Astari

Immaculately clean, pool exceptional and tidy sun beds always available and no reserving of sunbeds. Spacious rooms

Open wardrobe system there wasn’t anywhere to hide suncreams shoes suitcases etc everything on display.

Todo, habitación, instalaciones, servicios, desayuno, personal, todo fantastico.

Nada, todo perfecto

Camera ampia e confortevole, ottima colazione e comodo garage privato

Vasca da bagno pericolosa e miscelatore doccia complicato

Ausgesprochen sauber, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal.

Es stehen nicht genug Parkplätze zur Verfügung

The really helpful staff, the comfort, the beautiful swimming pool, the marvellous food.

Nothing. I loved every minute of it.

Innenstadtnahe Lage. Sauber.

The shower not safety.

Moderne kamer

Unterkunft & Lage waren super, wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Super Pool, Parkplatz vor Ort

Reception, Bar and Housekeeping staff were Helpful, Friendly and Efficient. Location is close to the Beach and the Roman amphitheatre but the climb back might not suit those with mobility issues.

If you have a preference for a beverage like Tea or Coffee in your room, you would be well advised to bring a few Tea bags and a small bag of Coffee , as the selection available is limited. A small carton of milk is also useful.

Ben situat. Molt agradable

Hotel was very clean and The bed was very large and comfortable.

The tv in the room had no British channels. There was only a bin in the bathroom

, huevos no había,. Etc.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Awesome pool. Nice staff.

Nil

Modern hotel with great facilities and services. Staff is very helpful and professional. Unlike many other hotels (also 4*) you can’t hear your neighbors, which in Spain is hard to find. Beds and pillows are a big plus. Food is very tasteful.

todo me pareció lógico y agradable

👌

👌

Very good staying, I am more than satisfied.

Everything was fine.

Lovely hotel - staff helpful and friendly- clean - good food

Just a little too far out but once get hang of bus schedule no bother

Rien

Clean. Good facilities. Excellent pool. Good food.

Clean and cool, friendly staff

Nothing

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Propre et tranquille.

Parking un peu cher à revoir.

La piscine

Rien

Stijlvol hotel

Niks

Exceptionally clean modern hotel, staff always happy to help. Pool area good and no reserving sunbeds, only 10 minute walk to the centre and the old town.

Moderne uitstraling

El alojamiento es excelente.

El personal, groseros, maleducados y pocos profesionales. (Los de recepción).

Comfortable and air conditioning perfect. Big sized rooms. Nice swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and dark rooms. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making in the rooms. Easy huge shower. Good water pressure. Good secure parking.

I liked it all.

A decent and modern room with a balcony running along the street side, a comfortable bed, a nice TV, and a welcome coffee and tea setup. There were two small bottles of water, but they weren't replaced the next day..!? Swimming pool ok, but crowded!..!

The welcome upon arrival was rather lukewarm; the bathroom door scraped heavily against the floor the whole time, there were numerous smears and bits of lint on the mirror, and the sheet had a tear near the head of the bed..!? Quiet residential neighborhood; supermarkets and a few restaurants are a 10–15 minute walk away

Comodidades do quarto e área exterior

Ter que pagar pelo estacionamento do carro

Leuk net hotel

Everything, beautiful room, friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, excellent location, spotless throughout.

Could have done with more toasters at breakfast, two domestic toasters inadequate, had to queue.

Room was spacious and the location was good for visiting the town. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

A little cramped around the pool area. Only a roll available as a gluten free option at breakfast. No cake cereal or crackers.

No le faltaban detalles

Todo estuvo muy bien

Tout accueil compris.

Rien

Prof, Très belle Piscine, Personnel très gentil

Yes, we were at Playa El Miracle, but we liked Platja de la Rabassada much more, especially because of the additional services, even though it was about a 5‑minute walk farther from the Astari Hotel.

Beautifully appointed and clean hotel. Nice room with balcony. Nice pool and multiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas. Easy walk to old city, Main Street, and the beach.

Parking spaces were extremely tight and wi-fi signal was sporadic.

The room was spacious, with a pool view and a balcony. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Great amenities and large bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff was friendly.

Nothing to do with the hotel. It's located in residential area so there's absolutely nothing in immediate distance. The silver lining was that it was very quiet.

Extraordinaire en tout point

Modern decor, facilities as stated . Good stopover and chance to see another area in Spain

Nothing

it was comfortable and clean. quite easy to find the centre but a little walk not to far to be honest. the beaches were quite a walk away. big supermarket close by Mercadona which was great as you could buy takeaway food and use a self serve microwave and eating area. perfect for breakfast.

the breakfast menu at 14 Euros was expensive as it wasn't much choice. the hotel menu for lunch/dinner was limited. we visited Tarragona particularly as we had family living there but we were told by one staff member they were not allowed in the hotel and they refused to serve them? after questioning them they agreed to serve them a drink. I queried this with reception who said they were allowed as long as they were eating or drinking but they were not allowed to use the facilities,? most of the staff were pleasant and no complaints about them but maybe training is needed so all are aware of the hotel policies this would save the embarrassment we had to go through.

Sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Top Frühstücksbuffet!

Quello che mi aspettavo

Manca palestra

Struttura perfetta, personale molto cortese e disponibile

Piccolo neo la temperatura alta della piscina

Great location, service, pool was fantastic, and breakfast was great.

Wish there was more storage in bedroom..there were 3 of us so was a big tight with luggage.

Lovely pool, breakfast, staff, cleanliness, location.

Todo. La ubicación. La decoración e instalación. Garaje con punto de carga electrónica

Nada

Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Swimming pool was great with lots of seating. Breakfast was good - under 5s eat free, under 7s are half price. Location to the old town and beach was fantastic. Safe neighbourhood.

Some of the staff were great, but a couple were less than great. One of the men on the reception desk held poor communication skills and lacked friendliness that would have increased my overall rating of the hotel.

Facilities were great. The spacious room was very comfortable with balcony.

The property itself was great but the bar and restaurant staff were quite lacking in friendliness. Many were young and showed little interest and on one occasion completely lacked customer service skills. In contrast, the two cleaning staff were incredible – hard-working, polite and friendly.

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean. The pool was a bonus. The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the station. Tarragona is very interesting as is Reus.

Lack of water cooler to fill up reusable flasks.

The hotel staff were always so friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was only 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and Roman Ruins and only 10 minutes to the beach.

The hotel did not monitor the securing of sun loungers around the pool which easily could have been controlled. This meant that beds sometimes had towels on them for 2-3 hours which were not being used. The hotel should also ensure that clients do not use the inside cloth chairs, within the bar area, in their wet costumes, as several times we went to sit on them and they were damp.

Clean, well presented and relaxed! Just what we needed for a one night stop over..

The helpful manager and her team were the stand out from this hotel. Very comfortable, nice pool and good bar service.

Could have used a safe in the room.

nice hotel with a lovely pool and a short walk to the old town

aircon in bedroom not that powerful

Tutto

Room was modern and well maintained with a good level of cleaniliness. Balcony was large and well situated on the side with view on a quiet garden area.

Room partitions are thin and it's easy to hear from the next rooms or be heard.

Ubicacion y servicios

Piscina muy ruidosa

It was a fantastic hotel and the staff were amazing.. My only complaint was the lack of sunbeds, but it's a minor complaint. But stops me allocating a 10...

Lack of sunbeds

Clean, modern, bright, Great pool and sunbeds. Super comfortable bed Large room Great location Helpful staff Good food menu - lots of choice

Nothing!

Breakfast was good, bar meals were of good quality and very well priced. Location was great with both beaches within walking distance. Pool was really nice and was lovely and warm. Plenty of towels available poolside. The beds in the rooms were so comfy, had 3 fabulous nights sleep.

For the number of rooms there can be limited availability of sunbeds.
