Hôtel très bien placé en centre ville proche de tout. Le personnel est très agréable et gentil. Le petit déjeuner au top il ne manque rien. La prochaine fois je prendrai une chambre avec terrasse sur la piscine le séjour sera encore plus agréable.

L'habitació no tenia balcó i no ho vaig saber fins que vaig arribar, impossible eixugar les tovalloles i una mica clasutrofòbica només amb la finestra.

Prima kamers (wat hardere matrassen), schoon, comfortabel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (klasse!). Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Perfecte ligging in het centrum. Goede lunchkaart. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.

Ondanks”verbod” nog de nodige handdoekenleggers. Maar overal algemeen wel een plekje rond zwembad te vinden. En denk eraan als je bij het hotel wilt parkeren dit te reserveren.

En la piscina no se cumplen las normas especificadas: algunos reservan hamacas indefinidamente, fuman y/o entran al agua sin ducharse (durante nuestra estancia, un huésped se bañaba, cada día, con la misma camiseta), sin que nadie les llame la atención.

Great location—just a 3–5 minute walk to the beach and the main street. At the same time, it wasn’t particularly noisy. On warm evenings, people would dine at nearby cafes until around midnight, but it didn't bother us—it's summer, people socializing, it all feels natural. A very beautiful hotel, wonderful staff with a great sense of humor. You can get an iron and beach or pool towels for a deposit. Fantastic breakfasts.

Great location - a short walk to everything: beach, shops, restaurants, old town. Room was well appointed with decent balcony. Great breakfast. Really great pool which was never crowded, we always managed to get a sunbed. The best bit? The staff. They were so friendly, and when we stupidly left a bag on a bus from the airport, they went above and beyond to help us locate it. We’ll definitely be back.

Sandwiches were served in the pool bar area but only after 5pm. Would have been great to have them as an option at lunch time when you don’t always want a proper meal.

Tout était parfait. L'emplacement, en plein centre de la ville et proche de la mer et des commerces, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la piscine. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet établissement. Merci encore.

Great location, stylish hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast

No tea and coffee making facilities. We asked for a kettle which they provided but he had to source our own teabags, milk and mugs! We had a tiny room with no balcony. Aside from missing the outdoor space it meant we had no where to dry beach towels etc. The beach towels provided by the hotel required a 10 euro deposit per towel and they charged 1 euro if you wanted a clean one which given we couldn’t dry ours we needed regularly. There was nowhere to shower or change if you have a late checkout which we did…a cold shower on the beach was not ideal. The pool area is very small and not big enough for the amount of guests.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato de todo el personal, desde recepción, camareros y camareras, personal de cocina y comedor, así como las chicas de la limpieza. Siempre sonrientes, dispuestos a ayudar y muy profesionales. El hotel es muy tranquilo y cómodo. Cerca del centro histórico del pueblo pero lo suficientemente apartado del bullicio y masificación de la zona comercial y de restauración. Está a dos minutos de la playa. La zona de piscina y la terraza es estupenda. Al ser un hotel pequeño se disfruta muchísimo del ambiente relajado y sin estrés, incluso tuvimos el placer de disfrutar de una sesión musical en directo muy íntima y agradable, que además, entre los camareros de esa tarde hubiese una gran cantante inesperada fue una grata sorpresa. Los espacios comunes amplios y frescos muy adecuados para el calor hicieron también más agradable la estancia. Y respecto a la habitación, muy limpia, silenciosa y confortable con la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El tamaño perfecto y el baño muy limpio y funcional.

No me gustó la actitud de ciertos huéspedes que hacen caso omiso a las normas del hotel, como por ejemplo reservar hamacas cuando hay señales explícitas que lo prohíben. Por suerte hay espacio para todos y eso no ha sido un problema.

Nuestra habitación daba a un muro feo de una pequeña calle secundaria y ese es el principal recuerdo que nos llevamos, lo cual no fue acorde al precio pagado.

le parking difficile pour accéder et se garer, trop petit. heureusement il y a des parkings très proche à 9.50E la journée. la salle de bain manque de rangements style tablette pour les produits, obligé de tout laisser dans notre vanity.

A parte da piscina era linda, o hotel em si também era muito bonito. Staff muito prestável, pequeno almoço muito bom também. Foi pena ser só uma noite, voltaria!

We loved everything about this hotel. The bus station from the hotel could be reached in under 5 minutes by foot, making it extremely accessible. It's also very close to everything; 2 minutes and you're already along the main street. Everything is really well done, with the staff being highly trained and attentive. When we checked out, we were allowed to stay in the hotel premises and leave our stuff. The place was also very quiet even if the main street is just a hop away.

Pas beaucoup de place dans la salle de bain de la chambre pour poser les affaires. Le lavabo n'est pas pratique car celui-ci n'est pas incurvé. (C'est un peu gênant par exemple quand on se lave les dents et qu'il faut se rincer ).L'écoulement est difficile.

Si bien es cierto el hotel es muy bonito, pagamos 260 euros la noche para un hotel que en general es mediano, las habitaciones relativamente pequeñas; por lo que considero que el precio estaba inflado pero entiendo que era también por la temporada.

Notre chambre (non supérieure) donnait sur la rue, il y a un bar en extérieur à côté de l’hôtel donc impossible de dormir avant 2h30 voire 3h du matin, malgré des boules quies, nous qui étions là pour nous reposer, cela nous a déçu.

La tranquilidad que se respira, ideal para relajarse y desconectar. Por la tarde nos encontramos que había música en directo en la piscina, en un ambiente super tranquilo, ideal para probar un muy buen margarita. Puntuación de 10 para absolutamente todos los empleados.

no hay absolutamente nada negativo, pero como CONSEJO si añadiría que podrían tener una especie de vestidor en la zona de hall / piscina. El último día hicimos checkout a las 12:00 pero nos permitieron pasar el dia en las instalaciones, aprovechamos para comer y tomar algo por la tarde antes de irnos. Te dejan espacio para guardar las maletas sin ningún problema, pero me faltaría un espacio donde poder cambiarte después cómodamente. Lo pudimos hacer sin problemas en el baño de minusválidos que es enorme (indicado por el propio personal que nos recomendó hacerlo ahí más cómodos), pero quizás estaría bien tener un espacio para dicha finalidad.

The staff were the best bit of the hotel as they were so friendly and accommodating, they made our stay so wonderful! The pool was lovely and the perfect escape from the busy beach. Perfect location and breakfast was excellent. They had secure garage storage for our bikes too which was nice peace of mind.

Wat een heerlijk hotel! Aangename sfeer, mooi ingericht, schoon. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk zwembad. De smoothies waren geweldig. Het ontbijt ook. Het strand, restaurants en winkels zijn op korte afstand. En Tossa de Mar is geweldig. Ik zou graag terugkomen.

Tip: een gekookt eitje bij het ontbijt. En de badkamer rook muf. Verder top!

We chose this brilliant hotel based on the excellent reviews and they were certainly spot on. In an ideal location near the shops and restaurants and a short stroll to the beach, the hotel is spotlessly clean, all the staff were great and the breakfast certainly lived up to its reputation. We stayed in a room overlooking the lovely pool area which was comfortable and spacious. We spoke to other guests who had stayed at the hotel several times and we can totally understand why. It's a gem and well worth a stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again .
