Hotel is well located, room is fine, odd smell from bathroom but its an old buildins so... the big issue is the nightlife, there is a club across the way and it goes off most nights - usually until 3am or so. you need earplugs if you plan to stay here during holiday periods.

A localização do Hotel é espetacular, o bar onde servem o pequeno-almoço também tem muitas e boas opções e há uma pequena zona para crianças que os nossos filhos adoraram. As pessoas da receção sempre foram muito prestáveis e simpáticas para connosco.

Ficámos num quarto familiar (2 adultos e 2 crianças) e praticamente não tínhamos espaço para andar dentro do quarto. A logística familiar foi um pouco complicada.

L’hôtel est en plein centre, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. La chambre est également spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Dommage que ces points positifs soient fortement ternis par les problèmes d’insonorisation et surtout la présence de cafards signalés dans mon autre commentaire.

Malheureusement, mon séjour a été fortement décevant en raison de plusieurs problèmes importants. Tout d’abord, il est indiqué que l’hôtel est bien insonorisé, mais ce n’est absolument pas le cas. L’isolation phonique est très insuffisante et l’on entend pratiquement tout : les conversations et les passages des autres clients dans le couloir, les bars situés aux alentours, les personnes qui marchent dans la rue jusqu’à 4 h du matin, ainsi que les différents bruits de circulation vers 5 h du matin. Il est donc très difficile de dormir correctement. Mais surtout, j’ai eu la très mauvaise surprise de trouver des CAFARDS DANS MA CHAMBRE !!!!! Oui, des CAFARDS sur mon lit et par terre !!!!! Je trouve cela totalement inadmissible ! La présence de cafards dans une chambre d’hôtel, et plus particulièrement sur le lit est un problème d’hygiène extrêmement sérieux et ne devrait absolument pas être tolérée dans un établissement hôtelier. C’est de loin le problème le plus grave rencontré durant mon séjour et cela a rendu l’expérience particulièrement désagréable.

The loud street noise through the night from the street. The woeful air conditioning. The poor state of towels. The 20 year old TV. Just the whole place needed a refresh and an upgrade. Way overpriced for what you get. They still use a key and lock, no digital card keys!

Room was tiny and air con unit didn’t cool the room down (even though it was on). Couldn’t fit the pram in the lift or in the room. Place is full of peeling paint and quite rude staff.

La distribución de la habitación no me pareció buena, el espacio para servicio sanitario es sumamente pequeño. Las lámparas no facilitan una iluminación suave, sino que son demasiado brillantes. El elevador sumamente pequeño, no apto para un carrito de bebé.

Camera un po’ piccola, prezzo nella media della città ma per noi italiani un pò alto per il tipo di camera. Se siete in macchina c’è sempre parcheggio aggiuntivo a pagamento.

Il personale è stato molto accogliente, peccato che le camere sarebbero dovute essere consegnate alle 15, abbiamo dovuto però aspettare circa 40 minuti prima di averle. Nella doccia mancava il bagnoschiuma.

Climatisation qui fonctionnait à peine, nombreuses traces de saleté sur les portes, notamment celles des toilettes avec beaucoup de traces marrons… Le ménage est à revoir, on dirait que les draps sont changés et un coup rapide fait dans la salle de bain. Nous avons également retrouvé des cheveux sur les draps à notre arrivée. Une expérience globale décevante surtout quand on voit le prix.

Par où commencer ? L'emplacement rien à dire, tout à fait conforme aux attentes et très pratique pour circuler dans Biarritz MAIS j'ai été sur classée lors de ma réservation, j'ai obtenu une (très grande) chambre avec un canapé lit une place. Venant avec une amie je me suis dit que c'était parfait pour avoir chacune son espace sauf, qu'en défaisant le canapé découverte d'un beau bordel à l'intérieur. Quand j'ai demandé à ce qu'il soit installé on m'a répondu que c'était en supplément. Je ne comprends pas l'intérêt du sur classement ?!? Heureusement le lit était un 180 ! Climatisation très bruyante et inefficace, programmée à 18, nous transpirions encore ce qui nous a obligé à dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et là l'enfer !!! La chambre donnait sur un petit parking ou les fêtards sortants du club à 20 mètres venaient discuter pour ne pas dire hurler et s'insulter plus les camions poubelles +.... Dans l'équipement de la chambre un fer à repasser, qui ne fonctionnait pas (j'ai testé toutes les prises), le bac à douche qui fuyait et, cerise sur le gâteau dans tout cela.....nous sommes restées coincées dans l'ascenseur près d'un heure et le dédommagement....un cocktail !!!! Je vous laisse juge si la compensation est à la hauteur du désagrément !!!!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Starting with the positives, the location is fantastic! Everything is within easy reach - the beaches, restaurants and shops. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when it comes to the standard of the room for the price, there is quite a lot of room for improvement. The room looks significantly better in the photos, but unfortunately, the reality does not quite match the pictures. The tv and air conditioning is very old, the bathroom clearly needs renovation, and the room itself is very small. There was no shower gel provided, some of the wall trim was falling apart, and it was not possible to open the sliding bathroom door from the inside, which was quite inconvenient. I think the hotel has a lot of potential, especially thanks to its great location and friendly staff, but it definitely needs some renovation and improvements to justify the price.

No dinner available at the hotel, which isn’t helpful when it’s stormy, thankfully its amazing location meant we found something quickly.

L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione, a pochi passi da un parcheggio a pagamento (25€/giorno) e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Camera piccola ma con doppie ampie finestre e un piccolo armadio. A disposizione acqua di benvenuto e bollitore con the e caffè, in bagno saponi e shampoo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico della doccia ma il ragazzo della reception l’ha risolto. Colazione a 14€ comoda e abbastanza varia.

La camera aveva una moquette veramente sporca, completamente macchiata, l’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa (utili i tappi per le orecchie per dormire) e lo split era sporchissimo (pericoloso per la salute!), per questo motivo era anche poco potente. Scarsa illuminazione in bagno e male la wi-fi in camera, funzionava solo a momenti. Nonostante avessimo messo il cartellino sulla maniglia per richiederla, non è stata fatta la pulizia giornaliera della camera: una volta segnalato alla reception, abbiamo ricevuto solo asciugamani puliti. Per questi motivi il prezzo a notte ci è sembrato davvero poco giustificato.

La situation géographique

Réservation de dernière minute en plein été, nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits. L'emplacement est idéal, entre la plage et les Halles. Le petit déjeuner a un bon rapport qualité / prix.

Il est vrai qu'il y a du bruit la nuit le week end (sortie de discothèque située à 50 mètres) mais grâce au double vitrage des fenêtres on n'entend quasiment rien. A prendre en compte toutefois si le silence absolu est un critère majeur de choix.

Estaba en el centro de todo. Era perfecta la ubicación. Estaba bastante reformado.

No estaba sucio como tal, pero habían cosas poco cuidadas como las cortinas y la alfombra. La habitación era muy estrecha y tenía pocas almohadas.

Con un bebé y el mismo día, cuando habíamos hecho la reserva con booking como siempre, nada raro. Sospechamos que subieron el precio en alguna otra plataforma. Vamos, que bastante susto y decepción.

La ubicación es buena, y el barrio es muy bonito, pero demasiado animado por la noche. El desayuno es muy completo. Hay juegos para los niños en la entrada del hotel.

Los viernes y sábados hay bastante ruido por la noche; se oía a gente cantando, gritando de madrugada; nos despertaron los dos días. Pedimos una cuna para nuestra hija de 2 años y, cuando llegamos a la habitación, no estaba la cuna preparada; finalmente, no la reclamamos porque la habitación era pequeña para poner la cuna. Las almohadas horribles, son cojines grandes. El servicio de limpieza el primer día era a las 14 pm y aún no había pasado por la habitación; fueron casi a las 15 pm y nos tuvimos que salir. Además, debajo de la cama había unas zapatillas del anterior huésped.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand und hat eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen und Essen Gehen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Das Design ist ansprechend, das Zimmer und das Bad ausreichend geräumig.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage ihren Dienst nicht erfüllt. Deswegen hatten wir in der Nacht die Fenster geöffnet. Durch den nahe gelegenen Club gab es am Samstagabend aber die ganze Nacht durch recht großen Lärm. Mehr Ablageflächen im Bad wären wünschenswert.

Rooms were worn out. Carpets needed clean. Reception was shabby. Disabled access room had no window and was dark and the door opened directly onto the car park. The room we’d use to store furniture!
