This is a modern, fresh and clean hotel and we found it very comfortable. It’s not fancy but is comfortable and very well maintained. The staff team were friendly and helpful.

It has very limited parking available.

The room was very comfortable and a great size. We loved breakfast and there were some dairy free options. The area was great. The staff were kind and thoughtful. Definitely coming back!

We booked the Ocean View room and loved having a balcony to sit out on. The view was amazing!

Breakfast was unbelievable, perfect-nixture between Italian and France kitchen. Staf is a perfect.

Kein gepflegter Strand vor dem Haus und auch nicht irgendwo in der Nähe. Kein Hotelstrand. Nur öffentlicher Strand mit sehr groben Steinen/Felsen Angekündigter Pool auf dem Dach ist lediglich kleiner Whirlpool. Kleine Strandstrasse ist viel befahren und laut bis in die Nacht. Nicht viel Parkplatz. Glücklicherweise einen Tiefgarageplatz gebucht. Allerdings für satte 24 Euro/Tag. Frühstücksbuffet klein, aber soweit alles vorhanden und frisch. Frühstücksraum klein und sehr sachlich (Plastikcharme) Zimmer und Bad zwar ok, aber sehr klein. All das Beschriebene vor dem Hintergrund, dass eine Übernachtung ca. 360 Euro kostet, und das im September, ist außer jeglicher Akzeptanz. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist unterirdisch. Und sollte den nächsten Interessenten zum Nachdenken animieren.

The best location and view from our room. Elegant and courteous management. It overlooks the sea and a swimmable sea and also is 5 min walk from a strip of lovely upscale seaside cafes.

The interior decor can be elevated The spa jacuzzi was lukewarm and its spa staff also - spa is not the main draw.

Розташування, чистота, дуже приємний, професійний персонал, чудова Світлана з України, допомогала у всьому. В готелі дають парасольки від сонця безкоштовно, пляжу у готеля немає, але навпроти безкоштовний пляж , але дно камʼянисте, треба капці для плавання. Дуже смачний сніданок. На даху джакузі, літаки, рушники, душ. У нас був номер з видом на море, прибирали кожного дня. В номері чисто, є чайник, чай, кава, маленький холодильник. Ресторану в готелі нема, але є бар. Поруч багато кафе , ресторанів, пекарень, тому головними не лишитесь. На при кінці серпня в Ментоне проходить авіашоу, ми дивились з балкону, душе вражає.

На сніданках бажано б побільше овочів,якщо приходить трохи пізніше , або під кінець сніданку, то може не бути вже всього асортименту, який, нажаль не поповнюється, но то були дрібні речі.

Excellent location. Public parking across the street. Polite staff with excellent service. Prefer a room with a sea view, but not critical.

La situación del hotel es excelente. El desayuno fue muy bueno, completo y variado. Las vistas al mar excelentes. Quisimos cenar en el balcón de nuestra habitación y el personal, lejos de poner cualquier objeción, nos facilitó cubiertos y vasos. Excelente trato desde el primer minuto.

El SPA consiste en un solárium y una piscina pequeña (algo estrecha para más de 4 personas) con un chorro de agua demasiado potente, y burbujas para convertirla en jacuzzi. El Hammam solo puede usarse pagando 15€. En definitiva, todo el hotel y el trato del personal fue excelente, pero el SPA fue bastante decepcionante.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und es war alles vorhanden, sodass man sich ausgewogen ernähren konnte. Besonders gefallen haben uns die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und die schöne Aussicht auf das Meer – der Aufpreis für den Meerblick hat sich für uns definitiv gelohnt.

Die Strasse vor dem Hotel ist hörbar. Da wir selbst sehr ruhig auf dem Land wohnen, hat uns dies trotzdem nicht gestört und unseren Komfort in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt – letztlich ist es auch eine Frage der persönlichen Einstellung.

Bon petit déjeuner, lit confortable et vue sur mer incroyable.

Décoration de la chambre absente, trop simple pour un 4 étoiles. J’ai payé 288€ la nuit, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de shampoing et gel douche en mini flacon. Le mini Bar n’était en réalité qu’une bouteille d’eau plate et une bouteille d’eau gazeuse. Le chambre méritait que je l’a paye 100€ de moins.

Das Parkplatzproblem, sie haben geschrieben dass sie ein Parkhaus haben. Die Plätze waren jedoch so eng dass ein SUV oder Kombi nicht reingepasst hat.

The location at the seaside was nice, the room was very well soundproofed - the street was not an issue and the reception/cleaning staff was super nice, breakfasts were good too.

The cleanliness of the walls, the size of the balcony (really didn’t comply with advertisement), the hotel itself. The walls had damage and really dirty. AC was smelly in one room, even tho we voiced this concern to the staff. Not worth the price

Posizione fantastica. Consigliatissimo.

Отель расположен рядом с морем, не много долековато от Центра, с приветливым персоналом. Чистый и ухоженный с первого взгляда отель, пока не стали купаться. Слив в ванной и в умывальнике был очень плохой, вода стояла после мытья долго. На счёт чистоты > Болконы вообще не убирали, да и в комноте как попало. На завтрак жаловаться не могу, всё хватало. Парковочные места ограничены, были при отели 9 мест и все были заняты.

Сток воды в душе и в раковине. Очень тесные номера.

Rumorosità del climatizzatore parking non disponibile! Inoltre le camere vendute sul circuito booking sono sempre fronte montagna e sono sempre le più piccole 105 la singola 205 la doppia.... Siamo venuti anche due anni fa e, sempre così la stanza è sempre quella piccola! Peccato chissà forse l'anno prossimo ci daranno le standard!!

L’emplacement est très bien pour profiter du bord de plage. Le buffet du petit dejeuner est bien garni. Le lit était confortable mais équipé seulement d’un drap et un couvre lit cotton.

La chambre vue montagne est en fait une chambre qui donne sur une rue et des immeubles, la chambre et les équipements sont spartiates. Les voitures passent toute la nuit dans la rue, pas de volet, juste un rideau oscultant et donc bruyant. Pour les équipements : La douche italienne est fermée par un simple rideau. Quand au frido dans la chambre, il nous a été expliqué que ce n’etait que pour maintenir les boissons à température et à 15 degrès ??? J’aurai peut être du essayer la bouilloire pour voir si elle ne rafraichissait pas ? Et pour finir, le parking proposé sur réservation a 24 € ne convient qu’a un modèle type twingo ou au maximum clio. Bref ! Le 4 étoiles ne correspond qu’à la promotion des chambres, le courrier d’accueil précisant une chambre avec vue montagne et le prix. La réalité de la prestation correspond à un 2 étoiles en bord de route, bruyant et spartiate. Le seul point positif est que le personnel est gentil et fait de son mieux.

Chambre conforme : Nous avions réservé une chambre avec terrasse et vue mer au 5e étage. La chambre est juste assez grande pour circuler, la salle de bain est de taille convenable, et la terrasse est très grande avec une magnifique vue. Personnel exceptionnel : Un accueil très chaleureux, souriant et bienveillant à la réception. L'équipe du petit-déjeuner est également très professionnelle et aux petits soins. Petit-déjeuner : Vraiment excellent avec un large choix. Localisation : L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à très bonne distance du centre-ville.

Die Unterkunft lag direkt am Strand, aber nur die Meerseite war schön. Die Straßenseite war überhaupt nicht schön und laut.

Ich musste das Zimmer wechseln, da es dort extrem unangenehm roch. Das Personal hat zwar bestätigt, dass es das Problem kennt, war aber nicht bereit, sofort zu reagieren. Sie behaupteten, das Hotel sei ausgebucht, was nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Online waren mehrere Zimmer verfügbar.

La literie, l'insonorisation (porte dans la chambre qui donnait sur une autre porte, nous avions l'impression de cohabiter avec les voisins...)., les mouchoirs pas recharger et le papier toilettes un peu léger. La clim pas numérique (difficile à connaître la température du coup).

Die Lage war perfekt! Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Balkon mit Stühlen. Das Frühstück war toll, alles war dabei.

Ich fand den Preis für ein Zimmer sehr hoch. Ein Sessel mit Tischlein wäre noch gut gewesen. Am 2. Tag war der Lift kaputt und musste ich zum 6. Stock mit der Treppe. Bei der Abreise am 3. Tag war der Lift noch nicht repariert. Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn man Hilfe angeboten hätte… nicht unbedingt für mich, aber generell.

Soggiorno molto piacevole e torneremo volentieri. Bella posizione con vista mare, camera non grandissima ma comoda. Staff molto professionale e molto gentile.

L’unica nota è che alcuni dettagli strutturali e degli arredi (piccoli segni di usura, alcune finiture) risultano un po’ sotto lo standard che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. Con qualche piccolo intervento l’hotel renderebbe davvero giustizia alla categoria.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Riva Art & Spa. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the sea view made it even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. The reception team were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they were happy to accommodate our requests, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. A lovely hotel in a fantastic location—we would happily return.

Le petit déjeuner, pas du tout qualitatif, le pain et viennoiseries industriels. Le café!!!! La machine à café n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur, surtout avec l’Italie en tant que voisin !

La superbe décoration de l’hôtel qui a certainement été faite en fonction des canicules. On se sent au frais dès qu’on rentre. En plus, ça agrandit l’espace, notre chambre était annoncée à 15 m carrés et paraissait beaucoup plus grande, avec un joli balcon donnant sur la mer. L’accueil a été super sympathique, petite citronnade à disposition. Excellent petit déjeuner.
