The coffee from the drink machine at breakfast was awful. We were in Room 101 just above bars that went on till the very early hours.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026I loved everything about the hotel Ruidor it's actually one or the best hotels I've stayed in benidorm. Great location, literally everything is on your doorstep. Lovely food at the hotel delicious cocktails, all the staff are very welcoming the cleaners who do your rooms are very hard workers and leave your room spotless. The pool and we're your sunbathe is fantastic loads of sunbeds, and a bar truck right by all the sun loungers, plus the staff are constantly coming round to collect glasses and clean up any messes. The beach is so close literally a 5mins walk. All the bars like the talk of the cost, Valentino's the black chicken are right next to this hotel. Your on the strip but when you close your patio windows of a night you don't hear a sound. They have nightly entertainment on at the hotel every single night some great acts it you just want to stay in at the hotel each night. I would highly recommend this place to other holiday makers.
Nothing to complain about as hotel is excellent from when you first check in till you leave.

Why they don't have the option of double bed. It's horrible for a couple sleep with 2 single beds not fixed moving all the time.

Refeições repetitivas, e bebidas que constavam na aplicação do hotel mas o bar nãos as preparava. Só está preparado para o all in. Pedi um expresso Martini, não faziam. Pedi um moscow mule não sabiam o que era, mesmo eu pagando para além do que estava incluído na minha reserva. So trabalham com meia dúzia de cocktails pre definidos.

The location of the property - right on the British strip. The bartender wouldn’t fill my water bottle as I was not allowed to inclusive. There is not a bath and shower as advertised on Booking.com. It’s one or the other.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Personal maravilloso(la chica de recepción nos cambio la habitación por una con buenas vistas al quedarse libre,nos parecióun súper detalle), la opción de poder aparcar en un parking concertado a buen precio, la playa esta la lado aunque es zona de piedras,pero te puedes cambiar de zona sin problema,por otro lado,a pesar de estar al lado de una zona de mucho ambiente nocturno, no se escucha absolutamente nada.
Los espectáculos nocturnos estaban enfocados al público inglés,pero entiendo que si el 90% de los clientes son ingleses,es lo más lógico

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Disappointing stay – not what I expected from Hotel Riudor I have been spending my holidays in Spain for the past 18 years, so I have quite a lot of experience with hotels in this area. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Hotel Riudor in Benidorm was a real disappointment. The breakfasts were very repetitive and monotonous. Almost every day there was essentially the same selection, including sliced ham. On several occasions, the ham did not look particularly fresh, with darker/greyish edges around some of the slices. I would expect better attention to the freshness and presentation of food from a hotel of this standard. The hotel is advertised as an adults-only hotel, but I feel that this description is rather misleading. Based on my experience during my stay, a very large proportion of the guests were elderly or had significant mobility difficulties. There were many people with serious walking problems and various health conditions. This is not necessarily a problem in itself, but I believe potential guests should be given a clearer idea of the type of environment they can expect. Another disappointment was the swimming pool. The information on Booking.com did not make it sufficiently clear, in my opinion, that the pool has a maximum depth of only 1.40 metres. For someone expecting a proper swimming pool, this is important information and should be clearly stated in the hotel description. I was also disappointed by the lack of response from hotel staff to certain behaviour around the pool. Some guests were drinking beer while actually in the swimming pool and, on occasions, beer was being poured into the pool. There were also guests eating food, including chips and ketchup, right at the edge of the pool. As the attached photograph shows, food and ketchup ended up in the swimming pool. I would expect staff to intervene and maintain basic hygiene and cleanliness standards around the pool.

El buffet no era massa gran però el menjar estava molt bo i hi havia la suficient varietat per a menjar variat i saludable. Ens va agradar molt la proximitat a la platja i tot i que estàvem en un carrer molt transitat i ple de pubs, a dintre de l’hotel no hi havia cap tipus de soroll.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Excellent location , although very close to bars & nightlife very quiet & peaceful. Superb entertainment around the pool on Friday afternoon with a very nice chilled vibe all weekend. Rooms and hotel very clean , great buffet choice for breakfast.
The usual holiday maker gripe of people hogging chairs & sun loungers , some just to rest bags on. But that’s not hotels fault.

*water in de douche liep niet weg, misschien een trekker voorzien om het eventueel zelf weg te trekken. *Wc rolhouder hangt achter je als je op het toilet zit, waardoor je een torsbeweging moest maken om aan toiletpapier te kunnen, zeer slecht vor rugpatienten. *1 liftdeur maakte bij het opengaan enorm snerpende geluid, snachts was dit zeer storend

Había un ascensor dañado, estabamo en el 5 piso, la espera aunque no era mucha y un solo ascensor funcionando, hace que uno se impaciente.
