Мы жили в номере 304- вид на море с террасой замечательный, но очень маленькая комната, а в ванной комнате очень опасно находиться- выступающая душная кабина мешает проходу , нет никаких поручней- после душа скользко! Раньше в отеле были отличные изысканные завтраки- шведский стол и отдельно готовили по вашему пожеланию яйца в любом виде и кофе. Сейчас сделали по меню- это очень неудобно, поскольку занимает много времени, пока тебя обслужат и совсем нет овощей в меню!

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable, looked after and welcomed. The staff went extra mile for me to enjoy my stay there.

Good location in nicest part of Benidorm, i.e. Old Town

The room , room 005 , was described by receptionist as being special as it had a terrace with sea view. However, what they did not say was that the air conditioning of the room was useless. Despite many complaints from us and maintenance visits it never worked properly and therefore we were extremely uncomfortable with little sleep. Ruined the holiday.

Solo me gusto el desayuno,y las sabanas.El personal bien pero la habitacion muy incomoda.A mi me gusta llevar bastantes cosas de mi casa para no tener que comprar pero no tenia sitio para guardar maletas ,no teniamos donde secar las toallas de playa.No me parece muy bien que me cobren un hotel de 4 estrellas en una habitacion sin terraza.Entendi que las de vistas al mar eran mas caras pero esta habitacion precisamente 308 era muy pequeña.El baño no tenia sitio para guardar casi ni el neceser y tampoco el vaso,2 personas no podiamos pasar por alii...muy estrecho todo.Por este precio mis amigos han reservado hotel con piscina y la habitacion muy grande con terraza donde tenian hasta tumbonas.Yo reserve alli por la ubicacion porque me gusta mucho el mirador .El restaurante muy bien pero el precio muy caro para lo que nos han ofercido.Yo necesito salir a una terraza porque tengo sofocos de menopaisia y no sabia que el hotel no tiene todas las habitaciones con terraza.Encima la habitacion super pequeña...me agobié un monton.Nunca estuve en una habitacion tan pequeña ,ni cuando me aloje en un hotel de 3 estrellas.Asi que no vuelvo alli nunca.

The hotel location was approximately 2 to 3 minutes to the beech! The reception staff, were extremely nice, very-very helpful and even gave one, free solar eclipse glasses. The restaurant serveses and meals, were spot on. The room cleaners did an excellent service, and was always available (one evening they were working gone 19::00hrs).

There was nothing to dislike! Notwithstanding the bargain prices. Though my room did not have a balcony (of my request)..next time I'll reserve a sea-front balcony one.

This is our 5th annual visit. Love the Canfali. Staff so professional, helpful and all without exception lovely ( esp Marcos). Rooms with a sea view worth the extra cost. Breakfast is the best esp granola. Great location in Old Town!

Location is great and there are amazing views from the balcony. Rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi and bar open till late.

Kitchen staff are useless or simply don't care. If you don't know any spanish you'll struggle. One of them actually took the order correctly and brought grated tomatoes for the toast not grilled tomato next to the toast. Some restaurant staff serve you in a manner that makes you feel like you owe them your life.

Hotel eccezionale! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per la durata di 8 giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto. La camera era bellissima, dotata di tutti i comfort e con una vista spettacolare sul mare. Le pulizie giornaliere erano impeccabili così come lo staff, la reception ha soddisfatto sempre tutte le nostre richieste con una gentilezza e professionalità meravigliosa. La posizione è ottima, essendo in centro vicino ai locali e a metà tra le due spiagge principali. La colazione è eccellente, ogni giorno siamo rimasti sempre più soddisfatti ed anche il ristorante dell'hotel è davvero buonissimo, con piatti particolari tutti di qualità. Ultima menzione alla Jacuzzi all'ultimo piano, bellissima e rilassante e così anche la terrazza con cocktail buonissimi. Insomma, un soggiorno veramente perfetto, consiglio vivamente questo hotel se state cercando relax, cordialità e ottimo cibo. Torneremo sicuramente!

From start to finish, an absolutely perfect stay. The staff from reception, to housekeeping and through the restaurant can't do much more to make you feel welcome. Perfect hosts! The hotel is wonderfully clean and comfortable. It is perfectly located just behind the Balcon del Mediterraneo, walking distance to Old Town shopping, bars and restaurants and very close to Levante, Mal Pas and Poniente beaches. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

Beautiful little hotel. Great location it’s next to the church in the old town. Clean rooms. Breakfast huge, and perfectly presented. Great friendly staff. Roof top terrace with a jacuzzi. Only 1 negative thing the rooftop bar wasn’t open, drinks purchased from restaurant downstairs which meant to had to go down in the lift to get drinks. Would highly recommend reminds me of a honeymooners hotel.

Breakfast is freshly cooked to order rather than served as a buffet, which makes it feel much more special. The quality of the food is excellent. The hotel also provides a voucher for two glasses of cava, served with a blackberry, peanuts, and high-quality crisps, just a lovely touch. The location is superb, just a short walk from the famous tapas street.

Great location and amazing views, right where we wanted to be in Benidorm. Breakfast was excellent too and we enjoyed having it in D’Vora, again great views.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room and it was a battle to get a temporary fix on the first night and again to change rooms the next day!! Not what we were expecting

We stayed in room 004, which had a huge amazing terrace, with spectacular views over the bay and the sea, and was truely stunning.

Everytime we went up on the roof to sunbathe, or use the hot tub, there were large groups of guys, literally taking the place over, and after a couple of days of that, we never even bothered to go up there, i was surprised because it was a very high quality boutique hotel, that was the only negative.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a 4 stelle per una sola notte. La posizione è centrale, sulla collina che porta al mirador, ma la salita ripida a piedi lo rende un po' scomodo se si decide di rimanere per più giorni. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata penalizzata dalla camera assegnata: una stanza al piano terra, per persone con mobilità ridotta, situata proprio adiacente all'ingresso, alla reception e all'ascensore. Di conseguenza, abbiamo sentito costantemente il rumore degli ospiti che entravano, uscivano o si fermavano a chiacchierare, oltre la musica di sottofondo. Inoltre, il bagno per disabili era sprovvisto di vetro protettivo nella doccia, il che causava l'allagamento completo del pavimento a ogni utilizzo. La camera non corrispondeva affatto alle foto viste su Booking, e la nostra richiesta di cambio stanza non è stata purtroppo accolta. Nota positiva per la pulizia generale, anche se in doccia c'erano alcuni punti visibilmente arrugginiti, dettaglio che non ci si aspetta da un quattro stelle. Nota di demerito anche per la vasca idromassaggio sul tetto, davvero piccolissima. Nel complesso, abbiamo avuto la netta sensazione di essere trattati come "clienti di serie B" solo per via del nostro soggiorno breve. PS. I rumori erano così forti da poterlo registrare col lo smartphone da dentro la stanza.

La ubicación, lo bien aisladas que están las habitaciones (no te enteras del jaleo de la calle pese a que está en una zona super concurrida) y el personal muy agradable. La habitación era la estándar. Pese a ser pequeña tenía todo lo necesario.

Las toallas estaban desgastadas y de calidad muy mejorable para este tipo de hotel y la cama de muelles, muy blanda.

Can be a little lively in the summer months but to be expected Rooms are pretty quiet when closed up but loved listening to the sea!

We had a wonderful stay at the Gastrohotel RH Canfali in Benidorm. The location is outstanding, perched between Levante and Poniente beaches in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying spectacular sea views. The hotel is modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. My room was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always happy to help and making me feel genuinely welcome. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered excellent quality and plenty of choice. The D-Vora restaurant also serves delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes, and the rooftop terrace with its panoramic views is the perfect place to unwind with a drink after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Gastrohotel RH Canfali combines an unbeatable location, outstanding service, and excellent facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm and would happily stay there again.

An absolute gem of a hotel in the old town. As a solo traveller I had a small, but perfectly formed room. I was a “gift room” so got small branded gifts each day which was a lovely touch. The food at Dvora was incredible, I was half board so got breakfast and evening meal, 3 course on a simplified version of the main menu (restaurant open to non residents) and cannot fault a single mouthful! Whether a guest at hotel or just dining at restaurant book ahead to get a table on the terrace with amazing views. Massive thanks to Martello and Titi for their fabulous service. The jewel in the crown was the incredible roof terrace with jacuzzi, for most of the week I stayed I was the only person using it and it was wonderful. With views across to Levante beach it was a peaceful relief from the chaos of the beach. I cannot recommend RH Canfali enough, and it certainly shows Benidorm is not just the stereotype, there are amazing hotels and experiences for all.

This hotel fell very short of our expectations. Beautiful setting . Tv not working properly and lack of a bar area to sit are minor complaints. My main concern was the ants in the bed.I complained after night one,showing the reception photos of the ants. Room cleaned but even more ants on night 2! Reception pleasant but ineffective When I complained I was told from management that we must have food in the room.We had no food in the room. Extremely disappointing stay

El tamaño del hotel es perfecto para quienes buscan huir los macrohoteles con centenares de habitaciones y zonas comunes atestadas de gente. Es un oasis de tranquilidad con fantásticas vistas

La habitación 204 no es propia de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. No tiene mesa para trabajar con un pequeño ordenador, su configuración en forma de tubo la hace fea e incómoda (te topas con las camas según entras por la puerta) y deja mucho que desear en cuanto a comodidades (ni una butaca para leer). El mobiliario de plástico de la terraza termina dando a todo una situación de provisionalidad muy desagradable por casi 300€ la noche (¡!).

The location and the views deserve 20 out of 10! If possible, don’t hesitate to book a Sea View room—you absolutely won’t regret it. This is a charming boutique hotel with an exceptionally friendly and welcoming team. A special thank you goes to Markos at the reception, who was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. He gave us fantastic recommendations on where to eat and what to see nearby, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We are truly grateful that he arranged a larger room with breathtaking views, making our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent. The avocados were especially delicious, and we loved learning that they come directly from the hotel owners’ family farm. Another wonderful person we’d like to mention is Marcelo, one of the waiters. His sense of humor and positive energy were absolutely contagious and put us in a great mood for the rest of the day. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would happily return. A couple of useful tips for future guests: Only licensed taxis are allowed to drive directly to the hotel because it is located in a protected area of the old town with traffic restrictions. If you arrive by Uber or a similar service, you’ll likely be dropped off about half a kilometer away and will need to walk the rest of the way. Also, if you prefer a more spacious room, we recommend asking the reception team in advance, as some of the rooms are quite compact. One more tip: if you stay at the hotel for four nights or more, the airport transfer to and from the hotel is complimentary. Just make sure to inform the reception at least 72 hours in advance.

Window and walls not right as you could here everything even when people were showering around, roof top and jacuzzy has nothing to offer, jacuzzy bearly on , for a drink you need to call or so , hence you give up, some tables and sunchairs but nothing else

Immaculate hotel in a fantastic location in the old town with stunning views over Benidorm. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful with so much choice. Loved eating on the terrace overlooking the sea and the cold tub on the roof terrace was a real treat.

Stay was good for the weekend, staff at check in very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for everything. However, we went down for breakfast gave our room number and got told to sit anywhere. After 20 minutes no one had even come to see if we wanted drinks or show us the menu despite 3 other couples coming in after us and getting served. We left and had to dine out even though our breakfast was included as we felt ignored

We have been to Benidorm many times and most hotels offer a buffet breakfast , which is often disappointing to be honest . The Canfali does a table service breakfast , cooked to order , and was very good quality . There was plentyof choice and it would appeal to most people I think. Also the coffee was fresh ,not from one of those vending machines . We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely , the bathroom was small , but the shower was great , and the bed was extremely comfortable. We found the staff helpful and generally friendly . The hotel is in a good location , very central , close to the beach and tapas alley . Would recommend.

The room , ground floor, very noisy, air conditioning non existent . Staff when approached about noise issues were dismissive. The noise happened most of the night , every night of our stay, mostly after midnight

Della struttura mi è piaciuto in particolare l’accoglienza sia della reception sia per quanto riguarda lo staff del ristorante, la colazione ottima e la posizione eccellente❣️

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto particolarmente il solarium, perché era infestato da zanzare, facevano continuamente manutenzione ma purtroppo non era risolvibile, i cuscini invece in camera erano molto alti per i miei gusti e quindi ho dormito senza.
