Good location, next to the beach.

The room was advertised as being more than 24 sqm, but was actually 17 sqm. For €833 for 2 nights, we would have chosen something different, as we expected more space. We mentioned this to the hotel, and the room size has now been updated on Booking.com. Also, at that price, we would expect a Smart TV in the room.

Malheureusement le balcon n'était pas accessible en journée ( forte chaleur aout 2026 ) car pas de parasol ni banne ce qui impliquait aussi malheureusement de tenir les rideaux fermés en pleine journée dans la chambre . Dommage aussi de ne pas pouvoir déjeuner côté jardin , à l'ombre quand Il fait si chaud .

Le restaurant accepte trop de couverts par rapport à sa capacité et malgres les efforts du personnel le compte n’y est pas et je n’ai pas vu une table satisfaite autour de nous . Trop d’attente trop d’erreurs … du coup on a abandonné pour le dessert et on n’y retournera pas . Il n’y avait même pas assez de verre à vin pour toutes les tables … c’est un manque de respect du client que d’accepter plus de clients qu’on est capable d’en recevoir .

Pas de prise ELEC au niveau des tables de nuit …

Isolation phonique perfectible

Mijn verblijf was perfect! Super aardig personeel en de kamer was heel schoon en mooi ingericht. Ik had zelfs een balkon. Ook fantastisch was de minibar op de kamer die gratis was en ’s avonds stond er cake in de lobby. Het hotel ligt dichtbij station Menton en de omgeving is mooi. Ook een goede plek als je Monaco wilt bezoeken. Voor deze prijs lijkt mij geen betere opties. Dit is gewoon wat je van een hotel verwacht, maar dan net even extra. Zeker een aanrader!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room with balcony and beautiful sea view. Free mini bar and refreshments in the lounge area were a lovely, welcome touch. Express breakfast was perfect.

Not sure Happy Hour works that well - felt that the staff were a little stressed looking after both the restaurant and terrace customers simultaneously.

Very clean and comfortable room. Superb breakfast with the option of sitting on the outside balcony with a view of the sea. Gated secure car parking available. Hotel very clean and looked newly decorated.

Nice hotel overall

Um edifício histórico, com bastante charme e uma localização excelente, mas que merecia estar muito melhor aproveitado. Melhores materiais e uma decoração mais cuidada nas áreas comuns e no restaurante poderiam transformar completamente a experiência e torná-la verdadeiramente premium. Apesar disso, tivemos alguns bons momentos. Chegámos bastante tarde e, mesmo depois de a cozinha ter fechado, o staff foi suficientemente flexível para nos receber e preparar um jantar, algo que agradecemos particularmente. Mais tarde, devido a uma forte tempestade que começou depois do jantar, o funcionário do front desk foi extremamente prestável e permitiu-nos deixar o carro em frente ao hotel, ficando combinado que nos contactaria caso fosse necessário retirá-lo.

Infelizmente, na manhã seguinte, a experiência mudou completamente. Quando descemos ao lobby, fomos repreendidos de forma bastante desagradável pelo staff da manhã, que nos acusou de termos deixado o carro na rua sem avisar e de estarmos a desrespeitar os restantes hóspedes. Retirámos imediatamente o carro, mas ficámos com um sabor muito amargo pela forma como fomos tratados, sobretudo porque tínhamos seguido uma indicação dada pelo próprio hotel na noite anterior. No check-out, algumas horas depois, a mesma equipa tentou ainda cobrar-nos o valor de uma diária de estacionamento, apesar de o carro não ter ficado estacionado numa área reservada ao hotel. O momento mais negativo aconteceu depois de apresentarmos a nossa reclamação: a manager do front desk disse-nos que não cobraria o estacionamento caso deixássemos uma boa review. Consideramos esta atitude particularmente inadequada, uma vez que, além de não haver fundamento para a cobrança, condicionar a não cobrança a uma avaliação positiva é completamente inaceitável. É uma pena, porque o hotel tem uma localização fantástica e um edifício com enorme potencial. Esperávamos uma experiência muito mais premium, especialmente tendo em conta o posicionamento do hotel e as avaliações de outros hóspedes. A atitude de parte da equipa acabou por marcar negativamente uma estadia que poderia ter sido bastante melhor.

Good gym although one machine was broken which was unfortunate. Good breakfast. Very clean.

Tiny room (even though we specifically chose an upgrade). Was not communicated that parking needed to be booked in advance. Location is far out of menton.

Хороший сніданок з шампанським. Міні бар в номері. Щодня поповнюють міні бар. Кава і водичка в холі постійно безкоштовно.

Дуже поганий Wi-Fi. На балконі ми вивісили прапор нашої країни - в День Прапора. Без нашого відома персонал пройшов у номер і зняв прапор і не повідомив нас.

Andiamo da 6 anni in questo Hotel anche 2 volte all’anno. Accoglienza, cortesia, pulizia la silenziosità delle stanze sono ad altissimi livelli. Colazione ricchissima di ampia scelta. Non cambieremo mai.

Struttura accogliente con personale molto gentile e disponibile, Daniela ci ha coccolato per tutta la permanenza. Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi. Ottima la colazione a buffet che si poteva consumare anche sul terrazzo fronte mare

Excellent hotel, staff were so lovely, gave us towels and umbrella to go to the beach with, booked us a taxi into Monaco and they even had complementary drinks and cakes in reception. Rooms were also great. I would defo recommend pre booking a car parking space, we didnt and struggled to park around Menton. The hotel has spaces right outside on the street which is great for an over 2m van or they have their own car park further down. The restaurant was the best place we had eaten would highly recommend.

Tout. L emplacement L accueil à la reception. C est le top. Sourire, explication... RAS. Pas plus, pas moins. C etaot juste ce qu il faut. Niveau équipement, service. Le petit dejeuner en chambre qu'on peut demander le.jour même au matin (d'habitude c'est la veille dans certains hotels) et sans supplément avec un service dans les 5 mn qui suivent ! La plage juste en face.

RAS. Tout etait parfait.

First, we were greeted with grace and happiness! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Our room was exceptional, had everything we needed, spacious and the view of the ocean was stunning! Also, first time ever the mini bar was 'on the house'! Private parking was made available with ease at the front of the hotel and a stone throw away from the ocean for a lovely evening and morning swim! Their restaurant / bar was lovely for dinner - seafood was delicious. Thank you for your time and will most certainly stay with you again.

Nous avions une place de parking attribuer avec la chambre. Mais a notre retour du restaurant notre place n’était plus disponible, une autre voiture était stationnée à notre place. Nous avons pu voir avec l’employé de l’hôtel qui apparemment ne savait pas à qui elle appartenait . Nous avons dû nous garer plus loin au bord du trottoir. Le lendemain, la même voiture était stationnée, j’en conclus donc que s’était un autre client de l’hôtel donc pas très professionnel. De plus notre voiture etant stationnée au bord du trottoir, un employé de l’hôtel a eu l’excellente idée de nettoyer le trottoir au jet d’eau, en projetant toutes les saletés sur notre véhicule.. Pour un séjour de 24h ça fait un peu beaucoup. Heureusement que l’emplacement de parking ne nous a pas été facturé.

The view was beautiful. It outside the hotwl there was a pet friendly beach. The decor was bright and it was clean. Breakfast was nice also.

The pillows and bed were not too comfortable. There was no parking available at the hotel. Which was difficult when we were arriving with 2 dogs and luggage. The aircon, well.....what aircon? In August this is not ideal. Which made the night more uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. And on check out we went to the reception to pay for the extras (dogs, taxes and breakfast). And then we left. A couple of hours later, I received an email with a very poor tone saying we left without checking out at reception and didnt pay the extras. Which I found to be a little rude.

Solid hotel chain quality, all necessary in the room, very nice view to the sea, a restaurant if you want to grab some basic dinner, breakfast is ok (warm options incl.). Le Jardin du Palais is just in a few steps. Good AC. A bit far from main part of the city but not very far.

No room service (food to the room) - not a catastrophe but just to keep in mind.

Our arrival was very smooth with very nice reception. Only downside experience was our first night; the third (additional) bed was not of good quality/standard for a comfortable sleep. One of the structural wood piece was broken and we could not use it to sleep. We asked the reception for help, the gent in that night shift was not helpful and neither with communication skill. We later sent a message to the hotel, and immediately in the morning received a nice message and the manager (a very professional and nice manager) showed up and came with a good solution. It was enough for us to continue enjoying our stay at the hotel; a very nice service and helpful staff and the manager all the time. I take that first evening incident an exceptional rare matter for this hotel and would not take it serious. I strongly recommend this hotel, especially for people wanting to have a peaceful time. Last not least, very good breakfast!

Veldig hyggeligt personale som var veldig hjelpsom. Rommene og badet var veldig rent. De hadde badehåndklær som vi kunne låne med til strendene. Beach club og offentlige strender i nærheten. Kjøleskapets innhold var gratis og ble fylt på hver dag. Veldig godt vann.

Litt langt å gå inn til sentrum for å spise middag. Ikke veldig stort utvalg av cafeer i nærheten.

Resepsiyon ve kahvaltı servisinde çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Ayrıca kahvaltı güzeldi. Yemek yemedik yorum yapmıyoruz.

Die Lage am Strand, das Frühstück, vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Unser Hund war willkommen, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Kein Parkplatz am Haus, mussten in der Kurzparkzone parken. Das hat auch gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer war für den Preis sehr klein.

Great view onto the Mediterranean.Updated room and hotel. Bed was comfortable, modern bathroom, nice balcony to sit on and have a drink. The hotel was clean, great location and modern. Staff were very nice and helpful. We had breakfast there once and it was decent. The hotel is walking distance from some nice restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk to old town from the hotel and it is close to the train station which we used to go to Monte Carlo one day. The hotel has a restaurant on the premises with a preset menu at a decent price, we however didn’t try it.

The room was small but good size for France.The AC didn’t deliver the amount of cool air to keep the room cool, but they had a terrible heat wave in France at that time. The balcony was usable early morning and evening an umbrella would have helped. The hotel didn’t provide beach towels even though the beach was across the street, but provided bath robes in the room.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sogar mit Hilfe beim Gepäck. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man sich wünscht und der Meerblick aus dem Zimmer ist sehr schön. Die Lage direkt an der Straße bedingt allerdings auch eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse.

Le personnel en général, l’équipe de la réception et Daniela et son collègue au petit déjeuner étaient aux petits soins. La propreté de la chambre qui semble avoir été rénovée il y a peu. Et toutes les petites attentions avec des boissons et gâteaux à volonté dans le lobby.

La posizione tranquilla comunque raggiungibile a piedi dal centro, la struttrua in generale, l'arredamento. HO apprezzato il fatto che si potesse usufruire del baretto vicino alla reception, caffe e acqua gratuti. Colazione ottima.

Per il prezzo elevato della camera mi sarei aspettata piu spazio, l'armadio misura 64 cm di larghezza e a malapena ci stavano i miei vestiti. Inoltre non c'era spazio per le valige che dovevo scavalcare ogni volta. Locale buffet per colazione troppo piccolo.

A wonderful hotel in the best possible location, right in front of the beautiful sea in Menton. The hotel itself was very beautiful, and the room had everything I needed. It was also exceptionally clean, even compared with other hotels I have stayed at. The lobby and lounge were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was especially appreciated during the hot summer in the South of France. The staff were all very kind, cheerful, and helpful. Leaving my luggage before check-in and after check-out was also very smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated the hospitality in the room, with complimentary water, sparkling water, and snacks provided. I would definitely love to stay here again when I come back to Menton.

They didn’t have enough of hotel parking, I had to park at public parking.

Gute Lage direkt am Meer, nur durch eine lebhafte Straße getrennt. Guter Service. Das Hotel ist eine Empfehlung. Preis Leistung Ok. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

The ocean view from our window was magical, the bed was comfortable with nice bedding, the bathroom had a nice size shower, the room was quiet with window closed, the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this property. Hotel is located across the street from the promenade and ocean. It was a wonderful walk to restaurants, shopping, and sandy beaches. Our stay was very relaxing.

Air conditioning was on a set control.

For a stop during my trip it was quite a beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very nice bedding. If ever coming back to this part of Europe will stop by for sure.
