Staff were friendly, rooms large and clean, beds super comfortable, food was excellent and so much choice m, snack bar was very handy and had a great selection of snacks

Nao gostei da comida em geral...o pequeno almoco faltava Iogurtes O almoco tinha pouca variedade de grelhados e mta comida com molhos O jantar nao variava e os jantares tematicos mto pobres. Ja tive no hotel em salou da mesma cadeia mto melhor a nivel da alimentacao Os snacks tanto da manha sempre o mesmo com pouca variedade faltando uma fruta. A casa de banho nao escovilhao

A pior parte é falta de organização e disciplina no exterior. Na piscina não tem control em nada comem , fumam quase em cima da piscina depois anda o lixo todo por lá. Quem está nas espreguiçadeiras a relaxar não tem sossego e tranquilidade andam com pistolas dentro das piscina e molham as pessoas que estão nas espreguiçadeira, o pior de tudo é que são adultos a fazer isto, e ninguém faz nada para parar .. Acho que deveriam ter atenção a isso. Falta de limpeza no quarto . Não acho bem o bar a partir das 23 h ter de pagar quando temos tudo incluído no nosso pacote. Animação péssima

Gostamos muito do espaço no geral, da comida e da simpatia dos funcionários da receção. Faço destaque para um funcionário da bar de óculos e uma senhora do bar da parte de dentro que eram extremamente simpáticos

Peca pela falta de amabilidade e disponibilidade da maior parte do staff do bar, especialmente da piscina. Estivemos uma semana e não mudaram os lençóis

A comida era mediana mas não saborosa, foi decepcionante estar em Espanha e ver que a maioria dos pratos nem tinham gosto de comida espanhola, pra além disso, muitas das opções acabavam antes do horário do jantar/almoço encerrar, a certa altura estavam a fritar salsichas porque já não havia outro tipo de proteína. Ao chegar no quarto, me deparei restos de cigarro na varanda, e o quarto tem camas com colchões velhos, as almofadas são desconfortáveis, e as paredes são tão finas que pude ouvir os hóspedes do lado e de cima a usar a casa de banho, o ar condicionado também é muito barulhento, além disso a porta do banheiro não fechava nem abria corretamente, podia facilmente ficar bloqueada sem conseguir sair, e a solução do hotel foi lixar parte da moldura do porta com um estilete. As instalações do hotel precisam de mais manutenção. Durante a minha estadia de 6 dias, havia um odor constante de ESGOTO na área da piscina e barulho constante das máquinas do hotel ao lado, também não havia guarda sóis o suficiente. A staff é querida, mas muito passiva no que toca aos hóspedes que se portam mal. Este é um hotel para receber famílias pois você vai ver crianças correndo, gritando e chorando a todo tempo, e os adultos igualmente. O hotel é MUITO mal frequentado, não pelas crianças (jamais), mas pelo comportamento dos adultos, que fumam onde não é permitido, comem onde não é permitido e levam pratos e taças a área da piscina colocando em risco outros hóspedes, ou até mesmo as crianças que andam a correr pelo lugar, e no meio disso tudo, a staff não intervém, inclusive a impressão que tive é que não há staff o suficiente para lidar com toda a sujeira feita pelos hóspedes. Muitas vezes encontrei restos de comida ou bebida no chão dos elevadores, além de outros sítios no hotel, como corredor, escadas etc. Portanto, as regras são para inglês ver, assim como a comida e as atrações.

Todo muy dirigido al turismo extranjero. Demasiado aglomerado todo. El trato del personal del comedor los que atendían parece que estaban a disgusto si trabajas de cara al publico siempre buena cara y una sonrisa.Muchas contestaciones que sobraban por su parte.

Swimmingpoolen var ok. Morgenmaden var helt i top de andre måltider varierende lidt fra godt til jeg spiser ude i dag. De vi checke ud fik vi en madpakke med til hjemturen, det var et super fint. 👍

Elevatorhelvedet var noget rigtig skidt, for få elevator til de mange gæster og man kunne vente temmelig længe på en elevator. Der var underholdning om aften og det er jo nok hvis man er til det, men til kl. 23:30 / 24:00 med højt musik hver aften så man ikke kunne sove før der blevet slukket for musikken, det er sgu ikke i orden. Man skal være hurtig hvis man ønsker en solseng fordi vi opdagede at folk stillede sig i kø til swimmingpool området i op til næste 3 kvarter før der blev åbnet til området kun for at smide håndklæder på alle solsenge, som man så ikke altid brugte før senere på dagen. Alt i alt virkede hotellet lidt noget slidt

La habitaciónes estaban super limpias ...pero el personal en el restaurante muy impertinente hablando mal de los clientes por haber llegado tarde por comer demasiado o por el bullicio de los niños ...o porque han tirado migajas de comida en el suelo ...la verdad es que nos sentimos super incómodos al escuchar tanta impertinencia

Quarto 1617 horrível barulho da ventalizacao da casa de banho o cheiro a esgoto daí estar sempre ligada e sem forma de desligar pedimos assistência mas nada foi resolvido as obras efectuadas naquele quarto mau acabamento aliás inacabadas uma lástima para um hotel daquele nível penso que deveriam ter uma reunião com as pessoas que fazem a manutenção pois estão a ir para um campo de quartos degradados

La comida del buffet principal, tanto por calidad como por variedad. El personal, muy profesional y atento: recepción, limpieza, mantenimiento, bares, etc. El hotel está bien planteado si buscas desconexión y vacaciones sin complicaciones, siempre que conozcas de antemano que está muy orientado al público británico.

Miniclub: el horario de 13:30 a 16:00 es poco práctico, porque coincide con la comida y el descanso. Más actividades infantiles: la oferta para niños es bastante limitada o nula. Snacks fuera de las comidas: hay poca variedad; principalmente hamburguesas, sándwiches mixtos y perritos calientes. Estaría bien añadir fruta y otras opciones. Horarios y animación: están muy orientados al público británico y buena parte de la animación es exclusivamente en inglés. No es necesariamente algo negativo, pero deberían dejarlo muy claro antes de reservar para que el cliente sepa qué se va a encontrar.

A maior parte dos funcionários são simpáticos. Tem rapidez nos elevadores para a quantidade de pessoas que estavam no hotel. Espectáculos a seguir ao jantar são bons momentos de entretenimento. Boa comida.

Alguns funcionários(2/3) não tinham perfil para lidar com os hóspedes. Pouca pressão da água do chuveiro principal Existe um pouco confusão às refeições, mas muito por culpa dos hóspedes. .

A nível de limpeza , o alojamento tem e não tem culpa, pois o povo inglês que para lá vai é muito porco , são copos espalhados por todo lado, berram muito, a piscina abre às 9H às 8H já estão pessoas a guardar vez para espreguiçadeiras ,e claro por mais que tentem ter o hotel limpo é difícil tamanha desordem dos hóspedes. Mas fora isto que acabamos por ultrapassar no geral foi bom

Jadąc do tego hotelu nie spodziewałam się cudów , a jednak jestem bardzo mile zaskoczona. Jedzenie było przepyszne , codziennie inne pieczone mięsa na kolację i obiady , pieczony łosoś , owoce morza też się trafiły. Drinki w ofercie All były smaczne jak również lane piwo. Pobyt uznaje za bardzo udany

Food really poor, specifically seafood- we all family except out toddler had food poisoning, been dying in the room for 2 days and reception didn't have anything to help us! We had to go to pharmacy for medication... alcohol for all inclusive was cheap shit, staff was unfriendly- not respectful.. Their singers are horrible and music was loud until 11.30pm, couldn't sleep with kids until they finished

Todo está totalmente orientado para extranjeros , es una pena que estando en tu propio país te sientas más de fuera que ellos , tanto en horarios ( o te adaptas , o no comes y cenas ) como en tema actuaciones , animaciones ect ect….. una pena la verdad ….

First of all, we don’t usually do holidays like this. I have been to Benidorm nine years in a row when I was much younger, so this was more of a last-minute, nostalgic trip to take the kids somewhere I used to visit. Because of that, this isn’t necessarily the type of hotel I would usually choose, but I wanted to share an honest review of our experience and a few things that may be helpful to other families considering staying here. The lifts: There are six lifts serving 25 floors and at busy times they can be a nightmare. We regularly found ourselves waiting 10–15 minutes to get into a lift when there was a queue. There is also a separate lift from reception down to the restaurant/pool level, which is a great feature for anyone who struggles with their legs or has mobility issues. The pool: For me, this was the biggest downside. The pool looks like a decent size in the photos, but in my opinion it simply isn’t big enough for the number of people the hotel accommodates. I personally get overstimulated when there is too much going on, and if you are similar, this is something I would definitely consider before booking. They also play two lots of music at one time and this was at a high volume. You are only allowed rubber rings in the pool, with no other inflatables, but even with that restriction you are constantly bumping into other people or their inflatables. We didn’t find there was really a quieter time to use the pool. I also noticed that the pool often looked quite misty. Around the pool area, there were regularly paper cups, crisp packets and other rubbish left around the sun loungers. Some of the loungers don’t have adjustable backs and are simply flat, and there seemed to be a limited number of parasols. The parasols are also fixed into the ground, so you can’t move them to follow the shade. One day, someone noticed what appeared to be faeces in the pool and also around the sides and gutters. What surprised me most was how long it took for the lifeguards to clear the pool. For the first 10–15 minutes, they appeared to be looking at the situation while there were still lots of children swimming nearby. Eventually everyone was cleared out, although it seemed that other guests getting their children out and people gathering around the area helped draw attention to what was happening. They should have dealt with this much quicker with knowing how many children were in the pool and at risk of swallowing water. All-inclusive: You are limited to two drinks per person at a time, whether ordering from the evening bar or the daytime snack bar. During the day, the snack bar offers things such as crisps, burgers and ice creams. I personally found that the water from the snack bar had a strange taste, although the water from the indoor bar tasted absolutely fine. The rooms: The air conditioning worked very well, which was definitely appreciated. The two single beds pushed together were comfortable and the room itself was clean. However, the yellow material on the children’s single sofa beds was very worn and stained. One had a particularly large stain, which I wasn’t comfortable with my child sleeping on, so I had to cover part of it with one of our towels. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower worked well. There was shampoo, hand wash and body wash provided. However, the bath had quite a lot of white staining, including around the plug area, which made it look quite unclean even though the rest of the bathroom appeared to be clean. Food: The food was ok, but I felt the choice of meat was quite limited. I found myself eating a lot of cheese, pickled onions and carbohydrates, as there weren’t as many meat options as I would have liked. There was a lovely red Thai curry one day, which was a highlight for me. The dessert selection was also quite limited and personally, I didn’t find it particularly impressive. Overall: This hotel may suit people who enjoy a very busy, lively holiday environment, particularly families who want plenty going on. However, if you prefer a quieter, less crowded pool area or can become overwhelmed by lots of people and activity, I would definitely take that into consideration before booking. For us, it was a last-minute holiday and ultimately about taking the kids away and making memories, so we made the most of it. I just wanted to give an honest account of the things I noticed during our stay, as these are the sorts of details I would personally want to know before booking.

Pros - -Lovely, clean hotel. Really liked the animal statues. -Really spacious rooms, very clean. Maid service great. Air con very good. Great sized bathroom. Lots of storage for clothes. -plenty of food choice, got a table in the restaurant no problem. Nice big restaurant. -plenty of sunbeds, no running or crazy scenes luckily. -location was great, very close to the beach. Lifts were fine. Yes sometimes a slight wait, but 25 floors in hotel, so we expected that. Cons - -Paper cups.. would be worth doing the pay a € for a plastic and reuse/swap. Lots of other hotels do this and it seems to work well. -Food not being refilled quickly. A few occasions dishes weren’t refilled.

Las instalaciones, ascensores, habitaciones (camas, lavabo,...) todo perfecto. Los empleados del hotel, recepción, camareros, servicios,... muy atentos y simpáticos. Subirles el sueldo que son quienes se lo curran.

Por poner algo, aunque es una obviedad en hoteles playeros en verano, los espectáculos son orientados para güiris (británicos). Un poco alejado de la playa para ir andando. A modo personal: es un despilfarro de comida/bebida en el buffet/barra libre, por culpa de la gente/turistas. Estos comentarios no son para concienciar a la gente, pero vamos, que flipas viendo la cantidad de comida que se dejan en las mesas.

We have just returned from a week-long stay at Hotel Flamingo Oasis in Benidorm. This was our first time staying at this hotel, although it certainly wasn’t our first visit to Benidorm. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed some fantastic family time, but unfortunately there were several things about the hotel that meant we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The room: We were really impressed with our room. It was very spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space, a large bathroom with double sinks, and everything was very clean. We genuinely had no complaints at all about the room. Evening entertainment: The evening entertainment was absolutely fantastic. There was a really good variety and something for everyone. This was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment each evening. Food: We stayed all-inclusive, and unfortunately, this was one of the biggest disappointments for us. There wasn’t a great deal of variety, and it felt as though much of the same food was being served day after day. If you’re happy eating chips every day, then there was certainly no shortage of those! Unfortunately, we also didn’t find the food particularly tasty. We appreciate that food is subjective, but for us, this was an area where the hotel could improve considerably. Pool and pool area: The pool itself looks lovely and is very appealing to look at. However, we did have concerns about cleanliness. On one occasion, when we got into the pool, we felt something under our feet and found a ball of hair along with quite a lot of grime. There also seemed to be hair floating around the pool on several occasions, which made us question how well it was being cleaned. The pool area was lovely and clean first thing in the morning, but within a couple of hours of the pool opening, there were paper cups and rubbish everywhere. The bins didn’t seem to be emptied regularly throughout the day, so people were often left with nowhere to put their rubbish. This resulted in litter being left beside the bins or around the pool, and unfortunately, cups and paper would then blow into the pool area and sometimes into the water itself. There was a separate bar for the pool but this was very busy with constant long queues.. Sunbeds: The sunbed situation was probably one of the worst parts of our experience. Every morning there seemed to be a mad dash, with people actually running and pushing others out of the way to get a sunbed. We even witnessed two men having a fight over one. There simply didn’t always seem to be enough sunbeds for everyone, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere first thing in the morning. Staff: Unfortunately, we didn’t find the staff particularly friendly or approachable during our stay. We found that there wasn’t much interaction, and staff generally didn’t seem very welcoming. Of course, this may not be everyone’s experience, but it was certainly how we felt during our week. Overall: We want to stress that we did have a lovely holiday and enjoyed some really special family time, and there were definitely positives to the hotel, particularly our room and the fantastic evening entertainment. However, taking everything into consideration, the issues with the food, pool cleanliness, litter around the pool, sunbed situation and the general friendliness of the staff meant that, unfortunately, Hotel Flamingo Oasis wasn’t for us. We will definitely be returning to Benidorm because we love it there, but sadly, we won’t be returning to this hotel.

Nos alojamos en las habitaciones club y la verdad están muy bien. Cómodas y con un montón de detalles muy interesantes. La azotea y las vistas son espectaculares. Nos han tratado muy bien y nos han dado muchas facilidades.

Los horarios del buffet son un poco justos para nuestros horarios habituales, más pensados para el turista extranjero, pero se solventa bien pudiendo entrar sin esperas por ser club. La distancia a la playa se hace un poco larga.

Went here 3 years ago and it was such a great hotel and great staff which is why we chose to return again this year however sadly it wasn’t the case this time. All the bar staff were rude from the main bar to the pool bar, entertainment bar and restaurant bar, they were all miserable clearly hate tourists, never smiled and were just plain rude. Restaurant staff just took your plates without asking and multiple times without you even finishing was just big rush for breakfast lunch and dinner. I had come down to grab a coffee once I finally got my children to sleep to bring up and was in my pyjamas and told nope I have to pay it was 1 minute past 11 the cut off time for all inclusive which I would of made in time had I not had to wait so long for a lift to come to my floor. I would have understood if I was ordering alcohol or a round of drinks but it was just one small coffee from the machine. They just made us not feel welcome and was so abrupt that in the end we didn’t even really use the all inclusive we paid for and ended up eating out and getting stuff from surrounding supermarkets. Sadly because of the staffs attitude we would never return again and so many people I spoke with also staying at the hotel all said the same.

Just home after our second visit. Wr also visited in 2024. I do thi k there is some improvements. I think the food choices were better. Snacks and drinks were good. You can get slush, milkshake, crisps and ice cream. The beer is san migel and from the pool snack bar you can also burgers, hot dogs, chips, nuggets and toasties. We never ever had an issue with getting a lounger some days we'd go down early others late morning and afternoon and always got one. Staff were great and there was issues with a family causing trouble and they removed them straight away so we always felt safe. We were on the 2nd floor so we didnt use the lifts often as you can wait a while for them. Its an ideal location. My only negative is the entertainment was awful the first time around it was brilliant this time it was terrible and majority of people left to go to tropical across the road which is what we did.

Just come back from a 10 day stay at the Flamingo Oasis. Going to try and cover all areas that potential visitors would be interested in. Pool - pool opens at 9am but the doors to the pool area open at 8.30.There is a queue forming from approx 7.30am at each of the x3 entrances to the pool area. Its fairly relaxed and certainly is not the mad rush you see at other hotels. A major issue is that there are no where near enough parasols , and the parasols that there are are bolted down to the floor so cannot be moved! They are different sizes and I would recommend finding the larger canvas parasol instead of the straw ones. There is a very strict policy in the main pool that no lilos can be used and only inflatable rings are allowed. No balls are allowed in the pool either , and this is policed by the lifeguards and they will curtail your enjoyment if you are throwing a ball in the pool. No drinks are allowed by poolside either. Lifts - you WILL spend a considerable ammount of time waiting for lifts , and you WILL spend a lot of time stopping at lots of floors en route to your desired floor. Location of hotel - you are only a 10-15 walk away from the beach front ( Burger King end) , and this is ideal. There is a LIDL approx a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Food - poolside bar opens at 11am and serves snacks till 5pm - burgers, nuggets, toasties, chips, crisps. The All Inclusive drinks finish at 11pm , and you then have to pay for drinks. Food in the main restaraunt cannot be faulted from our experience. Very wide range of choice and all tastes catered for. Gym - opens at 10am and has a stepper , rower , variety of weights and bikes. Entertainment - very good entertainment in hotel on a night and then Karaoke Entertainment team round the pool during the day were also good , and worked very hard

Lots of selection for food! Items were safe in our room! Micheal was amazing as were all other reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The kids disco was a little cringy and could do with updating. Not enough beer selection. Connecting buses didn’t drop right at the building making it dangerous for young families arriving at night. Not enough kids clubs for none TUI visitors. Pool was staff are at war with each other so much behind the bar arguing!!!

Just returned from a 1 week stay at the Flamingo Oasis with my wife and 2 kids aged 12 and 8. We had a fab time and would definitely recommend. The food is very nice with lots of choice to suit all tastes. The entertainment was great and the rooms were well kept. Getting a lounger was not a problem any time of day, always plenty of loungers stacked up. People were still queueing from 8.00am about 30 minutes before the doors opened to get the best spots around the pool but we were not bothered where we got. The pool area is great and the only negative i have is with it being 1 big massive pool, if anybody has an accident then the pool has to close for 2 hours whilst the pooi is cleaned and treated. Would definitely go back again.

Excellent location, close to beach & shops , me & my 2 kids enjoyed the pool & poolside food, burgers, chips & hotdogs . Plenty of variety at the buffet restaurant , no issues with being ill off the food like other reviews, we were there 10nights , although the hotel could be cleaner , we had no other issues, staff friendly enough, the whole lift situation was non existant, we were on floor 7 , room 708 , only time the lifts were busy was towards the end of our stay but the hotel did have an influx of guests over a 24hrs period so to be expected. People que around 8am for sunbeds, im just one adult do never had an issue going to the pool at anytime & getting a sunbed. Just crazy how some didnt turn up til hours later or not at all & had reserved sunbeds but i suppose that happens anywhere. Only things wrong was the fact only original cider on an all inclusive! On site shop sold kopperberg cans & could buy from the bars but its a bit poor to have beers/ lagers & no fruit flavered cider obviously to make extra cash. No matter as i hardly drank being on own with 2 kids! 30 euros to rent the safe in the room! Should be free! There was some dried food on the ceiling of our room the entirety of our stay so ther than clean bed sheets & towels, im not sure what the cleaners do. The balcony doors the lock kept dropping / was loose so wouldnt lock easily which was unsafe with kids. Also when we arrived there was a pool of sick near the lifts that was there around 4 hrs in total, we walked past a few times from around 3pm til after 7pm when we seen a cleaner finally cleaning it up, not a great first impression. Also the games room on site, really dated arcade games, the change machine was not plugged in when we first used it & had to tell reception. Also its not open til 5pm & 12 midnight each night , not ideal when got young kids that might want to use during the day. Also the toilets could do with a revamp & the disabled toilets dont lock on the ground floor next to the games room . Entertainment was outside every night except our last night cos it rained. So the room with the purple chairs doesnt get used & the room with the orange seats near the lift was in darkness the entire time, never seen anyone use it & the indoor pool was closed for the season . We would come back & stay again as the hotels location is spot on for the beach , mundomar & aqualandia , not 5 mins in a taxi

Amabilidad del personal (especialmente las limpiadoras).

La zona de piscina presenta oportunidades sustanciales de mejora: olores en la zona, charcos donde se almacena suciedad durante todo el día, aspecto del agua. No pocos clientes se bañan con ropa (por no decir que prácticamente nadie se ducha antes), lo cual no parece lo más higiénico. El tiempo de servicio en la zona de piscina del todo incluido. Hay que esperar tanto para pedir comida como bebida, generando unas colas con esperas muy elevadas. Los espectáculos están totalmente sesgados a UK. Ni siquiera connotación internacional, puramente UK. Horarios del budfet estrictos y muy orientados a esa misma zona geográfica.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The whole place was spotless. The pool was always clean and the team clearly worked hard every day to keep it that way. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, reception made everything easy, and the housekeeping team were just lovely and so attentive. When someone in our group was poorly and had to stay in the room, they kindly helped with towels and bins without us even needing to ask twice. Even the restaurant team went out of their way to accommodate us. It really made a difference. We felt so looked after. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay.

Me gustó la piscina el todo incluido merece la pena tiene muchísimas cosas para disfrutar

No me gustó los ancessores que teníamos k esperar mogollón lo desagradable k es encontrarse una cucaracha y todo ubicado hacia el extranjero

El hotel tiene de todo,No hay que salir solo para ir a la playa, si no puedes disfrutar de la piscina tanto de la de abajo como de la de arriba si tienes todo incluido pero solo para adultos.

Silvia and Dani were without doubt the standout entertainers at the Benidorm Flamingo Oasis Hotel. From the very first day, they brought an energy that lifted the whole atmosphere of the place. Their friendliness wasn’t just surface-level — they genuinely took the time to speak with guests, remember faces, and make everyone feel welcome. Silvia had an incredible way of connecting with people, always smiling, always patient, and always making sure no one felt left out. Dani matched her perfectly with his high-energy personality, quick humour, and ability to get even the quietest guests involved.

Another great time staff lovely receptionist polite .Room was always cleaned .entertainment average .Stayed in Club Room Food plentiful hot ,always something there even for the picky eaters Small problem but had it sorted. Can't wait to go back next year😊

We would like to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to the two incredible entertainment staff at Flamingo Hotel, Sylvia and Dianne. ❤️ Sylvia was absolutely wonderful. We honestly don’t know how she did it! She organised the talent show and created such a fantastic, memorable evening with the children after only **two hours of practice**. Her organisation, patience, kindness and incredible energy were so impressive. From morning activities right through to the evening events she hosted, Sylvia was always involved, always smiling and always giving 100%. She really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was included and having fun. And then there was Dianne, who completely stole my daughter Billies heart. ❤️ My daughter can be quite shy, but Dianne made her feel so included, comfortable and special. She took such a lovely shine to her, and it was beautiful to see her confidence grow because of the kindness and attention Dianne gave her. She also gifted my daughter a beautiful bracelet to match her anklet. Billie treasures it x We truly hope Dianne knows just how important she is and what a difference she makes to children. Those little moments of kindness can mean so much, and I know my daughter will remember her for a long time. Both Sylvia and Dianne are a real credit to Flamingo Hotel. They brought so much fun, warmth, energy and kindness to our holiday, and we are incredibly grateful for all the memories they helped create. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. Todo edtaba espectacular

Wouldn't return. Staff- A few members of staff let the hotel down because they are rude, arrogant and need customer service training. Food- ok, always could find something to eat. Lifts- no problem with the lifts never waited more than 2 minutes. Pool- Nice pool, could always find a sunbed. Rooms- In need of updating. Our bathroom stunk of sewage and when showering the water didn't run away. We did report but still the same. Staff members need to realise the guests have paid a lot of money for their holidays and not to get stroppy and tutt when we ask for drinks and food. The staff at the pool bar were awful. If you asked for crisps, ice cream and a drink they would get stroppy about it and they had awful attitudes. Same for one member of staff in the resturant who did the drinks, she would give us half a glass! When my husband asked her to fill the glass up she gave him a dirty look and huffed. Paid nearly £3000 for this holiday for a week and we didn't use the pool bar after the experience with the staff. We would not return due to some staff making us feel uncomfortable.

Some rude members of staff let this hotel down. The pool bar staff had a arrogant attitudes. Anyone would think they paid for the food and drinks! The staff need to remember that us guests have already paid for food and drink. Room was dated, wasn't the cleanest. Bathroom stunk of sewage so as soon as we entered the room the smell hit us. On a positive note..food was ok could always get a sun bed and lifts were not a problem.

Todo excelente, la comida poca variedad pero aceptable

La animación y los espectáculos están pensados para público de habla inglesa para los españoles prácticamente nada . Además el parking no tiene cámaras de seguridad a pesar de tener un coste de 15€ diarios y sufrí daños en el vehículo de los cuales no se hacen cargo

We booked this holiday last minute and weren't disappointed. The hotel was lovely and clean with a balcony over looking the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. If I reported any issue, it was dealt with promptly. The evening entertainment was super. Especially Sylvia, Julien and Louis, they made everyone feel included and made sure we were all having fun, evening and day time. Even though we went in late June, there were quite a few families there, however, we never struggled to find a sun bed. There are also plenty of spares around the edges of the poolside. The only gripe we did have was the food which, to be fair, is probably down to our personal tastes. Most of the meat was cooked in some sort of sauce or gravy, however, the 'special' was usually fish, roast beef, pork etc. which was ok. Roast potatoes weren't roasted. The salad was salad but seemed fresh every day with various meats and cheeses. All in all we had a great time.

The best 2 weeks at flamingo oasis 🦩 entertainment was fabulous especially 1 of the entertainers called Silvia she’s amazing with the kids and always makes everyone smile 😊 rooms cleaned daily food to cater for all too

Rommet var stort og godt møblert med veldig god seng og to sofaer. Mat for alle måltider var veldig bra med stor variasjon, hver dag var noe nytt og godt. Veldig hyggelig personal særlig på restauranten.

Vanskelig med å få heis, måtte vente så lenge på morgen og kveld. Veldig rotete i bassenget området, folk kaster kopper fra baren og papir overalt, mot kvelden ser det ut som søppel plass rundt bassenget. Dårlig internet forbindelse særlig på øverste etasjer.

Aircon in our room was very good

Funny smell in the corridors of the hotel The pool area was littered with rubbish, also you could only get 2 drinks at a time, so if your a family you’d need to go up several times and queue up again The pool bar food was very questionable, hot dog was light pink anemic in colour, chicken nuggets I don’t think they had any chicken in them, all were precooked and cold Pool was ram packed every day you were like sardines in a can swimming in the pool was a mission as it was so busy. The rooms are dated, and balcony furniture were discoloured plastic This was my first time in Benidorm and was a very last minute trip but I would definitely do more research before going back

This has to be the worst holiday I’ve ever been on, first night I was very poorly after my food throwing up for 24hrs straight which I’m not surprised at as the place is filthy . The hotel staff are clearly stretched to the limits there isn’t enough them and they are all rude and miserable, they have clearly cut back here and it’s shows. The food is absolutely awful no variety, cold, bizarre meals concoctions, I could not eat the food here at all. The pool area is so dirty , the baby pool was full of mud and not cleaned, I actually never saw anyone clean the pool area actually the whole while we were here and it also stunk of pi** . The type of clientele here were questionable and the atmosphere was very hostile, couples fighting and having punch ups, children being left to their own devices. I’ve stayed in many hotels 4 star and this place is not a 4 star it’s not even a 3 star . Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs

This hotel was amazing. Everything was great including the location, rooms and atmosphere. I want to give a special shout out to the entertainment team who made us all feel so welcome throughout our stay. The ones who went that extra mile to ensure we were extremely satisfied with the entertainment were Luis, Silvia and Dani. This is because they all beamed with positivity and made sure to talk to everyone without making it sound or look like a hindrance.

Just returned from a stay at flamingo oasis. This is our second time visiting. Staff remembered us from 3 year ago which was lovely. And remembered me by name. Even some of the guest who had returned remembered me. Made a nice welcoming experience. The hotel is huge. Really big. Which means really busy however no long queues for food or drink. Staff are all exceptional. Very friendly. Attentive and caring to everyone’s needs. Rooms spacious. Air con could be colder as rooms were still extremely hot at night. Restaurant was lovely and cool. First time we visited they were testing not having it on. And that was unbearable. The hotel overall was fabulous. As a family holiday I would highly recommend this hotel. It meets everyone’s needs. It’s not too far to walk to the main areas of Benidorm. In the intense heat the old town is harder to get too. And I have no mobility issues. Food was lovely and lots of options. I have one issue during my entire stay. I have allergies. I have celiac and a milk allergy. I am very well aware what I can and can’t eat. No dish had allergy info above. Just simple stated what it was. There is a big sign showing the 14 main allergies and tells you to ask staff for assistance. No staff member is going to know exactly what is in a dish or how it was cooked unless they cooked it. People also often housed the same tongs for cheese and then for ham which is went helpful. However this isn’t the hotels fault. I would like them to display the allergies in each dish. Other than that fabulous hotel and would defo return.

No me gusto que las camas no sean de matrimonio y que se muevan porque se separan en 2 ,tampoco me gusto que para 1 dia que iba a estar todo el personal me preguntara que porque no llevo pulsera .si estoy en la piscina de la axotea sera porque tengo acceso...

Los horarios tan estrictos y que cierran la piscina a las 7 de la tarde haciendo un calor terrible.

Great location, plenty to do outside the hotel and a short walk to the promenade and the main strip. The room was clean and pleasant. The aircon in the room was good but it was boiling everywhere else inside the hotel, they need to keep communal areas cool as well. The beer on tap in the bar was warm and we didn't see the small print, but the all inclusive ends at 11pm, so you have to pay for drinks from 11pm onwards, which I've never experienced in an all inclusive before. The food was very nice, I couldn't really fault that. All round it was a nice relaxing holiday but I'd expect a bit more from a 4 star. The pool itself was lovely and big, but there was a litter around the pool and the floor needs to be resurfaced as there were holes and bits of concrete that had broken off which I kept standing on, that could easily cut someone's foot. We went out at night so can't comment on the entertainment.

Nos gustó muchísimo en general pero si tenemos que resaltar algo, seria el buffet porque la comida es muy variada y de muy buena calidad.

El bloqueo de hamacas en la piscina cuando las personas posiblemente están en la playa. Es de muy mala educación
