Interessantes Hotel - Almhüttenflair mitten in der Großstadt, gute Zimmer, ruhig für Großstadt, außergewöhnliches Frühstück, angenehmer Hintergrundmusik (Jazz); Lage sehr gut mit Öffis erreichbar und in die Stadt (Schwedenplatz - Twinliner und Eissalon) direkt Verbindung, sehr freundliches Personal - gerne wieder

Il bagno è da migliorare. Cambierei con la doccia al posto della vasca. Inoltre un problema da risolvere riguarda sempre l'acqua per lavarsi che non si riesce a regolare, o troppo fredda o troppo calda. Impossibile farsi una sciacquata adeguata in breve tempo. Suggerisco di fare intervento per sistemare questo inconveniente.

Leckeres umfangreiches Frühstück. Und das Hotel hat meinen Wunsch nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer erfüllt.

Zimmer zur Straße haben schlecht isolierte Fenster, sodass der Straßenlärm sehr stört. Ich konnte aber nach einer Nacht umziehen und habe dann ein anderes Zimmer nach hinten raus erhalten.

De locatie hotel met veel sfeer, heel vriendelijk personeel, de kamers waren groot genoeg,.het is absoluut betaalbaar en het ontbijt is heerlijk en ook betaalbaar voor wat je allemaal krijgt!!

La camera era sporca e era piena di formiche, il rubinetto della doccia si staccava, camere poco insonorizzate.

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita in un’ottima posizione,vicino alla fermata del tram che consentiva di raggiungere facilmente più punti d’interesse .

Non c’era il condizionatore ,bagno un po’ piccolo e stanza stretta

Frühstück ist super. Die Lage ist extrem zentral bzw. ist das Zentrum leicht mit den bestehenden Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreichbar.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig. Das Fenster war defekt. Der Ventilator wird diesen Sommer wohl nicht überleben. Das Waschbecken ließ sich nach dem Verschließen nicht wieder öffnen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Mangel schon länger besteht. Das Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich und konnte helfen. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer war zerbrochen. Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Bin froh, dass ich nicht groß bin, sonst hätte der Vorhang an mir geklebt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr ungepflegt und schmuddelig.

Excelente hotel, próximo a estacao de trem, vom varias opções de ônibus e transportes. Equipe da cozinha, recepção e limpeza muito dedicados e atenciosos. Super recomendo

The breakfast was great with a wide variety to choose from. The location is ideal if you're walking or using public transport.

The visible mold and it's smell in the bathroom of our room. There was a tiny light in the entrance and a portable lamp for the rest of the room that was not enough.

Közel a városhoz, jó közlekedés. A fogadó hall és az étterem rész nagyon egyedi, szépen berendezett.

A szobában nem volt légkondicionáló csak egy ventillátor, nagyon meleg volt, és mivel a szoba a főút felé nézett, hangos is volt. A fürdőkád elég "használtnak" tűnt, a wc-ről leesett a deszka.

La pulizia dell'hotel (se così la possiamo chiamare) è davvero pessima, ho apprezzato lo sforzo del ragazzo in reception nel farci provare ben 5 camere per provare a trovarne una pulita, ma in tutte le camere viste c'erano capelli e peli ovunque, dal letto alla doccia, al bagno... Il personale delle pulizia dovrebbe davvero migliorare il proprio lavoro. Alla fine abbiamo capito che i piani più bassi sono leggermente più puliti, ma comunque la struttura ha degli standard inaccettabili per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Abbiamo anche contattato Booking per provare a cambiare struttura, ma l'hotel si è rifiutato di darci un rimborso per cambiare struttura, e visto che eravamo in bicicletta (ci hanno fatto pagare il parcheggio in garage 10€) e diluviava abbiamo deciso di tenere la stanza più pulita, ma esperienza da evitare.

La vicinanza ai servizi pubblici.

Il bagno della camera era molto stipato, soprattutto il vano doccia che era molto complicato da usare per una persona alta più di 180 cm. Inoltre, la camera era piena di formiche di dubbia provenienza e la camera ci è stata "pulita" solo al terzo giorno dopo averlo comunicato alla reception nonostante avessimo lasciato ogni giorno fuori dalla camera il tag apposito e fossimo sempre usciti prima delle 10.

Hicimos un viaje familiar en el que contratamos dos habitaciones para 6 noches. No limpiaron las habitaciones ni una sola noche, y nos cambiaron las toallas dos veces después de haberlo solicitado en recepcion ya que pusimos el cartel e hicieron caso omiso. En una de las habitaciones tenía hasta las cortinas rotas y en la otra había hasta hormigas por el suelo.

El hotel estuvo muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y muy cómodo para poder visitar la ciudad caminando. La estancia fue muy agradable y repetiría sin duda.

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Man ist sofort mit der S Bahn in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist für ein Drei Sterne Hotel sensationell. Da habe ich in manchen 4 Sterne Hotels nicht so ein gutes und üppiges Frühstück bekommen.

El establecimiento se anuncia en su plataforma con una categoría de 4 estrellas, la cual no se corresponde en absoluto con la calidad real de las instalaciones ni con el servicio prestado durante nuestra estancia. A continuación, detallo las irregularidades acontecidas: Pésima gestión del check-in y trato deficiente: Llegamos dos horas antes del check-in (15:00 h) y nos sentamos en recepción a esperar. En ningún momento el recepcionista nos solicitó el DNI para comprobar el estado de nuestra habitación. Mientras esperábamos, observamos cómo atendía a otros huéspedes según llegaban, les pedía la documentación y les entregaba la habitación. El hall era precioso. Bien comunicado. Supermercados al lado y el Bellevedere muy cerca.

La primera habitación dada no funcionaban los enchufes. Me la cambiaron en cuanto lo comuniqué.

Die Zimmer waren heruntergelebt. Das Bad war einfach nur alt und es wurde versucht dies schlecht zu kaschieren. Ein Aufzug von zwei ging gar nicht. Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden, es wurde ein Standlüfter ins Zimmer gestellt.

La colazione davvero completa e la posizione tutto sommato comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi.

Ci hanno fatto pagare 10 € per parcheggiare le ebike nell'autorimessa, dove non occupavano nessun posto auto. La struttura imita in modo discutibile uno chalet alpino e richiederebbe un pesante intervento di rinnovamento. Lo staff non ha speso un sorriso nemmeno per sbaglio.

Das Fruhstucksbuffet hatte für jeden etwas passendes. Das Personal war bemüht.

Es ist viel kaputt. So fielen beispielsweise beide Nachrischlampen fast auseinander. Einer der beiden Aufzüge ging mehrere Tage nicht. Das Personal kam im Fruhstucksraum mit dem Abräumen der Tische nicht hinterher. Es ist gut dass man mit Schildern das Reinigen der Zimmer auch mal aussetzen kann, aber dass an Tagen, wo Reinigung gewünscht wird, dann nur die Handtücher gewechselt werden und nicht mal über das Waschbecken gewischt wird ist schlecht.

Przemiła obsługa. Świetna lokalizacja na zwiedzanie Wiednia. Możliwość wynajęcia 2 pokoi połączonych ze sobą - dla rodziny 2+2 bardzo ciekawe rozwiązanie.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. W upale trudno wytrzymać. Mały wybór śniadaniowy.

The hotel had parking (although you had to pay) , the bed was comfy and the noise from outside the room was minimal. The check in was quick and the breakfast was adequate

The rooms , walkways and lifts all need some TLC , the curtain in the shower was to big and kept little water in the shower tray, the shower head was also below a height that someone over 190cm had to crouch under. Finally there was no toaster for breakfast, although a euro style continental breakfast , a toaster would have made it better.

Ubicación excelente, personal muy amable.

Hotel no sucio, pero sí descuidado (enchufes que no funcionaban, cables sueltos, pintura descascarillada…). Las almohadas son las peores en las que nunca he tenido que dormir.

Ambiente Frühstücksbereich.

Stinkende Kopfkissen, schmuddelige Bettwäsche, Blutflecken im Teppich, Badezimmerlampe ohne Abdeckung, Steckdose halb aus der Wand gerissen. Trotz Türschild keine Zimmerreinigung und entsprechend auch kein Toilettenpapier. 1 von 2 Aufzügen immer außer Betrieb. Sehr schade, wäre an sich alles leicht zu beheben.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Wiednia. Bardzo smaczne i bogate w wybór śniadanie. Pokój odpowiednich rozmiarów. Bardzo ładna recepcja i miejsce śniadań (chyba jedyne klimatyzowane miejsca w hotelu). Miły personel. Jest parking podziemny (ale, że jest przy jednokierunkowej ulicy, to jest trochę krążenia i nie można do niego wjechać bez wcześniejszego dostania się do recepcji, co może być trudne w godzinach szczytu).

Pokój strasznie wymęczony gdzie spora część sprzętu odpięta jest od prądu, a po podpięciu okazuje się że nie działa, albo nie działa prawidłowo. Przydałoby się mocne odświeżenie wystroju i np. naprawy lampek. Łazienka jest tragicznie mała i brudna, ustawienie temperatury wody graniczyło z cudem bo armatura jest do wymiany, podobnie ma się ciśnienie. Kotarka przykleja się do tyłka w trakcie kąpieli, albo blokuje odpływ. Na zdjęciach łazienka wydaje się większa, jaśniejsza i czystsza. W pokoju praktycznie nie ma wentylacji, a jedyna opcja ochłodzenia to otwarcie okna, które wychodzi na rampy ewakuacyjne po których mieszkańcy innych pokojów mogą przejść do każdego innego pokoju. Brak możliwości rezerwacji miejsca parkingowego przed przyjazdem.

Es gibt Hotels, die aufgrund Ihrer guten Lage immer Gäste haben werden. Das führt im schlechtesten Fall dazu, dass den Betreibern alles wurscht ist, weil eh neue Gäste kommen. Das ist hier offensichtlich der Fall. Das Hotel ist nicht wirklich sauber, die Zimmer sind lieblos nur mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet und die Möbel sind abgewetzt. Das Frühstück ist höchstens mittelprächtig.

Tyvärr väldigt varmt på rummet och i korridorerna. Fläkten som ställts in hjälpte lite, men det blev varmt och fuktigt i rum och badrum.

Pokój, hotel i jego okolica były czyste. Parking pod hotelem - brak konieczności pokonywania dystansów z bagażem. Śniadanie uważam za bardzo dobre, był spory wybór.

Jeżeli masz szeroki samochód wjazd na parking wymaga odrobiny skupienia.

Beim Frühstück gab es immer unterschiedliche Essensabgebote und es gab eine reichliche Auswahl.

Situé au centre ville historique. Le décor de la salle à mangé du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuné.

Tête d’oreille trop molle. Le ménage laisse à désirer, demandé plusieurs fois, sol non fait pendant la semaine. Petit déjeuné, manque diversité de jus de fruit, il y avait que du jus d'orange.

Ładne wnętrze. Pyszne śniadanie. Lokalizacja - blisko centrum, a jednocześnie spokojna okolica, dużo sklepów wokół. Przemiły recepcjonista Polak (pozdrawiamy serdecznie :) ). Cena na +.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokojach, była jedynie w lobby i restauracji.

Posizione

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Enziana Wien dal 5 al 9 agosto e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata decisamente negativa. Nonostante l’ottima posizione, molto comoda e vicina al Belvedere Palace, il soggiorno è stato compromesso soprattutto dalla scarsa qualità del servizio. Per tutta la permanenza il personale delle pulizie non è passato regolarmente in camera, senza pulizia e senza cambio degli asciugamani. Dopo aver segnalato il problema alla reception, si sono segnati il numero della nostra stanza e il giorno successivo sono finalmente passati a pulirla. Peccato che già dal giorno seguente il problema si sia ripresentato e non siano più passati. Anche l’accoglienza è stata molto deludente. Al nostro arrivo, il receptionist ci ha accolti senza nemmeno salutarci, continuando a parlare al telefono. Terminata la chiamata, invece di rivolgersi a noi, ha proseguito tranquillamente a chiacchierare con un collega, lasciandoci ad aspettare senza alcuna attenzione. In generale, il personale si è dimostrato poco cordiale e tutt’altro che disponibile, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più spiacevole. La posizione è sicuramente un punto a favore della struttura, ma da sola non basta a compensare problemi così basilari nel servizio, soprattutto quando si tratta di pulizia e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Mi aspettavo decisamente di più e, per quanto mi riguarda, non sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura e non mi sento di consigliarla.

Nur das bemühte Personal an der Rezeption

Ab dem Aufzug kam die Überraschung. Die Lobby ist ganz schön gemacht aber das war es auch. Sobald man dann im Aufzug steht und sich die Türen zum jeweiligen Stockwerk öffnet kommt die Überraschung. Es sieht wirklich runtergekommen aus. Im Flur auf meinem Stockwerk lagen einfach Müllsäcke herum. Die Türen der „fertigen“ Zimmer stehen einfach offen.. vor meinem Zimmer klebte einfach ein dickes Kaugummi auf dem Boden. Direkt in Zimmer lag noch ein Kronkorken und rote Flecken direkt daneben. Dann hab ich den Stuhl zurückgezogen um meine Tasche abzulegen und da lag einfach eine benutzte Unterhose mit Socken. Bin dann schließlich wieder runter und hab einen Schlüssel für ein anderes Zimmer bekommen im 7. Stock. Keine Belüftungen, 30 Grad. Dann im neuen Zimmer wieder direkt eklige Flecken an der Tapete. Da hing einfach ein Kabel aus der Wand. Ich wollte duschen gehen und beim betätigen des Hebels für die Dusche, hatte ich plötzlich den Hebel in der Hand. Also das war wirklich ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt.

Kein Klima im Zimmer

Convenient location next to tram stop, metro and train station, and Belvedere palace. Room with adequate space.

The walls are increadibly thin and we could hear perfectly every conversation in the room next door and in the hallway. The luggage storage is not properly surveilled or locked.
