Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Good location and very responsive staff
The headboard in our room was looking very tired and was also missing some screws. There was also a fan in the room, which we weren’t sure why we needed until we turned on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, there was a strange gassy smell coming from the AC, so we had to turn it off. This was particularly disappointing given that we were staying during a heatwave. We also had breakfast quite late, at around 9:30am, although breakfast was advertised as being served until 10am. By that time, there were only a couple of very small sausages left and four small quarter-strips of bacon, which were completely dried out. It was disappointing, particularly as we were still well within the advertised breakfast serving time.
