En primer lugar, la ubicación. Excepcional. En segundo lugar, el personal (en mi caso, más concretamente Marylen y Oscar de recepción) cuya amabilidad y buen hacer nos hicieron sentir en casa. Pero más allá de personas concretas, destaco la amabilidad. La habitación, muy cómoda, limpia y bien aislada que permitía el descanso. La comida, muy buena, siendo un bufet impecable. Y por último el rooftop. Fantástico. Repetiré

The rooms were well appointed and clean but noisy because of the surrounding strip. Nice touches like bottle of cava for my birthday. Good prompt cleaning service. Nice friendlyreception staff.

The pool area was cramped and the staff serving quite grumpy. Breakfast was chaotic and the woman cooking eggs in the latter part of our stay was overstressed and served undercooked imedible eggs. Egg guy earlier was brilliant. The breakfast buffet ran out of basics which took too long to get replenished. Lifts inadequate although largely due to the stupidty of other guests.

Location! Best location in all of Benidorm in our view. Straight into the sea. Staff we're brilliant on reception, at breakfast and cleaning rooms. All really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone. Check out at 12pm which was perfect for us. We stayed in a deluxe suite and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've slept in, in a hotel. Wonderful. Lovely toiletries. Shampoo and conditioner etc Nice big beach towels which you can exchange for clean ones.

We didn't use the pool. It didn't look like clean water so we didn't chance it which was a shame. (Looked like old bath water) The tea and coffee making facilities were very poor for a 4 star hotel. Worse still you had to pay to have them replenished which I thought was a real cheap move for a large hotel chain. The fridge in the room didn't get that cold. Sounds like small faults but it's very expensive hotel.

La habitación con terraza, fue decepcionante, dos metros cuadrados de balcón y frente a un muro.

Roof top bar was amazing

Staff leaving me stood at bar and walking past me, knowing I was trying to order drinks for 25 minutes after they had just finished serving the lady in front - after 25 minutes I was finally told by a staff member that they dont usually serve that side of the bar on a night. Even though they had juat served the lady in front and the barman walked past me 4 times without saying anything- annoying 😑

The restaurant and food was top class. The layout of the hotel and room in particular was very good. And the locatio9n of the hotel was fantastic.

If I was really picky, then the view from the room not great but not everyone can have see views.

Very clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was lovely and the location was exactly what we wanted.

Un lugar muy lindo, la ubicación es perfecta justo al frente del mar, cerca del mirador ideal para salir a caminar por la noche y volver al hotel sin ningún problema, las instalaciones muy limpias y el personal demasiado amable.

Brudna kanapa w pokoju junior. Wstyd brać takie pieniądze i wpuszczać gości w taki brud. Łóżka niewygodne i skrzypiące. Smród pod prysznicem. Bardzo brudne wykładziny na korytarzach. W pokoju firanki brudne i żółte nieprane pewnie 2 lata. Na śniadaniu live cooking kucharka miała problem żeby przygotować jajecznicę na świeżo bo ta gotowa w pojemniku sucha jak beton nie dało się jeść. Ogólnie za tą cenę nie warto.

Wir essen kein Schweine-Fleisch und es wurde besonders beim Abendessen auf keine Beschilderung beachtet. Der Roof-Pool ist eine Katastrophe! Kein Platz nur Handtücher als besetzt Hinweis . Ihr habt keine Chance einen Platz zu finden. Das Personal wurde angesprochen aber hat lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen. Aber jetzt kommt es noch doller, der Pool oben war so schmutzig und milchig, wir waren schockiert.

Het ontbijt en avond eten eten voor die prijs was er nog geen drinken in begrepen dat moet je apart betalen het lawaai de ganse nacht waar niets aan gedaan word ( je slaapt niets de ganse nacht ) roepen tieren zuipen en overgeven dan komt rond 5 uur de straten kuisen en rond 6 uur komen ze dan leveren dat waren onze 3 nachten vraag je en factuur word het niet gegeven enkel een ontvangst bewijs de woningen worden om 12.00 13.00 uur gepoetst dus ons besluit staat vast wij gaan nooit terug

El personal muy educado y amable, ayudándote en todo momento cualquier cosa que necesitase. El hotel era un lujo, donde la comida era siempre un acierto y me encanta que es un sitio adaptado para personas de movilidad reducida, se nota que piensan en todo.

Een heel goed en verzorgd ontbijt. De plaatsen zijn beperkt ter hoogte van het buffet, maar ik wil niet op een ander niveau zitten, omdat je dan met je bord via een trap naar je plaats moet gaan. Ik stap niet gemakkelijk.

Een klein detail, de deur van mijn kamer viel niet in het slot. Je moet extra duwen of trekken en dan was ze op slot. Dus wanneer de kamer gereinigd werd, was ze nadien niet op slot!

Nie można mieć żadnych zastrzeżeń. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone posiłki, śniadania i kolacje.

Jedyne zastrzeżenie to że przez parę dni przed wyjazdy chciałam przedłużyć do godziny 16 pokój, co było w informacji hotelu. Proponowano nam pokój gościnny, żebyśmy mogli się przed wylotem odświeżyć Niestety nie dotrzymano słowa, mimo że prosiliśmy trzy dni wcześniej. Codziennie odsyłano nas na każdy następny dzień. W dniu wyjazdu znaleziono termin na godzinę 6.45 dnia następnego.

A lovely hotel in a great location, near the old town but easy to get to the new town. My rooftop pool had amazing views of benidorm. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is amazing.

Room were small and a little tired in place. The staff who checked us in were not the friendliest to English people which was sad considering the journey we had had.

Não gostei do Hotel atribuir me um quarto que diziam ser superior ao que eu fiz a reserva quando afinal o quarto é inferior ninguém quer um quarto com a vista de uma parede não gostei nada ficava com muita humidade.

It was absolutely beautiful place

Maten var en stor höjdpunkt. Frukosten var mycket bra, varierad och hade ett stort utbud. Middagsbuffén höll också hög kvalitet och hade olika teman varje kväll, bland annat asiatiskt och skaldjur, vilket gjorde att det fanns något nytt att prova varje dag. Kockarna och serveringspersonalen vid både frukost och middag var fantastiskt trevliga, vänliga och serviceinriktade. Även den övriga personalen i receptionen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi kände oss välkomna under resten av vistelsen och det positiva överväger helt klart.

Det enda negativa under vistelsen var mottagandet när vi anlände. Bemötande kändes genomgående otrevligt, ointresserat och utan någon större servicekänsla. Garageporten till hotellets parkering stod öppen när vi kom, så vi körde ner och parkerade medan vi gick upp för att checka in. När jag berättade detta fick vi ett kort och irriterat besked om att bilen omedelbart måste flyttas eftersom garaget var fullt. Vi hade självklart förståelse för att det inte fanns några lediga platser, men beskedet hade kunnat framföras på ett betydligt vänligare sätt. Vi fick endast namnet på ett annat parkeringsgarage nedskrivet, utan någon förklaring om var det låg eller hur vi skulle köra dit. Vi hade redan checkat in online och informationen angav att det skulle räcka att visa passen och därefter få rumsnyckeln. Trots detta behövde vi fylla i ytterligare papper, utan att få någon förklaring till varför. Vi fick inte heller någon information om hotellet, exempelvis var frukost och middag serverades eller vilka faciliteter som fanns. Samtidigt hörde vi hur andra gäster bredvid oss fick en tydlig och informativ genomgång av en annan receptionist. Det gjorde skillnaden i bemötandet extra tydlig. Detta gav oss tyvärr ett mycket tråkigt första intryck, men det är viktigt att betona att all övrig personal i receptionen och på hotellet var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Great location, spacious room and pleasant staff. Hotel is situated on the beachfront, easy access to the old town, many bars and restaurants nearby.

Rooftop pool area wasn't very inviting, but it did have a good view. There was often a wait to use the hotel lifts.

Could do with rooms cleaned daily, as floors get Sandy due to location of hotel Reception staff on arrival at midnight ignored us and took phone call. Wasn’t forthcoming with information, eg where was breakfast, what time was breakfast In rooftop swimming area, towels were put on beds with nobody on them for hours, despite this not being allowed. Suggest staff need to be vigilant/ disciplined in monitoring this

El hotel me encantó ,muy moderno y cuidado. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia más agradable, tiene un hervidor de agua junto con café e infusiones para tomar después de un día de playa y relajarse antes de bajar a cenar, un detalle como zumos o gominolas que también se agradece ,tiene una neverita que es muy útil para tener siempre agua o refrescos fríos . El salón donde se da el desayuno y la cena muy bien y la comida excelente, volveremos SEGURO

The lifts could be very slow at times

Location was perfect, very nice hotel (modern and stylish throughout). Breakfast was superb. Rooftop bar and area was great although the pool was a little small so was packed with people most of the time but nothing major.

The lifts weren’t easy to use - lots of guests struggled to work out how to navigate them. You had to use your card but it didn’t always work and then you went up and down a lot. Was quite funny the conversations with guests in the lifts about this!

Stayed 3 times. Fabulous hotel, amazing location, friendly staff. The choice of food for breakfast is brilliant. In process of booking again for July 27

Only small annoyance this year is that we arrived at 11am, we were told rooms would probably be ready before 3. We went up to pool and came back down at 1.45 to be told they weren’t ready however, other people were walking up to desk and checking straight in. We got our key at 15.05 which was a bit annoying

Third time in three years staying here and it’s always a treat. Staff are friendly and helpful the location is great.

Location is amazing. Beach front and perfect for both old and new town. Lovely and modern hotel.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, queuing for food and coffee. Rooftop bar was mobbed during the day and struggled to get a seat.

The location is superb right on the sea front so right where we wanted to be plus close to pubs and restaurants if you wanted to eat out. The breakfast offering is the best we have seen anywhere and we are very well travelled - everything you could possibly want and more - always being replenished. The staff are all lovely the check in staff, restaurant workers, bar workers and cleaners. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Qualita prezzo non all’altezza. Dedicato completamente a un turismo inglese , camera senza confort e senza attenzioni. Frigo bar completamente vuoto , armadio quasi inesistente.

Rooms were clean, beds were lovely and the staff were lovely and pleasant (especially the women at breakfast). Decent breakfast as well. Pool facilities were nice and comfortable and great location.

The only negative and I think everyone staying there will say this, was the lifts were useless. Every person I spoke to in the lifts said the same thing, regardless of where they came from. They had a a mind of their own. You'd want to go up and someone would get in, wanting to go down and the lift would change direction. They were terrible.

Wasn’t impressed with the checkin as when I booked I explained I’m was bringing my mum as for her 70th birthday, & I had a response saying that the hotel would do a nice gesture or something to recognize her birthday, however on arrival there was nothing , not even a drink in room , I was shown a menu for me to choose something whilst my mum was at reception with me, also the morning before we was leaving I went to desk to enquire about check out etc , asked the lady as needed advice about taxi , she wasn’t very helpful at all , was twisting her hair during the whole conversation, mentioned we could get a bus to airport, so I asked I need more information pls where is bus from to be told you get a taxi to bus , I just had to walk away as she wAs no help at all . So overall I’m not happy with some of the service.

Stayed here for a week mid June. Have to say the stay was fantastic, we pushed the boat out and had a junior suite. This was brilliant as it gave us a huge outside terrace, with a sofa, two tables and chairs, a couple of sun loungers and a parasol, along with a fantastic view of the beach and sea from the glass fronted balcony. The room itself was divided into two, a comfortable bedroom area and a separate lounge area, both with their own tv’s. The room was kept really clean and tidy by the friendly housekeeping team. We had half board in the hotel, and found the breakfasts to be very good and the evening meals, while they were buffet style, we did always manage to find meals that also included a good choice of veg as well and plenty of fresh fish, so often we find buffet restaurants are too bitty in their choices that you end up with plates of random items, so well done Barcelo. It was great to relax in the Santa Maria bar area at the front of the hotel and enjoy a cold drink and people watch! The hotel is very central to the old town and shops/bars/restaurants being only a very few minutes walk, but we never felt it was intrusive or noisy. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only downsides we would say are if you come by a tour operators bus you will be a 5 mins or more walk from drop off or pick up due to the hotel being virtually on the beach with no road in front, not their fault. Also if I’m honest the bath towels were disappointing, being hard and scratchy, which did suprise us a bit. But in truth we would come back here in a heartbeat just for that room with an on the beach feel!

I am writing this review still unsure how I felt about our stay.. the room was average very spacious but shabby in parts and had ants coming from the skirting board We had 2 rooms.. one a side sea view room that over looks the restaurants and couple of bars at the side.. if it’s not the bar noise that stops you sitting on the balcony it’s the building work happening outside the room.. guess these noises can’t be helped, fortunately for us we did have a second room with a deluxe frontal sea view which was very large with 2 loungers table and chairs and a sofa so the not so good balcony wasn’t such an issue.. however just be aware of the room you book if you are only picking one room The food was okay.. just standard holiday food.. nothing to moan about but nothing to write home about either Drinks in the hotel nice but bar service can be slow and the price is a bit steep. Location brilliant and the beach on the doorstep.. the main reason for scoring a 3 was the roof terrace is very underwhelming.. the photos make it look more inviting when in fact the pool is a gloried bath. Full of groups sat round the edge of the pool drinking with just their feet/ legs in.. came across very intimidating but again that’s our opinion Overall I wouldn’t stay again.. if we didn’t book the larger balcony(600 euros extra) we would be very disappointed..
