Die freundlichkeit und zuvorkommenheit des Personals war super. Das alleine wäre ein Grung wieder zukommen.

1. In einem 4 Sterne Haus noch zusätzlich Gebühren für den Safe zu nehmen nicht unbedingt zuvorkommend 2. Die Dusche im Zimmer fehlen teilweise die Dichtungslitzen 3. Die Terrassen Fliesen sind teilweise brüchig und sollten mal ausgewechselt werden. 4. Die Balkontüre schließt nicht mehr richtig

Das Essen ist hervorragend und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch gut. Was will man also mehr?

就是作为四星酒店居然没有热水壶，连个像样的枕头没有，我住了三晚，第二天早上起来脖子巨疼，我住过很多酒店，从来没有这样过，冰箱也很差劲，

Tolles Hotel, saubere Zimmer und schöner Pool, Handtücherwechsel jeden Tag, einfach top und das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Café da manhã fantástico. Espaço amplo , piscina excelente . Quarto amplo e confortável .

O ar condicionado é muito ruim . Tivemos Problema é nós deram dois ventiladores , no dia seguinte consertaram mas ainda um pouco insuficiente , o quarto ficou agradável pois na semana da hospedagem a temperatura em palma saiu de 30 graus para 18 graus na madrugada .

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, osoblje je jako ljubazno i susretljivo. Možete igrati golf i tenis što je super. Sobe se čiste svaki dan a dostupno je i svakodnevno mijenjanje peškira. Parking je dostupan i besplatan što je veoma bitno Izuzetno sam zadovoljna hotelom i uslugom i definitivno ga preporučujem!.

Bazen radi samo od 10 do 18h, bilo bi prihvatljivije da radi od 9 do 20h. Za doručak je moguće jesti samo svinjetinu, a bilo bi dobro da ima u ponudi i piletina, puretina ili riba.

La proximité avec l 'aéroport 10/12 mn en voiture. La plage à 300m. La piscine, le buffet du petit déjeuner : grand choix !! Le dîner du soir à l'hôtel en buffet également.

La musique à 15h à la piscine surtout si on veut etre au calme avec un bouquin, c'est raté. Cela dérange mais de la à ne pas apprécier...

Ao chegar ao hotel me deram chaves que não funcionaram e fiquei aguardando na porta do quarto por quase 20 minutos. Resolvi descer para pegar novas Chaves. Entrada do hotel com rampa e a subida com malas pesada é difícil. Não tem funcionários para ajudar. Música alta com DJ na piscina. Jantar tipo buffet caro para o que foi apresentado

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Sehr große Auswahl, außer am letzten Tag. Da wurde wenig nachgefüllt. Service am Pool war auch gut und immer sehr freundlich.

Unser 2. Zimmer war ein riesiges Problem. Zuerst hat das Licht & Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, dann wurde erklärt die Klima dauert bis es das Zimmer herunter kühlt. Kurz Version: wir mussten um 2:00 in der Nacht Zimmer wechseln weil es unerträglich heiß war noch immer. Im neuen Zimmer funktionierte der Kühlschrank dann nicht. Zimmerservice hat auch nicht jeden Tag funktioniert bei beiden Zimmern. Sage ist extra / Nacht zu bezahlen!!! Ich musste locker 15 mal mit der Rezeption telefonieren was bei einem 4 Tage Aufenthalt echt mühsam ist. Wir hatten ein Loch im Boden vom Zimmer und Schimmel an der Decke & der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat sehr gerochen.

This is a party hotel. The pool basted music to my balcony till 10pm and people were in and out of their rooms around me and loud until 5am. Sloppy drunk people everywhere. They were unable to walk drunk

Palestra piccola in rapporto alla grandezza della struttura; stato di manutenzione generale delle camere non ottimale.

Super hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix. Très belle chambre spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain. Bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner et très varié. Belle piscine. Personnel souriant et aimable. 5mn de la place et du Megapark, 10 mn du Bierkonig.

Dommage que je devais rentrer, je serai restée bien plus longtemps.

Im Vorfeld hatte ich Wünsche zum Zimmer geäußert. Beim Einchecken wusste die Rezeption offensichtlich nichts davon. Insoweit wurden die Wünsche nicht beachtet. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zimmertresor, der extra bezahlt werden muss, ist kompliziert zu bedienen (Schlüssel, Knöpchen drücken, Code eingeben. Wer denkt sich sowas aus?) Die Auflagen der Liegen am Pool sind schäbig.

Leckeres frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Freundliches Personal. Schöne ruhige Lage und dennoch in 2 min am Strand. Mit Glück ein Meerblick Zimmer

Unnötiger Fitnessraum mit kaputten Geräten. Kann man einfach weglassen und gut ist.

Équipe très sympa, à l’écoute et attentionnée (ils arrivent à retenir nos habitudes). Petit dej au top, et très belle surprise pour le buffet du dîner également, varié et très complet, on se sent comme à la maison mais avec un chef :) La Piscine extérieure est un ++

Lits séparés (pas hyper confortable). Pas d’isolation entre la chambre et les couloirs, et des voisins très bruyants.

La habitación era pequeña y el armario estaba muy deteriorado. El spa no se correspondía con lo anunciado: solo encontramos una piscina climatizada sin hidromasaje y una sauna, mientras se publicitaban más instalaciones. Lo peor fue el trato brusco y prepotente de una responsable, que nos dio órdenes utilizando expresiones como “Now!”. Una experiencia impropia de un hotel de cuatro estrellas y de los 162 € pagados.

Hotel in posizione ottima, personale gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere ogni esigenza, pulizia delle camere ogni giorno e colazione internazionale. Ottima esperienza!

Es wahr sehr Angenehm auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Das ganze Hotel war wahnsinnig toll. Angefangen von dem immer freundlichen Personal bis hin zu den sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Zimmer und dem reichhaltigen Buffet. Die Anlage war sehr ruhig obwohl Megapark und Co eigentlich direkt um die Ecke sind! :)

Het eten, zowel ontbijt als avondeten was goed. Bij het avondeten was het elke dag een ander thema. Hierdoor kregen we elke dag iets anders te eten. Doordat we met een groep van 7 waren kregen we, zonder hierom te vragen, een vaste tafel die voor ons werd gereserveerd. Dit was erg fijn

Bij het zwembad waren wellicht wat weinig bedjes voor de grootte van het hotel. En bij het fitness gedeelte waren veel apparaten buiten gebruik

El buffet es muy completo. Un buen desayuno es fundamental para iniciar el día con energía. La suite junior fue una maravillosa sorpresa.

Sobre las 17h realizan fiestas en la piscina. Pero, si prefieres descansar en la habitación las ventanas no son insonorizadas. Una pena, porque pasamos mala travesía en ferry y queríamos descansar.

Check-In freundlich und schnell. Unser Zimmer mit sehr gutem Blick Richtung Meer. Schöner Balkon. Zimmergröße und Bad OK, alles sauber und funktional, auch WiFi schnell. Sehr gut geschlafen. Üppige Auswahl am Frühstücksbufffet. Die meisten Angebote (Pool, Wellness usw.) haben wir nicht genutzt da nur kurzer Aufenthalt. Parkplatz kostenlos. Bis zum Strand weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

It was warm welcome from the staff, but will greatly appreciate if we could’ve offered atleast some water for refreshment as we had to wait until almost 3pm to check in! We had to wait in the lounge as it was sunny and we got tired from our flight (we needed to stay overnight at the airport as well😅) we booked for half-board but not even water was offered to us when we arrived! And we had to pay for the water for dinnertime? And got free water at breakfast? 🤷‍♂️

La amplitud de la habitación, la amabilidad del.personal. El hotel es bonito agradable .Está a unos 10 minutos caminando de la playa. Alrededor hay muchos sitios para comer y tomar algo. Aunque es un sector muy dedicado al turismo inglés y alemán.

El jueves en la noche en la piscina empezó a tocar un grupo de música y se oía bastante en la habitación. Luego empezó a llover y se fueron, pero no sé si se hubieran quedado hasta que horas hubiese Sido y se escuchaba el ruido. Las almohadas un poco duras, supongo que si hubiera pedido que me cambiarán la almohada a lo mejor me dan otra pero como fue una sola noche, ya no me dió tiempo.

Essendo un 4 stelle avrei voluto trovare acqua inclusa in camera e in più la linea cortesia hotel che non esisteva ....il sapone monouso è rimasto aperto per tutto il tempo della vacanza mai sostituito, non ci sono cuffie per i capelli shampoo e bagnoschiuma terminato mai riempito niente Pantofole usa e getta, ripeto per essere un 4 stelle ho riscontrato tutte queste cose mancanti. Personale gentilissimo, letto comodissimo, colazione e cena non male, posizione a 100 metri dal mare e pochi passi dalla movida notturna. La piscina comoda ma non e' pulitissima......

The room was somewhat small but very clean. Food was good and of wide choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. They arranged late dinner on the day of solar eclipse. Location of the hotel is good, not far from the beach, very close to a supermarket. A2 airport bus stop literally in front of the hotel. Reasonably priced food at the swimming pool bar.

My room was a bit worn out. Shower leaked outside of the cabin. Could not connect to wifi from my laptop on the last day of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was very clean and offered a beautiful view of the pool, with a glimpse of Playa S’Arenal from the balcony. It was especially lovely in the evenings, when we could enjoy the live music by the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Our room was cleaned every morning. We also had access to the heated indoor pool at the sister hotel, which was warm and relaxing. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel also offers free parking, which is easily accessible at any time using your room card. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of receiving free eclipse glasses to watch the eclipse, it made the experience even more memorable. The location is another highlight. The hotel is only a five minute walk from Playa S’Arenal and is conveniently located next to a bus stop with direct buses to Palma city center, which takes about 40 minutes. There is also Mercadona supermarket very close to the hotel, just a 2-3 minutes walk away.

The TV in the room was quite small and offered only a limited selection of channels. The elevators were also small, with a maximum capacity of four people. During our stay, one elevator was out of service. We had only a bottle of water upon arrival at the room, but we didn’t receive anymore during out stay. There was no coffee or tea facilities in the room (no kettle, coffee machine or tea/coffee supplies)

Pedimos piso alto,cumplieron, pero la musica de la piscina era muy fuerte, y aunque estabamos en el piso nueve, era imposible descansar en la tarde. cobraban por la caja fuerte, no me parece que esté bien.

Ristorante non da hotel 4 stelle. Qualità e quantità del cibo molto migliorabile. Buona parte del personale di basso profilo

Minulle oli varattu täsmälleen toiveiden mukainen huone ylimmästä kerroksesta.

Huoneessa oli fixattavaa: tallelokero ei toiminut, WC istuimen säiliö valutti pikkuisen vettä, käsialtaan poistoputki oli hieman tukossa.

Staff were very helpful and considerate.The food and accommodation was of excellent quality.. The location is convenient and close to the beach. The facilities at the hotel were also impressive. In addition to a pool, there is a gym and tennis courts.

Prachtig hotel, leuk personeel. Poolbar is heerlijk zo bij het zwembad, een hapje en/of drankje te doen. Onze airco deed het niet goed, dit 's avonds gemeld, kreeg een ventilator mee om toch een beetje verkoeling in de kamer te krijgen. De volgende middag was het gemaakt, en hadden we een heerlijk koele kamer. Zwembad is heerlijk, nagenoeg geen handdoek leggers. Bij inchecken in het hotel krijg je een kaartje, daarmee kan je een handdoek bij de badmeester krijgen. Ligging is perfect, boulevard 5 minuten lopen. Restaurants en winkels of loopafstand. Lekkere muziek smiddags bij de poolbar/terras door DJ. Het onbijt is fantastisch. Veel variatie en steeds goed aangevuld.

Kleine minibar, die niet echt koud wordt. Douche bleef niet op constante temperatuur.

The bathroom door was a glass one that one was unable to even properly open or close. Secondly having a glass door does not shut out all the sounds from the bathroom, so I’d only recommend this room if you are close with your friends.

El último dia nos quedamos a cenar llegamos a las 9 y creo que antes de entra nos podía a ver dicho qué nos quedaba poco tiempo para cenar y estábamos cenando y nos dijeron que nos deseamos prisa que la cocina cerraban y no pudimos terminar de cenar porque estaban recogiendo el bufete fue un dinero perdido es más una pareja se levanto a por el postre y le quitaron la bebida cuando fueron a sentarse se encontraron la mesa vacía UN SALUDO
