Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che all'arrivo ci avevano dato delle stanze dislocate dall'hotel troppo basse e un umidità insopportabile che non corrispondevano con quelle prenotate, però il giorno dopo sono stati così efficenti da spostarci in camere molto belle e comode al 2piano. La colazione sono sempre le stesse cose e non di qualità.

Los horarios de las comidas no me gustan mucho, y muy puntuales, sin dejar terminar bien la comida ya estan recogiendo todo, los ascensores horribles, solo 2 ascensores para todo el hotel y todos los dias una de los 2 dañado, la limpieza de las habitaciones regular, por lo tanto no me parece de 4🌟, si no de 3 🌟

El hotel tiene 9 plantas, donde sólo funciona 1 ascensor.En el día de llegada,nos dirigimos al bar y pedimos un granizado... Sorpresa,el granizo no entra en "todo incluido",solo entra refrescos de grifo y bebidas alcohólicas (lo que ni yo ni mi marido ni tomamos). Estuvimos alojados en la planta 9.Una tarde me bajo al bar para pedir agua.Para mi sorpresa,me entregan 2 vasos de agua ,para subirlo a la planta 8....En todos los hoteles donde estuvimos en régimen "todo incluido", cuando pedía agua me daban una botella de agua sin problema.Una cosa es cierta:no volveré a ese hotel....y cuidado con la comida,les puedo decir que mi marido está enfermo con vómitos y diarrea desde antes que salgamos del hotel y les puedo asegurar que no comió ni bebió nada fuera del hotel.No sé cómo el hotel tiene 4 estrellas,por mi opinión no merece ni 2.Te vas a relajarte,y vuelves enfermo.......no RECOMIENDO

La limpieza ,el espejo del armario estaba sucio cuando entramos y en cuarto días que estuvimos siguió sucio ,el trato de Marcos el camarero de dentro fue muy maleducado cuando fuimos a pedir .El ascensor que siempre está estropeado,nos quedamos dentro y no vino nadie del hotel a sacarnos del ascensor ,nos ayudaron una pareja que estaban hospedadas también en el hotel y se habían quedado encerrados por la mañana.

Me parece que para tener 4 estrellas le falta muchas cosas .Mas variedad de comida ,ensaladas , plancha.Mas personal ,se notaba mucho que no les daba la vida.Mas sombrillas para la piscina de las que se mueven porque esas que tienen no tapan nada.Mas animación de espectáculos en español y de arte español (estamos en España).

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026We stayed last year and really enjoyed and we were not disappointed this holiday All staff we met were lovely - reception, restaurant and cleaners. A massive shout out though to the entertainment team - Natxo (who we met last year) and Noa and Ema they were absolutely fantastic day and night making sure adults and children were well entertained with many activities and shows. Best evening show TIME who were absolutely outstanding - mix of singing, dancing, acrobatics and audience involvement superb. Another special mention for the bar staff (also poolside food truck) who were always very busy, very polite, friendly and helpful lovely staff.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Just got back from an amazing stay this was my second time. Everyone is very friendly from front desk to bar staff waiters and the cleaners do an amazing job. The food was great my daughter has arfid and she always food something to eat. No running for subbed even if you come in the afternoon you can find a sun bed. I had a lovely relaxed holiday and would come again. Thank you to all the staff.

Los ascensores van muy mal y peor el que va a la piscina , pide una plancha y te dicen que no tienen ese servicio , cuando hace la entrada , no te dicen que el todo incluido que la bebida es hasta las 23:00 que a partir de esa hora te toca pagarla me enteré por el camarero , otra cosa el snack es hasta la 18:00 pero va a la 17:13 y te dicen que ya la cocina está cerrada , estuve 4 días y ningún día me cambiaron la sábanas, un poco más de información hace la diferencia

Pool snack van is Cool , e Choice is amazing.cooked fresh , non of this reheated or kept on a hor plate drying out food here is brilliant. Open all day. Perfect for family's with children of all ages I trued burgers , chips , oinin rings and get toasties are amazing We missed breakfast but coffee and a toasties was great for us late morning. We were all inclusive. Food in dinner hall there is enough but I stay quality and choice could improve a little. Desserts are amazing great quality. The standard room is smal. But bed are super comfy. Terrace is greatly at night We user the large private shower on departure near the pool area to get ready for our flight. Again extra bonus. Very useful.
Last day we mised our flight and went to ask or a room to keep few hou (pay of course) hours . The man who seems the be older t at reception (glasses/grey n hair was appaulling attitude shouting and giving hand signals YOU MUST GO NOW !!!!.lucky I wasn't in own country cause I tell him where they sun does not shine. I only asked a question. He really needs to stop over reacting. He was there when we arrived and he wasn't that welcoming at all. He needs to get another job. I have not given low score for staff. Because 1 staff at reception (older male) to be shocking on last day. I am not spoiling it for all other staff in hotel.

I would say most suitable for couples rather than families with children in my view. The hotel is modern, clean and has a great location in benidorm, but i would say lacks a bit of the wow factor. Food: Breakfast: a good variety from English cooked breakfast to continental options as well as live cooking stations for pancakes and omelette. Lovely gentleman welcoming us to breakfast always with a lovely smile and providing a great service. 8/10 Lunch: Cannot comment as did not use this service Snacks: a fantastic positive point of the hotel. Snacks offered by the little snack hut at the pool from 11am - 5pm. Toasties, hot dogs, burgers, chips etc. Just ideal for a quick bite to eat during the day if you didnt want to go in for lunch at the restaurant, the gentleman serving the Snacks always very friendly and works extremely hard always with a smile and great personality. Thankyou Dinner: A decent choice but not huge. could be more options for children i would say. Live cooking stations every night. I had a positive experience and especially enjoyed the chicken doner build your own wrap night. You can always find something to eat and no issues with temperature or food quality. Dessert section is limited to what we have experienced in other hotels. 8/10 Staff: Most were lovely and hospitable expecially reception, breakfast and the snack guy. A gentleman that works the pool bar sometimes very snappy and moody I cannot remember his name. I tried speaking Spanish to him just good Morning and hello and he told me to speak English I found this quite rude as I was only making an effort to be polite in Spanish. There was another gentleman in the restauant bar one night he was very rude to me slamming glass down at me becsuse I changed my order. Hotel should monitor this. But overall most staff friendly and welcoming. SPEICAL NOTE: Night security staff havier extremely friendly. Also gabby. My son lost his hat which gabby had found ans took to reception Thankyou guys. Pool: The real disappointment of the holiday. No inflatables in pool my son wasn't even allowed a small ball to play with. I understand the safety rules, but come on guys a small ball for a child to play with is not a safety issue and effected our overall enjoyment. The female lifeguard very strict on enforcing the rules. Even stopping a small child with a inflatable swimming aid. I understand there are busy times and safety must come first, but for families these things are big deal and the hotel should reconsider its position i would recommend Cleanliness: spot on no issues hotel spotless throughout Entertainment: not the best programme. And should definitely be outside where they already have a stage ready to use. Inside Entertainment in summer just doesnt feel the same. But overall enjoyed especially the karaoke. Entertainment staff friendly and welcoming to all guests. Thankyou Room: Not the biggest to be honest but suited us for 4 nights. Cleaning not a great standard to be honest but not enough to complain about I have stayed at many all inclusive hotels with my children and I would say the hotel management needs to really do some training with its staff to teach them how to go the extra mile for the customers. It felt at times we were a hinderence and a problem rather than their guests. I would say making more of an effort with the children and families should be a priority to improve guest experience Would we return? With the children no. But as a base for me any my partner for a small break yes possibly Thankyou for having us

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Location not bad not in thick of all pubs but some around hotel to get a drink.Night time can get a little noisy with karaoke at red lion and some good tribute bands on,but can close balcony door to keep sound out. We we’re on 9 th floor across from lift some noises from guest getting out at night could be herd .On a few accessions we had to use stairs as lifts were very slow.Air con none existent came on for 5 minutes in 3 nights we stayed baring in mind was 32 degrees that week .Breakfast not the best paid for 3 mornings,only ate 1 morning that was enough to put us off eating there next morning.Fridge didn’t work bought a pint of milk to have gone of next day .shower was disappointing,watering can would of ran quicker.Staff are all friendly and welcoming.Best place to get a my near by is the Yorkshire prid pub just up hill past Lidl.

La ubicación es buena cerca de la playa y mas alejado del bullicio de fiesta ya que la entrada del hotel se encuentra en una calle tranquila. La piscina pequeña para los niños es ideal. La comida es buena y variada. Muy entretenida la animación del hotel todas las noches para adultos y niños.
El hotel lo calificaría como un 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas si viajas en familia. Recomiendo traer secador de pelo ya que el de la habitación no dura ni 5 minutos encendido. El parking es muy pequeño no tiene capacidad para un hotel de ese tamaño, nos dijeron que no era necesario reservar y cuando llegamos ya no había sitio y tuvimos que ir a aparcar a otro hotel de la misma cadena.

Durante a nossa estadia no hotel Regente em família, fomos brindados com um profissionalismo exemplar. Destacamos o respeito e o carinho com que a dupla dinamizou todas as atividades, desde os jogos disputados de polo aquático e snooker até à excelente organização das noites de karaoke. Tornaram as nossas férias inesquecíveis. Deixamos Espanha com uma grande saudade da energia desta dupla fantástica. O Natxo e o Emmanuel são profissionais extraordinários que elevam o nome do hotel. Obrigado, Natcho e Emanuel, por terem tornado as nossas férias em família no Hotel Regente tão dinâmicas e especiais! Jamais esqueceremos os momentos divertidos que passamos ao vosso lado. Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Recently stayed at Regente 24th July unill 4th August..,7 adults and 2 children. Staff were very friendly food was lovely, the rooms were very clean the pool was lovely and no fighting for sunbeds.The entertainment staff were funny we never stopped laughing. Can't wait to return.Thankyou to all staff for making our holiday enjoyable xxx

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Large group celebrating life. I emailed the hotel before to let them know regarding gluten intolerence. Staff met us at each meal to let us know the offerings. Big thank you to catering staff who worked so hard. Good food with plenty of choice. I went half board and paid for wine at 3 euro a glass. The only gripe was no water or drinks suppled with evening meal if you are on a half board basis. There was a very enthusiastic member of staff making sure all inclusive customers were not providing drinks to others. Large pool was clean snd rooms cleaned each day. I would go back again.

Everything was great we we’re inclusive and only thing was I’m not a drinker and only thing I drink is wkd and you had to pay separately so it cost me a lot more plus you had to pay separately for slush puppies
