble de l'hotel, tres cosy. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de tres bonne qualité. La sitution géographique dans la ville. La climatisation.
La rue est un peu bruyante, mais nous sommes en plein centre ville. La chambre était un peu sombre, dú á la couleur terracotta des murs.

For a 4-star hotel I have to point out the amenities where extremely poor. No courtesy water bottle, no spoons, no glasses. In the (extremely small) bathroom there was no comb, toothbrush or shoe shining kit. No sleepers nor robe, either. No mini bar service. And after 10pm the only room service they offer are assorted cheeses or assorted charcuterie...

We booked a basic room which had everything we needed, but out friends were in a slightly nicer room and I think it was worth the money for the size and decor differences.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The hotel is close to everything by foot or transportation. It is close on the shops, restaurants and convenient to everything. The staffs are very helpful, we left our luggage and backpack a day before the check in because we need to go to Mont Saint Michel and they are very helpful. Likewise when I requested to have a twin beds instead of one double bed, they gave it without any extra charges. They give also free complimentary drinks on the refrigerator. Cool details
The lights on the bedroom is a little bit dim, but you can open the windows curtains so the natural light can enter.

impossibile regolare l’aria condizionata, ma visti i giorni di canicola andava bene così. L’assenza di un posteggio privato e la necessità di attraversare in auto l’area pedonale sono stati i due “problemi“ maggiori, ma per fortuna l’autosilo si trova a due passi ed è molto comodo.

My room was on the 1st floor with inside view, was better with curtains closed… Check for elevator access to your room if you need it, as there are many side stairs even when you reach your floor by elevator.. not many but in case of any concern, check it in advance

Superior double was enormous and beautifully decorated - art on the wall, fireplace etc. very authentic with long windows that you can open and look down onto the street. Yet surprisingly quiet at night. Excellent Aircon. Heated towel rack. And that's just the room - the staff make this place; all extremely friendly. Cheap breakfast and the room was also great value for money. Missing the place already! Oh and check in at 2pm and check out at noon deserves 5 stars in of itself. Comfy pillows...

Il faut arriver à l’ Hôtel à pied pour apprendre qu’il est possible d’obtenir un code à la réception pour lever les bornes d’accès des rue piétons entourant l’ Hôtel et ce pour une dépose minute des bagages. De plus la Réception a été incapable de nous dire quel circuit emprunter pour accéder à l’Hotel.Le parking public le plus proche est a environ 300mètres avec une rampe d’accès aux étages inférieurs tres étroites., à déconseiller .L’emplacement qui a prime abord devrait rendre le séjour agréable commence par le cauchemar de l’accès et puis du stationnement. Douche minuscule, eau toujours froide après plusieurs minutes d’attente , pas à la hauteur du standing habituel des Hôtels Mercure

La réceptionniste nous a donné directement des clés de chambres, a dit qu'elle allait arranger le problème et nous a demandé de passer plus tard pour régulariser la situation. Gentillesse et efficacité. Merci. La situation est idéale en centre ville si on vient à pieds.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026It was very well located, the staff was lovely, it was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities we wanted, nice city views, great decor and a really good breakfast if a bit expensive (but the express option was great for me as I don’t really eat a big breakfast). Overall an amazing experience :)
The TV wasn’t smart/ the screen mirroring option was not working, and there is one speaker in the lobby that wasn’t working well and made the music distorted and sound bad, other than that everything was perfect!

En revanche le réassort du petit déjeuner n'est pas fait. À 20 € par personne il est un peu dommage de ne plus trouver d'oeufs brouillés dès 10h (une heure avant la fin du petit-déj). Le lard et le pain étaient en quantité très insuffisante également et impossible de s'en resservir car il n'en restait plus à partir de 10h30...
