Nada

The hotel is beautifully set up, the rooms are stylish and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing areas on the ground floor. The best feature of this place is the amazing breakfast and the amazing lady who freshly cooks omelettes or eggs for you. She is so helpful and kind.

There is not much to mention...

Excellent location, stylish rooms with comfortable beds. The staff are exceptional and speak great English (which is very kind of them as I have limited French!). We stayed in the joining family rooms, which were spacious and had all the amenities you would need. Breakfast had a good selection of baked goods and eggs to order. Such an enjoyable stay, I cannot recommend enough!

Nothing

Tout est parfait

Rien à signaler.

Location of the hotel. Good advice from staff about local restaurants etc.

Pillows very uncomfortable.

Colazione ottima.

I personale era piuttosto distaccato, gentile ma poco accogliente.

Perfect location and such a beautiful, modern apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped — we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family, and we especially loved how convenient the location was for exploring Nantes on foot. Shops, cafés and the main sights were all within easy reach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Location was ideal, near land marks and restaurants. Decor was modern and comfortable, staff were very helpful

A little more wardrobe space would have been handy

The atmosphere from the minute we stepped inside was just beautiful

Nothing

Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Ok location

Receptionist sent us to a room 5 min walk away (outside of hotel) with 2 young babies multiple bags and travel cot, we got to the room and another family was in it. Had to continue roaming the streets at midnight with all our bags and children. Didn't feel safe.

Location, modern

Need to upgrade cooking pans

Habitació petita Que no tingui parking l’ hotel

We loved everything about the property. Stylish and comfortable

Nothing!!

Posizione e fondamentale . Vicinissimo a dovunque a piedi. Comodo con la macchina . Bella . Staff e fentilissimi.

Problème signalé au check out.

Breakfast area is very cramped and there were fruit flies around the buffet.

Carino e accogliente. Posizione ottimale nel centro di Nantes. Parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

The decor was different to the usual hotel format and very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location was super.

The only flaw for me was the scent in foyer - the was an overpowering perfume scent that I expect is used to hide sewage or damp smells - it’s an old building in a old city centre so perhaps the damp smells cannot be fixed

Parcheggio a pochi minuti dall'hotel

Spotlessly clean. Bathroom was immaculate. Excellent value for money and location could not have been better.

Nothing

This property is truly a gem! It is an extremely well managed, comfortable property in an ideal location to explore Nantes. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast is well done with eggs to order. This is a property you will remember for all the right reasons. I highly recommend.

Nothing to report. I wish my stay was longer...just for this hotel. :)

posizione e stanze molto belle

quasi nulla

Nice clean and spacious rooms. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Good location.

Everyone and everything. The room. The location. The staff.

There was nothing to dislike. It was perfect.

Very helpful reception staff.

Squeaky bed.

Very good location within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Nice property and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was also good with freshly made eggs and bacon.

Nothing can really complain about.

Really central to all attractions and super helpful staff as a solo traveller.

However they booked an early taxi for me to flexible. It was 19 euros double what I paid on arrival and was not even dropped off in the location just pointed in the directions.

Staff friendly and called taxis for us.

Amazing location, with lots of shops and sites within walking distance. Lovely views! Very clean and comfortable apartment.

??

ligging, lekker ontbijt

kleine kamer - onlogische opbouw ontbijtruimte

The location is excellent. It is surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Nantes! The lobby is very nice and the staff are really attentive and friendly.

The bathroom in our room was not cleaned properly. There was lipstick residue and random hairs from the previous guest on a ledge over the toilet. The shower cubicle needs updating, too, and needs a DEEP clean! The shower head and levers had a build up of hard water calcium (not sure of the exact name for it!) and the caulking needs to be renewed as it is dark brown in places towards the bottom! Everything else was good BUT the bathroom! Just being honest!
