The view and location are amazing

Our room lost power in the middle of the night. We had no AC or lights and had to walk down to the front desk for help. I had a terrible night sleep due to this. Someone came and fixed it and then it happened again 30 minutes later. And the front desk staff had to wait until the manager came at 9am to approve a free breakfast for compensation.

Coticé desde hace meses este bello hotel y por error humano escogí la opción sin cancelación gratuita, cuando me di cuenta envié comunicado al hotel para subsanar el error pero fue imposible que ellos aceptaran. Como estaba en un recorrido por Europa se cruzaron unas fechas y tuve que ingresar un día después, una noche que no disfrute. Aunque entiendo mi error no pedí devolución de dinero sino una "compensación" en desayuno para 2 personas que valían 80 euros, ni siquiera el valor de la noche. Pero no accedieron. Queda un sin sabor porque alejan al turista y no aplican ninguna consideración con el cliente.

Mostly fine, good location. Wasn't particularly family friendly but ok for adults.

There were some bad smells in a number of communal places, inc. the lifts and stairwells. Tree surgery was taking place around the main pool during its opening hours. Chainsaws etc were left unattended, very little consideration of safety, particularly with children around. We had to ask for the chainsawing to be stopped as it was upsetting our children with the noise (and ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing morning at the pool!). The lifeguard was happy to help but we didn't appreciate the poor attitude of the gardener.

Mooi dicht bij het strand en een deel van de oude stad.

Heel veel herrie tot diep in de nacht, kamers zijn gedateerd (aangeplamuurde stukken in badkamer en kamer), bediening op roof top bar matig en de bedden sliepen niet lekker.

Po příjezdu po 600 kilometrů cesty se nikde nedalo najíst. Když jsme po nabídce Room servisu chtěli donést jídlo do baru s tím, že na pokoji není stůl a pouze jedna židle, servírka volala nadřízenému a ten náš požadavek zamítnul.Nakonec jsme se museli navečeřet mimo tento hotel, který má už svoji slávu za sebou.

Location to old town and new town areas was great and great views from our balcony ( extra charge ). Roof top pool and bar was nice. Beach is awkward from everywhere not just the hotel.

Todo! Una ubicación perfecta! Unas instalaciones estupendas y un desayuno buenísimo y muy completo.

le fitness a besoin d'une nette modernisation, les portes ne se ferment pas, peu de machines, peu de poids, un seul rameur qui ne fonctionne pas. le hamman est trop chaud, brûlant, impossible de rester à l'intérieur sans ouvrir la porte, peu de serviettes à disposition, parfois aucune. le frigo est trop petit dans la chambre, les ascenseurs sont vieillots, les grands lits sont en fait 2 lits accolés qui s'écartent lorsque l'on bouge à deux dedans (façon germanique), il ne faut pas se retrouver à 2 au millieu sinon on tombe par terre. le petit-déjeuner est vraiment trés trés moyen pour une chambre à 233€,6 fruits à disposition, melon jaune, pastèque, ananas, orange, raisin, tous les jours la même chose, apparemment il n'y a pas de goyaves en Espagne, ni de melons jaunes, ni de mangues, ni de poires... le café est mauvais aussi, il n'y a aucune indication sur ce que l'on vous propose (sans glutene? viande? pas viande?), on nous propose des empanadas aux épinards, en réalité ils sont au jambon et au fromage... les jus de fruit viennent de boite en carton sans indication sur la quantité de sucres, pas d'aubergines grillés non plus en Espagne apparemment... tous les jours épinards et tomates cuites. Attention à ne pas boire l'eau du robinet en Espagne, elle est infectée ou hyper chlorée à cause des intrants de l'agriculture intensive et de la surpopulation locale. On vous demande d'aller dans votre chambre pour manger votre pizza (Domino infecte par ailleurs), impossible de s'asseoir en terrasse pour 15 minutes. Impossible d'obtenir de l'eau chaude pour boire un thé, on nous dit qu'il faut acheter la machine pour chauffer l'eau !! du délire... les places de parking à l'extérieur coûtent le même prix que celles à l'intérieur du parking surveillé. ils tolèrent quand même que vous puissiez charger et décharger votre voiture pendant quelques minutes.

Szuper szállás, ajánlom mindenkinek. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta, jól felszerelt, szép állapotú, jó méretű szoba, kedves személyzet. Erkélyes szobánk volt, a tengerre néző kilátás csodálatos innen. A reggeli fantasztikus, hatalmas választék és nagyon jó minőség.

Location. Lovely sea view and view of amphitheatre from room. Lovely to watch the sunrise from the room. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely roof top terrace to watch the sunset and eat dinner. Octopus was delicious.

Breakfast was hit and miss. Great it was available til 10.30 however the food was not replenished quick enough so you rarely got what you wanted and at £17 per head it was not value for money..

La piscina de la azotea muy bonita pero pequeña y llena, no conseguimos hamacas o asientos para todos. Supongo que agosto tiene estas cosas. La de abajo también me pareció pequeña para un hotel tan grande.

The gym shower room could do with more & better showers, privacy curtains or screens and lockers ( had to use to freshen up after long day when suite couldn’t be kept till later on checkout.

Für uns eine der besten 4 Sterne Hotels das wir besucht haben. Lage ist optimal, sowohl die römische Ruinen als auch die lebendige Altstadt sind in unmittelbaren Nähe. Aber auch ein ruhige Ort wenn man etwas Auszeit braucht (z.B. Zimmer sind perfekt isoliert, und mit optimale Temperatur und die innere Pools sind nicht voll). Die Aussicht von unsere Zimmer über den Amphitheater und das blaue mehr war sehr (sehr) schön. Top Sauberkeit. Personal - egal ob Empfang, Frühstück, Restaurant, Pool, Reinigungskraft - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, überall wird gutes Englisch besprochen. Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, usw. werden gerne geteilt und in praktischen Karten markiert. 0%Chance für Verwechslung. Frühstück wird ständig nachgefüllt, immer frisch mit viel Obst, Gemüse, warme und kalte Speisen, auch sehr leckere Torten. Den Raum ist groß und war nie sehr laut obwohl teilweise (geschätzt) 50-60 Personen gleichzeitig gefrühstückt haben. Sitztmöglichkeiten draußen. Fitnessraum relativ klein (geschätzt 10 m x5 m) aber gut ausgestattet, klimatisiert und mit die schönsten Aussicht für ein inspiriertes Workout.

Wir fanden keine Mangel. Während unser Aufenthalt ging die Klimaanlage kaputt, und wurde innerhalb von eine Stunde repariert und von die Reinigungskraft extra nochmals sauber gemacht. Auch bei die unerwarteten Schäden hat das Hotel optimal reagiert.

God frokost, lite bråk, få barn, beste lokasjonen man kan ønske seg. Ekstra stas med takterrasse under solformørkelsen. Området er ikke veldig turistbefengt. Bassengområdet er fint, og maten i trucken der ute er veldig god. Langt å gå til stranda, har du mye greier med deg vil jeg anbefale taxi.

Litt lite oppdragelse på ungene i bassengområdet, her kan de virkelig kjøre på med litt ordentlig kjeft når unger går bananas. De ansatte kunne med hell lært mer engelsk.

Breakfast was comprehensive and very nice. Location was superb. the Roman history of the Amphitheatre and Roman Chariot racing "circus" was a must. Lovely beach, nice marina with restaurants.

Hotel bardzo dobry, lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko, niedaleko dworca kolejowego więc można spokojnie korzystać z transportu publicznego bez korzystania z taksówek. Obiekt czysty, z wieloma udogodnieniami i przepięknym tarasem na dachu z basenem. Dostępny również basen na dole z pięknie utrzymaną zielenią. Przepyszne śniadania w dużej sprawiającej wrażenie kameralności sali. Możliwość zjedzenia śniadania na zewnątrz. Personel fantastyczny dbający o szczegóły.

Małe minusy za konieczność sprawdzenia domknięcia drzwi i przesuwnego okna, oba skrzydła okna ruchome, domknięcie jednej strony powoduje rozszczelnienie drugiej i wtedy nie ma dźwiękoszczelności.

Super vriendelijk personeel en zeer gedienstig. Zeer mooi en proper hotel. Zeer mooie kamers, licht van kleur, grote kamers, goede matrassen en groot terras. Super heerlijk ontbijt, alles wat je maar kon bedenken was aanwezig en er was ook afwisseling. Graag wil ik ook via deze weg nog enkele mensen bedanken voor hun uitermate vriendelijkheid en gedienstigheid: Sandra, Nadesha en Marc van het onthaal. Nerijan van het ontbijt. Juan Antonio je bent een super harde werker en steeds zeer hulpvaardig.

Die Rezeption und auch die Pagen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Generell ist das Haus sehr schön renoviert worden. Tolle Liegen am Pool und super Handtuchservice.

Leider war der Umgang mit der Klimaanlage etwas schwierig für eine ältere Frau. Das Frühstück könnte etwas hochwertiger ausfallen. Da gab es noch Platz nach oben. Einige Türen/Schlösser waren defekt. Die Handwerker haben hier und da bei der damaligen Renovierung schlecht gearbeitet. Die Zimmermädchen haben nicht gut gearbeitet. Darum dort kein Trinkgeld. Die Sitzgelegenheiten waren für ältere Menschen viel zu niedrig. Es wäre toll, wenn es da ein paar Stühle (Couch/Lounge) gäbe, welche höher wären.

Dommage qu’à la piscine certains clients sont insupportables à s’accaparer la piscine quand ils viennent en « grande » famille. Le samedi 01/08 en fin d’après-midi nous nous sommes quasi fait éjectés de nos transats parce que Madame (une cliente) voulait 12 transats !!! Elle s’est permise de pousser nos affaires pour récupérer un de nos transats et notre table, quel manque de respect … c’est sûr que nous consommions pas de la même façon qu’eux au bar mais nous étions clients tout comme elle. Place de parking un peu cher pour la journée (24 euros).

Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter. L’hôtel est idéalement situé : son emplacement permet de tout faire à pied. Même depuis le premier étage, nous profitions d’une très belle vue et d’une atmosphère calme et sereine. La décoration est magnifique, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Le bar intérieur et son salon sont particulièrement beaux et agréables. Les chambres sont confortables, bien équipées et très plaisantes. La grande piscine située en bas est superbe. Celle de l’étage supérieur, plus petite, est également très agréable et offre un cadre vraiment sympathique. Une mention toute particulière au personnel, extrêmement gentil, accueillant, disponible et serviable. Cela a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Un hôtel magnifique, confortable et parfaitement placé, où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Lovely hotel staff is highlight of this place. Unfortunatelly that is all. Rooms are not super clean, swimming pool is awfull. Pretty far away from the beach- approx 15 min walking. Rather poor breakfast for 4* hotel.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wunderschönes Zimmer mit fantastischem Meerblick. Das Zimmer (Suite) war sehr grosszügig und geräumig. Schöne Innenarchitektur in allen Räumen, sehr geschmackvoll.

The price of breakfast and food, drinks were a bit over the top, as to be expected.

The location. Amazing. Perfect for relaxing and exploring.

The hotel is tired. For an H10 I expect top quality and it definitely wasn’t. Issues with the room. We had to change the second night. Elevators being worked on the whole time we stayed. A lackluster breakfast compared to other properties.

The pool downstairs wasn’t that great. The breakfast stuff was busy with their personal conversations rather than receiving the clients. We were out all morning and at 2 pm the room was still undone.

Lovely view over Roman theatre, old town and sea from room balcony. Two decent pools to enjoy, including cool rooftop bar to chill. Fabulous location. Very helpful staff on the front desk.

There have clearly been some recent water related problems. Our bathroom door could not close due to resulting expansion of woodwork. Bath itself was stained. Breakfast was nothing special.

The check in staff were adamant that we had a mistake in our booking and were going to make us pay for an extra room. Sure enough, this was a mistake in their own system and they did not apologise. Moreover, the security staff at night did not leave us alone whilst at the bar and kept staring at us and observing us … we were sitting down having a drink
