Beautiful building in a superb Location. Very quiet with Stunning views. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We were given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Food was delicious and dining whilst looking out at the view as the sun set was beautiful.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Lovely rooms and decor throughout. Ramón was a fantastic waiter and all other staff were friendly. The sunsets over the mountains are breathtaking. This is what a relaxing hotel should be.

Two weddings in one weekend with no pre notification. Didn’t affect us much where we were located but clearly affected some people.

The fact that there's no door separating the bathroom area and the bedroom. There are doors that face the bedroom for the toilet and shower but no door separating the sink from bedroom. I would recommend adding a separating panel so bathroom area has more privacy.

Prachtig hotel. Ideaal en rustig gelegen net buiten het centrum. Alles op loopafstand goed te doen. Genoten van het zwembad!

Fantastisch restaurant met heerlijke smaken, alleen was het eten lauwwarm. Grote kamer, maar we vonden de indeling wat onhandig omdat er geen aparte badkamer is.

The grounds and common areas were beautiful.

Our junior suite was a very strange combination of blah tasteless decor and a nice sleeping area. The view from the sofa was the bathroom sink. There was a wedding outside our room Saturday night. When I told reception that the music kept up us till 2:00 am they said “well, it was a wedding.” I felt like saying “well, I dropped over 300 euros for that night and expected to be able to sleep.”

O hotel tem uma vista bem bonita para o desfiladeiro, piscina para os dias maus quentes e uma localização muito boa para fazer tudo a pé!

O hotel é um pouco antigo e alguns cômodos precisam de reforma. Mas de um modo geral é uma ótima opção…

La localización y el paisaje son maravillosos. La atención al cliente muy buena también. El desayuno posiblemente uno de los mejores que he probado por variedad y calidad.

Las habitaciones de la parte que da a la entrada del edificio no son tan bonitas como las otras. Una pena porque pedí si me podían dar una habitación al otro lado pero tenía coste. Había disponibilidad y ya no se iba a cubrir. Por lo demás el hotel está en una localización perfecta con unas vistas realmente impresionantes.

L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter le centre historique de Ronda. Il est confortable, magnifique avec une vue imprenable. Petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts. Personnel très accueillant et gentil.

The room was really spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. All the staff were lovely and friendly especially Jorge who seemed to work every day!

Onze badkamer/wc heeft wellicht een lekkage gehad in het verleden. De vloerdelen waren bol en los. Na het douchen kwam er een onprettige geur uit het douche putje. 105

Good location, quick check in and we got a parking space.

The allocated room was awful. Right next to the elevator and the bed was lumpy! The bed pillows were terrible cheap foam and uncomfortable. Very odd layout of the room and bathroom.

What a setting! The views are amazing! Walking distance to the center. Great atmosphere and style. Very friendly and helpful staff. A dip in the pool after a hot day in Ronda was a welcomed treat. The sunset dinner was amazing!

la chambre était vraiment magnifique, la literie parfaite. nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. Au petit matin la vue sur les montagnes est juste extraordinaire.

Cela concerne le Spa et donc pas l'hôtel. vérifier le PH du Spa. Par contre le personnel est excellent et les massages sont également merveilleux.

Todo: la ubicación, los jardines, las impresionantes vistas a la Serranía, la piscina, el spa, la limpieza, la terraza de la habitación, el bar, el desayuno, la amabilidad de todos los profesionales del hotel.

Todo nos gustó pero en el exterior del bar sería mejorable colocar algunas mesas con sillas como las del Interior del bar. Son más cómodas para leer, escribir, sentarse y levantarse

El personal excelente. Todo amabilidad y siempre atentos con una sonrisa. El entorno envidiable. Un lugar fantástico para relajarse y desconectar. La cercanía al centro te permitía olvidarte de vehículos. La piscina estupenda. Los jardines muy bien cuidados, nuestras felicitaciones al jardinero. Las vistas preciosas. Habitaciones muy limpias... Muy bien el poder tomar el primer café del día en la habitación, se agradece. Desayuno estupendo, muy organizado, cómodo y completo. No hay pegas.

No son digustos, son pequeñas sugerencias: Un pequeño problema es que la habitación olía a desagüe, sobre todo tras usar la ducha. En la piscina, las tumbonas no aparecían limpias, algunas tenían cagadas de pájaros. Sugiero repasarlas antes de abrir la piscina. Quizás añadir algunas sombrillas, pero son pequeños detalles que no enturbiaron la estancia. El apagar las luces nos impedía seguir leyendo a partir de las 00.00, en la terraza, pero comprensible, aunque un poco de tiempo más, se agradecería...

La amabilidad y el sitio

Habitación abuhardillada muy moderna. Camas grandes y cómodas, con dos buenas almohadas. Instalaciones limpias, bien cuidadas y decoradas. Desayuno buffet muy completo y variado.

Dos personas se metieron en la piscina con ropa de calle, ante la impasibilidad del personal.

The hotel has an exceptional location with a wonderful view of the Ronda gorge. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with Cava and fresh fruit in our room, which was spacious and very clean. The pool area is a true oasis of relaxation, surrounded by trees, never too crowded, and offering table service. We dined at both restaurants, and the food was excellent. The spa looked pretty new and featured an incredible view. Even though it is a bit small, we found it always peaceful. The entire staff was extremely kind and professional. We will definitely return!

The parking was a bit expensive considering that was an outdoor space. The bathroom arrangement was a bit unusual as it didn´t allow much privacy.

Habitación bonita y espaciosa, camas cómodas. La piscina estaba genial también. Bien situado (a solo unos minutos del centro). Tienen parking para que dejes el coche y no tengas que buscar aparcamiento por fuera.

El hotel es una absoluta maravilla, desde las vistas y los jardines, pasando por la comodidad y el cuidado de las instalaciones, la cama, la piscina, el restaurante, el buffet desayuno que es una pasada para arrancar el día, todo. Pero en un hotel nada es perfecto sin el personal, y aquí está el bonus extra, la atención, la disposicion y la amabilidad de cada uno del equipo. Hasta Carlos el jardinero es un encanto, así que Fran de la recepción. Enhorabuena por el trabajo bien hecho. Volveremos y volveremos y volveremos y volveremos.

En general me gustó todo. La ubicación (cerca del centro de la ciudad), las instalaciones, la limpieza, los servicios y el personal.

Las tarifas están muy bien relacion precio/calidad, y las instalaciones y el personal excelente.

We stayed here for 6 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We LOVED everything about it. It's full of charm and is exceptionally clean everywhere. The staff are amazing, always welcomed with a smile. Our room had a terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The room was fantastic and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. We both slept the best we've ever experienced! The views are to die for, utterly breath-taking. We were at a family wedding in Ronda and if it weren't for this, we would never had got to see Ronda - which is a beautiful, magical place. We're home now, with fond memories and wished we were back. It was without doubt the most relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable holiday. We can definitely recommend. Thanks to each and every one of the staff for making our holiday easy and laid back.

Loved everything - except! Our terrace view room had a toilet room only, meaning there was no proper separation of the room and bathroom. The shower and sink was next to the bed. Kind of odd!
