The hotel is in a great location for visiting Menton and surrounding areas. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

There arequite a few issues. There is mold in the shower, and the furniture squeaks when you touch it, for example when making the bed, not to mention how loud it is when you sleep. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Also, there is only one key for two people, which is very inconvenient...

Small but lovely room and a nice view over the garden at the front. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was terrific with a really wide selection of options.

The room lighting really needs to be changed. There were two choices - ceiling lights so bright it was like an operating theatre or side lights that just emitted a glow which meant reading in bed was almost impossible. Some better side lights would be welcome.

Location was great. Staff was excellent. Outdoor seating area is beautiful.

Bed & pillows were not comfortable for me. I was expecting a small room, felt it was a bit too small for 4 nights for 2 adults with oversized luggage. Would definitely upgrade to the larger rooms next time,

We requested an early check-in 3.5 hrs before 3pm. While we know this is not always possible, the brunette receptionist seemed to not try at all to help us get in a bit early to rest. She waited until exactly 3pm, which seemed unnecessary, and started our stay on an unpleasant note.

A szobánk a másik ház falára nézett ezért egész nap sötét volt a szobában levegő sem nagyon jött be mert egy nagy épület vol az ablak előtt a magas szoba ár ezért nem volt arányban .

Struttura molto bella, accogliente, arredi in stile. Bel giardino fiorito, veranda, molto piacevole godersi la colazione o un drink serale all' esterno. L' hotel offre molti servizi. È situato a due passi dal mare, non lontano dal centro storico. Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte, di passaggio, una camera tripla. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, più simile a un quattro stelle. Purtroppo però, benché avessi prenotato una tripla per tre adulti, il terzo letto era una poltrona letto, non un vero letto, motivo per cui non ho dato un 10, che per tutto il resto la struttura merita.

Het hotel is zeer centraal gelopen. Achter de hoek is een supermarkt, enkele huizen verder is een bakker. Het treinstation ligt op zes minuten wandelen, het strand is aan de overkant van de straat, het casino is vijf minuten wandelen. Het oude stadscentrum vijftien minuten. Het is dus de ideale uitvalsbasis! Verder was het hotel zeer proper en comfortabel. Er was buiten een gezellige bar, met goede coktails en wijn. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De kamers waren ruim. Het nodige comfortabel was aanwezig.

The decor was stunning, the staff were very friendly.

It was lovely. The only slight negative was when My towel dropped on the floor and picked up someone else’s black hair on it, and a lot of it.

This is such a beautiful hotel. It looks wonderful, the staff are so friendly, it’s clean and close to the beach and a small walk to all the amenities. We visited as a group to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The whole trip and our stay made lots of happy memories. She also had a surprise complimentary birthday drink . I can’t recommend the hotel enough. It was perfect.

Très joli hôtel bien décoré. La proximité avec le centre, la plage et la possibilité de laisser ses bagages.

Notre chambre située au 3eme étage etait à côté de la gaine d'ascenseur. Nous avons donc ete souvent dérangés par le bruit de l'ascenseur montant et descendant. Le lit est petit et peu confortable.

The room size was a big surprise. The aesthetic of the building from the outside and throughout was very charming. The location to the seafront was excellent, and we could see the sea from our window. Lovely big shower, hot water and great pressure. Fridge in room which is always useful for milk for tea/coffees. Water available for refills. Bar onsite making excellent cocktails. Short walk into town. Loved the boules court and little touches around outside space.

Schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Strand ist fast vor der Tür und die Altstadt oder der Bahnhof sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Garten ist eine Oase, gerade an der abendlichen Bar oder zum Frühstück.

Leider war der Empfang unangenehm. Es wurde versucht mir ein Zimmer in einer unteren Kategorie direkt an der Straße zu geben, obwohl eine andere Kategorie gebucht war. Ich musste erst auf eine Änderung bestehen.

Frukosten var riktigt bra och hotellet har en mysig innergård med bar med allt man kan önska så där hängde vi mycket innan middag och efter utflykter. Hotellet är nyrenoverat och fräscht. Allt är väldigt snyggt och genomtänkt. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam när vi behövde tips och hjälp med bokningar. Jag älskade att man varje dag kunde hämta ut nya badhanddukar och låna en fin strandväska att packa dom i. Vi gillade att hotellet låg 50 m från stranden och promenaden men ändå inte mitt i restaurang och barområdet. Runt hörnet fanns cykeluthyrning som vi nyttjade och tog oss med elcyklar till Italien.

Det skulle möjligtvis vara att rummen var små vilket var okej för en weekend men skulle önska större rum för längre vistelse.

Great location, less than one minute walk to the beach. Staff were very attending and truly outstanding. The hotel itself is a gem amongst the other buildings.

Schönes Ambiente, sowohl innen als auch im Garten. Strandequipment (Sonnenschirm, Schwimmring, Strandmatte, Strandhandtuch, Stand-Up-Paddel) kann ausgeliehen werden. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sowohl zum Strand als auch zur Altstadt.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt!

Perfekt placering med kort til både strand og den gamle bydel i Menton. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Værelserne er lidt små, men de er velindrettede, så det er i praksis ikke noget problem. Kan klart anbefales.

Der var ikke noget vi ikke brød os om.

Struttura con ottima posizione e molto pulita. Il personale è gentile e attento. C’è molta cura in tutti i dettagli. E’ possibile gustare la colazione nel giardino esterno, apprezzando l’offerta dei prodotti sia dolci che salati. Comodo anche il parcheggio privato poco distante.

Friendly and helpful staff, great to be able to use beach equipment including beach towels, parasols, floats and paddle boards free of charge! Location was not as central as other venues but right next to a quieter beach with only a 15-20minute walk to the centre.

Breakfast was not worth the price

Très bel hôtel, décoré avec charme, chambre spacieuse. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et a l’attention du détail. L’hôtel est situé à 2 min à pied de la plage, 8 min. de la gare et à 15 min. à pied du centre ville. L’hôtel et la chambre sont propres et bien entretenus. Rien à redire, un établissement de choix au cœur de Menton. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie ligt perfect centraal t.o.v. treinstation, centrum en strand.

I servizi che sono da 4 stelle. La colazione è varia e di alta qualità. Il bagno era molto ampio e i letti comodissimi.

Un po' distante dal centro storico, ma è stata una mia scelta.

Sehr gut gelegenes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel in Strandnähe. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne Tiefgarage etwa 5 Minuten entfernt.

Badezimmer zu klein. Auch das Zimmer für einen längeren Aufenthalt etwas zu klein.

The hotel is very charming, with a small but clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The location is amazing just a few steps from the beach. The hotels offers for free beach towels as well as sun umbrellas and other essentials for the beach which I found truly wonderful. The staff of the hotel was very friendly.

Un séjour vraiment exceptionnel ! Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, tout était au rendez-vous : établissement très propre, agréable et bien entretenu, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est particulièrement remarquable, toujours souriant, disponible et dévoué. Nous avons même eu la très belle surprise d’être surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer. L’emplacement est également idéal, juste en face de la mer et à seulement quelques minutes à pied du casino. Gros plus pour le matériel de plage mis à disposition (paddle, parasols, etc.). Franchement, cet hôtel mérite largement une 4ᵉ étoile !

Honnêtement, pas grand-chose à reprocher ! S’il fallait vraiment trouver un petit point à améliorer, ce serait peut-être le petit-déjeuner, qui pourrait être légèrement plus varié. Mais cela reste très minime, car ce qui est proposé est déjà de bonne qualité et largement satisfaisant.

Location e arredamento molto belli e curati nei dettagli. Colazione ottima nella varietà e nel gusto, ma anche la sala colazioni davvero bella. Stanza accogliente e curata come tutto L’albergo.

Stanze un po’ piccola che per una notte poteva andare bene, se non per il condizionatore che era troppo vicino al letto per lasciarlo acceso tutta la notte. Nota per i vicini di stanza un po’ rumorosi e le stanze quindi poco insonorizzate.

We've stayed the Londres before and it was just as we remembered. The hotel is in an excellent location. It's not far from the beach and the shopping area. Although it's near a busy road, the hotel area is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is excellent with plenty on offer. The staff are very helpful and can offer advice on most things. Although the parking is a short walk away, it's secure. We were cycling and were able to keep our bikes in a storage room at the hotel.

Merci pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance. L’emplacement de l’hôtel en face de la plage et tout ce qui s’en suit, que demander de mieux ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Ik ken deze omgeving zeer goed. Ligging is uitstekend. Ontbijtje is verzorgd, lekker, en het personeel super vriendelijk

Niets viel tegen. De kamer is zeer klein, de douchecabine is voor een zwaardere persoon wel erg klein.maar voor 1 persoon en voor 1 nacht was dit zeker geen bezwaar. Bovendien had ik vanuit kamer 26 een zeezicht

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags as we arrived early. The receptionist was very kind and made it possible for us to check in early. The location in relation to the beach was incredible, and having access to the beach items (mats, umbrellas, inflatable rings etc) was great. La proximité immédiate de la plage, la gare a 7 mn à pied pour rayonner dans les villes alentour, et le centre ville de Menton à quelques centaines de mètres. La gentillesse du personnel, le très bon petit déjeuner dans le joli jardin et la mise à disposition de parasol.

Tout était super ! Un petit étendoir ou quelques patères pour faire sécher les serviettes et maillots de bain seraient bien pratiques :)

직원들이 다 친절하고, 방문을 열자마자 레몬향이 상큼해서 기분이 좋아져요. 모든 게 청결해서 아주 만족하며 지냈어요. 망통 기차역과 가까운 것도 큰 장점이에요. 그리고 무엇보다 여름철 에어컨 없이 못사는 한국인들에겐 에어컨이 빵빵하게 잘 나오는 게 엄청난 장점인 것 같아요! :)

샤워 부스에서 물이 새는 게 조금 아쉬웠지만 큰 문제는 아니었어요. 냉장고가 없는 것도 조금 아쉬웠어요.

We had stayed here many years ago and really liked it. Since then they have made some refurbishments and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is lovely! They have so many beach items to borrow, and a lovely outdoor bar in front. The location is simply perfect! So close to the old town and the beach and many lovely coffee shops! The building is absolutely beautiful!

We would love to stay here again. Since they refurbished they no longer accept pets. We travel with a dog. They were super kind to make an exception since we had stayed with them before with the same dog. I want to respect their choice to not host dogs, and sadly we will have to stay someplace else when we are in Menton. We will defiantly stay if we are traveling without our dog.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily come back. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and attentive, and their warmth really made a difference throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. You can tell that great care is taken to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The location is right in the heart of Menton, with everything within easy walking distance. If you’re traveling by car, the optional parking garage is a very convenient feature. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality. You helped make our time in Menton even more special!!!

Charmantes kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage- die schöne Altstadt von Menton ist in 10 min fussläufig zu erreichen. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Super Frühstück mit frischen regionalen Produkten. Sichere TG Parkplatz in 5 min entfernt. Lediglich sind die Zimmer für einen längeren Aufenthalt etwas klein.

Il primo impatto è stato ottimo. Struttura nuova, ben tenuta. Accoglienza è stata veloce, in pochi minuti ci hanno dato la stanza. La stanza era molto grande, pulita e ordinata. Bagno di ottime dimensioni con prodotti da bagno di ottima fattura. Colazione di ottima qualità sia per gli amanti del dolce che del salato. Al check out ci hanno offerto anche due bottigliette di acqua per il viaggio. Gesto non banale, anzi molto apprezzato. L’hotel Entra di diritto nostra lista dei preferiti. Grazie
