Por el precio que pagamos la habitacion no es lo que esperabamos, la cama matrimonial eran dos camas chicas juntas lo cual si estas en pareja es muy incomodo. No volveria.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación que tiene.

El buffet es escaso, no tiene mucha variedad, las camas de arriba la gente se deja las cosas y no hay ningún control, la piscina está muy fría y el jacuzzi bastante sucio

La vicinanza al centro e alle spiagge. La colazione e la cena abbondanti anche se un pochino ripetitive. Il personale gentile ed efficiente.

La stanza era un po' da rivedere sia dal punto di vista degli arredi che del bagno, il balcone affacciava su un muro di contenimento. Chiedere il supplemento (anche solo di 3 euro) per l utilizzo del mini frigo mi è sembrato davvero strano.

Lo que más nos gustó fue lo atentos que estuvieron el personal del hotel. La comida del desayuno y la cena muy variada y todo riquísimo. Y la ubicación del hotel una maravilla, estabas a 5 minutos andando de la playa y muy cerca de la zona de tiendas y del castillo.

Nos falto que hubiera opción de buffet para la hora de la comida y, quizás, mosquiteras en la puerta de la terraza de la habitación, ya que por la ubicación de la habitación entraban muchos mosquitos.

Był parking hotelowy, ale oddalony od hotelu. Niedokładnie sprzątane pokoje, niedoczyszczona łaziena i breud pod łóżkiem - niestety. Początkowo dostaliśmy pokój niezgodny z naszym oczekiwaniem i zarezerwowaniem, czekaliśmy dobę na właściwy pokój, nie otrzymaliśmy rekompensaty, czyli kto pierwszy ten lepszy lub kto ma silniejsze łokcie.

La cama un poco incómoda y no me gustó que hubiera bañera!

Aunque parece "lejos" está a un paso de la playa. Y para llegar a ella pasas por el "centro comercial", lo que loo convierte en un paseo. Las instalaciones son clásicas pero muy cómodas y suficientes. La zona de "descanso", detrás, un lujo

Precio bebidas lo veo excesivo. Césped piscinas ,zonas un poco mal conservadas,y el orden o posición en el que Ponen las comidas , no puede ser que me Pongan macarrones en la zona de dentro que para echar al plato se me pueden caer al llegar a mi plato y por delante pongan patatas redondas q deberían estar por detrás de los macarrones ya q es una patata y es mas difícil que me se caiga si cojo una!!pero la comida está muy bien.

El buffet y la súper limpieza de todo.

La coordinación de l@s recepcionist@s no se ponían de acuerdo en las normas, cuando solicitamos cambiar el turno del buffet unos decían una cosa y otros decían otra cosa..y no me pareció muy profesional.

El espacio muy íntimo, el personal excepcional, lo mejor.

Great location, really comfortable, all the facilities of a big hotel but with a lot more charm and personality. Staff extremely helpful and friendly especially bar staff. Rooms and pool area spotlessly clean. Food and drinks in the bar were lovely and very reasonable.

Loved everything but maybe a kettle / ability to make hot drinks in the room - we stayed room only and whilst the bar serves hot drinks, it would have been nice to have a coffee on the balcony in the morning. Some days sunbeds were in demand but I really like how you cannot reserve them!

Hotel es muy viejo, las fotos son reales pero sacadas para dar la idea que es mucho mayor. La piscina es muy pequenita.

The breakfast and supper was outstanding every night with a huge selection of foods, some cooked in front of you at serving point and others available at the resplendant buffets. Neptuno as a hotel overlooks the shopping area and seafront and is very close to the bus station and nearby supermarket. As a building it nestles in the foot of a the hill overlooking the main beach. Inside it is blessedly air conditioned, marbled and a statue of Neptune greets you past the auto opening entrance door. The interuor of the hotel is for me a very pleasing step back in time to 1950's/1960's in terms of the light wooden beams, classic furniture and proliferation of local art. A relaxing indoor bar is alongside the pool and terraced gardens with covered sun tanning beds. A great mix to be found in the gardens of swimming , around the pool tables, table tennis and in the upper levels even a tranquil Koi pond. All framed by palm trees and abundant shrubs plus the warm outdoor jacuzzi. I won't cover everything so you can find out for yourself...

Neptuno could be a gem in the GHT crown for all that is so very good about it in terms of it's setting in Tossa de Mar, the style and timeslessness of the architecture, the furnishings and art inside, the magnificent meals, the mostly very helpful and friendly staff and verdant gardens. An obvious issue detracts from the hotel's image and comfort of being a guest... Smoking is not suppossed to be allowed in the hotel rooms but carried on in the rooms and on balconies continously throughout our week's stay. We had spoken to the reception manageress about it but the response was "You must report it" when we just had. It seemed that we were being expected to police other guests instead of the management? It was said with the attitude from the manageress on duty as if how dare we even mention it? It made what could be an excellent hotel very much less so. Also smoking and vaping is allowed poolside with ashtrays set up on most tables encouraging smoking culture in the hotel and sending the message that non smokers are not welcome outside to enjoy the spaces, despite non smoking signage being on display. This spoils wanting to enjoy the sunshine and meals, drinks or our swimming outdoors. And the smoking is encouraged next to the dining hall which spoils a resplendant breakfast and evenings wanting to enjoy the live entertainment with families with their children outdoors. Families with children forced to endure the health affecting fumes of cigarettes. Please GHT, as a group set the standard for hotels in Catalunia and perhaps Spain pushing back against the currently prevailing smoking culture. Surely a ban on smoking within the grounds of the hotel could be introduced and upheld in all your hotels? I wanted to raise this point and hope something can be done about this issue?

Las habitaciones no tenían una higiene adecuada. Nos tocó una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con las fotos publicadas. Además, en las fotos también se aprecia una piscina de considerable tamaño que varía mucho con la realidad. La primera noche sonó la alarma de incendios a las 3am más o menos y ningún personal avisó de realizar el protocolo de incendios. Al final, no había incendios y todo quedó en un mal menor pero tampoco ningún personal tranquilizó a los huéspedes ni nos informaron de nada sobre el asunto. Muy poca profesionalidad.

El jardín y la ubicación. El buffet es correcto. El AA funciona bien.

El acceso es complicado para bajar las maletas. Y el aparcamiento está lejos. La decoración es peculiar.

Rooms were not big enough to take an extra bed for a child stay. Bedding and pillows poor quality. Breakfast poor quality and chaotic, needs a space to allow people to easily access seating outside. Needs serious consideration for a smoking area away from the outside tables near the eating area. People smoking where children are eating breakfast outside.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, muy céntrica y cómoda para conocer la ciudad. El edificio y las instalaciones tienen un estilo más clásico y quizá agradecerían alguna actualización para hacer la estancia todavía más confortable.

Очень понравилось, отель красивый, много интересного декора внутри. Хороший ассортимент еды в столовой. Чистый бассейн, много шезлонгов. В номере было тихо- окно выходило на внутреннюю стену. Быстрый вайфай. Уборка каждый день. Приветливый персонал. Пляж в 10 минутах пешком.

Собственная парковка слишком маленькая, пришлось искать в городе куда поставить машину.

L’emplacement est idéal! Proche de la rue piétonne et du côté historique. Tout peut se faire à pied: c’est vraiment top Les chambres sont assez petites mais fonctionnels et propres. Elles possèdent toutes un balcon qui donne sur la piscine.

La décoration est assez vieillotte Il y a aussi une borne d’accès pour accéder à l’hôtel en voiture. Et nous ne savions pas comment faire donc nous avons dû nous garer plus loin et faire le trajet à pied avec nos valises. A l’accueil, l’hôtesse nous a dit qu’il fallait simplement attendre à la borne car elle se baisse automatique. Mais cela n’était spécifié nulle part. Et attention pas de parking dans l’hôtel donc il faut trouver une place dans un parking, mais il y en a beaucoup (10€ par jour)

Me pareció un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y buena gente. El personal inmejorable,la comida buenísima y el hotel limpisimo ,no tengo nada malo que decir la verdad,calidad precio muy bien. Ha y muy buena ubicación!!!

Tot i semblar que està lluny del centre en realitat es troba força aprop, però te una pujadeta abans d’arribar no gaire apte per persones grans. La piscina està bé.

Que el ioga i els tastets de massatge durant el mes d’agost fossin per a tots els dies de la setmana i no només de dijous a diumenge. Caldria més varietat en el buffet lliure dels àpats.

Está molt net. Les habitacions són senzilles, però tenen tot el necessari i són espaioses. El buffet de l'esmorzar i el sopar és variat i suficient. I per 12 eur pots tenir una experiència relaxant a l'spa

The staff was very friendly and the location excellent: a few steps away from the heart of the town and a few more from the main beach. The food was good and changes every night, in line with the standards of a 3-star hotel. The therapeutic massage I had was greatly done and at a very correct price.

We didn't like that the fridge in the room was upon payment, we never experienced such a rule in other hotels around the world, and still don't understand the reasons for that. I personally also didn't like the value of the SPA: they normally ask 15€ (12€ if in promotion) for 45' only, a bit too expensive for that limited time.

The hotel has an authentic atmosphere with its walls, surroundings with little walk paths, hot tub etc. It’s not a modern building hence why I chose this place. Making your stay fully inclusive is a savers option as eating out is not cheap. Overall it’s a good value stay, clean, spacious, available sun beds, fair variety buffets, cute spa, 5 min walk to old town shops, 10 min walk to strip and beach, mostly mature and family guests, after dinner live music at pool side, beds were fine, good shower facility.

I didn’t feel welcome at my stay, the restaurant staff was great excluding the strict manager. When I asked the restaurant manager to put our drinks bill on our room the way he said no and pay now made me feel like I was going to run away. The reception when I asked for an extra hour to checkout said no with an impression like I was being rude. My son asked for a cab to the airport they didn’t seem happy to make the call. Was quite annoying all they should do is show a little smile. They make you feel like they’re doing you a favor rather than their job. Hardly any information is given and you need to ask for it and don’t forget they’re doing you a favour :) I only asked for room service cleaning once at my stay and they didn’t replace many things including a tiny bottle of water. The safe in the room has no lock and the notice says the hotel is not responsible of valuables unless it’s in the safe!? Okay genius I’ll put all valuables in the safe with no lock 🙄 The TV is like a small computer monitor which can hardly be watched plus it lost reception our second day and never worked. Most guests are elderly, bigger screen tvs are not expensive small things makes big differences for clients like the fridge in the room which is locked and you need to pay €3 a day to get it unlocked. Just the inconvenience to deal with reception to get it unlocked is not worth let alone charging for it, terrible. Blend it in your price of stay why charge separately to upset clients. Most important: if you are a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or you don’t eat pork this is not the place for you to eat. They do not have much of a separation of foods, especially BBQ Friday night. They cook everything at the same places so it becomes a struggle to choose what to eat.

Great location, close to the beach (just a couple streets on foot). Food was tasty, open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. View from the room was great (paid extra for it). Pool area is nice with families.

Parking was a little far from the hotel.

The pool was nice, the bar was always open and had good cocktails. Some of the staff were nice. I slept well in the room. The spa is pretty nice too.

The rooms are facing a stone wall with a completely blocked view, which was not shown in the photos. The spa massage was not good, very low effort.

Location was excellent, easy walk to the centre of the town & the beach. Breakfast was good. The pool was small but nice, no problem getting a sun bed & the cabanas were fabulous as they were set into the beautiful garden, only negative was the mosquitos which did like a nibble. The rooms were decent in size & beds comfortable, bathroom was a good size with rain fall showers, they even provide toothbrushes along with all the usual toiletries. Over a fabulous place to stay

Alldeles utmärkt frukost. Allt det vi ville ha fanns och var fräscht. Extra plus att man kunde sitta inne eller ute. Rummet var enkelt möblerat men rent och snyggt. Fin balkong med härlig utsikt. Hela vistelsen överträffade våra förväntningar. Familjärt, trevligt och mysigt. Hotellet borde ha fler än tre stjärnor.

Det hade varit bättre med en dubbelsäng än två enkelsängar som lätt åkte isär.

Accommodatie was top De perfecte mix van cultuur, zee en comfort voor een geslaagde vakantie.

Lange wachttijden bij het buffet: Drukte bij het restaurant zorgde voor hinderlijke rijen tijdens de maaltijden.

La comida era de buena calidad y estaba bien cocinada , ubiera sido algo mejor con más variedad.

La ubicación está muy alto y personas con alguna enfermedad les cuesta moverse. Tampoco me gustó el precio del parking y lo lejos para mí ,que se encuentra del hotel

Hotel très bien situé, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix et très copieux. Notre chambre avait une magnifique vue sur la mer et les fortifications.

Parking municipal à 3 min à pied mais qui reste beaucoup moins cher que celui de l hotel.

L'emplacement, la piscine et ses équipements, chambre spacieuse et literie confortable, clim très appréciée, petit balcon pour étendre serviettes et maillot de bain avec vue sur la vieille ville et la mer, le buffet du soir et du petit déj très bien ! Parking payant (18e/jour) à 5 min de l'hôtel à réserver avait votre arrivée.

Le seul point négatif est l'insonorisation des chambres .... On entend tout ... Penser à prendre des boules quies !

Très bien placé : proche plage, commerces et restaurants, gare routière mais calme. Propreté très bien . Petit déjeuner et diner variés, beaucoup de choix.

Les repas sont bruyants. On aurait également aimé pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner plus tardivement ( 10h c'est tôt pour les ados !) Dommage que l'utilisation du frigo dans la chambre soit payante puisqu'il est branché !

The location was excellent. Very near to the pedestrian shopping street and the beach. Good choice of food at breakfast and the evening buffets.

It was a peaceful and beautiful property, perfect for a staycation away from the busy life. Very close to beach and the spa services are also amazing.
