The location didn’t feel like a great area although the facility itself was nice! I’m guessing there is one steamer for the whole hotel because I needed it daily and they wanted me to bring it back after each use. Otherwise, everything else was great!

The hotel has a terrible location! The only places nearby are Afghan, Turkish, and Pakistani cafes and shops. There are so many drug addicts 😱; the hotel and staff are awful! We were given a room on the 6th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 5th; we had to haul our heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs ourselves—and carry them back down on the day we checked out! When we asked for a room on a different floor, they refused! 🥵

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and beautiful, on a great location in relation to the city center.

I booked this hotel specifically because on-site parking was very important to me. While the hotel does technically have parking, the information provided on Booking is, in my opinion, far from clear enough. It is not made sufficiently obvious that the parking has a strict car-length limit (cars longer than 4.5 metres cannot fit into the parking lift) and that only a very limited number of cars can actually be accommodated. I only found this out after arriving at the reception, when I was told that we would have to leave our car in a public parking garage instead. Had this information been clearly stated before booking, I would have chosen a different, possibly more expensive hotel with reliable on-site parking. In addition, the street where the hotel is located is one-way, with cars parked on the hotel side of the street. This means that, in order to unload our luggage, we would have had to stop traffic, which was very inconvenient and stressful. Having to walk to and from a public garage made me feel uncomfortable and significantly affected my overall experience. What is particularly frustrating is that I only discovered after reading other reviews that several guests had encountered exactly the same problem. This makes me feel that the parking situation should be communicated much more transparently on Booking, rather than simply being presented as “on-site parking.”

Besonder angenehm war der Frühstücksservice, was sowohl am Personal als auch am Angebot lag, das sehr gut war. Eher unangenehm war die Erfahrung, dass der Zimmerservice ganz offensichtlich an den Handtüchern gespart hat. Dass man mir am Anreisetag an der Rezeption Misstrauen entgegen brachte und vermutete, dass ich seine unseriöse Person sei, war ein weiteress Mals sehr befremdend für mich. Richtig war, was man vermutlich auch sofort entdeckte: wie schion so oft war ich auch bei dieser Reise das Opfer von Intrigen. Jemand versuchte auch bei dieser München-Reise an meiner Stelle meine Reservierung für sich selbst zu beanspruchen. Ich habe seit vielen Jahrzehnten (=seit meiner Eheschließung in Zürich, die in eins fiel mit dem Aufkommen der Digitalisierung und einer dadruch bedingten ausufernden Gerüchtewelle, die ich seit diesem Datum als moderne mediale Hexenjagd zu erleiden habe) sehr ernst Probleme mit dem Phänomen eines Identitätsdiebstahls. Regelmäßig versuchten seither Dritte sich mittels meiner Identität, meinem persönliches Profil und mit meinen Kontaktdaten Vorteile aller Art zu verschaffen. Mir käme es sehr entgegen, wenn Sie sich mit Ihren Erfahrungen an die Polizei wenden würden. Dieser Identitätsdiebstahl ist auch die Ursache dafür, dass man mir an der Reption in Hotels immer eher frostig begegnet und mir immer nur Zimmer im 1. Stock bereit hält, was für mich eine immer wiederkehrende frustrierende Erfahrung ist. Nichts desto trotz habe ich Ihr Hotel und insbesondere den Frühstücksservice in aller bester Erinnerung. Wie gesagt missfiel mir, dass man mir mal wieder nur ein ein Zimmer im 1. St. bereit hielt und dass man ein weiteres Mal am Anreisetag an der Rezeption augenscheinlich in mir eine unseriöse Person sah, was wie gesagt die höchst problematischen Auswirkungen einer gegen mich höchsrwahrschweinlich am Tag der standesamtlichen Trauung in Zürich am 13. 10. 1989 durch die Angehörigen veranlassten Gerüchtewelle war. Meine Angehörigen haben höchsrwahrscheinlich alles radikal auf den Kopf gestellt.

Lovely hotel very well located for central Munich. Less than 10 minutes walk from the station and 20 minutes to the historic centre. Staff team charming, very friendly and helpful. Room spacious with great storage. A good find that served us very well for our three days in Munich. A particularly super and very tasty selection o good quality food for breakfast we were very impressed with.

Lovely aroma when you enter. Attractive reception and bar area. Pretty outdoor seating. Comfortable bed. Brilliant breakfast. Very quiet despite being in a busy area with ongoing construction next door. Walking distance to sights and shops.

While the hotel can’t control this, it must be said that while the street on which it is situated was not too bad, the rest of the surrounding area was not the nicest.

Kävelymatkan päässä päärautatieasemalta samoin Marienplazilta. Huone siisti mutta huomioi jos otat huoneen 6.kerroksesta, hissillä pääset vain 5. kerrokseen ja sitä tulee mennä vielä raput. Huone oli siisti, sänky hyvä nukkua. Aamupala oikeinkin hyvä.

Juutuimme noin 15 minuutiksi hotellin hissiin. Henkilökunta ei pahoitellut tätä mitenkään.

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Munich à pied. L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux. Le café excellent. Le patio est un vrai plus pour profiter des soirées apéro entre amis. Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes et nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

La ubicación es muy buena, a diez minutos caminando del centro de Munich y a menos del tren al aeropuerto. La habitación es suficientemente amplia, acogedora, con espacios y perchas más que suficientes para la ropa, cama cómoda, detalles que como viajero valoro mucho como una tetera eléctrica con sus infusiones y cafés de cortesía, un pequeña nevera con agua fresca, baño con bañera grande y amenities de gama media, alta... todo en conjunto ayuda a que la estancia en Munich sea muy grata, dentro de una excelente relación calidad/precio.

Friendly staff, nice large clean room. Located a 15 minute walk from the the centre of the old town and about a ten minute walk from the main station. Excellent buffet breakfast served until 11 am. Good quiet bar with reasonable prices.

The area did have a lot of street beggars and there were a lot of men stood on the street at all times of day which was a little intimidating.

Nothing to mention, maybe one thing the internet wasn’t properly available in the rooms, not even on the 1st floor. I had a few things to settle with work and had to use my 4G. Downstairs was great tho!

Thw hotell super clean and the stuff was very helpful.

The serounding of the hotel is not the nicest. The streats has few bet joints and worse.

Clean and nice staff. The bed was comfortable. I liked how the room got completely dark because there was good blackout curtains and the bathroom was nice with the exception of the shower water issue.

The breakfast was not worth €22 the quality of food wasn’t great and there wasn’t a lot of options. The showered and contain the water well and made a mess of the bathroom every time I showered. The location was convenient for the train station, but it was not in a great part of the city as there were strip clubs near.

Einige Zimmer sind nicht mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen, man muss zusätzlich ein Stockwerk Treppe benutzen. Ich konnte aber das Zimmer problemlos wechseln. Im Zimmer Teppichboden, das mag ich persönlich nicht besonders.

Das Hotel war wirklich perfekt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Lage zentral, näher Hauptbahnhof oder Theresienwiese.

Die Lage war direkt im Bahnhofsviertel. Uns hat es nicht gestört, allerdings war der Blick nach draußen, nicht der Schönste!.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die Zimmer und das Hotel selbst war sehr ruhig und sehr, sehr sauber. Die Bar war zum verweilen sehr angenehm. Vom Hotel aus konnten wir alle unsere Ziele in München zu Fuss sehr gut erreichen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Viertel wo vor allem viele ausländische Familien Leben. Entsprechend hat es an dieser Strasse auch Geschäfte und Restaurant aus deren Länder. Sehr belebte Strasse.

Eigentlich gibt es nicht besonders viel hervorzuheben. Wie viele andere Hotels in München richtet sich auch dieses vor allem an Geschäftsreisende und Touristen. Dadurch wirkt es eher wie ein typisches Standardhotel ohne ein wirklich eigenständiges oder besonderes Konzept.

Das erste Zimmer, das uns angeboten wurde, war aufgrund eines äußerst unangenehmen und starken Geruchs schlichtweg unzumutbar. Wir mussten daher die erste Nacht in einem Zimmer und die zweite Übernachtung in einem anderen verbringen. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir dadurch mit zwei großen Koffern zweimal umziehen mussten. Ein solcher Zimmerwechsel während des Aufenthalts ist alles andere als komfortabel und für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht akzeptabel

Sehr modernes Hotel mit relativ guter Lage.Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, aber die Ausfahrt mit dem Autolift ist anspruchsvoll. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer zum Innenhof ohne Verkehrslärm bei offenem Fenster.Das Bad war zeitgemäß und sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das übrige Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles schön und vielfältig präsentiert. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr arabisch geprägt (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten!), aber nicht im negativen Sinn.

Eigentlich war für unseren Kurztrip alles ok.

- zentrale Lage, gut zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen - trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig zum Innenhof - klimatisiertes Zimmer im Sommer Gold wert - sauber und gemütlich - freundliches Personal - für einen Städte-Trip gut geeignet - viele Restaurants und Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe

1. Location. It's in Arabic district. In the evening better not to leave the hotel. It's unsafe outside. 2. A very dirty shower 3. When we were already in bed the smell of Cannabis started coming through air conditioning. What's more, we saw the neighbor's hands holding the cigarette out of the window. By the way, it's prohibited to smoke in the room. We went to the reception, the man came to our room to check, but he didn't go to the neighbor's room...said that he would solve the problem bur he didn't. We turned the air conditioning on but the smell on Cannabis returned. We opened the window but people were shouting, laughing because in this district people do not care about the rules and laws (it was already 23.00!!!) So we almost didn't sleep the whole night..the morning started with the smell of Cannabis again with the air conditioning being switched off.... 4. The room is extremely small. 5. The construction works are next to the hotel. We don't understand what we have paid for and of course DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Auffüllen der Minibar (täglich kostenfrei in unserer Zimmerkategorie) hat an manchen Tagen nur auf Nachfrage geklappt.

Alles bestens, sobald man im Hotel ist - die Döner- und Drogendichte drumhereum ist erschreckend.

Die Lage ist schlimm, wir sind angepöbelt worden, haben gesehen, wie am hellichten Tage Drogen gespritzt wurden - katastrophal.

The staff was nice, trying to help. But their hands are tied. Problem is the management.

Electric Vehicles (even hybrid cars) are restricted from the hotel parking which is against EU law. If as they say, there is a problem with the hotels fire protection - it is a problem for all! They must fix it and not just restrict certain cars. There is neither a technical nor a legal justification for arbitrary discrimination.

ideales Hotel für eine Städtereise, Zimmer sind klein aber bieten alles was man nach einer Tour durch die Stadt braucht.Am Empfang kann man zu jeder Zeit frisches Wasser kostenfrei trinken. Abends ist eine kleine Bar geöffnet. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind ruhig. Sehr gute Matratzen lassen einen bequem schlafen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel beim nächsten Münchenbesuch sicher wieder nutzen.

I had a lovely stay at b’mine Boutique Hotel München. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, breakfast was enjoyable, and the kitchen staff were wonderful. The front desk team was also very charming and welcoming.

Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel est hyper agréable, le petit déjeuner est vraiment top, le lit incroyable, nous avons passé une super nuit, les chambres sont bien insonorisées.
